Pos Malaysia Non delivery

I wanna lodge a complaint that I received sms from a mobile no stating non delivery :

Hi.  Saya dari Poslaju.  Item anda gagal dihantar kerana Covid-19.  Sila pungut item anda dalam masa 7 hari dari SMS ini di:

Due to the RMO, we are not supposed to wander and delivery is permissible, why ask for us to go collect?

Pos Malaysia Petugas Kaunter 2 Pos Simpang Durian Jelebu Negeri Sembilan tidak beretika

Pada 16 Mac 2020 lebih kurang 11.30 - 12.30 tengahari saya telah pergi ke Pejabat Pos Simpang Durian, Jelebu Negeri Sembilan untuk membuat 4 pos berdaftar untuk syarikat di mana saya bertugas malangnya petugas di kaunter 2 tersebut bersikap tidak profesional dalam menjalankan tugas. Tiada beretika.. Saya tidak tahu mengenai kadar baru pos laju tetapi dia menjawap soalan saya dengan nada keras dan kuat sehingga kan ada pelanggan lain telah memang saya.. Seorang petugas kaunter tidak seharusnya meninggikan suara kepada pelanggan kerana itu tugas beliau untuk terangkan sekiranya pelanggan tidak tahu dan tidak ramai pon pelanggan di Pejabat Pos tersebut memandangkan pejabat pos terbabit kecil.. Setelah habis selesai membuat pembayaran dan tampal stiker pos berdaftar terbabit, saya ingin meminjam stapler dari petugas di kaunter 2 terbabit namun di balas dengan nada yang tinggi dan kasar menyuruh saya "minta di kaunter sebelah (kaunter 1) kerana dia ada kerja lain.." Pos Malaysia perlu memberi kursus khidmat pelanggan kepada semua petugas kaunter sekiranya ingin khidmat Pos diteruskan.. Amat memalukan sekiranya bertugas dikaunter tetapi biadap terhadap pelanggan.. Seorang Perempuan dan Bertudung tetapi berperangai tidak sopan. Saya harap petugas kaunter 2 tersebut tersebut tidak sambil lewa dalam melayan pelanggan kerana tanpa pelanggan semua pejabat pos di seluruh negara akan tutup.

Pos Malaysia postman delivers 3 times wrong address

(I'm using friend address) item out of for delivery at 12.03.2020, 10.28 am.. I'm ask my friend about item if she received, She said not yet. I'm call pos laju office at 5.40 pm and ask if the postman returned to their office.. He said not yet. He gave me the postman number. I'm call the postman at 5.45 pm and ask if he hve delivered the item, he said he give to person at infront home. I'm telling him why you give to wrong address.. He says no one at home means the right address.. I'm trying to track down the item. He decided to give item named Hajijah. Hajijah home's is next to. My friend's daughter go to that home and ask if she received item from postman. She said not sure. My friend's daughter came back and returned with empty-handed.

Pos Malaysia Parcel lambat sampai

Sy punya parcel blm sampai. Seller sdh pos awal tp cek tracking post update x berubah dari 5 hb. Tracking no ERB400713237MY Mau tau parcel sy tu d mna kedudukan latitud longitudnya. Lebih seminggu sdh ni...tu barang blm lg sampai2. Tolong lh update tu kedudukannya & percepatkan delivery tu.

Pos Malaysia Complaint for customer service counter

Hi, I m karen
I want to complain customer service counter at Bandar Country Homes, Rawang (Aeon), business hour is 10 to 6pm). I m a seller from lazada, lazada product is under delivery for the pos office, they don't not receive the parcel and scold us, this is a bad service and our customer had pay it to lazada Transport fees, I also believe lazada company have a contract with pos right? I hope this case can help me process it. Thank you

Pos Malaysia Service for account holder

I have signed an agreement with poslaju to pickup my posting item everyday. My company is ELYSCA TRADING, account number [protected]. Unfortunately recently my items haven't pick up on Saturday and Monday especially. Besides that, when i requested flyer which they supposed to send me, it took them 2-3 days to send it, i have to call everyday to remind them. Because of this matter order from my customer arrive late than they requested because of poslaju bad services recently. I'm running out of patients with your service. Please fix this problem a.s.a.p

Pos Malaysia My item did not received to customer

I send my parcel using flexi postpaid S size and my tracking number is FE203931709MY. But my customer complaint not received the item. When i check using portal. The item stuck at mail processing center Kota Kinabalu. I send my parcel on 25th December at pos office klcc and until now the item not received and my customer request to refund. Llease advised.

dan baru masuk tawau tgl 24-02-2020 sampai saat ini barang masih d tawau, dgnn no trackingnya RR167084597MY sudah hampir 10 hari barang masih d TAWAU kenpa belum d kirim mohon di percepat pengirimn barangnya 🙏

Pos Malaysia Pos laju lambat

Saya beli barang dekat shopee, Barang pos masih belum sampai hingga sekarang. Ada yang last update parcel pada 21/02/2020. katanya consignment dispacth out from the transit office Tapi dah hampir seminggu masih macam tu juga. Penjual tu dah pos barang lama dah, kalau saya cancel order kesianlah dekat penjual tu. Mohon beri pencerahan dan percepatkan proses. Ni tracking no barang saya.

