Went online to see what your specials were, knew you had a better deal just from eating there several times b/f so I called the restaurant.. A guy answered the phone told me what the special was but not the price and said hold on (That HOLDING ON WAS FOR AN HOUR) I heard who the regulars were-Ms. Maxine who I could tell is an elderly woman goes there often apparently, Mr.Busons, Ms.Bessie he blessed them all, they ran out of Mac and cheese he blessed that customer w/complimentary something it's amazing what you can hear when you're put on hold for an HOUR, I even heard my son place his order b/c he was stopping by on his way home.So... I got in my car went to the restaurant, once inside reconized the guys voice who had me on hold and said listen to this, he realized what he was listening to was coming from inside the restaurant. I asked what blessing was he going to give me since he's been blessing people; I said the 9 piece you told me a/b but never gave me a price for over an HOUR ago.he said he could do 10 percent off, I said No you will not have me waiting for an HOUR and charge me too so.. turns out it was the Manager! When I asked where the phone was(thinking it was in the office) he said it was on him Imagine that! No wonder I could hear the conversations so well I walked out-then back in and said in a loud voice you may want to hang your phone up since you've had me on hold for an HOUR!

worst management, counters nasty, employees and manager serve them selves even though customers are waiting for what they ordered. I've seen it happen told customer they had no more and few minutes after employee come out and packs up the item for there self customer wanted. Manager stops frying chicken long before closing. Ordered 4 wings waited 20 mins to be told they didn't have wings and wasn't cooking anymore chicken. This manager should be fired, I have complained before and he is still there I guess Popeye's doesn't care about good customer serve or there customers who have been coming there for years. I will never spend another dime in this place as long as fat boy is a manager.

Popeye's in Richton Park, Illinois has the worst customer service . In the managers are basically there Aunt's, Sisters or cousins who let them treat customers how ever they like. I just viewed a video on facebook of another customer being treated with no respect. Richton Park Il. Popeye's is located in a prominently African American neighborhood. The Managers and employees are all African American so there no type of prejudice on that regard. It's there training that's below average the managers guidance has no existence. This store was close down before in reopen when it reopen it was excellent. Through out the months it went down hill right about now Popeye's in Richton Park Illinois has a terrible atmosphere in the worst management and employee's team.
This store is the worst of the worst. In addition to getting your order wrong, you will be greeted with a nasty face lazy crew and everybody has an attitude. This store needs to be closed down again until they can get management and staff that knows how to treat customers and promote the franchise.

To whom it may concern,
I would like to start off by saying I am not one to complain nor write letters or emails, however I feel as if I do not say something nothing will change and that customers such as I will be lost. As far as the Popeye's brand goes I have no complaints, I enjoy the food and options it has to offer. However, my problem is with the above location. I would say I frequently visit Popeyes and every time I visit they are out of something, such as a certain piece of chicken or certain style such as spicy. I know this seems minor and being that location is a busy one that this is expected . So I would give them the benefit of the doubt. However no matter what time I go or friends and family goes this happens. I don't understand, if this is something that is know to run out of why don't they prepare more or before they run out they are preparing more to replace what was sold. It's just frustrating that when you see something on the menu its expected to be available and the fact is every time I go it is never available. Nonetheless, the customer service is very poor. The person at the window is typically rude and I feel like i am asking for too much if I ask for sauce, not to mention no matter how much food I order I'm always given one sauce. Furthermore, I'm a bit confuse on why after I give my money at the window I'm asked to reverse away from the window until my food is ready. It worries me, and makes me think they are hiding something they don't want me to see. It is getting to the point that I try to avoid going this location because i just don't want to deal with not being able to get what I want and having to deal with lack of customer service.
I hope that this gets into the right hands and that changes can be made. this location is not doing anything good for your brand and only is hurting it. I'm not sure if it's franchise or cooperate however if I was a owner I would be embarassed

I go to the Popeyes chicken restaurant almost everyday for lunch at the location located at warden and finch in bridlewood mall in Scarborough Toronto Ontario Canada. When I go there I always politely ask for my food yo be made fresh and I let the Popeyes employee know that I don't mind waiting, but every time I request it I have to ask more then once for the Popeyes representative to actually send the message back to the cook and I also get attitude with that as well. As of today I have had my final encounter with the employees at that location because not only was the cook smirking when he seen me, I ordered the surf and turf and I didn't request it fresh this time, 4 people that place their orders after me received their food before me and I was the last to get my food which was not fresh. So I politely asked before I received my food because I seen they were about to pack my food in the container if I could get it made fresh seeing how I already had to wait and everyone that placed their orders after has gotten their food and left already. I got push back from the employee saying that it just came out, even though I was standing there the whole time watching the food sit there and everyone else getting their food before me and ordered after me. So I said again politely it's ok I will wait for the fresh food. So the employee and what appeared to be the manager brought the box to the back and were talking and laughing in regards to my order and then asked th cook to drop fresh food who also looked annoyed, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable because they are handling food in which I am going to eat. So I then asked for a refund and will never go back to that location because of poor customer experience. I just would like to inform you on how your employees treated me as a customer who spends money consistently with your business. I felt extremely undervalued and do not appreciate how I was treated.

