I was a real diet Pepsi fan until Pepsi put aspertaneback in the formula. It does not taste good any more. Before I refused to drink diet coke because I didn't like the taste and now I am in the same place with diet pepsi. If aspertane is taken back out I will be a pepsi customer again. I have been a loyal pepsi customer for many years and I need you guys to be loyal to your fans as well. I'm not alone in this. Diet pepsi fans that drank your product because it was a safer choice or just because it tasted better than the competition deserve your loyalty
I feel DECEIVED by pepsico because they were clear about switching to splenda from Nutrasweet/Aspartame (they are from a chemical perspective the same POISONOUS DRUG that makes my throat close and gives me migraines). I wouldn't even order diet pepsi in a restaurant as they could never be certain of which type of artificial sweetener was in it. MY EMPLOYEE IS SO ALLERGIC HE COULD HAVE DIED and I would have been libel. ALL OF YOUR VENDORS ARE LIBEL FOR THE FALSE ADVERSTISING UNTIL THEY JUST THEN PASS THE LAWSUIT ONTO PEPSICO. Don't try to feign industry standard stuff. you put yourself out there as better for using splenda (or its generic equivalent). In their comments section it says that there's no category to ask if they still have any splenda products or why they could put now with aspartame on every bottle. AND, after awhile of checking each bottle, I started to trust them. Once I stopped and nothing bad happen at least not right away;BECAUSE THEY STILL HAD THE SAME THING ABOUT "NOW ASPARTAME FREE" immediately above the Pepsi logo. I am a doctor. I will be notifying my migraine patients to stop using your product. I hope they will stand up to your deception (as in CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT). I Lost an entire summer to the migraines. I finished chemo almost 4 years ago. I THOUGHT MY ILLNESS WAS BACK. You took one of the most important sum, ears of my life from me. I am a doctor. I had to take allergy medicines (even cortisol/prednisone to be able to breathe) and had pretty much reduced myself to comfort care. My Mother died in the past month and I couldn't drive the 20 minutes to see her on the days that i had migraine which as I explained were all of the days that I drank your mislabelled product. AN ENTIRE SUMMER OF MY SHORT LIFE. I NEVER THOUGHT THAT I'd see 60, but in my visionof being 60 I was participatipating in my own care. I WAS SO WEAK THAT GOING TO THE DOCTOR WAS A CHORE -- I really believed that I was dying and just couldn't go thru it again. The I have had escalating memory problems since then and attributed it to the chemo. The weakness that I have experienced is unbearable. I kept getting weaker from a beverage that should have been energizing (it does, after all, contain caffeine ). In pain management, they teach us that being bedridden for 2 weeks leads to the health problems of being a couch potato for 6 months. Well, I'm trying to see the upside of this, but I've missed so much of my already shortened lifespan.my caffeine source was draining me and could have killed me. I've had problems swallowing that just seemed to come and go for no reason. Apparently,
your sales dropped (8% from one source). Did you ever think that it was due to product inconsistency? Also, people drink less sodas than they used to -- get over it. I've seen your CEO on CNBC with no mention of switching back to an aspartame or aspartame-like product. you certainly have made no attempt to be transparent in your action. TV commercials (that hardly anyone watches anymore) would've been a start, but not enough. HOW ABOUT PUTTING IT ON THE FRONT OF THE BOTTLE LIKE WHEN IT WAS REMOVED FROM THE PRODUCT. You could've but u thought that u could make more $$ than owning up to it. ALL ARTIFICIAL SWEETNERS can cause people to over-eat in that insulin is released when we taste anything sweet (in the same way that looking at sweets can actually cause low blood sugar). Don't condescend to me about which is "safer" unless u are willing to admit what "damage" the splenda or splenda-like product was causing. If it damaged your wallet and a Phenylketone uric patient dies from using your product, then maybe the people damaged by your deceptive products should get ahold of what remains of it. When Coke returned to Coke Classic they did so with a very aggressive ad campaign. Perhaps a class action suit might make you listen. I was on hold for awhile, spoke to a man who said that I WOULD GET A CALL BACK ON THIS TODAY. I am too weak most mornings to answer the phone. You should have announced the return of Pepsi One, then those of us poisoned by your product would've known to switch. I regularly drink diet Mt Dew. Have you tried to buy a diet Mt Dew at an airport lately? It's almost impossible. It is impossible at my airport in Ontario California. Why? Of the two or three venders that do carry Pepsi products none of them carry diet Mt Dew, and I've asked them to get it. If they go to all the trouble to carry Diet Pepsi why can't I get a Diet Mt Dew? Come on PepsiCo, get your venders to carry more diet drinks. PLEASE?!

I was heading North on Houston School Road, as I approaching I-20. Just before I went under I-20 I pulled from 2 cars behind the 18 wheeler driver into the next lane and I was safely able to pull back into the lane in front of your truck driver at the appropriate speed. Apparently your driver got upset that I pulled in front of him, next thing I noticed that the truck was speeding up and about to hit me, so I had to drive off the road to keep your Driver from seriously hitting myself and Cynthia Wade whom was in the car with me. Before I hire an Attorney and sue for Damages I want to give your company a chance to settle this matter with me. I am a 67 year-old retired Senior and I live on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. I recently purchased a 12-pack of Regular Pepsi, Michael Jackson edition. When I opened the first can it made a very loud pop like a gun shot. My husband ran to the kitchen; Pepsi spilled all over the counter. See picture of first can. A few days later I opened a second can; same thing happened but this time the tab bruised by hand; see picture. When opening a third can I placed a folded piece of paper towel over top of can. Same thing happened and Pepsi spilled. See picture of three cans; look at the tabs. Today I opened the fourth can but this time I did a video, attached. As you will see same thing happened, loud pop and Pepsi spilled. I have attached a picture of the12-pack and picture of proof of purchase information. This is a dangerous situation. I am concerned that something serious can happen to other customers. What causes this? I look forward to a prompt response. Thank you.

