not deducting the correct amount from cigarette coupons
Today I went in the RaceTrac on 5882 Wendy Bagwell Pkwy in Hiram, Ga 30141 at 10:48:48 am on Register #2 with Phillip as cashier. Transaction #1448766- I bought 2 Large Frozen Cokes and 2 packs of Pall Mall Red 100 Bx and I had a coupon for $4.00 off 2 packs. Well I used my debit card and was looking at my receipt and he only took off $0.40 off the cigarettes. This is the second time this has happened at this store. I'm very upset AGAIN for this to happen. Don't know what they are using coupons for themselves or what but I think this should be taking care of. It's the same as if he stole from me.

diesel pumps not working
The diesel pumps at the race trac on hwy 441 and hog mt rd in Watkinsville GA
have not worked in over a month because no one has changed the filters.
this happens on a regular basis. we have a trucking company close by that use 4-5 thousand dollars a month in fuel, we have quit using race trac because of the poor and undependable management having sent drivers there over and over only to have to send them somewhere else is very costly.

Every night the racetrack on austell road is closed until 6 in the morning EVERY NIGHT, how can I expect to spend my money in a gas station that's never open I work overnight and it's only so many gas stations in this area that are available overnight and this is ridiculous, I've stayed here for almost my whole life and it's been the same for the longest, either y'all need to find people to work during these times or just close the store down .
I complain about employee behavior
I spend a lot of money in the Racetrac on 2227 28 th north St Pete. Florida, 33713. There is no pleasure to visit this place. Workers are disgustingly rude. Last time I was shopping there, I expressed my displeasure with the cashier. And asked to write down their names on a piece of paper. At my request, one of the cashiers began to laugh. But I got their names from one cashier who was more polite, she was older in her 50+. Their names are Andrea and Callahan (I suspect that this is the girl that was younger and very rude). I am an immigrant from Ukraine and I thought that such an attitude towards customers is possible only in my former country .. I am very disappointed that in such a great country as America, customers are treated so rudely!

I go to this store almost everyday I have spent hundreds of dollar at this location this am going in as I always do and have done many time before and bought 6 packs of Marlboro cigarettes and 2 drinks and my total came up to 37 bucks or so bc I enter in my number and as I hand this cashier that always refuses to take my 100 bill shes like I cant break that I was like really even tho I'm going to be spending 40 bucks and shes like yes we cant break a bill this early and this location has done this for me many of time but it seem only when this girl is working is when I have problem she is running customers off ... I would gotten maybe 60 bucks back really I have been a cashier and I know how much cash we have to carry but you lost my 40 bucks this am and also I will find another store that sales e85 where I dont have to spend my money at this location

I spend a lot of money at the racetrac in Keller Texas at the corner of Keller parkway and Bourland rd. I just went to the that store and bought two beers and a blue plus e cig refill. I got all the way home and realized that the clerk did not put my e cig refill in the bad with the beers. I drove all the way back up there. As soon as I came in the door the clerk said you left your cigs on the counter. I smiled and said wouldn't it have made sense to put the cigs in the bag? He immediately became defensive and blamed it on me. Then I said isn't it common sense to put the cigs on the bag with the beers? Again he became defensive and made me feel like the idiot. Then I called the number on the door for the manger, her name is Samantha, and of course I got a recording that said the number doesn't have a voicemail set up. Is this how racetrac handles customer service? Is this some kind of shell game? The young man working today should have admitted he made a mistake and apologized. Instead he went out of his way to make me feel like I screwed up. I can't call the manger because her voicemail is conveniently not set up. It seems racetrac does not want to hear any negative feedback and the whole open dialogue is an illusion. Should I give all my business to QT? I want something for my inconvenience.
swirl - hiram stores
I have visited both Hiram stores over the past four weeks either with the main intent to get gas or simply to stop for my child to visit the swirl station. I have been severely disappointed with the lack of attention and stocking of the station in both stores. I think the one price option is terrific and this was a great add to your convenience store offering but it is only good if there is a consistent offering (i.e. hot dogs and other offerings consistent).
Some examples of the fails at both stores include, empty dispenser (flavors have run out), toppings have not be re-filled, toppings are not labeled correctly, etc. The mislabeling is significant with the though of those with allergies. For example, my daughter is allergic to peanuts and she picked up one topping thinking it was as labeled and it was actually a peanut based candy.
I hope yo can get this straightened out. Did visit the Kennesaw location and that was great!
gas pumps
Every time we go to the laplace, la racetrac the debit at the pump is always broken and says see attendant. Most of the time half the pumps are out of service. The hoses are dry rotted and one hose broke up and sprayed a woman and her car full of gasoline. Laplace is crap but the laplace racetrac is worse. This place needs to be up to date on inspection. Can someone please correct these issues?

