dangerous pos malaysia motorcyclist (registration no. wa 3649y)
Today at 2.32 pm I was driving along Jalan Mawar next to Centrepoint Shopping Centre and turning right into Jalan BU 1/11 when a Pos Malaysia motorcycle (Registration No. WA 3649Y) cut right in front off me. I was turning right with my indicator on but he swerved around me dangerously as he tried to make a left turn in front of me causing me to brake and sound my horn. He then stopped and became abusive, shouting at me and telling me I should have braked. He also then spat at me and my wife who was in the car with me.
I was in the right and he was in the wrong by driving in a dangerous manner and swerving in front of me trying to turn left. His dangerous driving, poor attitude and rude behaviour is something that your company needs to look into seriously.
I have a recorded dash-cam video which I am attaching to this complaint along with a still image depicting the motorcycle registration number. I also attach an image of the map of the area where the incident happened.
I would urge you to look into this matter on an urgent basis and identify the culprit who needs to be dealt with. This is not the type of employee you need driving on the roads showing this type of behaviour.
I am complain about the driver behaviour with customer.
1) the driver who driving on 01/11/2017 evening 5 pm, he refuse to send the item to my place and worse of it he called me to pick up by myself at beside taman.
2) he said I throw this inside house sudahlah, but I said cannot,
Here got many case, but he shout me: u cheat la, I am gengster, talk more kata kasar for me, I really gangster with him.
3) I take the item by myself, smile with him, then sign and go away.
Really broke my mood day!
poslaju no attempt of delivery
My parcel they have never tried to sent but they record that an attempt was made but fail. Excuse me if there has been an attempt why were there No we were here with your parcel but no one was home tag in my mail box or anywhere near my gate. So your record as the photo attach is NOT real. You are just covering work that was NEVER done!
Reference of the consignment is [protected]. I picked up the parcel at the counter, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah main post office.
And service at the counter is so SLOW! Not to mention the guy at the counter was not very friendly neither. The lady was alright.
While waiting all waiting could hear LOUD music being played behind while staff sort parcel out I guess. Worst is 2-3 of them was also singing LOUDLY which was heard clearly by customers waiting. That was not very professional.
No delivery attempt by Pos Laju, but the update tracking as attempt delivery. The 'first delivery" the remark is address not available which is not possible as I used the same delivery address for another delivery. I called cust service on 3 Nov 17 to help and resend the parcel on 7 nov 2017. on the 'second delivery' they claim they try to called me 9x but i didnt pick it up. How can I pick it up if there is no incoming call? then I to deliver 1 more time, then the cust service said they unable to do so as there is no 3rd delivery and I have to pick it up myself in branch. How can there is 3rd delivery if there is no delivery in the first place. Since I'm unable to pick the parcel in the branch and Pos Laju won't even try to delivery my item . then I just loss my money. If this problem not solve, I'll never use Pos Laju anymore and I'll make sure all of my relative and friends to not use this lousy service anymore. What is the point of courier service if u dont provide it? I'll attach my call history for 7 Nov which is the day they claim to 'call' me 9 times.
poor service delivery and staff's attitude
I am writing here, is addressed to poslaju kota kinabalu which is very disappointing in their delivery service. I was not at home during the day of delivery and they left me with the notice saying' call this number and will deliver on weekend or next week'. But when I made the call many times no answering. When I call poslaju kota kinabalu office, they told me delivery will be made the next day and I waited.. With no one come. Please we customers pay for the shipping fees so that we would happily received our parcel safely in hand. That is not reasonable to push customers to go the pos laju office, wait too long for their number to be called at the counter to get their parcel. Please improve your service.
the service of the delivery man
Every time before I receives my parcel, the delivery man will call me first to make sure I am at home and wait for him. Today, 31 OCT 2017, I am at home wait for my parcel . After that the delivery man send me a message say that he already at the condo but there are no one in my house and just let me get my parcel at my nearest pos next day. I reply him very soon and call him but he is just ignore me again and again. The problem is he suppose to call me before and I am pretty sure that there are someone at home because I was at home on that time. I really did not hear the doorbell. poor service
I'm writing to complain one of your staff is given bad service which I never had. I was stepped in one of the branch in Aeon Anggun Rawang on Tuesday, 24th October 2017 at 4.29pm. I was excited due to there's no long queue and I was standing there and wait for my turn.
I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the staff on duty who sit in counter 2.
She is so friendly with the Malay customer in front of me, when come to my turn, she show up her face and even laugh at my packages that shouldn't wrap that way. She started increase her voice when talking to me. She is not willing to do when she saw I have a lot of packages want to post out, by the time it's already 4.30pm.
I want to ask, if I'm expert in everything, why do you still hired her. If she is not willing to deal with Chinese, not happy we send too many packages, please just set her in back office. Do not show all the people this kind of services, but I have noticed a steady decline in the quality of service as of late.
poor service of delivery man
I recently bought an item from online, the seller didn't write the wrong address, and all of the information on the shipping order sheet was right.
and Your company's delivery man may misread the receiver's address on the shipping order, he waited outside at my neighbour's house for a while.
I went out to ask for the receiver's name, the receiver was me. But the delivery man deny it and yelled at me, then leave directly with unpleasant expression.
What a rude service, I just need him to double confirm the receiver's address, in return, he yelled at me with impatient.
I sincerely hope that the person in charge can take action immediately, to make sure no similar incident will going to happen again.
Hope the manager can improve company's service standard.

