pos domestik lembab
My parcel was posted on 19 september 2017. But today i have checked the status, my last status is on 20 september which item dispatched aout from pusat mel nasional. What is that? When i can received my parcel? From what i know, pos domestik is about 3-5 days to delivered. Today is 25 september. I urgently need my parcel. Please help me. Today i cannot resist anymore. pos laju courier services
We received bad services from Pos Laju. There were several times where our parcels were delivered late than it were supposed to be. Problem happened especially when we send parcels outside region for example from KL to Kelantan, Johor, Perak and etc. Latest case was we sent the parcel on 18th Sept 2017 to Skudai but they only send it on 21st Sept 2017. We have called Poslaju Ipoh Branch but until today they didn't pick-up our calls and no feedback from them. Our reference number will be EN391706332MY and the parcel has been sent on 7th Sept 17. We also have checked by online tracking still mentioned parcel at Ipoh Branch and didn't send yet to our customer. Please let us know urgently on the parcel mentioned as our customer already complaint about it.

We pack the parcel with a box but after my customer received it, the box has damage and causing one of the item inside is spoiled. We has also stick two fragile sticker on the box. We have been on many occasions requested Poslaju to supply a copy of the credit note above for refund of their wrong billing since March 2017.
However, we have yet to receive any reply after so many months. Please investigate into the matter as we have to close our company annual account now.

The concern here, when our customer arrived at Caw. Serahan Ranau they said that the shipment was not there and we also didn't receive any return from your side. buat aduan tentang service kerani di pejabat pos gelugor
Pada 19hb Sept saya telah pergi ke pejabat pos gelugor untuk buat pengeposan barang. Seperti biasa saya akan amik no giliran. Jumlah customer pada masa itu 2 org sahaja. Tetapi saya mengambil masa 45minit menunggu di situ bahkan kerani pejabat pos gelugor penang nurshakilla telah menerima customer yang potong que saya. Saya berasa tidak puas hati dah memaklumkan kepadanya bahawa sepatutnya tiba giliran saya dan dia tidak sepatutnya menerima urusan mereka yang tidak mengambil no. Giliran. Akan tetapi dia suruh saya duduk dan tunggu giliran saya sambil meneruskan urusan customer tersebut. Pejabat Pos Malaysia, tolong la saya dah ikut rules yang anda tetapkan dengan mengambil no giliran untuk setiap urusan, tapi kenapa saya dapat layanan serbegini? Saya pun ada urusan lain perlu dibuat dari kene tgu 45minit untuk urusan yang mengambil masa hanya 5-10minit. Kecewa sangat.

- On 11/9/2017, our staff have packed our client product with caution to avoid any damage in the future.
-Before putting our product in one of your flyers, we make sure that our product seal nicely in an envelope.
- After completing our SOP, your person in charge of collecting our parcel from our company and to be delivered to our client.
-Sadly, Our client received a torn parcel and damaged product. the torn parcel also have been covered up with new one.
- Our company would like to request a full refund on damaged product and shipping costs.

Today, I checked trace for my item to deliver. After 3 hours, I rechecked again and it said that my item was unsuccessful. So I went to Cawangan Serahan Poslaju SJ and I ask why is it unsuccessful. She said because nobody at home. I answered her back, I was at home waiting for my item to deliver. Yet i didnt received any calls or heard my doorbell ring. She was quiet n apologize for this matter. For MALAY POSMENS, u must not give excuses that your cust is not at home during the delivery when the person is at home during that time. U should have ring the doorbell or call the person to check if they are at home or not. U think by HONKING people inside the house can hear?! What happened if the person is asleep or cooking? U guys are doing this job to eat. So don't make excuses before u confirmed that the person is not at home! ITS YOUR AMANAH and TRUST issue here. BEWARE!

I wish to make a complain regarding the pos laju service. I ordered my mooncake via shopee (ER018253915MY) and was posted out from Kedah last thursday 14/9/2017. However when checked through pos laju tracking system.. I wondered why my mooncake had posted over klia hub? My place is so near to kedah, which is selama perak! And my homemade mooncake can lasts only few days and now it is like taking longer time to reach... which may cause my mooncake to spoilt then. Can I get an explanation or solution regarding this?

