customer service at bentonville, arkansas pizza hut is the worst!!!
My son and I went to order lunch on September 27, 2017 at 12:26 pm at unit 002600 in Bentonville, Arkansas with our server being Kassi. We walked in and ordered two drinks and a an order or garlic knots as an appetizer and a meat lover 's pizza we had a coupon for the side. We were waiting for appetizer and finished drinking our drinks and no refills because she was not attentive to her customers. The appetizer and pizza came out at the same time and still no refills I had to ask for refills and had to use a plastic fork that broke as I tried to cut my pizza.The appetizer was to be filled garlic knots they were not and came out barely warm and the marinara sauce was watery. The pizza was ok but by far not what pizza hut has made in the past. The service was terrible and product was as well. I asked for a box and two cups and just wanted to leave and will never order there again. When paying the girl said she could not break a $100 and gave us all $5 for change. I can not believe I had to pay $25.21 for a pizza, garlic knots and drink that I could have gotten at a far less price elsewhere. I hope something is done about his store I now understand why the parking lot was empty.Pizza hut product was and is better in other locations.

When I came in to the lobby of pizza hut to order didnt see anyone but of course thought might be in the back but after 15 minutes of waiting shouting hello! Still noone then I saw a girl and a guy come from way back of store they saw me but were having a conversation with each other didnt even acknowledge me like I wasnt even there girl talking the whole time dont know what was going on there but didnt look work related but anyhow after all this she finally came towards lobby gets on her phone! This was ridiculas and wierd and when I turned around to leave then she asked if I wanted to order NO THANK YOU! Before door closed I heard her reply "Good didnt wanna take an order anyway" I will never return to this store atleast not when this person is there you could tell she was very young and immature and definately unprofessional...

This restaurant deserves nothing but a bad feedback. The delivery took 2 hours to get to me. I told them i would file a complaint and it still was late. This is the last time i place an order from this [censor] service restaurant. AbuDhabi - Musaffah branch. Customers have the right to know when is the exact time the food will be delivered. They lied and kept saying it'll need 10 more minutes to get to me. This restaurant deserves negative feedbacks.

horrible service
The server Lacy I had today wasn't the nicest or best ! She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing and me and my husband had to get up and refill our own drinks! When we did she decided to get an attitude with us! She made me not want to EVER go back there again, if I were to walk in and see she was working I would literally walk right back out!

Once again I ordered 2 medium pizzas, and was told wait time would be 215 to 225 minutes. Needless to say I called and cancelled the order, when asked why the wait time, the manager said he only has 1 driver, and the head lights went out on his car so he could not help deliver. This really upsets me because (1) I love your pizza, (2) I am not able to drive to your location on Sullivant Avenue, and your store on Broad Street which is just as close to me won't deliver because I am not in their delivery zone! Grrrrrrr! I think you need to get the young man on Sullivant Avenue more drivers as soon as possible, because no sane person is going to wait 225 minutes for a pizza!

We didnt get our order til 14 hours later, the next day. We ordered at 8:26 pm and didn't get them til around 1030 am the next day. The date of the order was 9/23 we got them on 9/24. Ended up getting it for free after a bunch of hassle and the manager was very rude. I called, they said the order was voided cause supposedly the delivery driver came to our door and we failed to answer. No one ever came to our door. They attempted to send it again this time I was to recieve a cal when they get there, never got a call, no one ever showed. Ended up going to bed and calling in the morning and the BS excuse I was given was "it was hectic last night " they sent our order first delivery and we finally got our food, 14 hours later. Extremely unhappy
not getting what I ordered
I went on line and ordered pizza because I was getting a free one, if ordered online. I did everything asked and when my husband picked it up there was only one.
Tbe receipt has no information on it to pertain to me ordering 2 pizzas.
The manager said he has no control over online and so sad I dont get the free pizza. So if the online ordering messed up, he didnt consider giving me another.
The receipt does not even have the survey code or the correct store #. I am extremely disappointed with this pizza hut.
my whole experience today.
I have been eating at the same Pizza Hut for around 20 years and I have never had a worse experience. I placed an order online this evening and my order was not right. I ordered the any two pizzas for $6.99 1 pepperoni and 1 supreme meats, then I ordered 12 mild buffalo bone-in wings and 16 boneless honey bbq wings, and I then redeemed my free pizza. When our order came the wings had barely any sauce either order. Then I only recived 2 pizzas and when I look at the receipt I was charged $13.99 for a pepperoni lovers. I even made sure I checked my order before I submitted it and it said I had 3 pizzas, 2 orders of boneless wings, and 12 bone in wings. My receipt does not match what I know I ordered. I called the store an the manger basically told me it was my problem and there was nothing he could do with a I could actually care less attitude. I love Pizza Hut but this has ruined my opinion on it now.

