My name is noemi and as I rolled a roll up I found something hard when I realized it was mouse droppings please get in contact otherwise I am gonna take this further it's disgusting !

I have been smoking pall mall for a number of years now and the last few packets ive bought the minority of cigarettes have large twigs in them. They burn down the paper and waste half the cigarette. Not impressed as cigarettes are not cheap.

LOL, don't you know how to open a pack of cigarettes. After you remove the foil from one end of the pack, tap the pack against your fingers with the open end pointing down. After a few taps the cigarettes will be out enough to pull one out without damaging it. BTW, I quite smoking 10 years ago, you should too. Good Luck

The cigarettes themselves are also too tight now. It's difficult to get a normal drag of the smoke. I've taken to leaving a few out of the pack at a time to let them get a bit stale and looser and it's still a problem. I now roll them in my fingers to allow some of the tobacco to spill out. It's become a burden and I'm wasting money. I smoke Pall Mall blue king-size in a small (20) pack but am now currently looking for a different brand.

Why are you all complaining of being ripped off!? Surely if you were sensible people, you should stop smoking altogether and it would save you large amounts of money a year. I also now for a fact that it is a legal requirement for the cigarette producers have to place the number of cigarettes included in the box on the packaging. This is just food for thought. Don't smoke and you not only save money but you may live a bit longer as well!

I agree with this post ! I have just bought my weeks worth of Pall Mall cigarettes, which are now Click ons, to find that there are only 19 in the packet for SuperKings variety. There is nothing on the packet to say there are less than 20 and the news agent was also unaware ! This is a rip off !

Having same problems with short reds about a pack out of every carton

Today I opened the third pack of cigarettes from a carton of blue Pall Mall. The first pack had one cigarette with a tear in it about an inch from the end you light. The second pack I opened also had a cigarette in it with the same type of tear in the same place.
The third pack had three cigarettes with the same type of tear in the same place. Don't like to complain, but feel like the company needs to know these things, you can't fix a problem if you don't know about it. Will be very upset if the number of faulty cigarettes per pack continues to grow.

I have been smoking Pall Mall XL cigarettes for 7 yrs, and to me, i love the American taste of Cigarettes..Thier the best sofar, better than Camel Cigarettes..

I smoke socially maybe a pack a week1, and I run 1-1.5 miles a few times a week and I can detect problems with my breathing rather quickly. I switched to Pall Mall menthol about 4mo. Ago. And within a month ended up with a chronic lung infection. IT took me a month and a half to run more than 1/4 mile. My breath smelled so bad from the lung infection. Definitely stay away from this brand there are additives in them different from other brands that are seriously dangerous.

I am experiencing something odd recently. Every few cigarettes run into one that taste like something other than tobacco. It smells and tastes like wood or paper. I tried other brands to see if it was me...but didn't have the same experience.

Every time I smoke pall mall reds I get horrible bronchitis.

I bought two packs of Pall Mall blue XL and the filters keep falling off. I would like to be compensated fro the defective cigarets!

On June 24, 2014.

Bought groceries and then purchased 2 packs of cigarettes, at $5.48 each pack which came to total = $11.62. Everywhere else is $3.55 a pack except Walmart. I want to file a complaint for Tobacco gouging.

I have the receipt from Murphy's which is down below Walmart and their packs of Pall Mall cigarettes are $3.38 a pack

How is it price gouging... That would mean that nobody else has them and they raised the price for no reason...
Next, you said you bought groceries but I only see the 2 items on the slip so that means you knew what you were paying up front and still paid it...
I have an idea, DON'T BUY THEM AT THIS STORE...

The cigarettes that are being manufactured these days are just nasty. We had no say in the matter. The government just did it "for our own good". If there is anything we can do to stop this please let me know (himnme21@hotmail.com) other than signing a petition, . (which did absolutely nothing). I roll my own sometimes and it gives me a break from the terrible taste. However, I dont always have time to do this. It takes me 2 hours to roll a carton. I am not going to stop smoking because I like to smoke. Do we need to go to Hollywood--oops I meant Washington, . to get a stop to this farce? Its not funny anymore, government people. If anyone knows anything that will help--I'm in.

we smokers need to ban together and get something done about this poison they are giving us...who's the one that started this? sue him first then go on down the line...anyone know what we can do?

These complaints are all true. Action speaks louder than words, and directing your words to the right source is important, in order to get the results needed, NO FSC-CIGARETTES! Filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Comission is the way to go.They control the comsumer protection agency.The toll free number to file a complaint is, [protected]. I filed my complaint there, it was fast! and my complaint was taken very seriously! I was really surprised for a goverment office, you know what I mean if you have delt with other branches of goverment information or service. When enough complaints are filed, it will warrant an investigation into the matter, and something will be done about it. So tell everyone this info, and get going, FILE A COMPLAINT!, ASAP!

And, it's not just the paper...I took apart my cigarette and rolled it in rolling paper and it was nasty, too. What are they doing to the tobacco?

These FSC cigarettes are just plain old nasty! I recently had some blood work done at the doctors and my kidney function was a slight bit low. Never had any problems with kidneys until these FSC cigarettes--and I've smoked for nearly 30 years. So, I guess I will STOP SMOKING...my ONE vice in life, danggoneit! I want to know, seriously, WHAT IS IN THESE CIGARETTES? I know I've read "carpet glue" and "asbestos"...I just can't wrap my head around the government being involved in such a HATE CRIME against its own people...all because we smoke? Cut me a break! Please, someone, tell me what is in these and what it does when it is burning and we are inhaling...WHAT ARE WE INHALING? Is it really such a crime to enjoy a good ol' smoke, in my own home, not hurting anyone?

