Our on-line order was sent yesterday evening at 5:19 p. M. And not delivered for nearly an hour despite the fact that we live 5 blocks from pizza hut.
I have the receipt.
The crust was cold and the toppings barely warm... And we were extremely disappointed!
I would like my money back, not coupons for future pizzas... My cost was $19.99, plus $3.50 delivery charge (tax #1.82, total $25.31... The driver was than also tipped... ($4.00). We have always preferred pizza hut over any other brand... Not any more!. The only thing "hot" was the word on the box.! Please refund my money

Placed a order at 10:30, was told order wouldn't be here until 11:45am. I was sent a text that my order was out for delivery at 11am. I live 5 minutes from Pizza Hut it's now 11:25 I call them and they told me that it would be there at 11:45 it was served off to keep there times good. Sorry I've worked food for years and now run a business this location has horrible ethics and does not take responsibility for any of there mistakes. The last time I ordered my order was wrong, my wings were not shook just a small squirt of sauce at the bottom of the container. Called and said something about it was given a manger named Carl and he goes oh that was me and hung up. Same manger again today was the one who told me he served it off to keep times good. If you need a real manger who gets things done the right way without all the mistakes this location makes call me. I won't be a happy customer until this location starts taking responsibility for honesty and mangers who take responsibility not just hang up.

I ordered a carry out order last week at the north ogden location while picking it up one of the employees was standing in the door way smoking a cigarette chatting to his co workers he was a short Mexican guy. Later that night driving by I seen him and a male friend light a joint and he proceeded to smoke weed. When finished he went back in the store. I Went back inside to find out he was the owner of that location. I do not want to order food from that location ever again knowing the managers are smoking in the store and are high on the clock. I feel like he needs to be fired immediately! Never going back there again!

Hello Pizza Hut
I was hoping to get through to someone about an employee located in Illinois at the carol stream location off county farm and army trail.
I've had some issues with a girl who works there and mind you I do order food from this location. I live about a block away.
There's a girl there who threatened to meet with me and "beat my [censored]". Threatened me multiple times through the internet claiming "I don't know who I'm messing with" all over a guy.
Now i don't want to get the cops involved but if you hire people please make sure they aren't mentally unstable and psychotic enough to threaten me through Facebook.
My little cousin would ride her bike to this location and now I don't feel safe letting her go there.

On 4-17-18 at 4:30 p.m I placed a online order for delivery of a stuffed crust, pepperoni, sausage, mushroom pizza from the Pizza Hut at 2985 Brookdale Drive in Brooklyn Park, MN. The estimated delivery time was 5:00 p.m. The driver showed at 5:25 handed me my pizza and I paid him in cash with a tip. Went in the house and opened my pizza box and it was a stuffed crust cheese pizza which was cold and soggy. Called the pizza hut and told them what happened and she said the order was mixed up and she was pulling my pizza out and having it redelivered. This was at 5:35 p.m. This pizza hut is not even 3 miles from my house. At 6:00 p.m I called again because still no pizza. Same runaround that I got that it was being remade and will be delivered. My pizza finally arrived at 6:15 in less than satisfactory condition. It was lukewarm and the top was burnt. I would have cancelled this order but I paid with cash and was out the money with the first delivery. This whole process took an hour and 45 minutes and the pizza was terrible. This is not the first time that I have had this type of situation happen to me from this place. I though maybe I would give them another chance and I am very sorry that I did. NEVER AGAIN! If possible I would like my money refunded for this experience. The amount was $15.28 and I gave him a $3 tip. I would also like a response to my complaint. Thank you.
I was charged twice
I went on 4/12 and dined in. I was charged twice for my meal. This has never happened before. I will never put a tip on my debit card again. I have called twice and the manager has been rude. I was told this is normal and it can take 5 to 10 business days for it to be removed from my card. This could possibly over draft a person. I want my money back for being double charged.

I didn't open the box until I got home & when I did it looked like they slapped everything on the pizza and just threw it in the box. I ordered from there plenty of times but lately they haven't been serving the pizza like they should. It's disgusting & makes a person not want to spend their money on anything from pizza hut. Why does it take soooo long to deliver a pizza? Almost 1.5 hrs? Seriously? By the time the driver got here, the cardboard box was wilting and falling apart from being humid for so long in your driver's car. The box was definitely warmer than the pizza was. It tasted day old. I very rarely order dinner out for my family, but we are in the process of moving. I am EXTREMELY let down! I should charge you for making me wait so long for crappy, cold pizza! I think a refund is in order. I will be happy to provide you with all of my online ordering info. Shame on you for serving your product this way!