Working 16 hours was craving pizza and hot wings ordered two medium pizzas and six wings the wings were undercooked the pizza overcooked waste of my time and my energy and especially my money still hungry unsatisfied called Pizza Hut three times and three times my call was disconnected thank you for such great customer service and delicious food! !not!

On 9/24/17 my husband wanted to get himself a pizza for game day. We stopped at the pizza Hut on 3500 Aramingo Ave. Though the store was empty it took staff more that 30 mins to complete an order of 1 pizza. Meanwhile we couldn't help overhearing the "cook" cursing and slamming things in the back. The lady at the front reminded the cook that my husband had been waiting for more that 20 mins..." His response was and he's gonna wait 20 more minutes". My husband not wanting any confrontation kept quiet. He waited the extra 20 mins and as he was leaving a young immature and totally disrespectful little girl starts cursing and threatening my husband as he walked out of the business. I'll repeat. He had left and walked out. She followed him to the door to threaten him saying she was going to make a phone call and have him beat up? Really? She then closed the door in his face and tried to hold the door close as he attempted to come in and confront her actions. It seems as though she wasn't there to work and make your customers have a pleasant experience, she was more than pleased to make threats and be disrespectful to the customers that pay (in essence) her salary . I'm guessing you're paying your staff to be disgraceful, unprofessional and disrespectful to your customers?. How do you stay in business? How do you expect customers to offer repeat business? With that in mind I will continue to discourage and sway every little bit of business Away from your establishment. Doesn't seem you appreciate in any way shape or form our business. So we will take our business where it is appreciated. I can't believe I'm the only person that has had issues with your staff and know this you are responsible for the actions of the people that poorly represent your business. Fire them all and get a staff that promotes repeat business on your behalf. Not the opposite. That's kind of an Oxymoron... Unless You Are in Business to LOSE MONEY.
If you have cameras.. you should actively take an interest in your business and reputation. Word of mouth can make or break business. From what I see your business doesn't need any additional lost in revenue with the lack of customers turning away from Domino's
online ordering
Again, when trying to place an online order, the system doesn't work! Can't sign in- it shows a code of 107. Then if and when it works, it won't apply the discount count I entered when TRYING to place the order. It says I already used the discount- which of corse I didn't because I can't even place the order! This should be fixed. I guess it will now be a Dominos's pizza day (and I had a $54 order). This has happened to me several times!

IF YOUR STORES DO NOT WHAT YOU ARE PUTTING OUT THERE FOR SPECIALS AND NONE WILL ACCEPT IT, WHY ARE YOU DEFRAUDING YOUR CLIENTS! We I might say went to dominos and ordered 10 pizza for a family night, my name is Joann and I'm 72 yrs young and this is very sad to mislead people and you should take this untrue advertising!