The sender send out the good to me on 11/9/17 and I track the record on line and found that the good had been shipped out to my city. Due to urgency I planned to self pick up rather than waiting for the good to be delivered by Poslaju despatch guy. I had been calling Poslaju Kuching since morning but nobody answering my call. I have no choice but to call the toll free number. The same happened. This time they let me listen to music and advertisment for around 20 minutes end up I hang the phone. Their service is really poor.

Item ini telah sampai ke pos laju batu caves pada 12/09/2017 7.02am dan diserahkan pada 10.37am. Akan tetapi masa yang diambil untuk sampai ke destinasi sangat lama dan waktu menghantar jugak sangat tidak logic. Pukul 8.12pm baru item sampai ke destinasi yang sepatutnya. Bukan kah penghantaran sepatutnya dibuat pada waktu bekerja sahaja. Rugi lah saya telah membayar kos penhantaran tetapi penghantaran tidak sampai ditangan saya malah saya terpaksa menanggung kos tambahan untuk mengambil barangan tersebut di tempat lain.

Adakah saya juga terpaksa menanggung kos tambahan untuk mengambil barangan tersebut di tempat lain.
Kenapa barangan saya tidak dihantar di pos laju taman melawati?

Hai, I received my parcel today and this delivery guy has delivered me my parcel several times. He's so rude and so irritating, and he literally raise his voice and scold us if we didnt answer the door bell or if didnt pick up the phone. The thing is, he should call when he's in front of the door, not after he went off. Isnt that stupid? [protected] And today he was like hell of a [censored], he didn't call when he is up, i was in the toilet, the door only rang once and thats it. He went down and started calling me few times. When i answer, he was angry at me and saying " can u come down and pick up, i went up no one answer, so i went down! Are you sleeping ? Didnt help me pressing the bell ? and bla bla bla.." Im sorry, i dont appreciate that coming from him ! That is so rude, PAKCIK ! When he's sending things up, he continued nagging at me. I just get my parcel, sign it and shut the door. Seriously ? thought i let go the first one prolly he was having a bad day but then not today againnn?! Come on ! Please do take further action on him, if he's just cant climb up the stairs or something, replace with a youngster to do so. Thanks ! And tell them not to be kaypoh, keep peeping inside my house because i dont usually open my door wide. Asking who's home and all. Privacy, please !

I had send a parcel via 'Pos Domestik' on the 25th August 2017 but till now have not reached my customer in Miri.
I have checked the tracking service CD316022188MY and the last status is on the 29th August - Consignment dospatch out from Transit Office.
Go to the Endah Parade Post Office on the 12th September to check and their system status is 'Arrived at Miri via AirAsia on the 30th August and is still at Cargo. Asked them what shall i do and they answered they also dont know.
How long more should i wait and what can i do to expedite the delivery? Do i need to go to Miri myself?

Dear Post Malaysia,
I have a puzzle with tracking EN863823380MY which Pos Laju claim to come to my address but was not able to deliver. I receive a miss call but call back but no one picked up after a SMS is delivered. After apparently the 7th day, I picked up a call to have me picked up the parcel immediately by today if not they will return to sender. I requested, I did not receive a note at my location for the pickup and told them I can only pick up by Friday. I ask who is the name of the caller, he refused to give and the number is from a cell phone number [protected].
He was rude and has a poor customer service. When I said I tried returning your calls to check what is going on. He replied we are too busy to call back. I think it is unfair to the customer for such a treatment.
He threatens that if I want to complain, I come to his location but I said I will bring this up in the right complain channel for consumers. Thereafter, he just hang up.
The call happen at 11.11am 13 Sept 2017.

Sampi ke hari ini tidak sampi. Selepas Membuat panggilan ke CS, itu pun Selepas menunggu hampir 20minit utk dijawab Selepas itu pihak CS mengatakan item tersebut dalam perjalanan ke HUB shah Alam.