Hello this is the third time I get the same soda a caffeine free coke at the dispenser and now I realized it's the drink that is hurting my throat deeply, burning and after four sips, last time.I tough it was me but it was right after the drink, I forgot about it and this happen! I m coughing and can't inhale, I think either a rat got in or its infected! I'm not sure they ever change these or clean much their fountain drink machine.but this is not good! I'm 38 I'll check with a doctor but if kids drinks they could get something else. Please make sure.it's not contaminated.
coupon cigarettes
Yesterday I went in and bought two packs of Marlboro Special Blend 100s in a box and I tried to use my mobile app and it did not take a dollar 30 off it took $0.30 off and then I had a dollar 50 coupon off your Marlborough and they wouldn't do anything about it this isn't the first time this has happened there they're very half the time they won't even scan my app they said oh you don't need that there's no coupon blah blah blah so I just wanted to let you know I am getting ready to quit using RaceTrac thank you and have a great day
letting people beg for money at the front door.
I go to racetrac on oneil ln baton rouge la everyday and the same guy standing by the front door panhandling, it's like being harrassed every time I go. You need to put a stop to this before a real problem arises. It makes your store appear trashy and unsafe not to mention making everyone uncomfortable to even come in and spend money. When an altercation insights, a credible attorney will hold you responsible.

I was in the store at 1703 S. Loop 288 Denton TX.76208 this evening(6/13/2019 @ 9:00pm). I purchased 4 cans of beer and when I got them outside I noticed one of the cans had a pin hole leak. When I went back in to exchange it manager told me he it was not leaking when I left the store and he refused to exchange it. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with this person but it will be the last. I went to this store > 2x a week at least. Not only will I never go back to Racetrac but I will actively attack and keep anyone I can from going there as well.
Is this how he was trained? For your sake I hope not! Never again will your company get one red cent from me or my family. I hope that $1.50 profit was worth the loss of a regular a consistent customer. Your loss is QT's gain.

swirl ice cream
Repeated times I've come to get a soft serve and either of the flavors of icecream are not coming out with proper consistency, or there are not working at all. Due to the mega soft icecream, I've ended up eating mosyy of my cone off of my fingers or scooping my icecream up off of the ground. Today I was hurried by my company so I wasn't able to make a grievance about my cone falling apart and onto the ground with my swirl. I asked an associate if I would be permitted to get a half of a cone to honor quality products and or customer service. The desk clerk was short with communication skills and dead set on not honoring this stores product quality or reputation.

My total was $1.10 I asked the cashier if I could run out and grab $.10 out of my car. It was parked on the side right outside of the side door I just always park there. I guess because that's the driveway i always use. Anyway so at night time I get it they locked the side door and I unlocked it to go reached out of my car and this little cashier runs over there and locks the door behind me and runs back to the cash register and if he was going to do all that running he could've at least said hey you can just hand it to me in a lock this door back or something like that. But he did it quietly and sneaky and made me walk all the way back around instead of just getting it from me at the door. There was nobody there but me and him and I thought he was being ridiculous and when he tells me after I get back inside with my $.10 that that door cannot be unlocked. I was like are you kidding me dude. And I just thought there were so many better ways he could've handled that if there was some kind of crazy stuff going down in the parking lot I would've never done such but him and I were literally the only people there and it's in a good part of town I didn't recall the door actually getting locked until he started working there. He just wasn't behaving about the situation late normal if there was a bunch of gangs outside fighting his behavior would've made sense but there wasn't there never has been any kind of violence in that area it's a great part of town. I'm super annoyed with this guy while he's always on the phone with his earbuds in his ears while he's working or hanging out in the bathroom talking on the phone. I just know that this is not the kind of employee you guys generally have on board. And I thought I would say something about it since it affected me so greatly tonight.

