I hope this finds you well. Please can you help:
The level of stock of all Medications including Chronic Medication at Bonnie Pharmacy Cnr Louis Botha & Templhof Streets, is concerning.
On Several occasions in the last 6 months I have been unable to collect my full script.
I am Bi-polar and require these medications to keep me sane as well as prevent me from getting very unpleasant side effects which I am currently experiencing now.
1. I went to Fill my script on the 14 June 2021 only 15 x Lexamil 20mg Tablets were available, My medical aid was charged for only 15 tablets. So I am now unable to process another script which I obtained on Friday 05/07/2021. Please see attached box with information on it.
2. Went back to Pick n Pay Bonnies Pharmacy on Saturday the 3rd July and there still no stock.
3. I am now on Day 7 without Lexamil 20mg and was informed by the Pharmacist it will still be a further 14 days The side effects are affecting my work, ability to concentrate it is rather unpleasant.
4. I would it to be investigated as the staff are friendly and it is a convenient Pharmacy to go to, but due to this I am seriously thinking of rather taking my new scripts elsewhere as there is peace of mind that there will be stock.
Your kind and urgent assistance in this matter would be grealty appreciated
Desired outcome: I would like the Pharmacy to supply me with the further 15 tablets even if they have to source it from Pick n Pay Brentwood Pharmacy.
Pick n pay resealing and selling food items in a pandemic
I order the delivery service thru bottles. Pick n pay festival mall decided to seal with clear tape an open chocolate dlab and send out to me in any case. I did report to bottles. They were aware of the problem and came to pick the slab. Now i have to wait for them to deliver my item that i paid for. Why could they just not bring my original order with. Such an inconvenience really. Not expected from pick n pay
Desired outcome: For them to learnt to never ever do that again. Even to someone else
Banana and cream tart
I went to my local pick n pay today in the morning and I bought what i thought was a banana and cream tart when I got home I cut a piece and it tastes good but as my partner began to cut bigger pieces we found it was very crummy in the middle and not hey good presentation I don't think they were in the mood to bake or assemble at all the cream and base was okay just that unexpected crumb filling was unacceptable shame yes we finished it as I could not take it back open but please let your bakers know that they should take pride in their work and not just do it because they know the black community raly complains about these things

PNP Mall of Africa Express Cue
On Wednesday evening 29 June 2021 at around 18:20pm I went to Picknpay Mall of Africa to get 4 items, I then decided to cue at the express till and I had 2 people infront of me, there was a lady behind me who was pregnant and 5 other people curing behind her in this very same cue! I spotted that only ONE till, specifically till number 10 was assisting another PNP employee at a till scanning what looked like 5 baskets with the same contents in each basket. Not only did was the teller scanning but she was manually inserting barcoded numbers to ring up items and which seemed to take forever, what was the even more disturbing is that there was a store manager or supervisor who could be visibly seen around the entrance of the store inside who did absolutely NOTHING to fast track a cue of 10 people! I found this disturbing as I think the store does not have enough education on Covid-19 policies. Even though we were social distancing, all of us are were disgruntled that we stood there till 18:51pm all waiting to get assisted at a till which was meant to be an express till! I would like to reiterate that as much as wearing a mask and social distancing has been deemed to prevent Covid-19, the more we remained in the cue the longer we became potentially exposed to the virus.
I hope head office can engage the store management and investigate their practises before they find themself complacent in putting people at risk in the store with ignorant staff who just cannot care to deal with customers first!

I purchased 3 trays of chicken. Please view the photos attached of the one foam tray of chicken. The chicken was roton, blue and smelly. I did not open the other 2 its in my freezer.
How will you proceed? It is ALWAYS BEST for the pickers to pick and dispatch the freshest stock for online shoppers, don't you think?

Pick n Pay Full Cream Condensed Milk
Good day, I would like to bring to you attention that I have a problem with your Condensed Milk. It is the second time now that I opened a tin for making a salad this time, that I found a foreign object on the inside. I was preparing for a friend's and family braai on Sunday, previously it was for a pudding. I am really distraught with this, and am worried that we might get sick from this product. Not sure if I will continue buying Pick 'n Pay branded products any more. We live in times where we need to be so careful of sickness and diseases, and this is absolutely the last thing I would expect from Pick 'n Pay, and the last thing I would like to subject my loved ones to. Your quick response would be appreciated. I attach pics for your attention.
The above is what I wrote on the Pick N Pay Facebook page on the 1st June 2021, up to date it being the 26 June 2021 I have received no response, can you believe it. Extraordinary Customer Service don't you think! I find it Shocking! I would rather not use the words that come to mind.
Albany bob bread
I bought a loaf of white bread at pick and pay and I found undesirable hole inside the bread as if it was eaten by the rat, the bread looked well outside but inside was just disgusting disaster, I have always trusted Albany and have forever been their customer, but this has made me numb, please assist me I need compensation. Bad and slow service
Pick & Pay Hazeldean.
5 out of 5 times: Slow service at tills. Line and lines of people and not enough tellers. Card transactions going through slowly and even three times.
This is a beautiful shop in a prime spot but seems like the community is avoiding it due to incompetent staff and slow service.

