We contacted Polaris 4/9/2025 about a recall on our Kinetic that is less than a year old. The recall was issued earlier this year. The problem is, Polaris has no fix for the recall and refused to offer a viable solution to us. Our Kinetic is sitting at the dealership and will be there for an indefinite amount of time. This is unacceptable, and is obviously not a viable solution. We paid roughly $48,000 for a machine that is inoperable with no fix from the manufacturer. We asked for a buyout, the answer was no. We asked for a loaner, the answer was no. So, I have no machine to use on our farm to feed, water, and check my animals. To me, that is terrible customer service.
Claimed loss: $48,000
Desired outcome: Polaris needs to provide a fix in a timely manner, offer us a reasonable buyout/refund, or provide a comparable loaner until they can figure out a fix for their recall.