I had tried to track my item that I sent using pos laju from Kota kinabalu to Serian on 13 Oktober 2017 but failed. My tracking number is EH578578722MY. According to the poslaju track and trace system the item had been post out on 16 okt 2017 but till today my client didn't receive it. I had called the customer center but to no answer. On 24 oct 2017, I was supposed to receive my parcels with happy mood. But the parcel were arrived when my family gone out and I had been attending college. The staff responsible called and asked (As usual). However, the staff used very very tough tone to question me like I have actually made a mistake or owe him. He screamed at me while asking question I couldn't listen very well. Then, he sent a message to me for future delivery. I asked whether I can get it on 2pm or not by replying as he requested but I don receive any reply from him for confirmation of future delivery. Then, I waited for an hour without knowing whether he will deliver the parcel or not and I called him because I have to go out and scare cant catch up with the delivery again, and he actually intentionally close my call. I feel so sad and disrespect.
Please provide training to your staff on their manners! And also they don even know how to speak english! A continual ignoring this concern on the quality of yr staff is going to cause u losing lots of customers!
poslaju service - damaged goods delivered
Date incident 23 Oct 2017 Track number EH557387325MY, parcel sent to KK12, University Malaya. Parcel is from Sg Petani, Kedah
Goods delivered damaged. Usually poslaju does a good job in delivering. I want to find out what happened and ask poslaju to investigate. Looks like the parcel was soiled by water. Postage is not cheap, why this had to happened?. Picture is attached, picture before sent by sender and after I received.