When there to do my shopping 18/06/2021. They close at 18:00. 18:00 the cashier and I guess the line manager starts shouting at me and my wife they are closed. The line manager comes to us in the shelves at starts telling us to finish rudely. We followed her to a cashier nobody helps us all the cashiers are busy cashing up. I tell her what know se looks at us confused so i left my entire trolley full of groceries there and went to checkers. Pick n pay southern centre will never see me or my family again i would not recommend shopping there
Smart Shopper Card Service
I have a smart shopper card that I have been using for the past 2-3years. When I want to connect my smart shopper to my Discovery health plan, they stated that this card is not linked to my name. After various emails and phone calls to Pick n Pay, they finally came back to me today with a sms stating the my Smart Shopper Card has now been blocked.
In other words, when I swipe the card in store and they can put that "points" data to their public advertisements, everything is great. But as soon as I want to use the card for my benefit, they block the card. Nice.

No stock of Salted Caramel yogurt.
Good day,
I managed to buy and taste your Salted Caramel yogurt on one occasion. Since then, despite trying numerous Pick n Pay outlets, it is never in stock. Surely someone needs to look into supplies as there are clearly not enough being ordered.
If you are not going to keep sufficient stocks, please put a sign saying that you no longer stock that yogurt as I have tried on numerous occasions to not avail.
Desired outcome: Either keep more stocks or discontinue.
Cake and 1.5 litre promo
Today I went to Pick n Pay Brits Mall and I was told in a rude way by the frontline leader that u can only get a cake of R120 with Coke only...I asked her to go and check what was written on the promo and she refused telling me to get Coke or nothing. The service @ Brits Mall is really going to the dogs lately.

Good afternoon
I went to your Westwood Pick n Pay Branch in Durban this morning 11.6.2012
and brought 3 ready made chickens for our family lunch today
tried one tasted off tried the 2nd off, 3rd off
did not have time to go back to P/p so thought no problem our 5 cats will enjoy these so broke them up
they would not touch them ...so i thought ok my cats are very fussy i will give them to the strays cats down the road
15 minutes later ..even they would not touch your chickens
perhaps you should check what is going on or you should maybe
ask the ' Health department 'to look into the matter as to where you are getting these chickens are they inferior or a health hazard ?
unfortunately i threw away the containers and receipt R70 x 3 = R240, but used the smart shopper card so u can see i did buy them - card number [protected]
Please urgently look into this matter - as i hope none of these chickens would cause food poisoning ?

I bought top from Pick-n-Pay Clothing, Pretoria Colonade on Sunday, 5 June 2021 and wear it to work on Tuesday, 8 June 2021 only to find out at work that the sleeve is teared were it is stitched together at the top. That was the third product the past month I bought that was stitched together poorly, that is when I decided to send you a complaint.
The first time was a top bought at Pick-n-Pay Clothing Brits also only to find out when a work coleque mention and showed it out to me that is a tear where it was badly stitched together.
The second time I bought ski-pants only to wear it once when it teared at the ankle and have to throw it away.
So I was willing to let it pass twice, but got really disgusted when I experience it for the third time again at work were I was embarrassed. That is when I decided to send you complaint and also tell myself that I will never buy again from Pick-n-Pay clothing which is very sad because I loved to buy clothing from Pick-n-Pay.
Desired outcome: What ever is decided.

I would like to place a complaint regarding the customer service the staff lack in this pick n pay. From the cashiers to the Managers on the floor.They do not value they customers at all.
In my case I had to request for a cash back, which I was made to walk up and down meanwhile a floor manager was available, instead they were busy talking stories amongst themselves.I did not gather they names It was an African Male -tall and the female was Coloured.
They came across as people that do not value they customers and work mind you they did not even greet me.

Poor customer service
Hi Today morning I went to pick n pay delmas to order tramazzini at the deli when I got there. there was a guy by the name of Melusi he was busy packing pies. I stood there he never assisted me. until the supervisor came and I told her what I wanted she then told the guy to help me and he's response was he will never do that in front of me he then said he is going to fetch chicken nuggets he left me there without assisting me until the supervisor came and assisted me. I want to know if pick n pay does give their staff training on customer service.
Twinkies expire
Went to pnp to get tinkies only to find they were way passed expiry date, the call centre advices me ro consult and i did- but when i fo to pnp to submit the drs note i was told they cant help me. I then again called the call centre and they told me the case has been ressolved but they never communicate with me
