I placed an order online and payed with my cc which is on my bank statement and one of your employees gave my info which should be private to some lady that had her wallet stolen with cc''s And now I'm being charge with theft which is a false allegation and I am very embarrassed my person was belittled by this And believe me I will find a lawyer to sue for disrespecting privacy of a person.

Where do I began at 4:40 pm I order pizza and that was not deliver until 5:34pm and both was cold and undesirable. In your special instruction field I asked for the order to be bought upstairs ( having issues with my knees). at 5:35pm, I got a call from someone name Lovely at [protected], telling me to come down and get my order. She stated, that she could not come upstairs because she had other orders to delivery, I had to ask my neighbor's son to go down and get my order, in which she could not even get out of her car, he had to go to her car to pick up my order and she told him the Pizza hut did not paid her effort money for special deliveries. I am totally appalled. I did call the Hawthorne store and make a comments, but they did not seem to care. I would like a refund on my credit card alone with the tip that was given to your lazy driver.

Isn't the waitress fault but it took 25 minutes for us to get our BREADSTICKS and 30 minutes to get our food so it took them 25 mins to get our appetizer out which is ridiculous and before that charging us for sauce because we wanted our wings naked with the sauce on the side like really? When has Pizza Hut ever done that and we placed out order around 5:50 and it's 6:35 and I haven't gotten my wings yet like really almost an hour for 18 WINGS
"Pizza Hut a family friendly franchise what a joke." Not even 5 families here I understand there's a drive thru well crap if you can't handle having people inside why have both I'll never eat here again and trust me I know a lot of people they won't come either and the fact that I asked to talk to the GM 3 times and "if he gets a chance to talk to me, he'll come" like please customer is always right is food policy and retail. Ordered from store# 030433. Had a large order. This is last time just because of the way i was treated on the phone. Talked to manager Jen could hear in her voice she already had attitude like the person who answered. Pizza over done. Bread sticks hard. She didn't care said she got them out herself and she could come get them and redo. Already waited 35 mins. Lost my business.

I called the deland store on E. Newyork [protected]. It directed me to customer service call center where i stayed on the phone for 19min. I was talking to veronica. She had to keep calling into the store talking to Antonio bc they were out of cheese sticks, cinnamon sticks, and bread sticks and was not able to offer me the promotion bc of what they were missing. Needless to say i still put in my 25.00 order n paid by phone on my debit card. Later(10min) i got a call from Amanda a manager saying they cant deliver to my area. So now me and my kids have wasted almost 30 min and are still hungry and cant get the food. Im very upset.
getting the correct pizza that was ordered
We have tried Pizza Hut many times and we usually order pizzas with light sauce or with no meat, my wife is a vegetarian. Most all of the time the way we order our pizzas is not the way we receive them! Every time they always say we will have a credit for the mistake. Then the next time we call in it is a 30 minute long issue trying to get the credit. It has us never wanting to recommend Pizza Hut and never even think of ordering to get our order messed up! Something needs done to improve customer service.
You may want to stop patronizing the location after so many negative experiences.

I Purchase and on-line order around 7pm didnt recivice my order into 10pm when it arrived it was cold as well as when It called and an hour before they informed me my order would be There in 20 mins did not show up into and hour later and cold. It took a total of 3 hours before the food came. I called the resturant asked for a mánager gave him my ticket recipt 0108 he couldnt find my order gave him my phone number again he couldnt find my order. I told him i order on line how long I waited he was rude and the hung up on me. * Incident: I had heard from a Pizza Hut employee about a deal for Black Friday - a buy one large pizza and get a medium pizza for free. I went online to find that deal, but could not find it. I only found the any large, 2-topping pizza for $7.99 - carryout and online only.
I called the store - 116 S State College Blvd, Anaheim, CA 92806, [protected] - and spoke to a male personnel. I asked him if the $7.99 Large online deal and the free medium pizza could be applied together. He went to ask someone, and then said that I could order them and when I come to the store to pay, it will be free. I told him that the checkout screen showed the medium pizzas as full price and he told me that it was okay - to just order it and when I come to pay at the store, they can ring it up for the free medium pizzas. I then asked if I can get a free medium pizza for every large pizza I buy and he said only one per order, so if I ordered the large pizzas separately, then the medium pizzas would be free for each separate order.
I then ordered as he told me and when I arrived at the carry-out store, I was asked to pay full price. I then explained to the female cashier the phone conversation I had with the male employee and she went to ask the manager. I was then informed that I could not combine 2 different promotional items. I then asked if I could just take the large pizzas for $7.99 and cancel the medium pizzas, but she told me she could not make adjustments to online orders at the registers. (Which contradicts the earlier conversation I had with the male phone representative when he told me that the adjustments could be made at the register when I picked my order up.)
[I would felt like the female cashier had an edgy voice and was impatient in explaining the promotional deals with me. She did not even try to understand or listen to my conversation I had with the male employee previously. It takes few kind words to calm an upset customer, and she was not willing to take the time to try to amend the situation at all.]
So I cancelled the previous online orders with the medium pizzas and re-ordered my large pizzas. I was then made to wait another 10-15 minutes to received my 3 large pizza order. I then asked for a few jalapenos, and she said she had to charge $2.00 for them.
I paid for my orders and went to my car to find that the 2 pepperoni pizzas were just my previous order's pizzas - they were not hot - and the half mushroom and half olive pizza box was not closed correctly, so when I placed the pizza boxes into my car, the pizza box opened and half of the pizza hung out and over the cardboard and onto my floor mats.
I was already agitated over the communication issue about the promos, so I did not go back into the store to address the pizza spill due to an unstable pizza box fold.
* Resolution: I would have liked to have been explained the different promos more clearly .. especially since I called specifically for clarification to the store. Please make sure the employees are trained to take questions about online and in-store promos. More customer service skills training may be needed to be instituted for employees.
* Recommended future resolutions: Since I was already upset that the promos were not explained clearly over the phone to me, they could have given a small gesture - like giving me a small container of jalapenos - for free to accommodate the inconvenience of having to cancel and reorder my pizzas. (I am sure the jalapenos cost pennies to the owner.)
* Please contact me to discuss any further accommodations you can provide for me for this unpleasant experience -
(The only pleasant face to help ease this situation was Gabriel Rodriguez - the delivery personnel - who tried to make clear of the situation and explained to me that the promo for BOGO medium pizza was only for full priced large pizzas in a kind and calm manner. Please make sure his manager knows he is a great asset to her store. He can help train the female cashier on how to deal kindly with customers to provide excellent customer service.)
* Compared to other pizza companies: They are willing to provide accommodations to provide ease to any mishaps or employees who can explain the different promotional deals both online and in-store. I will not recommend this store as a carry-out store to anyone as the personnel dealing with customers (female cashier and male phone employee) are unpleasant and untrained. I will recommend delivery, though, as I believe Gabriel would be a more pleasant personnel to deal with delivering Pizza Hut orders than any in-store employees.
Please address all complaints wisely - as customer satisfaction is essential to successful business operations!

