I was reading a novel online at https://www.readanybook.com/online/696046#513329, Angels and Insects. I decided to download it. The trial subscription with ReadAnyBook was to cost $1. I was charged that, but also $96 by PDFFiller (a charge I didn't notice right away). Since the link I got after subscribing didn't work, I quickly subscribed again, but again the link didn't work, and again I was charged $96. I logged in to my bank after that and saw all the charges.

I am out $193 and don't have the product, a download, that I thought I was going to get for $1. Please help!

I tried to use this free download and to my horror a payment of $96 was taken from my account. This was not authorised and needs sending back immediately. This was not authorised and needs returning today.

My company is RSY Industries Ltd, and the payment was taken from my card [protected].

I need a full explanation as to why this was taken ?

I used this service during the free trial and made sure to cancel it before the expiration date and still woke up to 104.26 being taken out of my account. I need this money and am frustrated that the charge still went through even though i cancelled. Even if money wasn't an issue, I no longer have use for this service and want a refund. I sent a ticket in but am still writing this to warn other people to avoid the issue i ran into. If you want to have people put in their card info to access a free trial, whatever but at least notify them when their subscription will end and when they will receive charges. Your subscription isn't just some pocket change, for majority of people this amount of money is the difference between eating, rent, payments, etc.

In looking at my email, I saw a message from PDfiller. It was telling me that my subscription cost $101.76 . I never subscribed to this service. If and when I ever unknowingly may have done this, it was done because it was supposed to be free.

I have written asking that any subscription and any charges be canceled and refunded..

It is an unscrupulous and heinous business practice.

I've recently noticed a pending charge of $165.90 from SupportPDFfiller.com at [protected] on my account, and while I have used PDFfiller in the past, I have no knowledge of any active subscription or authorization for this charge. Upon checking my account, I found no active subscription. I am not interested in subscribing at this time and kindly request an investigation into the pending charge and a refund for the unauthorized amount. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

2 days ago I received a fraud notification from my credit card company that SupportPDFfiller.com was trying to make a $180.00 charge to my credit card. Never heard of these people, have no idea how they got my credit card information, email, etc. Had the nerve to send me an email that they were having trouble processing my subscription. What subscription? This of course causes me to have to cancel this compromised card and all the inconvenience associated with this card they are attempting to use for a subscription I know nothing about. Very annoying!

I have been chard by supportpdffiller on September 1st of 2023 for $163.49 at 8.07pm. I am furious as I did not authorise this and am suffering hardship as it is. This is my rent money and I need it back desperately or I will be homeless, please review this and contact me asap I am desperate here, I'm a single mum and can not afford this.

I don't want to put any confidential information here but can provide proof and email if requested

I applied and paid for pdf to word converter for a month but they continue to deduct money from my account yet i only needed the service for one Month.

The deduction is made without asking whether i need the service further.

This is the second deduction when i expected only one time deduction.

Please help me to refund the payment and will make subscription when the need arises.

PDF Filler have taken a payment out of my account of £76 on the 21st August. I noticed a previous payment taken out last year of £81 on the 30th August and cancelled my account as a way to stop the automatic renewal.

I originally purchased the software in 2019 and used it occasionally. I deleted my account in October 2020, but when I realised the payment in August last year I logged back in to find out how to delete or remove payment details. Email received in November 2022 stating account deleted.

So this is difficult to understand how and why this company have taken another payment yet again despite my actions to prevent this happening.

I signed up for a FREE trial to use the premium features on the PDFFILLER website, I had cancelled my subscription twice. I was still charged after a month, PDF Filler sent FOUR charges to my bank account.. Not only that, but I was charged MORE than the subscription fee. I was wrongfully charged money, and I was over charged at that. I have only used the service once and tried on two occasions to cancel. They are taking money from my bank account that they are not entitled too. This is theft.

Subscription fees was deducted without consent and before free trail expires.Date of first trail started 2023/07/30 ends 2023/08/30.

Deducted money on 2023/08/29 outof my bank account.

I've have just found a charge for $91.75NZD to Supportpdffiller.com

After checking my account, it's asking me to try a free trail period. How does that work if you have taken the money already?! I don't want any of this.

The timing of this is very bad as well. Was doing my weekly grocery shopping, only to find I couldn't pay for it cause of this charge. No prior warning, no confirmation of direct debiting my account.

This company charged me $155.52 on August 20,2023 without even notifying me or something. That is not right and it is called stealing the ending of my card is 5764. I would appreciate if I can get a refund back.

Hello, I was charged $96 on August 6th for a year subscription that I never signed up for. I used pdffiller for one day and was immediately charged for a year. I already canceled but I would like a refund, and do not plan to use for a year. The subscription #9dw9vc, and receipt #BY21A5CB2.

Please let me know if you need more information, and would really appreciate a refund because I never signed up for this.

I do not live in the US and so would not find a use for the services you offer such as tax form filling.

Please cancel forthwith and refund me.

I had intended on using this website for my business, I ended up going with another website and canceled my subscription. I keep getting charges from it even though it states it doesn’t have any subscription on my account. I’d appreciate if someone would contact me about this because I can not make it stop and it’s taking my money without my consent.

My wife and my were charged 96.00 by pdffiller.com without our knowledge or consent.

My wife mis-takenly ordered a product thinking it was free. She copied a single page document. Two days ago we auto debited/charged by you $96 with NO other explanation. My wife or I do not and did not intend to allow this purchase. Please refund immediately. My next course of action will be to refer this matter to the Michigan Attorney General's office, Thank you.

I was searching for a form, how to get my wife's social security card. The link came up to pdffiller. I filled in the form on their website but couldn't get it to print. I then returned to my search and found the same form on the SSA website. I printed it from their website and hand filled it and mailed it directly to SSA.

I never used their service and cancelled the trial offer immediately, yet this morning I saw their charge for $96 on my account.

There are only 3 items in my pdffiller account. 2 from 2016 when I was building my house and the one I am disputing, the replacement social security card.
