No reply to emails
I received my order, however 2/3 items were missing or incorrect.
The birthday shirt I got had the incorrect print and the newborn U shape support was missing entirely despite the slip inside saying it was there. I did however receive a bag of socks that I did not order.
I have waited 6 days for a reply and contacted patpat every 48 hours with still no avail.
I have posted on the facebook page, sent a facebook message...no reply. The online chat function has never worked since Ive been a customer.
How do I get my item thats missing and a refund for the incorrect item? What do I do with the socks?

Toddler clothing
I received the clothes and they all were awful. The clothes were falling off my daughter and they're supposed to be the right size. The material is cheap and made my daughter itch and caused a few rashes on her. I contacted them about a refund and they asked what was wrong with the clothing, I told them. They emailed me back and said they will notify upper management. A few days later, nothing so I emailed them, they emailed back and said they were still waiting on upper management to contact them and as soon as they do, they will contact me then. A few more days later and still nothing. I just emailed them about it again. I do believe they're ignoring me.

Order #[protected] My order never arrived I placed it on march 11th it was a $173 order, so not cheap at all! It hasn't moved in transit since march 19th. I was told my a customer service rep that I would receive a full refund if not received by march 30 and now I cant even get someone to reply. This is horrible customer service and I want my money back!

Order cancelled by patpat without any notification and now they refuse to refund money
On Feb 7th, roughly 2pm. I placed my first AND CLEARLY ONLY order with PatPat. Order # PAT-10346705
My order was placed and the charge was made to my debit card for $1, 170.45 MXN (roughly $50 USD)
The very next day I enter into the PatPat app because naturally I was excited about my shipment and wanted to see when it would be sent. Upon reviewing my order I come to notice that the status says "Cancelled" without any explanation or even an email from PatPat.
So I write them an email asking why my order was cancelled and how they would go about refunding me my money. To which their response is basically "Your order was cancelled because the payment didn't get processed".
So I check with my bank to see if indeed the transaction was cancelled due to lack of funds, and come to find out; the payment DID go through and the money is not in my account and no shipment on the way...
Long story short I have gone back and forth with them through emails explaining my problem, showing screenshots of the transaction and their only response is "check with your bank"
Well I did check with my bank, the payment did get processed and they can't cancel the transaction because I DID authorize it.
I have shown them so much proof that the payment has been processed and they are reluctant to help find where the payment went and how they can refund me.
This is possibly the worst customer services I have ever received.
Desired outcome: To get a complete refund immediately
I about to go through the same thing with what you just go through.
I placed order and they canceled after almost 20 days later. I think Beacuse the deal I got is too good that they can’t honor their price or rate. That’s why they canceled my order.
I’m about to find out tomorrow.
Patpat deducted money from my account but never placed the order
I ordered 3 baby bodysuits on 20 December 2020 at 12h52 Paris France local time. I have a screenshot of the 3 items I ordered in the basket. I received an order confirmation code PAT - 9754882 on the screen and took a screenshot of it. I did not receive an email confirmation. The items have never been sent but PatPat deducted the money from my account on same day of the purchase 20 December 2020. I have tried to follow this up with Patpat but Patpat website is not recognising my email address of the order number. I want my money back !

I booked the order 9282824 on 21st November and i still didn't receive it.
They gave me a shipper track number YDH / NU868176577GB. I contacted royal mail service DO with this reference number and they said the packet was returned to the sender as he made some elementary level mistakes in labeling the package.
I contact patpat on email almost every week and all i get is "we are investigating, blah blah blah" Till date no positive response from their customer service.

I made my order on November 27th till now I didn't received it, even last week i received a call that the order will be delivered on Wednesday but no one contacted me.

