Only had 1 waitress on duty on Friday evening, Aug 11, 2017 at 7 p.m.. Had requested our order of cheese sticks to be brought out before our pizza but was brought out at the same time. No plates. No marinara sauce with cheese sticks. Was told they didn't have any. By the time they found some our cheese sticks were cold. Requested that they be taken back and deducted from our bill. Had to wait again for the manager to sign off on the reduced bill. We had to wait like another 15 minutes before we could leave. Never will visit that particular pizza hut again nor recommend it to anyone.

Very disappointing. Pizza was dry. Tasted like a stale cracker with a slight cheese taste. Am giving it to the dogs instead of their milkbones. Not sure if you changed the recipe or if you reduced the amount of cheese and sauce or what. The pizza tonight was nothing like the pizza in the ads. I've been a customer for probably 30 years, but tonights pizza was awful.

Tonight of 08/11/17, I ordered one large Supreme pizza on deal for $10, cheese sticks with extra marinara and also one large create your own pizza with chicken, extra bell peppers and onion. I ordered this on pizza hut website for carryout. After picking up and arriving home I notice there is no meat (chicken)on my create your own pizza. I called immediately and was not happy with their response and no apology. my only option was for them to make me another and for me personally to drive there again. I declined under certain circumstances. Shift manager at the time is Constance at Tallassee, Alabama. 1514 Gilmer Ave. 36078. I frequent the store alot and very disappointedon how it was handled. Constance offered to take a note so the manager could do a refund this coming monday but didn't bother asking information and I had to personally ask if she needed my number so I know someone would be in touch but I still doubt it. A very unpleasant experience and have little hope with this store or a response.
ignoring us at drive up window
Navarre fl store...Ordered online and we went to pick up order. Went to window at restaurant and waited. One person was waiting on someone and glanced at us. Another associate was standing there talking. She also looked at us but did not come to Window. The 1st guy walked off and so did the other lady. I knock-on window several times with no luck. Another lady came up to wait on someone at counter and I knocked again ...she looked and never came. At that point we drove off. Will NEVER go there again and will make sure my friends don't either

restaurant in ruins
Hi all.
First at all, I always has been a Pizzahut lover, however, I was really surprise and concern last week when I went with some friends to the restaurant at Kr 11 #96-42 in Bogota Colombia. The restaurant has serious infrastructure problems, in the outside is breaking apart, and on the inside, the floor has at fewer 15degrees of the slope. Inside you get the sensation that in any moment will fall apart. I do have also a picture that I can share with you.
I think in the shape that the restaurant cause a very very bad image for the company
delivery service
I ordered online at Pizza hut.com for delivery from the Bay Minette, Al 36507 restaurant and submitted my order. Shortly after, I received a call from the local Pizza Hut from a female named, Anna Lisa, stating that they couldn't deliver my order bc they only had one delivery driver and he called in bc his vehicle broke down so would I like to change my order to pick up or cancel it bc the store was only open for 10 more minutes? This was at 9:42. I told her I didn't have a vehicle that's why I ordered delivery but I would see if I could get a ride. The girl asked me to call back and let her know. I then called a 1800 number to file a complaint then tried to call the pizza hut back. no one picked up when I called twice and the second time I was transferred to the call center where a very rude black female cut me off and cancelled my order when I tried to tell her what was going on. A district manager called my phone and said that she called her store and they had no clue what I was talking about that they never called my phone and didn't have my order. I informed her that I have my call logs and since I placed my order online what business would pizza hut have calling me if I didn't order? The girl still denies calling me but the district manager said that she would send my order delivered for free but that there was no way of telling who made the call. Well I'm telling you her name is Anna Lisa and she tried pretending her name was Anna when my fiance called up to the store so I'd appreciate if you correct her behavior. I wouldn't want someone like that on my team. I didn't order at 9:59 I ordered at 9:40 so what was the big deal anyway?

Manager was rude about over cooking one of my pizzas which she pretty much refused to remake. Another pizza that I ordered with extra sauce hardly had any but then I couldn't bring it up to her since she was so irritated by having to work there . So two of the four pizzas I purchased were unable to be eaten when I finally got back to my nephew 's party. They were also out of red pepper but I think hey just didn't want to go look for any in the back. Normally I love pizza hut but may have to start going to a different location or other pizza establishment in the future .
I am complaining about my pizza order
I ordered pizza for pick up today (7/7/17) from copley road pizza hut in akron, ohio. As soon as I got home, there was a message that they had given me the wrong pizza and I needed to go back and pick up the right one. Sure enough, they had given me pepporoni pizza which we absolutely do not eat.I was furious. I called the store and told them they need to deliver the correct pizza since it is 15 min drive each way and the mistake was theirs. the lady talked w the manager and informed me they could not deliver and I had to go back and pick it up. with all the competition out there, how is pizza hut surviving w such lousy customer service? the last time, the same pizza hut charged me for sauce and then forgot to give it. I am going to tell all my friends not to order from pizza hut -I certainly will not. I will also put this on yelp. I want the money credited back to my credit card CCOUNT.

I placed an order over the phone and paid for it. The local pizza hut doesn't offer the deals that Pizza hut offers online and you can't order online or have it delivered. The woman taking my order was excellent, however the friends picking order up was not given my drinks. The drive back there isn't worth it, more money in gas than my drinks! I called back and asked for a refund, they refused, said I needed to drive there again and they couldn't trust it was me on the phone giving them my card#, also said I needed a receipt, which was not given either. I spent around $50 and still haven't been refunded for drinks I never received! The manager then told me I shouldn't of paid for my order over the phone...when they offer that...I don't see how that has anything to do with not getting my drinks.