I contacted the business on the evening of April 17, 2018 to inquire what time the store closes, so my husband can pick up pizza on the way home from work. I was informed by one of the staff that they stop taking carry out orders at 10pm and the latest we could place an order is at 9:30. I called back at 9:20pm to place the order and was informed by a member of management that they stop taking carry out orders at 9pm. I was provided incorrect information and the young lady lied about the information I was provided. I have children in the home and other arrangements could have been made to pick up the pizza. In addition, we called the corporate line and it stated they stop taking carry out orders at 10. If a services offered for a certain time, it should be followed through. Last night I placed an order, when it finally got to me. The order wasn't what I expected. It had marinara sauce. I REQUESTED Parmesan garlic. I said no crust flavor . And there was still garlic on there. I felt sick to my stomach. Didn't eat my food. And to top it off the delivery driver. Never gave me my 5$ back in change ! I saved the pizza and went up to location 1360 crosstimbers. And the manager did not handle my situation instead she stood there smoking a cigarette in my face got an attitude and said there's nothing she could do. I'm beyond angry at this point.

I usually call for him because he doesn't speak English, but yesterday he called and said that they now have a lady who speaks Spanish and was very helpful with him by helping him get the best deal. Order a pizza, cookie and a tea for delivery was given an hour wait time for it to be delivered. After the hour was up we called 30 minutes later and magically our pizza was just then leaving yo go out for delivery. We recieved our pizza almost 2 hours after ordering and it was obvious that our pizza had been sitting there. When we recieved it it was cold and stale.

I made a online order like I do all the time from u all from my account online and I received the wrong order and when I call the Pizza Hut back to let them know it was wrong a man was very rude and kept telling me that's what I ordered. I order a personal pizza that I was picking up. When I got to the store to pick up the pizza I was received by the Manager Consuelo who charged me and stated my pizza was not ready. I stated that it was ok that I would wait. I went to the restroom and when I came back I was appalled by the treatment I witness of this manager towards her employees. There was not one employee who she did not speak to disrespectful to. She was first screaming and speaking to one of the delivery staff about delivering the wrong pizza in a high tone as if he was stupid, then another delivery staff was asking about plates she also spoke to her that way. And again to another delivery staff. Then she went on to speak that way to her cooks. She was speaking down to everyone in a very disrespectful manner. I felt so uncomfortable and bad for the staff, the look on their face made me come home to write this. It is not ok for a manager to speak that way to their employees even less in from of costumers. A manager is someone who is suppose to be a leader, and a leader inspires to do more, to be better and someone who respects their colleagues. Im extremely mad and disappointed that pizza hut a family oriented company would have such a nasty person leading their staff.

I submitted a report after a Pizza Hut (Puritas in CLE, OH), said they somehow DIDN'T RECEIVE my order (which makes NO sense, because I received a confirmation number via email)! AND THEN, that it would take another 45 min - 1 hour to carry out that order...PASS. Naturally Domino's carried out the order AND delivered in record time. NO PROBLEMS OR HASSLE, AT ALL.
THEN I wrote to Pizza Hut and the said someone would be contacting me in days.. AND STILL NO RESPONSE..UGHHHHHH.

refund for food I didn't get
I ordered online, not knowing they had recently stopped delivering to my house after dark. Once I realized they weren't coming, I called back and they told me they tried to contact me, but there was an old number attached to my account. The manager told me the money would go back on my card when they cleared all the checks for the night. This was on Tuesday April 3rd. The next day I called back and they told me that it was my card company that was holding the money still. After taking to my card company, they said the holdup was on Pizza hut's end. I talked to a different manager today and she told me there was no way I could talk to anyone in corporate because they were just going to send an email to the store telling them what steps to take. I can't believe that it's taking this long to get my money back... It never takes this long for the pending transaction to go through when the money is coming off the card, so I don't understand why it's taking so long for me to get it back. I couldn't even order something else to eat that night because my money was gone. $30 may not seem like a lot to some people, but now that my card has been down to $2 the whole time I've been waiting to get my money back, it's a lot to me...
drivers tipping themselves
I've had to contact my local Pizza Hut on three different occasions because they tend to tip themselves after I've tipped them cash. I always keep my receipt and check it against my cc the next day. I've contact the store manager who gives me the "sorry about that" line and reimburses me the tip, but this time I've had enough! It is against the law for any restaurant/driver to tip themselves after you've put a line across the tip area on the ticket. It's always " I will contact the Area Coach" about this. They've never suggested any courtesy items for my inconveniences.
I will not order from this location ever again. I mean "Come On" 3x's
