Saya Liyana Zulaikah binti Ibrahim ingin membuat aduan berkenaan parcel no. tracking - EN431648900MY terkoyak serta barang didalam parcel turut terkoyak.
Parcel sepatutnya sampai(dispatched out) pada 11/9/2017 tetapi parcel tersebut terlewat sehari dan sampai kepada saya pada 12/9/2017. Saya telah menghubungi pihak pejabat pos serahan cawangan Jelutong, Pulau Pinang pada 11/9/2017 dan mereka memberitahu parcel tersebut telah diedarkan ke pejabat pos Jalan China st., Pulau Pinang dan sedia untuk dihantar tetapi parcel sampai pada 12/9/2017 . Namun, apa sangat mengecewakan parcel yang sampai dalam keadaan yang tidak baik (terkoyak) serta barang didalam parcel jugak turut terkoyak.
Bersama-sama ini saya sertakan gambar parcel dan item dalam parcel yang turut terkoyak. Pihak tuan boleh menghubungi saya di [protected] untuk sebarang maklumat berkaitan aduan ini.
Saya sangat berharap agar pihak pos malaysia mengambil tindakan selanjutnya berhubung perkara ini.

I called customer services like i dont even know how many times couldnt count anymore and almost used up my credit just to wait for anyone to pick up, CS hotline sucks, as for delivery, my customer waited at home for 2 days but the parcel was stated unsuccessful delivery and was sent to the ezibox at petronas segambut, so we waited for the password but there was no password given, when i checked the tracking it stated that expired days in ezibox and it had been remove, seriously ?! no password no calls and that easy to just remove the item ?!

Hi, my tracking number is EH579251457MY, they stated it as unsuccessful delivery but I'd stayed at home for whole day and they didn't arrive at all! How come this happen! Hi, i would like to complain that my item that is [protected], have arrived at pos laju muar but the item are sent to cawangan serahan tangkak. How can this happen? I'm never been in this kind of situation.
2. Pos laju muar are getting worst day by day as my item already at the pos laju but they didn't delivery it to me and they delivery it too late.
3. We have pay the delivery money so ask your employee to do the job properly.
Lastly, I'm very disappointed on pos laju service. Next time, I'll will not using your service again.

I don't understand why they called themselves as posLAJU while their service was SLOW. Calls hundred times also hard to get answered. The parcels being delayed for few days while the tracking system showing it's been dispatched out. If already dispatched out, then where is the parcel since after 3 days also I didn't receive anything? I just call to ask the status of my parcel. Are your staff really busy to pick up calls, or too lazy ? Instead, We are paying for your service!

Today, I visited post office Pasir Panjang. The only lady staff really disappointing. I que up almost an hour for updating my ASW 2020 arround 3.40pm. She said unable updated due to dont know what reason. This is not the 1st time she being so rude. I remember the 1st time when I enter, she don't want serve me dispute I asking whether I can pay my bill. That time I don't know I need to que up for my turn to pay bill. This is due to previous staff had retired. She never inform me and keep busy doing her job like nobody business. She is the supervisor for post office Pasir Panjang. I know the place we come from are Kampung, that no right to look down on people just because they deal their business in post office. I hope higher management look serious on this complaint. Is it this is how Post Office Pasir Panjang staff service like this? She should at least be nice to other customer. Everytime I pay my bill, I don't feel like going to post office Pasir Panjang.in the end, I need to travel far to other post office instead of Post office Pasir Panjang.

Sehari saya tunggu di rumah tapi barang tak sampai2. Saya dah call kat poslaju Cheras banyak kali tapi tiada orang jawab. Saya call [protected] dan diberitahu parcel saya tak sempat hantar hari ini dan akan di hantar semula pada isnin depan 3/9/17.
Kalau sampai hari isnin baik customer guna pos biasa..apa gunanya pos laju tapi lambat juga sampai?

This is the 2 nd time happening to me. Im paying to gt delivered to doorstep but this is really very disappointing . Each time i call the hotline no one answers and my money is been deducted. Wasting mu money time energy to collect the goods. Worst service. Hope you will look into this matter seriously. I think im not the first one.

Kata pengirim sudah hantar dan beri saya track number EN845240475MY. Barang yang sepatutnya sampai sudah dikembalikan ke pengirim atas alasan alamat tidak dapat dikesan. Sedangkan alamat saya berikan adalah benar. Adakah ini sengaja dilakukan oleh pekerja poslaju yang tidak berusaha mencari alamat? Selama ini pun tiada masalah menghantar barang ke alamat saya berikan. Jangan gunakan alasan atau berikan laporan tidak munasabah atau makan gaji buta.

The report about my damaged parcel (CD316538688MY) was made on 2nd of August 2017 by me, as a receiver (Mohd Izzatul Farhan Bin Kassim) and also by a sender (Castle IT). I even brought my damaged item to the Pos Laju Labuan in order for them to see and capture some picture as evidence. It has been almost a month since the report was made, but up until now, there is no single update from Pos Malaysia HQ regarding on this matter. The PIC is Encik Umair.