I order a big box and I order my pizza with no pork . When I told the manager about the situation because I am allergic to pork, Mary( the manager) told me that they didn't understand what no pork means. She told me that they have pork toppings as well but if I said no pork that means no pork. She was rude, disrespectful and she hung up in my face. I want her fired because her customer service was horrible. Lucky I got the error and tried to fix the problem but Mary told me it was my fault that pork was on my pizza even though I said no pork on the notes. She told me that they couldn't read my mind, huh! NO PORK MEANS NO PORK! She told me that she didn't know that pepperoni was pork.

I placed my order online for the large 2-topping for $7.99. including extra pork sausage for $1.25. When I picked up my order, Zoe showed me my pizza. Not paying much attention in the store, I proceeded out to my car and then rechecked my pizza. I noticed that there was less than a regular amount of sausage on my pizza. I immediately went back into the store and questioned Zoe about this. She proceeded to tell me that she thought they were having to cut back on ingredients. So you mean to tell me you are charging me $1.25 for extra sausage but am receiving less sausage than on a regular pizza? On top of that, there was a LOT less cheese on the pizza to the point where it was almost nonexistent. Very disappointed. Unsure at this moment if I will order again.

I ordered a large pizza that was advertised for $7.99 with 2 toppings and chocolate chip cookies for a desert. It took almost an hour to arrive. Upon arrival, the pizza was cold and box of cookies was rock hard and appeared to be over cooked. I'm very disappointed and would like a refund. The last time I ordered a few weeks ago was great service. I don't feel my $5.00 tip was warranted based on the quality of service and food. Pizza has a reputation to deliver fast service, quality food and pleasant experience. I'm totally upset and dissatisfied. I would like this matter resolved and refunded.

I actually witnessed an employee get harassed by another employee. The young girls name was Mallorie and the older mans name was Ray. I witnessed him call her fat to another employee. He had said "go hangout with your fat [censor] friend" about the young woman Mallorie. That is absolutely awful and something needs to be done to him to punish him or to make him apologize to the young woman. I come in to Pizza Hut all the time and if I ever hear him again I will be calling corporate. Awful and unkind. This was the Pizza Hut on Newport Avenue in Pawtucket Rhode Island.

The management stated I didn't have a time on my order. But when the employee came out and told me it wasn't any chicken he said it was for 815 pick up time. We placed an order at our local pizza hut and upon receiving our food items the pizza we had ordered looked crappy. Was mostly just bread had no sauce and very little cheese or toppings. The mushrooms in the pizza were mostly crumbs not one whole mushroom present. Looked like they were cut up into tiny little bits and were sprinkled on pizza. We asked for sausage and there were only a few pieces on the pizza. It didnt look too appetizing at all. We called the pizza hut and complained to the manager on duty but was very defensive when we told her that the pizza was crappy. My husband had to drive over to show her what the pizza looked like. He was then met with more sarcasam upon arrival and was only offered a discount . We were not looking for any discount me and my husband work late and so we were hoping to order pizza and have a good dinner instead we spent the evening returning our crap pizza and arguing with a ill mannered manager who after 45mins of arguing finally made us another pizza. By the time we got home i had lost my appetite and would never consider ordering dinner frim pizza hut again. Like i said we work late and have no time to be returning crap orders from pizza hut.

I purchased 2 pizzas on august 1st 2017 from my local Pizza Hut in Ava Mo. upon entering I was not greeted by the manager that looked right at me and called someone to help me and continued to work. I spent 36.00 on my order total with wings and a chocolate brownout dessert. The deep dish pizza was good, I had ordered online and asked for extra sauce. The second pizza was suppose to be hand tossed with garlic butter crust, chicken, bacon, and jalapeño. It was like a thin crust pizza and very dry. This location has very poor food quality compared to other Pizza Hut locations I have been to.

We saw the red roof for afar and said omg let's go to Pizza Hut...I miss it, why don't we go anymore. Me and my husband agreed, we need it for dinner. Pulled in the lot, went inside, someone who works there said have a seat we'll be right with you. We knew it may have been a mistake once we looked around and saw a ton of tables not bussed. Hey maybe they're short staffed. We sat there for about 10 minutes without menus and decided let's go this already isn't going good. Got up left. We had to have it though, drive a few miles to the next Pizza Hut. Walk in, the 1 guy we saw working there was way too swamped to even seat us. When he finally got around to us he said "if you're dining in I'll be honest, I'm not sure when you'll be served". We appreciated his honesty though. What the heck happened to Pizza Hut? My guess is the yum corp that is their parent company over the years have cut corners and ran them into the ground. No one out pizzas the hut? Ha! Buddy's Pizza (a local Detroit favorited chain) did - we had great service and a even better pizza. What a shame Pizza Hut!

Why do you ask us to complete a survey when the survey number is not on the receipt…YES, I put the store number on there…and NO, it said it was not correct…the store number is as plain as day and it STILL doesn't work…I wanted to do the survey (concerning my service) and there was also a $10 coupon towards a $20 purchase on next visit…so I'm not able to complete the survey AND I lose out on the $10 coupon!...not happy!

I ordered your midnight deal at almost 3:15 AM today. The standard delivery time is 45 minutes. It is 5:15 AM now and still the pizza has not been delivered. They called me an hour ago to ask whether the pizza has been delivered or not but they did not bother to call me and update me regarding my order. This is the most pathetic delivery service I have ever experienced especially from an international food chain. I will recommend all my friends and family to never order anything from you people again.
