We stopped at the Ft Worth location 8537 South Freeway. The food was terrible, it was so soggy, extreme hot and the bread was stiff as a board. It must have been baking under the heat lamp for hours... To my surprise when going inside to ask for a fresh sandwich or refund the long line of people were also from the drive thru doing the exact same thing. The employees did not care, gave attitude but when there is that many people saying the same thing you have to check the shelf life of the product you are serving.. something does not add up. I witnessed the cashier place back the orders that were returned under the heat lamp to be served again to someone else... I was in shock, I could not eat my food knowing this is how they prepared the meals. We simply just walked out and left with my reciept. We had ordered 2 spicy chicken sanwichs with fries and drinks.
Desired outcome: Would like a refund honestly, or a voucher to get our sandwhiches at another location. We love popeyes but this location was the worst...
wrong order

Please contact the franchise owner for store location: 34960 Enchanted Pkwy S. Federal Way, WA 98003. Please have that person make an unannounced visit during peak hours and non-peak hours. Instead of me writing down everything that is going wrong with this location the franchise owner need to take accountability and responsibility for what is happening at that location and take action to correct the problems. Rude staff
920 pm yesterday evening. Went to pick up online order and person at drive thru was very rude and slammed door in face while I was asking a question. Sat at drive through waiting to speak with someone about weather they would be reopening later since all outside lighting was still on and no one would come to window. Drove around to main entrance and that was when we discovered 3 of the workers standing outside the door smoking weed. (drive thru lady, some man that claimed to be maintenance and another young black guy) While we was arguing with the 3 workers about smoking weed on company property and on company time another customer approached in a car. We was at least 15 ft from the workers and the smell of marijuana was so strong the other customers had to smell it as well. The owner needs to be aware of what is going on at his establishment because these disrespectful workers that treat customers rude are ruining his business. Tried to call the 10786 us-441 Belleview, fl popeyes location several times and the phone number is just a busy signal, no way to contact anyone for this location.
Desired outcome: Would like an apology for the rudeness of their workers and an acknowledgement that the owner is fully aware of how his business is NOT being ran.

Popeyes Kings Highway Port Charlotte Florida. Been going there for over a year hoping it would improve, Food is good. Management is lacking, first you can only eat inside because
the call box was broken for months, drive through and drink machine only works sometimes in the lobby. Today I went there for lunch and the inside was closed and the drive thru was open sat in line behind two cars waiting for 1/2 hour and never moved, finally just left. The owners of Popeyes in this area need to be informed of the Poor management and correct these deficiencies ASAP. (They are losing lots of money now)

In February, 2023, I called Popeye's at Midlothian Trnpk Richmond VA, and spoke to the manager. I inquired about an in-kind donation to our non-profit agency. She gave me the name and number for a Brian Thrower to talk to about our need. I was unable to reach him and left several messages asking him for a call back. He never did respond. I didn't give up! I emailed him several times, appealing for a response. He didn't bother to answer. THIS DISREGARD WAS RUDE AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I sent verification documentation: IRS letter of Determination letter, copy of 2022 NEWDLETTER FEATURING THE PHOTOS OF DISTRIBUTION OF EASTER BASKets to nurses for each infant in their NICUs.
WoMen of Connection Ministry (WOC) is a non-profit agency located in Richmond VA. WOC SPONSORS AN EASTER BASKET PROJECT FOR HOSPITALIZED INFANTS IN THREE NICUs. The parents, nurses and volunteers who's concerns and efforts show that they care deserves recognition.

WOC asked for: 124 PCs of signature mild chicken. 62 biscuits and honey omen 64 sides. I understand that this was a large request, however we believed it was possible. Ordered a Tackle Box for lunch and my wife ordered a child’s 6 piece nuggets meal. We waited a long time for our food. Others around us were getting their food and we ordered before them. I went to the counter to complain and the girl said they were working on ours. I waited another long period of time and went back to the counter to get a refund to leave. She said they were putting our order together and bring it out. I went back a third time and saw an order sitting on the back counter. A manager,I thought came out from the back and said here is your order hot and fresh. Carried it to the table to discover the fries were not hot and fresh and we started to eat. Looked at our receipt and saw we were charged for another fry and had only received one. Went back to the counter and asked for a refund for the fries we aid for and didn’t get. The same person said “we don’t give refunds I’ll get you another fry”. I took our receipt back that I had given her and walked away. I heard her talking about the customer who wanted a refund for a fry order but didn’t hear any replies.
We had bought your nuggets before and they were good, these were super small and very had a lot of grease in them.
I tired calling about 4 different phone numbers to verbally complain and none of the numbers listed for your corporate office were numbers that were working numbers.
Very disappointed.

