chicken quality
To whom it may concern,
On Sunday June 11th 2017 at around 4:30pm I went to this location and buy 8 pc chicken LG fries reg mash potatoe and 2 mini delta special after i get home I sat down with my family to eat and the first bite I took on the sandwich it taste bad at first i thought maybe my mouth has no taste then I try the chicken and it taste bad so I checked it inside it was blue so I call the store right away to speak with the manager and told him what happened he was so rude trying to tell me he sold 15 hundred piece of chicken and never have a complain I told him I work for popyes in Toronto and KFC for 10 years and know when chicken goes bad due to the hot weather sometimes the cooler goes down and chicken tend to go bad so please check ur cooler and chicken temperature before selling it I was very disappointed I always by chicken from this location and never had a bad experience. I don't think I will go back to this location again.

poor food and service
the employee at the resturant was very rude and very unhelpful. there was no menu up to select from and when asked the cashier was useless in describing any meals or menu items and seemed to be annoyed at any questions we had. they were talking amongst themselves and we seemed to be a bother to them when we came in. the food was aweful. it was thrown together and not fresh. the prices were outrageous for the small amount of food we got. not to mention how rudely we were treated

Then I msg that person His name is Mr. Jacob William and miss Susan perry. After that they sent me the application form and take 20, 000 rupees from me. After that they sent me working permit form and demand 56000 but I pay 35000rupees. They take total 55000 rupees from me to promise me they are arrange the job for me in Popeyes restaurant. I'm very excited to job in this restaurant because I every time visit in orchard ion sg in this restaurant. I though I'm very lucky because I have the opportunity to work in that restaurant. But they are fake people. They sent me visa picture. And when I sent to the US ambassy in Delhi they ask me this one is not genuine visa.

i went to popeyes at the west gardiner travel plaza on 6/3/17 this is the second time in a month and the service was not good i ordered and it took me 40 mins to get my food and i was the only one there i travel from pittsfield maine to get this because i love popeyes but this has happened both times i was there i probally wont be doing this anymore this was a big dissapolntment and i spent 43.00 both times there staffed with kids that are playing in the back ground not really paying any attention to the customers.and when i got back home to have this the pies were gross and i was missing 2 breast from my order i hope you fix this issue because i really love this chicken but i will not spend that much for it again and not get it all plus the service was bad sorry

I came in on Tues with friends from Albany Tech for lunch. The older black lady seem lost walking around out of place even. We placed our order ate and left. The atmosphere seemed like death of all words to use. I went back later that evening for supper and why did I do that. It was a disaster with the white man just yelling and the old lady looking dumbfound.

I am on Walton Way in Augusta, Ga. These Ignorant Employees already had the drive thru light cut off so you can barely see the screen, they Talking About They Can Only Sell What they Have Available Which What I was trying to order was a kids meal. It comes with a Leg sooooo apparently she says all we have is a wing would I take that? I said umm no so I also attempted to order some naked chicken strips. She stated they were all out of strips. They were out of dirty rice so they offered me red beans and rice. Which doesn't make any sense. I just drove off. They always half [censor] everything and now I had to drive all the way across town just to grab some food when this location is right by my house. It is across from Wendy's but I didn't want that. I got there about 8:30 pm tonight.

I ordered food, 4 piece dark with biscuit at 9:17 pm. There were three people or a party of three behind me who received their food before me so I inquired about my order. Fletcher, the assistant manager told me that my order was coming up. Another employee picked up a receipt off the counter and asked me if this was my order. It was not but that's the order that Fletcher was pulling. I told him three times that wasn't my order. He turned around and angrily asked me what I ordered. I barked my order back at him because he couldn't find it. At this point he refused to serve me and wanted to refund my money. I asked him how he was going to refund me if he couldn't find my order then I asked him why he was refunding my money instead of filling my order. I went for food not a hard time but in the end received no food. In the next 3-5 minutes as Fletcher was attempting to refund my card, I asked to speak with the manager 5 times before someone finally went to get her. At the end of my time at the counter, I had been there for twelve minutes. I told Heather what happened only for her to say that she would talk to Fletcher and she was sorry. This is the worst treatment I have ever received at any fast food establishment by the assistant manager (Fletcher) and a manager (Heather) and if I treated my customers like this, I'd be out of business. I am very dissatisfied and unfortunately will never return to this Popeye's again.

I order a 4 piece meal with fries twice a week for my son after his tutoring, this is his treat.
anyway I was just there tonight and I ordered him the same thing but this time there was only about 10 French fries in the order! he went back to tell them that this is not what he usually gets and they said that it is the same all the time and would not give him any more. This was his supper!
this is totally unacceptable because the meal costs me $12.00 and I do know for a fact that this is not the amount that he gets every week!
I would definitely like to be compensated somehow for this, I have the receipt if need.
I also do feel like he was turned away because he is only 14, I should have went in myself to complain but I trusted that they would have done the proper thing for the customer which they did not. I am sure 1 customer lost is not going to make a difference to them but it was not right at all.

