Pos Malaysia Parcel service

My track no. EH659459637MY these item consists of medicine for my parents is still not updated on the whereabouts also after many call and emails there is still no responds or update and i mean all type of communicating links, as of now to enlighten there services i have decided to collect the parcel myself as of it is a urgent product of medication but also, no responds or what so ever. I am truly disappointed and worried on the arrival of my parcel as it has been a urgent request by the sender when it was dispatched out. Pos laju im worried as the medication is a very important substance for my old folks. Please urge this very seriously.

Pos Malaysia Late For Delivery

Hello and Please Take An Action...
My parcel ERB649283388MY is take so long time to be out for delivery, I hope that this matter can be solved ASAP, I need that thing to be used ASAP...I'm waiting for any detail but it just stuck there...I waited it for almost a weeks to be out of delivery but then I don't receive any update anymore, It been a while since it arrived at the facilities.

Pos Malaysia Parcel stuck at KLIA hub

My parcel has been stuck at KLIA Hub since 22/4/2020. It has been 8 days. Please deliver it soon because it contains food. The parcel is from Kulai, Johor not from overseas. Why it took so long to deliver?

Pos Malaysia no update and delay of delivery

Dear sir,

I am Nur Ainaa Amirah and i would like to inform and lure your attention to an issue i faced, which no update about my parcel since 22nd of April 2020. Since then, i see no movement occur with my parcel. I bought a prayer set from Siti Khadijah Online Store, which the package was sent from Bangi, Selangor. My tracking number is EU019267589MY and in the name of Nur Ainaa Amirah binti Sharulnizam. Kindly find the package and deliver it as soon as possible.

Pos Malaysia Penghantaran yang tersangat lambat.

Item pos 16/4/20 sehingga 28/4/20 masih tidak sampai pos laju klihub & pos laju senawang seremban tidak menjalankan tanggungjawab dengan betul. Ini lah syarikat yg berkaitan GLC, xbuat/lambat buat kerje pun dapat gaji. Rezeki xhalal. Complain pun xgune, pengarah langsung tidak ambil berat apabila kita membuat aduan. Diam membisu.

Pos Malaysia Item not reach.

I ordered a PC through Wise.com online on 03/01/2020. The item reached Pos Malaysia International Hub 27/01/2020. After getting the clearance certificate from SIRIM and I have submitted it the POS Malaysia till today the item has not reach me. I made a complain and the complain no: [protected]. Pos Malaysia ask me to claim from WISE.com but was refuse by them due to the item has already reach Malaysia. So where is my PC.?

Pos Malaysia Parcel pending at parcel hub

I want to know the status of my item that I purchased 15 April 2020.
Below is my tracking number :

2- ERB652464986MY

Why the delivery status show no progress. My parcel still pending at parcel hub from 16 Apr 2020 till today .

Is there any problem with those parcel ? If yes, you should let me know.

Pos Malaysia Have not received my parcel yet today and no update on my tracking status

Well, I don't understand how the systems goes. Its past 3 pm supposed to be all parcel should be deliver right away today. Fortunately I have received one yesterday but another one sadly I have not received it yet! After numerous complaint and all only then the items will be deliver. Now I left one more parcel, no update nothing at all. Since 11/4/2020 its been in miri here, now 22/4/2020 still no update. No one is going to volunteer on losing item/parcel. I make complaint and even have the details. I hope you can sort this out very soon. It might be unworthy item, but your responsibility is to deliver it as quick as you can, and updated everything while you can. Dont pending too long, deliver it real quick. Hi.. Pos laju erb635934764my how my parcel tracking progress?, but parcel tracking found wrong address at pos laju kelantan? Its true or not? My correct address at selangor pj, hopely

Pos Malaysia Most of the correspondence letter & several bank monthly letter (at least 6-8 letters mthly) not receive in past 1-2 month, letters missing

Dear Sir,

Re: most of letter not receive - area affected - kota kemuning, sek 31 shah alam (jalan anggerik liparis 31/145-153), 40460 selangor (housing area)
Most of the correspondence letter & several bank monthly letters (at least 6-8 letters mthly) not receive in past 1-2 month, letters missing, kindly take action to improve immediately. Those letter send to my old office previous has never missing, but but change address to above house address, since then, never receive the letter or gone missing, it is so disappointed< pls investigate and take action, tq

