my account has been charged 2 times of 20 dollars. I bought the free trial and i rven cancelled it right then but now i check my bank account and money has been deducted from my account on aug 11 and sep 11 20 dollars.

please do something about it as it was not intentional at all and i have not even used the service in this time period. thank you and please resolve quickly
