Two years ago, I discovered your website and was grateful for the free PDF editing features offered. I have only utilized the service twice, with the most recent occasion being two months ago. At no point did I opt for a paid subscription due to the cost being prohibitive, especially since I was unemployed and without income at that time.
I was taken aback to receive a notification on November 8, 2023, at 18:55 Tokyo time, stating that my credit card was charged $96. This amount represents a significant sum for me, and I am certain that I have not subscribed to any of your paid services.
I kindly request that you cease any further unauthorized actions regarding my account and issue a full refund of the $96 charged. My account details are as follows:

PDF filler are croocks. I just received a notification that they took an unauthorized $2 from my account even though I deleted my account the very day I subscribed. What is wrong with this company?
