I am not satisfied with the one click payment method for coins, it's too easy to make purchases if you have a card attached which most people do. I am a victim of this flawed process and I would like a full refund of pruchases bought from my account in the last couple hours. My younger brother who is a minor and well under 18 somehow managed to open the app and make in game pruchases. I didn't think anyone would be able to deposit money without confirming debit card expiry date or security code.

I purchased credits in bingo blitz and was disconnected before I could play my game. I lost 360 credits because if this and sent a ticket to support who replied and told me I had finished all the games I had started, which was untrue. The last game on their records was my daily tournament games, which was before I even made my credit purchase. I had 236 credits, I bought 535, bringing my total to 771. I paid 360 credits in blitzys riches and was disconnected. I logged back in and only had 411 credits, yet the records they sent me from support did not even show my activity after the tournament. I would like those credits back or the $34.99 aud that I paid refunded!

unfair play/incorrect game payouts
I have sent numerous messages with examples of incorrect payouts, I receive messages back that have absolutely nothing to do with my game play problems. I actually received a message last month stating that they are aware of the problem and their techs are working in the problem. I send messages to check on progress to only once again receive messages that make absolutely no sense or a minimal payout that doesn't even come close to what is due. I have asked for a detailed listing of how that small payout was achieved and receive nothing. Playkita/ Slotomania are corrupt and cheat the players out of everything that is due to them
same problem here, the answer comes back with additional quirks on the promotions that are not posted anywhere and they cheat you out of payouts, on sloto if you select the gorilla right now you are suppose to get 8 spins if you are on the 3rd spot, I have been getting cheated out of 2-3 minutes because now they tell me there is a cap on amount you can win, even when they say bigger bets bigger payouts, can't happen when you have a cap, just would mean more time you would lose on the clock, what a crock, I rechecked the info they post for the gorilla and says nothing about any cap
daily dashes
daily dashes are sticking and not giving credit for coins won. Example, second dash required to win 7.38coins in 50 spins. I played Time to Cash and won 3b, 3.2b and 1.6b plus several smaller cions but I did not get credit. The dash counter has been sticking/slow to update as game is being played. On dash one it would take several minutes to give credit for coins won.

This is a real ripoff and I am requesting all purchases made in 2/2019 be refunded. There was NO warning this game was being revamped and my coins would not be carried over.

I can not get slotomania to open at all. It will let me collect the bonuses that randomly pop up through out the day but I can't get into slotomania to play any games at all or collect my gifts or my special daily bonuses or anything. The only thing it does is has a blue loading circle in the middle of the screen and that's it. It's been doing this for three days now. When the screen does pop up with the blue loading circle I can see that it looks like I'm no longer logged in through Facebook. My picture is no longer there.
