To whom this may concern:
I went to the drive through yesterday at store #4860 :7330 John Leblanc Blvd on August 25th, 2019 at 12:17 pm. First, I was rudely greeted. Not only that the whole time the person that was taking my order was giving me an attitude and was being very rude on the intercom speaker. There were also many times where she had cut me off and interrupted me from speaking. I believe she was the manager there because she was wearing different type of clothing. As I got my food, I heard her Behind the lady that gave me my food, she had a rude comment to say about me. Now onto the food, I was highly disappointed. I did not receive any napkins or condiments. Not only that, my food looked like it was thrown into the box. My sweet tea was not sweet and my sprite was only carbonated with no flavor. I am highly disgusted and very disappointed for being treated this way. This lady, who ever she was needs to be fired for interrupting customers while talking, being rude, and serving your customers very poorly. This is the worst place I've ever been to and treated like a piece of crap. Very poor customer service.
