Game has stolen coins from my balance for a total of 38 sextillion coins and will not replace or respond. I have print screens to show how they have cheated me in the last 5 days. I have contacted support agents 4 times a day between 12/22/2024-12/26/2024. This incident occurred on 12/22/2024 and it happened twice the second time was because they said it would be fixed. The only thing they have fixed is they keep raising prices on everyone for coin and gem purchases. The other members are complaining because coins & gem are being removed from their accounts without ever playing any of the slots on the day they have removed them. No one is getting their coins or gems back and no one is getting this issue resolved. There are numerous complaints on sloto supergroup on facebook and I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau trying to get what's owed to me returned.
