Sender dispatched my parcel on October 31, 2023 which was supposed to be delivered to me on November 01, 2023 being an expediated service. Until today I have not received my parcel, I initiated a case with their tracing department also visited the sort facility couple of times but no positive signs. I do not understand their last update shows it has scanned at Scarborough facility however nobody is able to find it. It is such an irresponsible act by these people. I am so stressed as it is my son's passport in it. My travel plans were cancelled. the trace agent has no more information for me except for they are looking into it. I called several times, visited the sort facility and understood that they might have lost my parcel.
This is really stressful as the entire process of reapplying the passport is lengthy and will cause the same amount of time, money and energy. During this entire process of follow up, I realized they were just ticking the box and was not serious about others stress level.
I need to know if there is still hope? will I get my parcel?
I haven’t received the package yet, emailed the tracking information to mentioned email id but no response
