I was at a Popeyes location on Thursday September 15th around 5pm and purchased a five dollar box. The chicken was old and hard, it was horrible I could not eat it. I ordered rice and beans they were also horrible, the rice was old and hard as well as the beans. The biscuit was horrible too, they only good thing about the box was the cries. Even the coke was horrible, Never again will I visit a Popeyes location I was very disappointed. Store # 4567 in Baltimore md on Belair rd

We went there last monday on the fourth to get 5.00 boxes of chicken tenders..we get home and my son's missing his fry.so I call and tell the lady.right after that I call them back because my daughter opens her chicken strip by breakng them in half and so we all break open our chicken strips and they weren't cooked sadly that was all too late after we ate one chicken strip..well we all got super sick.so I asked the lady to replace all three meals.she started arguing with me.also when we got there there was a Mexican lady working the front counter sick.we also paid for drinks.they replaced two chicken strips and gave us two smashed up pies.and the manager was yelling at me in front of my kids.this was at the Vancouver mall location.we also paid for drinks.i told her I think we deserved to have our whole meal together at the same time.and that the other lady wrote in the book.i think someone should do the right thing here.if I don't hear back from anyone I'm calling the health department.i have eatten at other poypees locations never had a proublems.my name is Adelia Yates my phone Numuber is [protected].thank you.i just really think me and my kids were treated really crappy..I work in customer serie everything so I know yr not suppose to treat people like that. Went through drive through had a 25 minute wait when there ones no customers inside didn't seem busy I've never put in complaint before and I'm a patient person but for this to happen with no one there is bad business and no I will not ever go to this location again and I'm sure this ain't the first or last complaint just letting Popeyes know u guys need to do something about this unless u guys don't want customers if I knew u could take picture or video would of done it
horrible customer service
I was in store #3584 Arlington, Texas 8:41pm. I was applauded at what I saw. First of all the restaurant was filled with smoke. The door was opened with a chair . The vents wasn't working properly and grease needed to be changed . The supervisor was on cell phone . The man at register needed ones. The supervisor talking loudly, he's giving out too much money, I just gave him 40 ones. The line was long, employee were getting orders wrong, ran out of Cajun rice didn't tell us . we had waited at least 15 minutes . The young ladies was playing around too much . One man had waited 25 minutes for his order. Another customer said, he would never come back to this location . Another lady and son left without ordering . Another lady said, she was going to call in a complaint. It seem like your employees need to be re train. Workers didn't have on gloves, touching their hair . It was a very unpleasant experience . I was totally embarrassed .

I ordered 26 tenders spicy and after 10-15mins the cashier came with 26 chicken pieces. We told her we ordered the tenders instead of the chicken pieces. She asked then if we wanted 13 tenders instead. I told her I wanted tenders . She then went and told the one working at the back that he customer changed their mind and wanted the tenders. You don't lie about your customers. And after waiting for 25mins she gave me the order without providing the sauces and says your order is complete. She doesn't know what she is doing there.
I don't need this kind of service provided to me.

A young man in the batter station was very rude and used a lot of Profanity words. This is every time I come there. He never wears a hand net for his dreads and also comes there dirty. This is every morning I can not see how he is working or preparing food like that. This is the worst and must disgusting place and I'm not ever coming back there. He did came to the front to chat with a female employee I seen his name tag said Chris. He's loud and rude and doesn't keep his self neat. I called corporate just waiting on my phone call back this is ridiculous
product shortage
My wife drove across town to get a meal for our family of 6. She went inside the store as we ordered a fairly large amount of food. Before she left the store she looked inside the bags to ensure all the sides, biscuits, checken was there not thinking to actually open up the box of chicken and count out all the pieces. After returning home and giving out chicken to kids we were shocked to find that we were missing "Five" pieces of chicken. Called the store as I mentioned it's all the way across town, only to have the manager on duty tell us that if we drove back while he was still there he could give us a "Four" piece. I asked if there was anything else he could do for us and he simply said "NO". This is after I explined the distance, the fact that we both just got off of very long shifts from work and it was rush hour traffic. I UNDERSTAND THAT MISTAKES HAPPEN BUT I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AND EVEN MORE DISAPPOINTED THE ONLY RESULT ! THANKS POPE YES FOR WASTING MY FAMILY'S TIME, MONEY AND THEN NOT EVEN MAKING IT RIGHT !