Went in the drive through about 6p on June 30th in the Denton Texas location on loop 288 and got the 10pc with two sides.First of all I was in drive through for 20 minutes, second when I got home which is five minutes away, the chicken was cold and it was white meat. No one asked me what type of chicken I wanted I assumed it was dark. I called the manager on the 30th of June and he suggested that I come back and get my order replaced and I informed him I just wanted my money back so he said bring the receipt when I come in, so I did and they would not refund my money.I have made a complaint to the customer service line on July 3rd and I have not heard from anyone. You can not get a hold to corporate and No one cares about the quality of there establishment. This is so unprofessional the district manager don't answer his phone and this is rediculos.
popeyes are straight thieves!
First of all I work for Popeyes and never in my life dealt with an organization that steals hours from employees by unknowingly clocking them out while they are still working! The GM sucks and been pocketing money for years and swears she can do what she wants cause she is a GM. When she gets mad at you she retaliated it by clocking you off without you knowing it than on the next week's schedule won't give that particular person hours. The Popeyes off Broadway in Galveston is a straight mess! She never tells the employees good job, instead she yells her whole shift at her employees talking about how she BETTER than them. On top of everything else she's a black woman who always says her people are slow and stupid. She can't keep employees. Most everyone on the Island can't stand going into this restaurant because how rude she is. The only business she gets are from out of towers. Sad to see a business like this full of attitude. This restaurant has potential but the GM steps on that potential anyway she can. Even steps on the potential the employees have to make this busniss a success. Sad, just really sad.

At 9 PM today, I visited the Popeyes located on 267 College St, Toronto, ON M5T 1R6. I ordered a 4 piece spicy platter for takeout. Upon taking a few bite into one of the chicken breasts, I noticed that the meat was completely pink. This meat was raw and I was subject to whatever ailments that are associated with such quality food. I would like to know what you intend to do about this as I was unable to return to the restaurant to ask for a refund or a properly cooked meal as I live a considerable distance away.

poor customer service
It would be nice to send a District Manager or someone into store anonymously for about a week to observe service. The customer service is poor. I pulled into a drive thru with no one in line and still waited 5 minutes before anyone answered through the mic. This isn't the first occasion this has happened. A lot of days through the drive-thru, they wait until one car orders, get their food before they take the next order. They also mess up orders more than they should. I ordered a two piece combo and received two legs and two wings and didn't realize until I arrived back at work. I normally don't like to complain about how people do their job or how it's managed, but at some point enough is enough. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

I went to Popeyes in Yonkers New York on July 6th 2017. I had a coupon which I retrieved from their website earlier in the day. The coupon was for 13 pieces of chicken, 2 large sides, and 7 biscuits for 23.99. The expiration date was August 31st 2017 and had the address of the store printed on it. When I gave them the coupon I was told that I was not allowed to use the coupon because they took it out of the system. I explained that it did not expire until August and that it had their address on it. I was told that they could not honor it because they took the coupon out of their system even though it does not expire for a month and a half. When I spoke to the manager she was rude and said that she took the coupon out of her system and it was not her problem that I wanted to use this coupon and that I had to pay 27.99. This was completely unfair as the coupon did not expire and can only be used at their store. Management was rude and nasty. I am applaud at the service I received
bad service and food
I recently visited a Popeyes and the service was bad slow and food quality sucked. I was unable to order what I wanted because the lack of food choices they had the only thing they had available was green beans and it was about 45 min before closing so it should have been more to choose from that was the worst experience ever They need to get it together. The manger walked around like he did not even care about the situation and the complaints that the employees were receiving I love to eat Popeyes Chicken but after that experience I don't think I will eat there again for a while I rather give my money to KFC instead of Popeyes and I don't even care for KFC so I think some changes need to be done.