I made an order on the 29th of November. I was told I would receive this within 5-7 days, first time frame 4th-6th December, now on the tracking it says 10th of December which again has been and gone. It is now the 14th of December and my order is nowhere to be seen. The order is for matching family Christmas pyjamas which clearly I want before Christmas. Nobody can tell me how long they will be, or why this has taken so long according to the tracking the parcel isn't even in my country yet. So quite clearly I'm not going to receive this before Christmas am I? A bit of honesty wouldn't hurt instead of telling me to just be 'patient' I have been patient enough. This is the first and last time I will ever be using this company
PatPat app deducted money but never placed an order for me so I'm charged for nothing in return!
As a new member, I tried placing an order through PatPat app on 11/23/2020. I used a new member coupon code for 5% off which is valid for 11/23 through 12/23. The App took me to paypal screen for processing transaction and when I processed the transaction, it took me back to PatPat app which said the coupon is not valid and just didn't place any order. If the coupon wasn't valid, why did the App even took me on PayPal processing screen at the first place. If they didn't place an order then why did they charge me for that? They deducted 35.48 USD from my account for no order. I don't want to pay anything that I'm not going to get.
I'm attaching screenshots for reference ( one confirming that there is no order in progress on my PatPat app and another to confirm that PatPat charged me money for no order placed). I also tried contacting PatPat but haven't heard back anything yet. Please help me get my money back! Thanks in advance!
My money got refunded so I've successfully placed a new order with them now.
Wrongly placed three orders instead of one and not responding to email
I placed order for baby dresses on PatPat app and There portal showed error during order placement (Payment step) and mentioned the order is not placed. on checking the order history, I found three separate orders for same products with Three payments. Immediately sent them several email to stop the shipment but no response. Now, I'll have to ship back the wrongly placed orders and pay for shipment. Feeling cheated. Please help
More than 2 months order not delivered / nor issuing refund

I had ordered baby products in the name of richa jain from patpat online website on 26th june 2020. But still I havnt received the product. On tracking the parcel the order has arrived to destination country i.e. India on 27th july 2020. But there is no movement since then. I requested and sent mails to pat pat about where is my order? And when is the delivery expected. They responded by saying it is in transit, reached your country and will reach you shortly. But no movement again I mailed pat pat website about the delivery they responded that it is with local post please contact the post and provided me with the link to check the consignment. Firstly patpat provided me with the wrong tracking id in which order was showing delivered. I conplained to patpat regarding the same they provided me with the correct tracking id in which no updates after reaching the destination country as stated above.
I have contacted patpat like 30-40 times but same response it's in transit cannot track will reach you shortly. Our logistic team will update and will let you know but no further movement after that.
I would like to request for initiation of my refund amount as patpat is not able to track my order.
It has taken more than 2months and order isnt delivered yet.
I tried contacting patpat several times on number given on website but not received the call yet from patpat.
On 29th August 2020 I checked my order progress on patpat it shows delivered on 28th August 2020.
But I haven't received my order delivery. WRONG STATUS OF DELIVERY as I havnt received the parcel yet. I have enquired in my society also no such delivery.
When I contacted local couriers (to which patpat should be doing contact) they responded me by saying we havnt received the consignment with the tracking id please contact patpat from shopping website you have ordered. Also while tracking the order on india post (local courier website) it shows no records found.
On 14th september 2020 received a mail from patpat stating that your order has arrived in the country providing with tracking link and contact local courier With numbers.

I checked the link it shows arrived at destinatiom country on 27-july 2020 and below tracking number it shows expired... It was same issue before also when I mailed you about the problem as there is no update in the link patpat have provided for the tracking.
And also called on both numbers provided by you in the mail but one number not working and another number not picking up.
Now how more long I have to wait as both the numbers not working and the link status is same as it was before 45 days.
And I have already contacted local courier company they said no such parcel is received and replied with please contact patpat from where you ordered. Its the same story patpat have been repeating again..
Patpat is making fool of me by giving same tracking link which has no updates, local courier have denied the receiving of the parcel. This has been going since more than 2 months and again the same thing patpat have started.
They provided me with 50 percent compensation refund voucher and stated that your order will be delivered as soon as possible.
On 15th september 2020 I contacted again through mail about the status of my order and refundIng the amount and they responded stating that till your order doesnt get delivered we cannot do anything. Patpat is trying to say we wont refund till the order isnt delivered and patpat itself cannot track or give status of the order.. how much more I have to wait or if the order never gets delivered?