Time : around 10am - 11am. And in the afternoon at 12pm-2pm
Complaint : Staff attitude was very poor and disgusting
I went to buy a packaging to deliver my goods at the PosLaju Putrajaya just recently.
There was 3 staff at the counter.
There was two staff who was a lady/woman and one eldery guy.
The woman/lady was wearing a hijab, and didn't portray a good example of ethics while working.
I politely asked on how was the procedure to send over goods using the PosLaju courrier system, and she blantely replied in a harsh manner and looked at me as if I was some customer that had no rights to be using the service.
As a customer, I'd like the management to take this matter seriously, as you could have lost a potential customer.
I had went there in the afternoon to use the service again, and there was another lady that had the same look. Don't judge people by what they might have look like, treat them nicely as they are using your services. Do train your workers properly.
However, the elderly guy was very polite to me and I really was honoured to be greeted by him in such a good terms. Do train your female workers to have better ethics and attitude while working.
They are working in a very comfortable sir conditioning room, when everybody else is working in the scorching hot weather. They have an attitude problem that they really need to work on. I want them to be punish by their action.
rider service
Rider number [protected] who send parcel for me on Tuesday, and he doesn't wan to come up my condo to pass for me, is call me go down and collect, it's happened many times with different rider! my 16months baby is sleeping, so he say pass to guard, may I know poslaju service it's like tat?
End up when I go down and collect he dint leave my parcel to guard, and gv me a reason it's guard dun wan help to take. FINE! Next day holiday, I said I urgent wan it on Thursday, until today Saturday only called me but I bz with baby I dint pick up, and ask me collect myself...it's a very very poor service!
I am complaining about the poslaju service.
A sender who is from post office banting was sending a parcel to my house today. I am not able to receive it and my mother was at home. My mother is a baby sitter so she was late to go out and take. The sender called me and mad at me. He even said 'you want your thing or not?!'. I just want to complain about his attitude. extremely slow delivery
Ordered an item from Lazada on the 11th OCT, it states that the item would be delivered by 17 OCT latest. However, my item has not reached me as of today, despite my efforts to call the support hotlines to ask for the status of my item.
The Poslaju tracking system is inaccurate and unreliable as it indicates that an attempt to deliver my item on 18th OCT, a public holiday (Diwali), had been made. Since then, I have not been receiving delivery updates in the tracking system (refer to attached picture). Poslaju clearly does not make deliveries on public holidays. See the problem here?
I hope that my item has not been misplaced / damaged and that this system error was deliberately made to cover up the loss of my item. This is not the first time I've encountered this problem.
Poslaju, you guys really need to pick up the slack!

Been trying to call the Kuching branch for 2 days now. Either nobody picks up the phone, or they pick up and disconnect the very same second. Im sure of it coz im using mobile phone and the call duration is 2-3 seconds. What the hell? Its their job to answer the phone! How hard can it be? Cant say anything about PosLaju customer service because IT DOESNT EXIST! Just like their manners, will to earn money and basic human decency. After 2 days of trying to contact them i am on the edge of mental breakdown. Lazy, irresponsible people who have zero respect for their customers.
My advice: just pay extra for the DHL, those guys do their job and earn the money people pay them. All PosLaju employees earn is constant anger towards them.

I had encountered this problem not twice but three time! Three [censor]ing times! The postman never succeed in delivering the parcel to my house! And the main thing is, I am always always home during daytime as I only work night shifts starting from 6pm. No one came to the door or rang the bell. But when I checked my parcel with the tracking number, it was said that the parcel aldy delivered to my house but no one is there to collect. What the [censor]?! I have to stopped by at the poslaju office lebuh victoria penang to collect myself! During one of the collection when I reached there, they said that my parcel is not in the branch. So I have to go back, check with the seller again and head back to the office again to confirm. During the second time they said that my parcel was still not there and I only managed to get it during the third time. When I got my parcel, it was really torn. I really need an explanation on what was going on with that parcel! Then another when I went to collect again, there was no customers in there and I was the only one. I shouted excuse me for a lot of times not even one single person came to layan. I heard the staff laughing and talking behind the back so I shouted louder. One of them came out and asked me too tunggu sekejap then went back in to chat with the others again. What the [censor] is wrong with all the staffs?! Excuse me! Is this the way to serve the customers?! And I was forced to wait for them for half and hour! When in the whole waiting area I was the only customer exists! I am so freaking fed up with poslaju seriously. Please do something about it.

I've been waiting for 4 days for the delivery. I called over Bangi office to ask when they will deliver, they promise they will deliver the next day. However, they did not deliver the next day and they did not pick up my calls after that. They pick up and hang on my phone. If you can't be fast with your delivery and service don't call yourself posLAJU. If you can't keep your promise, don't give people false hopes.
