I had done my nails for the first time and went on staurday with them and he didnt say anything yet when I went back on Monday he said they were against policy when they are 1/2 a Inch! I frequent the Commerce store on HWY 441. Never before have I had such rude service but Channe the cashier has no personality. She gave me the wrong cigarettes and when I went to return them she had nothing to say. Unlike other associates who have at least apologized she has no business working in retail. She does not greet or even make eye contact with customers she is very stoic in her personal interaction with people. Won't be back on the weekends if she will be working

Every time I go into racetrack the one girl named Ariana, harasses me asks only me for an ID the people behind me about cigarettes too and they were not id'd. She's always distraught and rude. I don't think I'm ever going to go to your race track again and it's unfortunate because I go there all the time. I will resume going back to QT your competition...

I bought 2 Golden Crispy Chicken Sandwiches that were in the warmer in the store and when I took the first bite and chewed it was spongy it had a lemon taste to it quite frankly I wanted to throw up after a while it definitely was imitation chicken or the lowest grade chicken that is on the market it was absolutely disgusting and y'all need to pull that crap off the shelves now.
universal lack of receipts at the pump, or why I stopped buying gas at racetrac
No matter whether here in Naples, FL or the others in FL I have tried it seems a company policy [no paper in the printer] to get the customer inside. I was so aggravated at one station after this repeated policy-driven situation that I had again to go inside to retrieve a receipt. There I got into a raised-voice exchange with an employee; enough of this! I started using my phone camera to take a picture which sufficed as a receipt. It turned out approaching 50% for lack of receipt. This has never happened at Costco or Sams, hummmm. On another occasion in Naples my credit card was scanned and i got a call shortly thereafter from the CC company, someone had hit the card for $90 of fuel at, you guessed it, the same Racetrac. There is a Small Shell gas station / convenience store near the Racetrac, I use that station, always a receipt.
It's a business ploy; get 'em in the store to purchase something. Neither do I see a positive future for corporate to change their annoying policy. Further the $0.009/gallon; when fuel was $0.25/gallon 9/10's of a cent was a bit more significant; now just asinine.
I don't play in their sandbox.
My Chevron station is the same (no paper!). I don't know how difficult it is to keep
paper in the machine? I dislike going into the store and waiting in line to get a receipt.

On the evening of Jan. 12 at approx. 11:40 pm, I needed to get enough gas to get home after a long day at work. I drove in to the Racetrack listed at the above location and pulled up to pump #3. I decided to pay in cash to prevent the possibility of a skimmer, and chose to walk in from the pump, even though I was quite tired. When I walked in, I was surprised to notice there was nobody behind the service counter at the registers and called out "Hello" so they knew I was there. A young African American woman in a blonde wig was sitting with her back to the door, at the sandwich bar and turned around to look at me as though it was odd for me to be there. She seemed to be eating something. Then I realized she was the attendant as she walked over to the cash registers. I asked for $5 worth of gas and also got some free lotto tickets because I had matched 2 out of 5.
After getting my change from a $20, and the lotto tickets, I proceeded to walk out to my car back at pump 3. Upon trying to put the gas in my car the pump said "no pay".
I attempted 2 more times, after checking to make sure I had given her the correct pump number. She had obviously not credited my $5 to the right pump, which may or may not have been done deliberately. This forced me to walk back to the building whereupon I knocked on the window to let her know the pump was not credited.
Because of all that she would not even respond to my demand that she credit the pump, and told me I was "being rude" when I poked my head in the door to tell her verbally that the pump was not credited. A different employee then stated the same thing and refused to credit the pump and gave me back my $5. I stood there aghast in disbelief they would actually do this. I was not rude, merely trying to get some gas. Eventually the other employee correctly credited the pump.
I have been to a number of Racetracks and never have I been so poorly treated by someone who is supposedly there to serve their customers. I will certainly never go back to this particular Racetrack.
1. She was very unpleasant from the beginning of my visit. (Doesn't know customer service protocol.)
2. She either deliberately or mistakenly, (doesn't matter) did not know how to use the equipment to properly credit the customer.
3. She became defensive and tried to blame me, the paying customer, by falsely stating I was "being rude". Any video of this incident will prove I was entirely civil.
She should be at least reprimanded, or better yet, re-trained and observed carefully.