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery paid with my card and was sent a time of delivery email. After 2 hours I contacted the store and was put on hold for 20 more minutes then was told that my order was cancelled due to an unknown problem. No phone call no refund nothing. My husband, grandson, and myself went to Pizza Hut in Roanoke, Al. The restaurant was completely empty but there were no clean tables. The service was awful, had to go to the counter to get drink refills and a to go box. The waitress were rude and on their cell phones the whole time we were there. The business phone rang several times while we were there and they completely ignored it. If it had been busy I could understand but like I said earlier we were the only people there and I can certainly see why. My grandson loves Pizza and it is a shame that we have to go 35 miles to another town to get Pizza when we have a Pizza Hut 4 miles from home. Unless there are some changes made I will not be going back and I will not recommend the Roanoke Pizza Hut to anyone I know. In fact, if anyone ask my opinion I will tell them that it is dirty and the service is awful. Also the bathroom was not very clean and there was no paper to dry out hands after we washed them.

Pizza Hut in wetumpka al. Tiffany was very rude about getting the order wrong then came back to the table and raised her voice about the misunderstanding . Then customer asked to speak with a manager. She responded I am the manager. I then asked to speak with someone over her. She responded why. I told her her attitude was very nasty and unprofessional. She then walked off while I was still speaking to her. This is not the first encounter. She is always rude and I will not be going back to this establishment. To go boxes were also asked for for 2 medium pizzas and cheese sticks that weren't eaten due to the nastiness of the worker, and she would only give personal pan pizza boxes. Then proceeded to discuss the whole ordeal loudly w other staff around other customers.

First of all i love pizza hut. I eat it all the time. So me and three others went to the buffett on grant ave in auburn ny. The resturaunt was full. We had to wait 15 minutes for pizzas to even be put on the buffet. And it was alraedy time for the buffett. When the pizzas finally came out they were under cooked and soggy. Ive never had a bad experience and i eat there once a week. Very disappointed. Not sure what their issue was. They. Should have already had pizzas on the buffett at yhe start time. ladies at counter kept my receipt
The ladies at the counter kept my receipt and put it under the keyboard on the counter, even after I asked several times for it. They gave me the due now receipt but not the one that prints out with a survey code. I asked her for it but she reprinted one of the due now instead of the cash out receipt. Normally that wouldn't upset me, but we have to travel to and fro. Football games with 3 boys. They can eat me under the roof without taking advantage of the coupons that are provided with the surveys. So for them to keep that receipt, that's what is going to keep me from going back to that establishment. That shows me as a customer how rude and untrustworthy your employees can be. Working for a sheriff's office, I don't make a whole he'll of a lot money for sure, so this just took money out of our pockets to be able to eat at your establishment.
Then on top of this, when we walked in there was a family waiting to be seated, a gentleman at the counter waiting to order and one family at a table. The rest of the tables were all dirty and the blonde with the ear gauges kept saying she was at her done point and she was done with all of this. Then she told the family they could find a place to sit. The family ended up cleaning off a table for themselves and had to ask for a rag to clean the tables. The black lady (I didn't catch either one of the ladies names-no name tags) that waited on me is the one that put the receipt under the register and then took off. When she got our pizza box, she gave us the marinara sauce and it was so watered down that when she threw it on top of the box it sloshed in the container. It was way watered down and we had to ask the other lady for some that wasn't watered down. The blonde asked us if that was better when she handed us the sauce.
I don't normally do this, send in a complaint, but there needs to be some kind of customer service in that establishment. In the 10 minutes I was there they both complained about having to work and having more people pull up. If you are that unhappy about having to do your job, then you shouldn't be there. That is not a way to keep your customers. That is a sure way to run them off as they have done us. We will definitely not be eating there or ordering from there again. I go through clarendon at least twice a week and every weekend. We will definitely take our business elsewhere after those two ladies treated not only our family, but also the way they treated the other customers, poorly. That is bad business.

I can buy a pizza at many local pizza parlors and pay much for delivery. Last night payed $21.00 plus not including a tip to the driver for an 8 cut pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. I called the store I bought this from and was only told sorry. This is outrageous pricing. Normally do carry out and didn't expect to be taken advantage of for a delivery. You lost a delivery customer but on top of lost a carry out customer as well. Your pizza is really not worth over 3 dollars a slice after tip.

I went ther after 40 min then the manger told me that he even didn't start baking the pizza, and I have to wait 30 min or more to get mine.