How could you, RJ Renolds, even possibly try and pass off some ### cigarettes like you are making now? I wish your forefathers were here to smoke the ### FSC cigarettes you are making today, Whoever authorized the production surely wouldnt have a job anymore and you would probably get em shoved up where the sun dont shine! Being one of the biggest cigarette manufactures in the country, why would you even consider making and sending these cigarettes out to market? I wish I was on your decision board, you must of had some really good ### to smoke the day you decided on FSC cigarette production and distribution! No matter how much money you made, or how much money you would have had to pay, not to comply, was it worth the heritage of your company? I know if i was the president of your company, I would have fought tooth an nail not to produce FSC cigarettes, Federal law or not, there comes a time when you have to stand up for whats right, people who have supported you, enjoyed your flavorfull cigarettes in the past, and trusted, yes, trusted your products in the past, well, I am sure they are all very disappointed in your products now. People will eventually get what they want, and when your company is no longer producing what they want, they WILL, get it elsewhere.

Everybody is right in there related problems with FSC cigarettes. I have experienced the same sick feelings and by no means at all are these cigarettes fire safe, as a matter of fact they are worse ! Why hasn"t the comsumer protection agency looked into this matter? How come this issue has no media coverage about the dangerous chemicals that have been put in these new FSC cigarettes by the tobacco companys? The tobacco company has clearly changed its product without any notification to the public consumer, who thinks they are getting the same product that they have purchased before. This is clearly deceptive and fradulant to EVERYONE!, who has purchased these FSC cigarettes under fasle pretense, not knowing the product has been changed. None of the FSC cigarettes were marked with new warnings or new product change info, If they were, many of us smokers would not have purchased them. After all, who would want to buy, and smoke a cigarette, that tastes like [censored], dosent staylit, fire drops off, and has a whole bunch of new posinous chemicals in it? And dont forget about the sickness and suffering that goes along with it! Everybody who has smoked these FSC cigarettes should file a suit against the tobacco companys and also against the law makers or party who authorized the production and the distribution to the general public without warning. All of you people who are responsible for passing, manufacturing, and selling these FSC cigarettes, I want you to know, as every day goes by, more and more people are finding out what you all have done to them, and if they are like me, they wont be very happy either. OMG! I found out about the FSC 4 days ago, but had been wondering for about a month why my cigarettes tasted funny/bad, left a weird coating in my mouth, wouldn't stay lit, sparked when re-lit, and that I was becoming physically ill (headaches, nausea, numbness of lips, dizziness) - now I know. I immediately told everyone I know, and the first thing my 74 year old Father and 50 year old Husband said was, "they'd arrest us if we were sniffing glue, yet they are forcing us to smoke it!" Well, I signed on the internet tonight to email R.J. Reynolds when I found this post. I know it's not R.J. Reynolds' fault, it's the Federal Gov't. (Bush enacted the legislation), but I was going to tell RJR that I'm done, and I feel bad for the tobacco farmers. I even considered rolling my own, but here in Columbia SC you practically get arrested, or at least get put on a watch list, for buying cigarette papers; that and I've tried smoking filterless, and it's just not for me. I had already signed the petetion against FSC, and think everyone should. BTW, when were they going to tell us about this? I didn't notice any signs posted warning about the EXTREME risk over and above the existing dangers of smoking. Oh well, 38+ years as a smoker, and I can definatively, unequivocally state, "I'M DONE". Thanks for letting me vent. C

These (FSC) cigarettes taste terrible and make my throat sore as HECK, as well as some headaches. All my friends that are everyday smokers are always telling me how they hates these new (FSC) cigarettes and almost want to quit because the Bands of EVA. SMOKING CARPET GLUE IS NOT SOMETHING I HAVE ON "MY LIST OF THINGS" WHEN I WAKE UP. Something HAS to be done.

From 1 carton of cigarettes only 40% is good the rest of it the filter paper is not sealed

Between 3 packets of Pall Mall switch grape flavor bought between 17 November and 24 November, I have had 6 sigarettes with no menthol ball to pop in the filter.

Nov 2 2023 6:20 in Centerville newbrunswick 3 of the cigarettes the filters were half off couldn’t smoke them

2023 October 30 I bought 3 packs from the store Zway St. Catharines On . And they are so loose the heaters fall off !

I bought 40 pall mall flow red super kings yesterday but one of the packs was extremely bizarre as one of the 20 packs had menthol taste in the cigarettes it had mint flavours in it I bought both packs from the local Asda shop in hazel grove Stockport I have never known for anything like this

Hi there I hope this message finds you.i been smoking Pall mall for years and over a course of weeks I'm not satisfied with the product while I'm smoking the cherries fall off continuously it's highly unsatisfying really making me think of changing my bran

I pay an extra $8.50 a packet of 20 for the pall mall extras menthol boost and in the last 4 weeks at least 4 have no boost in each packet.

So I'm a pack and a half a day guy. And I'd sag the last 10 pks give or take have been so dry my cherry falls out several times during each cig. Today I bought my first pack at coop like always and as was sitting at the bust stop I lit a cjg and the cherry falls out again and burns my new pants I bought yesterday I'm sooo mad!