I not receiving my parcel since 7/4/2020. In tracking system showed had been dispatched out on 7/4/2020 but until now I not receiving my parcel. May I know when I can get my parcel back or my parcel is missing. This is my tracking number ERB564110197MY. I call so many times, but no answer.Line always busy.I had email but no reply. Pada 17.04.20 sepatutnya saya menerima parcel saya . Pada petang itu saya menerima satu pangilan dari posmen yang memberitahu saya parcel akan dihantar sebulan lagi, yang peliknya kenapa tidak dihantar terus ke alamat bertulis ? . Apabila saya periksa parcel saya dihantar ke pos laju puchong . Apa maksudnya? . Saya posmen tersebut tidak di layan, sms, voice mail tidak di endahkan . Pos Malaysia I have not yet received my parcel and tracking status is not updated!!

Sender have post out my parcel since 8/4/2020. On. 15/4 finally arrive at miri facility. In between that date. No full tracking status regarding my parcel and it took longer times for the item to arrive here. When checking again the status still not deliver yet! Nor no update regarding my parcels. We, receiver need our parcel. Yes I understand now is MCO but I've saw multiple van coming to my neighbourhood with 2 ppl inside. Don't give excuses there is insufficient staff, it just lack of efficiency and effectiveness in your courier service. Please fix this matters and I have filed lot of complaints before where one time my parcel is already 2 months at your facility and when being asked, you returned me with a lot of excuses. And please Deliver my parcel ASAP. I need it. Do i have to wait 2 months again is it? Fix your staff as well to be more productive.!

Pos Malaysia I still have not receive my order since last week!!! And my order stayed at same facility about 3 days!!!

My order were stayed at the facility machang about 3 days.. And untill today no respon about my order. Yes I totally understand with the situation we're having right now but for how long must I wait for my order since last week. Because there is nothing respon.. Still same respon which starting 13/4- 16/4 my order was over there (facility machang). I hope I got my order as soon as possible.

Pos Malaysia Tentang barang hilang dan customer service low

Ok... Yang pertama saya nak tanya lah apabila rider hantar barang ke rumah, boleh ke dia suruh jiran yang sign ambik barang saya, sekarang barang sudah hilang tapi benda dah deliver to wee.. Siapa itu wee bukan ahli keluarga saya, pertama kali dia hanta barang dia suruh jiran sy terima barang tuh, tapi masa tu rumah saya memang ada org bukan xda org.. So kali kedua item automatic jadi delivery to wee tapi bile sy tanya jiran saya ada pos man datang x, dia cakap tak ada dan xtrima apa2 barang pun... So sy pergi ke pejabat pos sy pergi tanya kerani tu so kerani tu senang je jawap nanti akan suruh rider tu call saya, ini masalah pos man pekerja awk yang problem kenapa bukan awk call dia, kenapa sy yang kena tunggu pulak... Sekarang dah dekat 2 minggu says tunggu call tapi xde jawapan ape pun.. Sy malas nak pergi kali kedua dengan layanan yang tidak tanggungjawap macam tuh... Tapi saya minta kalau blh hq call saya nombo ini [protected] dengan segera... Sebab kalau pakai tulis macam ni sy xtau nak cakap macam mana... So tlg call sy dengan segera... Saya dah call hq banyak kali tapi xblh masuk ke talian... So mintak tlg banyak2, sebab barang bukan berharga 20 ke 30 ringgit... Ni barang yang berharga 200+, main dengan musim macam ni keje pun xblh buat 200 lebih tu cukup banyak bagi sy... So tlg... Call saya dengan segera

Pos Malaysia Item didn’t receive

Why item process take until 3 days? I'am from selangor n the sender also from selangor n why its too late to receive. If its from oversea I can consider but its from the the same state for the sender n the receiver. Please take action in this cases. If your company did't have enough worker so please hire more worker. If you offer this work to the public, you will get more benefit than criticism