Pos Malaysia Kehilangan barang

Hello cik. Sy nk report tntang khilangan brg smasa proses pnghntaran brg sy ke rumah penerima. Sy telah pos duit matawang mesir untuk diberikan kpda penerima, krana dia akan trbang ke mesir pada esok hari. Tp brg yg pnerima terima hnyalah smpul kosong dh tiada duit dlm sampul trsebut. Mohon cik ambil tndakan sgera. Pnerima tk dpt mmbuat report dkt poslaju yg brdekatan disbabkan dia dh terbang ke mesir. Sy dh rugi hmpir 1400le hnya kerana staff poslaju tk amanah dlm pnghntaran brg yg diberikan. Tlg ambil tndakan sgera.

Pos Malaysia barang belum sampai / barang belum hantar kat destinasinya

Selamat petang. Encik/cik Item saya belum sampai di destinasinya nombor tracking ERB230193305MY dari tarikh 24 Jan 2020 dah 3 minggu sudah item belum hantar dari pos laju kota kinabalu. Saya sudah check pos laju yang sepatut sampai kat pos laju Tamparuli, saya sudah tanya kat pos dia bilang barang masi belum sampai lagi. dah 3 minggu sudah betul-betul lambat hantar.

Selamat malam, maaf.. Cik/encik yg saya hormati.. Saya nak buat aduan terhadap poslaju ampang. Minggu lepas, saya ada suruh kawan saya kirim brg.. Tp sampai skrg x sampai².. Bila saya check dkt no tracking ep706692459my, diaorg suruh saya pergi ambil sendiri dkt poslaju ampang 😌masalah nya skrg cik/encik.. Saya tak tahu jalan dekat kl ni! Mcm mana saya nak pergi sana? Diaorg x hantar pun barang saya😌telefon pun tak ada 🙄ni, saya sendiri pergi check guna no tracking 😣

Pos Malaysia My parcel

Custmer servce pos laju shah alam s16 bagi alasan bodoh, PL TERCICIR dri parcel, sdangkan masa pos PL dh di solatip(gam) mcm mna pL blh trccir...sya kol offce berpuluh kali x berjawab, brg dri 31st jan smpai skunx sya xtrima lgi...cs pos laju shah alam s16 mmg sgt² bermsalah...xamah, xjjur ats brg customer, bt kerja sambil lewa...! Tlong cari my parcel smpai jumpa...di mana tanggungjwab anda sebagai pekerja? Bgi alasan bdoh dgn customer...i cuma dpt berhubung dgn staff rider van sahaja...dgn cs poslaju lgsung xdpt..sbb kol berpuluh kali xpnh jwb!

Pos Malaysia courier service

Hi,
Good day to you.

Tracking number : ERB292497540MY

I Love to shop at popular e-commerce app known as [Shopee] and lately I bought few products from there at the same time. Everything was deliver on time. Of course some was delivered by J&T Express, DHL Express as well as Poslaju. Poslaju courier never fails me before. But today is my first encounter something was off. Its awful. Because it appears in system stated that Delivery was not possible as recipient was unknown to occupants at the premises. And item will be returned to sender. What a irresponsible person. The postman don't even contact me for further investigation. For information Seller from Shopee are unable to amend the address provided by Buyer as they can only allow print all the information and attached together with the parcel itself . Kindly Advice. I know is Friday but shouldn't be taking a task (JOB) lightly. Hope to Hearing from you soon.

pihak HQ tidak dapat nk memberikan jawapan status parcel tersebut tarikh pos 19/1/2020 sehingga hari ni 06/02/2020 sudah 19 hri masih tidak dapat dikesana dimana parcel saya berada.
Pada Hari ini sya bercakap dgn staff yang bernama En Marwan dan Saya amat kesal dengan perkhidmatan pos laju, beliau tidak dpt nk pastikan utk cuba cari solution ttg masalah saya ini. Isunya Roadtax insurance customer kami tidak diketahui lokasinya sehingga kini. siapa yg hendak bertanggungjawab dlm masalah spt ini?
Harap pihak berwajib sila jawab dan dapat menyelaesaikan masalah saya ini.

Saya sangat berharap pihak pos laju dapat menyemak tracking no yg tertera. Gambar juga di serta kan.

parcel saya telah di ambil dari seller pada 20hb dan sampai sekarang tidak ada movement. Saya tidak menjangka kan yang barang saya masih di dalam transit selepas 2 hari?!

Saya amat berharap barang saya dapat di hantar sesegera mungkin.