Was at your Alexandria, la location the other day. Came across an employee arguing with some gentleman in parking lot. Screaming cursing. Continued to order lunch and could hear employee on her cell phone screaming disgusting words. Completely ruined my meal, and experience. Employee name was Tonia on her badge. The upkeep of the store was borderline okay. But your representation of your label is completely defile to win your employees can degrade themselves as well as their employer on the clock while fighting with customers are friends and also communicating on cell phone devices is very unappealing and uncomforting when every other word that you hear out of their mouth is a cuss word and it really made myself my husband and my children very uncomfortable to even proceed with finishing our dinner for that day we will no longer visit the location.

I visited store #8981 at 5760 S.O.B.T. today and ordered the 12 pc meal and when I got home 15 miles away I found that instead of 6 pc white and 6 pc dark they had given me 9 wings and 3 breasts. I had to feed 5 people off of this! I spoke to the store manager and he was nice and offered to correct things, but I explained that we were snowbirds and would not return until December! My son advised me what was going on at this location I will be media picketing this company for as long as it takes because of the unsanitary conditions work habits, bad company practices, poor employee treatment, it's a serious health risk as well and safety issue. AT 4:07 pm, I decide to go POPEYES to get something to eat, when I pulled up to restaurant, the drive thou was very busy, due to rain, as I was walking to the door, they were to customers inside waiting to be serve. I walk to the open the door. it was locked, there was to employee sitting by the door talking, doing nothing, one young starting walking to the door, to open it, when the older heavy employee told her not too, and for me to go thru the drive thru line, the drive thru line was very long, plus its was raining, I decide to drive off and go some where due to the rudeness and disrespect of your employees, I feel they ethic training, especially when you are dealing with the public, mind you there was two customers already inside, but you refused to let me in, so I got in my car and left. very sad, what happen to customer serve...!
popeyes takeout - new orleans
We went through the drive through at the Popeyes located at 3100 S Carrollton in New Orleans between 1:00 and 1:15 pm on April 23. We were told to pull up to the trash can where we waited for at least 10 minutes.
We ordered 2 shrimp/chix finger dinners, 1 with ranch and 1 with BBQ dipping sauce. We also ordered an extra side of buffalo sauce. Our drinks were Sprite and Dr P.
We made it home only to realize that none of the dipping sauces were in the bag (which was torn by the way), and our ticket was missing. To top it off, 1 of the chix strips was almost entirely batter with hardly any chicken.
This was our worst Popeyes experience.
what is wrong with popeyes employees
After being at work all day I decided to stop at popeyes for the kids dinner it was so late 9pm I order chicken nuggets 9 and chicken tenders 5 the cashier asked me to wait for the tenders I waited 10 minutes after they were done the managet came got some tenders and most of the nuggets when I asked about my order he said he didnt have a enough at this point I was furious I wasted my time while my kids were home starving I asked for my money back went right down the street to kfc who quickly filled my order. I will not be visiting popeyes again

I proceeded to enter the restaurant doors were open came in to place a order had a bad experience at the drive thru in the past, Mod was behind the counter counting cash when I walked up she said the lobby was closed the time wa 10:10pm. When I asked could a exception be made being that I was already on the inside she came from around the counter open the door and literally threw us out after such poor service I decided I take my money elsewhere being that this managers didn't! This location is right down the street from my home I won't be returning!

I live in Oakwood Il. On Friday April 14th I went to Danville IL location to pick up chicken. We love Popeye's chicken, I arrived at the location at 7:00 pm and went through drive up. There were 4 people in restaurant and 2 cars in front of the drive up. The first car had pulled up and parked and got out in the lane. After taking my order the second car got there's and left. The first car was still parked. They asked me to pull out front after 10 min. I waited and waited after 45 min I went inside. There was a customer bring back food that was wrong and my order was still not ready. No one new what they were doing including your manager. I asked for a refund for my 26.00 dollars and left. Until I know for sure this place has the proper people in place to wait on there customers I will not be back. I have been in customer service for 30 years and have never seen anything like this. I was very disappointed.

On April 3, 2017 I went to the Popeyes in Manville NJ. The staff and management is extremely rude . Do not care about their customers. Weren't briefing me on the menu and when I asked the guy he started yelling at me and told me he doesn't need my business. I asked for the manager he also supported his coworker and told me I am wrong. Then the first guy started shouting at me to leave leave. It was his mistake in the first place because all I asked was to brief me on the menu as i wasn't familiar with your menu. It's the worst place to eat at. The entire staff has very bad attitude. I will never be returning to this place nor I will ever recommend this place to anyone . It was the worst experience. They don't know anything about customer service and they all are so ill mannered .

On April 3, 2017 I pulled into a Popeyes located at 14791 Southgate, Michigan 48195 at 7:38pm to get the 9-piece dark I thought something was happening on the inside because the drive thur line did not move and when we did finally move I was about to give up it was 8:20pm when I finally got to get my food. I could not believe it took that long I thought driv thur was suppose to be fast nothing was fast about this drive thur you should give everyone who waited in line a gift card for food the car before me filled a complaint form out I was just wanting to get my food and leave.