I am an Popeyes shift manager for Popeyes in largo.florida and my GM(store manager) is very unprofessional and shows favoritism to certain employees...I have been with company since January and I have been to work on time very called in and always have done my job and Gm job and trained and worked overtime and have been doing over and beyond my job responsibilities. I haven't had a day off for three weeks and I was hired for days cause I have a second/ first job. I have worked night for about three weeks off and on and I spoke to my GM about the situation and she told me that was going to changed and it hasn't .. I received a raise the end of May for 9.10 and for some reason my pay got cut to 9.00 for the last seven weeks.. I feel really unappreciated and taking for granted ... I have done my job and provide quality customer service my whole employment with the company and I don't know why I am being mistreated I am FORCED to put my two weeks notice in because I cannot not work nights and I am being FORCED to and that's not fair the are other shift mangers that have special needs and their need has been meet and my has been overlooked ...NOT COOL

My wife and I went into the New Popeye's at 725 Palmbay rd. NE West Melbourne Florida on 6/27/2017 on Palm bay Road off of I-95 and Palm bay road, there was one person in front of us and the employee taken 38 Minutes to take their order and fill it, then my wife and I ordered two meals and a large red beans and rice, it taken 35 minutes to get our order. We went to find a seat and every table was dirty, very dirty and a lot of food all every the floor, I ask the Manager if they could have a table cleaned for us and she replied with there are the napkins you can do it your self, the employee's were arguing and fighting with each other every time the manager went out side for a break, about 5 times in the 30-40 min. that we were there.

I have a prosthetic leg that must be removed when sitting and the manager would not let me use table bc it was dirty. That's fine but it took so long to clean I had to stand while I ate. Having already removed my leg I could not balance & instead had to lean against a elderly lady that kept trying to grab me inappropriately. no shrimp, no answer drive thru
Yesterday evening June 24 at 7pm popeyes off of pendleton pike indianapolis indiana 46226. My daughter and myself went to have dinner, we originally started out in drive thru and we sat in drive thru for 15 minutes with 2 other cars infront of us, within this time the line did not move nor did they answer the speaker. So i decided to go in so we did. We ordered #10 combo and a #6 combo. They rang it up and we paid for it. Then after about another 15 minute wait the guy informed me that they had no shrimp. So i told him just just give me another #6 instead, but we had already paid for our meals they didnt cancel the order and redo it nor did they even try to give us the equal in cash value. So we waited and waited got the meals and he forgot the side order of greenbeans so i had to wait another 10 minutes for my greenbeans until another lady said are u gonna give this lady the rest of her order before her food gets cold. I was not pleased with our service and this is the second time in 2 weeks they have not had either shrimp or chicken.

We went to your popeye's chicken on 7 hwy in blue spring missouri on 6-15-17 and ordered a 4 pc chicken dinner and a shrimp and chicken tenders dinner with mild tenders. There was only one customer ahead of us. Our order was placed at 7 24 pm. While waiting for our order 2 other couples came in were waited on and received their food. My husband asked what was taking so long and was told that it was because I had ordered mild tenders that it was taking so long. Ok now 5 more customers later and 45min pass and still no dinner and the couple at the next table told me that they had mild tenders but again the mgr tells my husband that mild tenders are not usually order and we needed to wait. Finally after 2 more people got their orders and they asked the cook to please make more mild tenders we asked for a refund. They gave it to us but said if we would wait 2 more min it would be ready, well I had already waited 50 min and seen other people get mild tenders so I just wanted to leave. With service like this you should not give people the option of cajun or mild if you are going to pass your order out to other people and then tell me to wait. Usually I am a very patient person but when you know that other people are getting your order it is frustrating. Popeye's has lost a customer and if anyone asks me what I think of the service I will tell them.
I am complaining about the chicken I bought
The chicken bought was cooked very hard and it was very grease. In my box it was a bone in my box of chicken as if someone ate it and threw it back in the fryer to be put in someone's box of chicken that's unhealthy. We were in the drive thru on 6/20/17. We waited about 25 minutes for our food. At first we got someone else's order took it back inside then we had to wait another 25 minutes for our real order.
3pc white spicy combo
It's simple. My receipt shows exactly what I ordered..3pc white spicy combo with mashed potatoes and 1 jalapeno pepper. I received a wing, a breast and a drumstick.. This is not all white! I didn't receive a spoon or fork to eat my mashed potatoeswith either. This wasn't 12 noon which is the lunch rush hour, it was 1:20pm! This is a simple order. How can it not be right?

Lady assisting at window was rude. She got the forget 2 drinks we ordered. When tapping back on the window and asked for our drinks she acted like it was such an inconvenience. She shut the window again but once again, never gave us straws. 3rd attempt we needed a drink carrier because we had 3 drink(2 of which were large ones.) Meal was dry, very disappointed. We will not be returning. Just wanted you to be aware of the people working for your company.