Hopefully you will be fine. I am a wholeseller and retailer of pepsi cola about last 20 years. My deep freezer is disfunctional by last 3 months. My customers feeling very embarrassment. I have complain again & again but the supervisor "Qaisar faiz" (Agency Faisal & Sons) ignoring me and dicuging me brutally. He never pick up my call even i call him 100 time. I really disappointed and disappreciate your services strongly. It seems that You have not any value of your customers. The supervisor Qaisar Faiz have not given any attention to my complain to repair, replace or implanting new freezer.
If you have any authority or ability to solve my complaint; so please do something instead dicourage your customers.

WOW - ok first of all, Pepsi Twist was a cola beverage that was discontinued well over a decade ago. Secondly, since it was a cola beverage, not sure how Sierra Mist is your next alternative. And besides, if you don't like Sierra mist, then buy 7 Up or Sprite. No one is holding a gun to your head.

July 18, 2018- I just read a post on facebook that you had a Pepsi can with the Pledge of Allegiance missing "Under God" because your Pepsi company did not want to offend anyone. As a citizen of the United States of America, I am offended. I will be extra careful from now on not to buy any Pepsi products, and to let other people know of your disrespect.

pepsi 18 oz 24 pack
I bought a 24 pack of Pepsi from Sam's club and they were flat. The seals on the cap did not break and came off with the cap. I am very disappointed with the quality of this batch. The seals are very important and should be examined carefully before shipment. I believe this is the reason the carbonation escaped the bottle. Not knowing if the product was tampered with led me to discard the whole case. Thank you.
2 liter diet mountain dew
In Iowa Park Tx we have 2 stores, Lowes Grocery and Dollar General. In the last couple of months their shelves have always been empty of the Diet Mountain Dew no matter what time of day we go in. Is there a shortage or is this an ordering problem? Please fix this issue. My husband has to have his Diet Mountain Dew. Thanks so much. The Pepsi warehouse is located in Wichita Falls TX.

I bought a 12 pack of Pepsi when about a month later I saw pepsi on floor, found out that one of the cans was leaking at seam after opening the case.
I am attaching a picture of it . It was leaking at the seam of the top of can.

pepsi real sugar (throwback)
On July 1st I bought (2) 12 packs of Pepsi Real Sugar (Throwback) from my local Mobil gas station. Located at 3629 Osage Ave. in Gray Summit, Mo. 63069. The problem was when I got home opened one of the cartons and (2) of the cans were empty and unopened. Batch 1527JG05158 on the carton. This is not the first time this has happened! Went back to the place where purchased, they only had (1) 12 pack left and it was severely damaged and had busted cans in it and was all sticky. Looks as though this could be a shipping issue. As I stated this is not the first time this has happened and I have notified store management on previous occasions only to come back a week later and still have a sticky soda mess on the shelves and cartons stuck to each other and the shelf, you cannot even pick the pack up its glued to the shelf. Just tired of damaged goods!

I have just recently noticed on your bottles that the ingredient aspartame is in your sodas again. The reason I drank this product is the fact that you advertised that you didn't have this ingredient. This was a healthier choice for sodas. I have a two pregnant family members that are livid that they were drinking your product cause it was safer for the baby. You need to start telling customers and have in commercials that this ingredient is back in. Messing with people health like that is not okay. To you this may be a silly complaint but to me its much more. This was a lie! Withholding this kind of information about your product is not right and you people should be ashamed. Your customers (which is who its all about) are very unhappy about this. I love pepsi but now, I don't even trust your product anymore.

I have called several times about delivery times. I have on my account that my window is from 7 am until 10 am on Wednesday. Again I call and the delivery does not show. ON Thursday, my manager calls and they said they call her back because they didn't know what happened. Now it is Friday and they have an order coming out, but again, it will be after 11 am, which for a busy restaurant, doesn't work. There isn't enough room for a big truck when there isn't enough room for the guests. Not sure if pepsi wants my business with the service I have been getting!

I work for a restaurant that uses a Pepsi fountain to serve drinks. At about 7:30pm the Pepsi tap on the fountain broke and began spraying water everywhere. We managed to get everything shut off after having a huge mess in the kitchen. After calling the service number I was told they would be there within 4 hours. After about 2 hours I called again to be told they wouldn't be there until the next day. After explaining again that this required immediate attention I was told I would get a call from the dispatcher and give an exact time the technician would be arriving. This call never came. Now it is 11:30 on and I've heard nothing. I call again the next morning to be told they would be there within 4 hours of business opening. Meanwhile I am not able to sell any soda which extremely limits the drinks I can sell. When the technician finally showed up at 12pm he had no idea what the issue was and proceeded to made jokes about the whole situation. None of which I found funny. There needs to be better communication all around. Each time I called I spoke to a different person. They all gave me the run around and was unable to provide any significant information.

24 oz diet pepsi, case.
I purchase a case of 24 oz Diet Pepsi from Sam's Club, Pineville, NC or Sam's Club, Rock Hill, SC, every other week. Almost every purchase has at least one bottle that has been damaged or lost it gas. Today, the bottle was split almost from top to bottom at a diagonal. No visible damage to case packaging; however, the bottom of the case shows evidence of the spill and has mold from one end to the other. I have washed each of the in tact bottles in hot soapy water before storing them.
There were no more than two purchases during the course of the last year that did not have a damaged bottle.
Passed off the others; however, this one had the mold and it may have psyched me out to some extent. I have the bottle and the case if you would like a photo or return to your claims office.