Bad experience with pat pat customer service
I ordered some products and my address was incorrect. Even though I corrected the address on time, customer service did nothing about it. They lie every time I call them and tell me call here and there. They are hopeless. They think we are free to call them and waste our time. I am really disappointed. For 3 weeks they are just saying they have forwarded the matter to logistic team, but nothing at all. Parcel is lost now. Don't know where it is. They say it's with courier service, courier service says it's been sent back to sender. When I said I want refund so that at least I can order again, they said no we are still within the time frame.
Never received my order
I ordered from PatPat on May 05, 2020. They said my order should arrive between 5/23 - 5/27. On 5/17 it said that it had been picked up by shipping partner - USPS waiting time and it was in Fremont, CA. On 5/19 it had arrived at the shipping partner facility. On 5/24 it said my package was being transferred. I emailed them on 6/14 to find out why I hadn't received my package and they responded saying my package was never received at the USPS facility. They said my package got stuck for customs clearance. On 7/5 I emailed them again and they said they would contact the logistics department and get back to me. I emailed on 7/14 and 7/18 and have heard nothing and still have not received my package.

My order was changed to "delivered " on 05-04-2020. I never received my package. Upon reviewing the tracking number they delivered "at mailbox " to the wrong address. I've been trying to contact them since may 4th. It's been 2 months I still get no response from the company. There is really no number or direct email to reach customer service.

When I click the link associated with this tracking number there is no history. The only information is the updated email which states in chinese where the package is. This is very upsetting! I feel like they are ripping me off. Which if they are I will be reviewing this company on youtube! I have ordered so many items from china even during this pandemic and recieved proper information. They claim they dont know the logistics carrier. That's not a good answer. I am giving them tune but I am a bit scared because they took my money!
No receipt of merchandise paid for - pat pat
My order number is #6858464 with Pat Pat. I purchased merchandise for $87.91. On May 7, 2020 they took that payment, but never delivered the merchandise. TODAY IS JUNE 19TH. I have written in and I get CRAP back. First it's sitting in Rice, TX; then it departed Los Angeles on June 15. I don't believe either, now that I've read their reviews. Very disappointing. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Never received products ordered - tracking info scam
I placed an order online from pat pat to be delivered for mother's day. It is now june 18, 2020 and the items have never been received by my daughter in richmond, va. I have been unable, in spite of numerous attempts, to get through to the company's e-mail and listed telephone number. The tracking link sent to me from the company is another scam - it has been in transit since 5/3/20 - destination is the home of my daughter in richmond, va - checking the tracking in the past days it states: 6/11 - richmond - 6/13 - from richmond to henrico - 6/13 - henrico to richmond - 6/14 richmond to henrico - this makes no sense - richmond is the destination!
I have been scammed. I refuse to pay for something I did not receive. They took money out of my account immediately and I want either the merchandise or the money returned to me.

Order was never delivered
I placed an order in may 18, 2020, I received an email saying it was shipped. The shipping was never updated, the usps never received my package and the form on their website either won't submit correctly or is never answered! My credit card was charged, my order never shipped out of received and no response from company website, how is this good business!? Will my order be fulfilled or money be returned?! Can anyone answer my questions in a timely fashion, it's already been over a month with nothing!
Haven't received my order
I ordered 9 items from patpat.com on 2nd June, 2020 to be delivered at Melbourne, Australia. I neither received any confirmation e-mail nor products but charged $91.69 from my account. Its been more than a week now but I am unable to contact them and while I am trying to track order status they are showing there is no order placed using my e-mail ID.
It clearly appears as a trickery to me now as they have found a new way to loot innocent people. Now I am only left with the choice to exercise my legal rights as a consumer.