This seems to be never ending with problems at this particular location. Today August 23, 2017 I called the Peterborough Ontario franchise to order a pick up worth over $70. They told me it would be 30 minutes until it was ready. We live 20 minutes from the restaurant and it was about 15 minutes later that my son left to go get the food. He arrived about 45 minutes after my order was placed. My son still had to wait another 20 minutes for the order to be ready! There was not even an apology give for the long wait! This is extremely bad customer service!

On July 20, I came into your restaurant. I love Popeyes and had visited several times in the past. On this particular evening, I did not get good customer service, my wait was long, and I still didn't get what I ordered. I got on the corporate website and sent in my complaint. I had to put my name, address, phone number, and email address on a form before I typed my complaint. The next day I followed up with the general manager of the popeyes I visited. I then receive a Facebook message from a TJ Foolyon claiming that my complaint got him fired and that Popeyes had given him my name, address, and phone number so if anything happens to me or my house it wasn't him its, all a, set up. I feel as tho popeyes cares so little for their customers, they don't care if they put them in harm's way. You violated my personal information and violated your own privacy act. I have called so many times. Everyday. Just begging to speak to someone about this. Absolutely my worst experience at a Popeyes. I was the only car in the drive though. The girl took my order then asked me to pull around. She then proceeded to ask me again multiple times what did i order again with and attitude because she continued to forget. ALL I ORDRED WAS 2 ORDERS OF CHICKEN TENDERS. NOT THAT HARD TO REMEMBER. After about 10 minutes of trying to figure out what I ordered she gave up said I can not hear you you have to come inside. I was already talking at the pickup window, by this point there are about 7 cars behind me. I'm Sorry clearly I came though the drive though so i didn't have to come inside. At this point I'm Starting to get irritated the manager finally tries to help out this poor girl out. They finally get my order in the system and tell me to pull around and wait. So I wait and wait and wait. Watching every car go by that was behind me. Hmmmm I'll be patient 15 minutes, 20 minutes.Surprise I had to go inside anyways, look at that my order is sitting on the counter, I notify the manager how unprofessional the service is here meanwhile the girl that been trying to take my order the entire time is looking at me like I'm in the wrong. No apology from her just a disgusted look on her face. And to top it all of they didn't even get my simple order right no hot tenders only mild. Needless to say I will never return to this Popeye's. fruit pies
I usually get a pie whether it be apple or strawberry and cream cheese and the darn things are very spicy, I guess they fry them in the spicy grease from the fried chicken. I get my chicken regular and not hot but when I eat the pies they are so spicy I cannot enjoy them. There should be a grease for the pies only and not the spicy one. Who in the world likes spicy desserts. NOT ME!

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen I bought chicken, shrimp and fries BUT you also gave me 3 big pieces of Glass. The manager on Rochester and Foothill apparently the manager didn't think it was a big deal! #neveragain I will be making a police report for the cut that I received with these huge pieces of glass in my food.

To whom it may concern: On 8/15/17 I visited store #12389 in Joliet, IL. This is a fairly new location. It has happened a few times and it is very frustrating. On my most recent visit I came in with a coupon that I received in my newspaper. The cashier didn't know how to use the coupon. She asked her shift leader and she said that coupon can't be used at that location? So I went back to my vehicle and got another. Luckily they honored that one. I witnessed the customer in front of me get his order and left and came back in because his order was short his side. Poor guy. Then when my order came, filled by the shift leader. I thought my order would be correct and I left to my vehicle. I thought just maybe I should double check. Sure enough my potatoes are missing. I went back in with my big bag, she gave me a look and was going to give me a small side. I stopped her and told her my receipt shows large. Then I got another look. I said thank you. Took my 30 min drive home and got ready to feed my family and surprise! I'm missing my other side that I ordered with my Hot Honey crunch tender meal. I love the red beans and rice. I tried to call the phone # on the receipt [protected]). But all I got was a voice mail recording, sounding like a residence rather than a business. I tried this # couple times, but was unsuccessful. I spent good money that evening and to come home with my order short and the wrong chicken. I asked for tenders too. My whole order was a mess! I really enjoy Popeye's but fear my future order. I wonder how many people eat there and end up with their orders being short ? I think that shift leader needs some more training.

it's about a general manager at a popeyes location
I used to work at Popeyes, on 520 Clarkson Avenue in New York. Now that I left, the GM at that location owes me 6hours from my Paycheck and ignores all my messages. When I was a worker there, I've also witnessed him keep checks from other old employees as well. Or refused to pay them if there was a delay and the store closes later than it should. He purposely keeps money from his employees.