On friday june 7th at ~5:50 pm I bought gas at the racetrac (pump 6) on george bush and marsh ln.in carrollton tx. 15 minutes later my tahoe died on the highway in rush hour traffic. I inspected my vehicle today and when I got to checking the fuel portion of the troubleshooting I found that the 24 gallons of gas I purchased is extremely dark (as if it was mixed with diesel fuel) I know for a fact I put 87 in my tank as I always do and the diesel nozzle doesn't fit unleaded tank openings. Now I have to clean out my system, pray my engine isn't damaged, and call texas weights and measures department. Attached are pictures of the gas and me having to sit on the side of i35. Thanks!

I'm an employee at racetrac in palmetto off of u.s 41 and 1 of our old employer (Mayela Morales) that used to work with us got terminated for something that she told the late night manager Lewis she had to walk from Ellenton to work 3 nights straight to work due to the fact her Ex-Boyfriend had bust her windows out and flattened 3 of her Tires she told me that the manager Lewis Demanded her to go to Racetrac in Bradenton and she told him that she couldn't then ask him I thought you supposed to ask to see if I'll be able to go and he said no you have to go over there because it's store manager said for you to go and she couldn't and the next night was the same thing so explain to me how could she go to Bradenton with no transportation and was told she did 2 no call no shows when clearly she showed up to work. Lewis is the same manager that said he'll do whatever it took to get her fired because he didn't like working with her
P.S.A. I thought you always supposed to ask your employees if they could go to a location or not

I am highly disappointed that you all as executive management have decided to charge the same rate for refills in a reusable container I provide. Its not the 11 cent difference, its the principle. I personally try not to use one use containers...easier said than done...and a lot of stores will honor a reusable container. I'm not going to stop coming however as a long time customer I do want to express my disappointment.
Also, the mango tea at 801 park Plano texas 75074 waa very weak (watered down).

As I waited in line as the 2nd person in line 4-5 Race Trac staff stood while entertaining the main one speaking, she was wearing the name tag General Manager threatening to write someone up. This was quite unprofessional especially since we had been waiting to be served. After realizing that we were not being served the GM stepped over to take our orders. I notice the price of my refill had gone up and asked why since when I bought the 64oz mug it promised .99 cents refills. The day before the cashier honored the price but this manager said that it wasn't an option. I almost wanted to find my receipt from the day before but it seemed a bit petty. As a General Manager, I would think that she could have handled not just my concern but her staffing situation much more professionally. This young woman could use additional training in people skills. I am a very regular guest of Race Trac and will be. This is my 1st negative experience as having been a regular guest for years. false advertising racetrac / frozen ice cream and yogurt
We stopped by Racetrac at east west connector Smyrna to get a frozen ice cream advertised for 1.99 any size my son got the big cup . AT the cashier he told us 4.02 explain to him it's 1.99 in the advertisement board . Then he said that's for a small cup.
Not much you can do once your son already have that cup in his hand you just have to paid and complain later.
I went back to the board and you cannot tell where it's says only small cup, they have pictures of both of them with a big number 1.99. I did attach picture. This is Misleading advertisements and taking advantage of parents with kids and who ever likes to get an yogurt or ice cream.
A day before we went BP That has a nice deal and clear advertisement Cone yogurt for 0.49 cents we were extremely happy with it. That's where we gonna be going this summer regardless the drive. BP will definitely have my business this summer may for a long time.