After becoming sick I realized the ranch dip I was sold was over a month past the expiration date. Something about this needs to be done because now I have been sick for several days because of it. I have video footage proof that I will use in court. This location was in murphy, tx on fm 544. How many other customers were sold this? How often do y'all keep products past the expiration date? Hi my name is Nancy Clements & I was at the Race Trac in Red Oak, TX this morning, Dec. 29, 2018 around 10:30am or 11:00am. I tried 2 pumps to get gas & neither one would accept my credit card. I called on the outside speaker & no answer & it was very cold. I went inside, of course I was upset & I told the black woman that, I did not get her name, but you should know who it is according to the time, & she did not try to explain why the pumps would not work. She hollered at me & told me to leave. I do not believe that your employees should respond like that. She is a bad example for your company. If you do not take care of this problem, I will never go back there & will tell everyone I know about the bad experience.

RaceTrac 5220, i just had the most horrible experience at this race track, now i am never the one to complain about something but i figured now adays one person can make a difference, as many places I've been Ive always held up as a black man, but to be followed at one of your stores is the upmost disrespect, to be profiled like that makes me sick to my stomach, and for the employees to conduct themselves in that manner, i wish that this would reach someone, to even check the tapes on Dec. 29, 2018, for this to be going on you should be ashamed, i will never step foot in a racetrac because of this. This may never reach someone and i am sure the conduct will continue and nothing will ever become of this, who am i.

The store In yulee Florida has from time to time been closed in the early morning morning hours. This in itself is not unusual, but lately it's been happening a lot. I work shift work and I go in at 6am in the morning. The racetrack store near me is on my to work and I stop there nearly every day. I have asked why they do this and the answer is " we don't have enough People to work the shift so we close the store for safety reasons ". I find this almost impossible to believe since hiring personnel is all it would take to fix this problem. This is a very busy store, you can't make much money with the doors locked.

Me and my wife will into racetrak after work Saturday afternoon December 8th to purchase beer and chips and slushies. The registrar attending us refused to sell us the beer because our daughter was with us. This is the first time I have ever been told that at any racetrak and I am extremely upset at how I was attended. This has never happened at any other gas station or grocery store. The attendant gave me the impression of being very rude and ignorant about the situation.

While out and about today I visited the Station in Oakland Park. 2351 W Oakland Park Blvd. Very nice store. Clean and inviting and well staffed. Good visit.
Purchased Gas @ 2.38 per gallon.
I then went on to do some shopping across town. I was on Broward Blvd not far away in Zip code 33312. WAWA ans Racetrac gas was $2.12. Why the big difference. Of course the gas came from the same place, maybe even the same truck. I feel I was ripped off. Can you explain ?

I would like to know who I can email in Corporate to let them know that the company, Walker Property Services LLC that handles maintenance calls for Racetrac in Florida does NOT pay their contractors who do the work for them. My husband being one of them...
They owe him invoices coming since August for work he did on some of your stations/stores and we are getting ready to file a lien against them which may involve Racetrac, unless someone of authority can get with these folks and get a check for what is owed him ASAP, we are only talking a few hundred you pay them, they should pay us !

Store located at 9410 Cortez Blvd Spring Hill, FL 34613, today @2:45pm. I went with family to grab 3 hotdogs and store was empty, 2nd Shift manager Jaylane was VERY rude. I was speaking Spanish with family and she said you needed to put the lid down for the hotdogs with the biggest attitude ever. She needs to learn how to deal with customers without the attitude. My brother in law went to pay with a $10.00 bill and she said she could not take it because the machine. We gave her a different bill and she took it. I said she needs to drop attitude and I had her name. After we left, we went outside and we can see herwas laughing. Not nice at all.

Good Morning;
Just a concern...I go to RaceTrack every morning as they are located next to each of the three schools I am Director of. I average 400 miles a week of travel time and also go to RaceTrak for my gasoline . Found out this morning that you will no longer be carrying the International Delights Irish Cream, for coffee. So, so very sad as I am totally addicted ! :-) After being told of this, I wanted to get a hot chocolate. Only to find out that the Hot Chocolate machine has been broken for THREE WEEKS ! Seriously? The manager there and all staff, have always been fantastic, extremely friendly. And they apologized profusely .This is at your location on West Blue Heron Blvd in Riviera Beach, Florida. Can you let me know when the machine will be repaired? And if the decision to omit the Irish Cream is a permanent one? Also...do you realize that Wawa is on Blue Heron Blvd, as well, and they do carry Irish Cream? :-/

being charged for ice in my personal cup
Everytime I come to this location and fill my reusable cup with ice I am charged as if I bought a new cup of Ice. However the surrounding racetrac says there is no charge when using my personal cup. I was told the store manager at this location says the clerks are required to charge regardless personal or not. I understood racetrac charges for new cups not the ice in personal cups. Is this location a franchise? If you cheat us on ice what eles will you cheat your customers on.
