I made a reservation for 3 nights at comfort in in midday during my coversation I was very specific that I will pay at the hotel on my arrival the gentleman that assisted me agreed that is the type of reservation we willbe booking. He asked me for my credit card I was very hestitant at giving mr card number in fair of being charged without my authorization I asked about the card and he said they dont charge the ca rd its just to hold the reseration. Today I got an alert with from my card company that there were a duplication of charges on my card so I logged into my account and saw that they had already charged me for 3 days I called priceline as was told they could not help me and transferred me to booking.com as they were the booking company for the reservation I explained the situation and she agreed that I should not have been charged for all nights, but she could not do anything to assist me, that is was already processed by comfort inn, so I callled comfort inn the gentleman that picked up the phone said he could not find any reservation under myname and he hung up I called back and he kept hanging up soi called booking.com back she was a little bit more helpful but said she could not help me resolve the issues but she did call the hotel while I was on hold the gentleman told her that he was very busy and could not assist her at that time., and the lady on the phone with booking apologized but she could not help me with getting my credit back to call priceline, so I am back on the phone with priceline worst csutomer service ever they told me to call booking they cannot help me I asked them to plese play back the call listen to my conversation that there needs to be some accountability for the errors that was made, all I got was apologies but no resolution. A company as big as priceline that handles thousands of cusotmer calls everyday does not have a way to resolve a cusmter issue especially when the mistake was on their end. It is very apparently, are not interested in resolving cusotmer issues, I want to make it known to the general public do not give your card out because what you are being told and what happens after you do has consequence's that becomes very difficult to resolve when you are bounced around and no one company wants to take accountability, so be very cautious when using priceline they have only an 8% rating in customer resolution or responding to complaint so buyer be ware.