I ordered the large ult. Cheesy crust pizza and a large pizza. I drove 20 mins from our usual Pizza Hut because they were out of the ult. Cheesy pizza. When I went to pick up my pizza I looked at the pizzas and was not given the ult. Cheese, but a regular large. I told them this is not what I ordered and showed her my online receipt and The girl said "they didn't call you to tell you we were out" NOBODY CALLED ME. She then said well we don't have control over the computers... I drove 20mins only for this pizza that I have a receipt for and paid for! So I got my money back and took my large and cheesy bread home and to make matters worst the reg. Large wasn't filled cooked and was NASTY! We get Pizza Hut every Friday and would rather have frozen, at least would know it was cooked all the way and I'm getting what I paid for!

Today I called to order 2 ultimate cheese pizzas. When we called they said it wasn't available. Well they offered 2 large stuffed crust pizzas instead. When I got to the store, I asked again. How is it possible for you to have a sign outside of your door advertising a pizza that you don't have? The cashier said that they didn't have it available at the moment. I asked how come? His answered shocked me. It is 7:16 pm on Friday night. And he said that they ran out of ingredients. How is that even possible? Really disappointed at this store and the customer service I've received here several times already. I am a regular customer and this has pushed me away completely. I would never recommend this store to anyone! Brian was so rude in answering like I should've known the answer. Disrespectful beyond words. I worked customer service and that would've not been acceptable at my job.

We arrived at 1220 only 1 other customer there. We ordered 18 wings cheesy bread garlic knots and 1 pasta. I was informed they were out of chicken alfredo so I got meaty marinara. At 112 we got 6 wings at 135 we got 12 more wings and cheesy bread. 6 wings were buffalo which we didn't order. My pasta didn't come out until 149 and the correct wings at 154. RIDICULOUS! So our family dinner was eaten separately so thier food wouldn't get cold waiting on mine. Worst experience ever over an hour and a half just to get the food! No apology or explanation just the $50 ticket. NEVER AGAIN! Then when we went to ask for a drink refil the waitress is at the register eating the wrong flavored wings so unprofessional and probably on purpose!

I Jeams Potts visited one of your restaurants which was located at 1601 N. Western Ave. Chicago IL. As I waited for couple of my clients I wanted to use the washroom to wash my hands but I was comfronted by Vivian the manager who had a very rude demeanor. She told me that I would have to order my food first before I could use the washroom. For some reason I felt discriminated against because shortly later I had one of my employees go inside and ask to use the washroom as well and she was granted entry without ordering first. I Jeams Potts made a complaint through your corporate office and I was told that someone would get in contact with me within three days if I'm not mistaken. I take this type of discrimination seriously and I'm not sure if you Pizza Hut does. I'm going give your company a chance to get in touch with me as soon as possible before I take further action.

my brother and I got food poisoning 2 times
On november 12 and the 18th my brother and i had ordered pizza hut the first time tge pizza wasnt even cooked all the way and the second time it seemed fine but we both had gotten the runs and were vomitting for a few days. I called the store and they refused to be curteous and said their store is clean and there is no way it was from them.
Just got called by someone claiming to be corporate they repeatedly had told me to shut up and were very rude making false accusations.

My boyfriend and I called ahead of time for carryout. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes. 15 minutes later me and my boyfriend went to Pizza Hut on coddington and west a lincoln ne. Got there and a girl named heaven seemed to be training a new girl was yelling in front of a lot of customers that all her co workers needed to start doing something for themselves. Then she sat up front and complained about co workers and complained about her job! I ordered a dinner box and only received pizza and breadsticks. The breadsticks were disgusting nothing how they are normally made the pizza was burnt and disgusting. I will never go back to Pizza Hut. Waste of money and time.

I was using the tracker to track my order and received an text message stating that my order was being delivered at 9:13 and my order did not arrive until 9:50. My pizza was warm and not as hot as it usually is. I was very dissatisfied with the level of my delivery. I usually don't have any issues she. I use the app and place a delivery order.

Ordered a pizza for pickup. Came to the location and asked for a marinara sauce. I don't like my pizza without extra dipping sauce. The employee told me they did not have any marinara sauce. I told her I will pay for it and she said we are "fresh out of it." My question is, how did you make my pizza? It has marinara sauce on it. Are you out of cheese too? Out of dough? I just don't appreciate being lied to out of laziness, and would like a compensation.
