I came through the drive thru on April 26th. I am complaining about the service at the drive thru window. Customers are human too and sometimes forget to state that they want spicy! The window personnel blatantly expresses their frustrations, even though the customer apologizes for the mistake and request the spicy at the time of paying for the order. The staff fails to give the customer their full order, even though they have paid for their order, in my instance this time, they left off the biscuits.
Desired outcome: The staff needs to be made aware that they are in a service business and needs to be more professional when dealing with the public. Remember, we don't HAVE to spend our money there, WE CHOOSE TO!