On Thursday August 3rd/2017 my girlfriend stopped at a local Popeye's to purchase supper for us at approximately 6pm at the store on Market st in Brantford Ontario, Canada. She brought the food home and after we'd finished eating, I threw out my mac'n'cheese container and noticed that someone had written the word 'spit' on the bottom of it! I don't know if someone had actually spat in my food or whether I was to just think that someone had or what kind of games they're playing in that store?!
Either way I was disgusted and certainly won't ever be going back!

On a side note, my girlfriend informed me the woman running the show over there (I assume she was the manager) was speaking to the employees in a very rude condescending manner.

At approximately 4:00 this evening I decided to eat at the Popeyes's in Anniston Alabama. When I pulled up I was greeted by Stephanie Gilbert at the drive thru. She was rude, abrasive, and confrontational. Me and my wife both were alarmed by her attitude. We both agreed that would would not return there for that reason. Maybe if it was a guarantee we wouldn't receive the same treatment we would reconsider.

On Thursday August 3rd, I went Into the popeyes store #11957 at 11:43 pm. I ordered three specials with three orders of fries and three orders of drinks also, for takeout. When I had received my order, I had assumed everything was accurate and would be exactly what I had ordered. When I had got home, got comfy, sat down and started eating, the first thing I had noticed was a round, darkened, breaded item that looked like a popcorn chicken, or a boneless bite of some kind. I figured because it was s bit darker, that it was an almost burnt section of the chicken thigh, I believe it looked like the tail of the chicken. I bit into it! It was alot softer than I had expected but something didn't feel right. I then took it from my mouth and tore the piece in half. I noticed it has red little dots scattered on a beige looking substance. I examined it n assumed it was shrimp. I removed it from my container and continued to eat. After eating a leg and thigh, I noticed another small breaded popcorn looking item, tore it apart and the same thing, another piece of shrimp. Having shrimp added to a meal for free is d plus, for shrimp eaters, but I am not one. It is upsetting to have not one, but two pieces of shrimp sitting In my popeyes container box. My religion does not accept shrimp as As a clean item to consume. Just Have NOT Eaten Shrimp For Over 10 Years, And The only One other time I have consumed it was again, by accident, the same story of it being mixed in my fried rice. Popeyes, you need to may more attention to how you serve and what is being served. Had I been allergic, this complaint would have gone straight to the bosses! This is ridiculous, I have gotten burnt food, havnt received the right order, and just cold nasty tasting food from popeyes and never had I once complained. I'm upset, disappointed and turned off at eating here.

Went online to see what your specials were, knew you had a better deal just from eating there several times b/f so I called the restaurant.. A guy answered the phone told me what the special was but not the price and said hold on (That HOLDING ON WAS FOR AN HOUR) I heard who the regulars were-Ms. Maxine who I could tell is an elderly woman goes there often apparently, Mr.Busons, Ms.Bessie he blessed them all, they ran out of Mac and cheese he blessed that customer w/complimentary something it's amazing what you can hear when you're put on hold for an HOUR, I even heard my son place his order b/c he was stopping by on his way home.So... I got in my car went to the restaurant, once inside reconized the guys voice who had me on hold and said listen to this, he realized what he was listening to was coming from inside the restaurant. I asked what blessing was he going to give me since he's been blessing people; I said the 9 piece you told me a/b but never gave me a price for over an HOUR ago.he said he could do 10 percent off, I said No you will not have me waiting for an HOUR and charge me too so.. turns out it was the Manager! When I asked where the phone was(thinking it was in the office) he said it was on him Imagine that! No wonder I could hear the conversations so well I walked out-then back in and said in a loud voice you may want to hang your phone up since you've had me on hold for an HOUR!

I've seen it happen told customer they had no more and few minutes after employee come out and packs up the item for there self customer wanted. Manager stops frying chicken long before closing. Ordered 4 wings waited 20 mins to be told they didn't have wings and wasn't cooking anymore chicken. This manager should be fired, I have complained before and he is still there I guess Popeye's doesn't care about good customer serve or there customers who have been coming there for years. I will never spend another dime in this place as long as fat boy is a manager.
