I called "customer service" (NOT the USA, but the Phillipines!) last week Tuesday, 9/19/23, case#[protected], as all the picknsave.com websites were not accessing the website(s) such that I could "view" the weekly ads and or "clip" any shopping coupons. (May(employee)in customer service)
Error Message: ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR
So, now it's a week later, 9/26/23, and I STILL CANNOT access ANY picknsave websites! I called again, and again the Phillipines, said they sent me an email which is supposed to rectify your error. However, I received NOTHING from anyone employed by Pick N'Save at all! (Kathy(employee)in customer service) Kathy went back and forth 3 TIMES to a supposed technician and after waiting multiple times for them to respond and or correct the situation, I HUNG UP!

I gave "May" all my PC computer infromation last week and still no response and no website ACCESS!
No answers as to why, other than try a different browser (I'm using MS Edge) or "apps" on a smart phone!
I am 69 years old. Pick n Save will not mail deliver their weekly ads anymore and even so, I cannot access "digital" coupons without "digital" website access! I DO NOT have my cellphone glued to my hand at every moment of the day and as such, I am NOT an "apps" user which all these young people do not seem to understand. So advising me to use "apps" is virtually useless to me.
ISSUE NEEDS RESOLUTION ASAP!
OR I STOP SHOPPING AT PICK'N SAVE AND ADVISE EVERYONE I KNOW OF THE DIFFICULTIES I' VE ENCOUNTERED.