Hi this store is not honoring the specials or promos a guy that works the register STATED that the store doesn’t take coupons off the app I tried to order and pick up while in the store and the guy wouldn’t take the order and is very racist they don’t know the chicken I order chicken from there and asked for spicy and I was given mild they don’t wear gloves I haven’t seen anyone in there using hand sanitizer after touch dirty money so they need to go or I will call deportation and the store will be shut down

The food I received
On Monday March 13, 2023 at 6:30 pm I placed an order at popeye’s store number 12388 drive thru window for a 10 pieces (only was given 8 pc) big family meal for $24.60. Upon arriving home and sitting down to eat the meal I just bought, I discovered the chicken had been cooked so hard that the skin disintegrated when it was broken(see photo), the bottom of the biscuits were green (see photo), the red beans and rice smelled so bad it would make a maggot gag, and the mashed potatoes were old and dried out. I would have went back to this location but it wasn’t around the corner from where I live besides I had to cook started cooking something for my family and myself to eat. I’m so so disgusted by this every time I think about it, I get sick to the stomach.

I have ordered several times @ 4 different locations in Milwaukee and have had horrible service. either the the order is wrong or they are out of chicken (white meat), They will give you spicey when asked for mild. Lobby not open, so sit in drive thru for 30 min or more, get to front and told we out of chicken. Deliveries are wrong, I don't care how much you complain nothing gets done, no one responds to us. I've been working here for about 3 years and the management is not good their is a manager named Jessie and he puts strawberry fanta in the strawberry lemonade, puts things in people's food if the give him a little additude then picks on the employees then the is the boss Ashley and I've asked for hours but he want ever give them and there are three people that are not doing what their supposed to call out every time their on the schedule but he let them and make excuses for them and their was one time someone call out and they got fired. I am very frustrated with my local popeyes. Just about every time I order it for door dash, something is missing. However, my complaint today is for a pick up order #43 on 03/12/2023. I ordered 4 different meals via the app and my husband went to pick it up. However, was told they only had the meat (no sides or biscuits) which was not indicated on the app. I tried to use the app to file a complaint but when I asked to escalate to an agent, one never appeared in the chat. Therefore, I am reaching our using this forum and would like to be compensated for the missing items please.

Injury at Popeyes New Castle, PA
This has been going on now since October 2022. I was injured at Popeyes in new Castel, PA when eating a chicken sandwich. There was a very hard object inside the chicken which caused me to crack a crown on my tooth. I wasnt even halfway through on my meal. I brought it up to the counter to show the manager and he seemed not to even care. He did not have any accident reports to fill out, but he did call someone, and I was informed that I would hear back from the company. I did get an email back in November where it states I would be compensated. That was the last I ever heard. This company has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. Not professional at all. I was not even asking for much just a few meals commentated for my dental bills. I spoke to Viky and she assured me it would be taken care of. It's now March 2023 and never heard from anyone.
Can someone Please Help me with this matter?

Recent visit to popeyes was unfriendly and inside store was nasty
I recently visited the Popeyes on Santo road in Tierrasanta, Ca. around 1pm on March 12,2023. I noticed there were serval customers waiting for their food. So I waited for 7 minutes to place an order. During that 7 minute wait time NO ONE GREETED ME, NO ONE SAID WE WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY. NO ONE NOTICED THAT I WAS EVEN THERE. While waiting I noticed that the storefront and the cooking area was filthy. the food holding area was pretty much empty and in disarray. I findly left the store and drove to a more welcoming Popeyes located in Lemon Grove, Ca. some 15 miles away. The Lemon Grove Popeyes was a BIG improvement.I felt appreciated, welcomed and greatly respected by the person taking my order.
Desired outcome: I think the management should better train their employees to make the customers feel welcomed and appreciated. And if they are a little busy, at least let the customer know by acknowledging them!!!!

Hi, my name is Vickie Windom. For the last week I have visited the restaurant and the service is horrible. I have waited today inline at the drive thru for 20 plus minutes. Thats not only me it's per car to say the least. I get to the speaker and wait an additional 7 minutes. When the employee does come on, she goes to say hold, I tell her I already been waiting for about 20 minutes. Her response was we only have two workers. Considering people going on lunch break for about 30 minutes that isn't acceptable. Being in the food industry, that is not acceptable for a restaurant to operate with 2 employees. For one it is unsanitary. I don't have to revisit there but, I am definitely going to contact the state about this. Not only the employee didn't greet me after leaving, nor did she say thank you.
Desired outcome: My food was hot, but my biscuit tasted spoiled.
