This Shaw can't talk to a Worker with Respected he talk till he get them to call him names . Then send you home & next Day you come to work, Try to say we need to talk, then he has Distant Manger come in to Fired you. You should of been wrote up not Fired. This Stores has more peoples being Fired then another in Tampa Florida. I say wake up it's not the peoples It's Shaw you need to send packing . Give her back her job send her to another stores. I would like to know why you even bother having a number on the pumps to call if you need help because of being handicap. Cause I work late night I stop in at 3:30 am because I drive for a living. I cannot walk without a walker or more than 20 ft with and cannot stand on my own at all. I needed gas and was refused help. Also I have stopped during the day and evening. And was still refused. Its against the American disability act. I spend over $100 a week just in gas not to mention other items

Racetrac on Mundy Mill Rd Oakwood Ga. I work right next door to it I've been going to your location. I go in at 5am to work and many of us stop at ur location for coffee, snacks, etc and since the renovation of this location this place has gone down hill! Something is always BROKEN! The ice cream machine or soda machines. The food is never ready it used to be at least heating up by the time we arrived.. but that is THE LEAST OF YOUR STORES ISSUES! The NIGHT EMPLOYEES ARE SUPER RUDE😡 and THIS LOCATION Is closed Most of the time UNTIL 5:30am! according to your employees because they are short staffed BUT! Previously the store would be closed but at least the night window would be used for sales. The past 2 weeks I've stopped by and ask if the doors are going to continue be closed until 5:30am and I was told a few times that it was back to regular hours this morning once again like Friday and Thursday the store had a paper that said "This location opens at 5:30am sorry for the inconvenience 😡 it doesn't have more information than that. This gas station used to be really busy since 4:30 am now not so much

I am just livid with some extremely disturbing visits I've encountered at the 5700 Peachtree Industrial location. I have been going to this location for about 8 months now since I work nearby. I must say, initially, there were no issues, but of course I'm very aware that nothing is 100% so I actually expect occasional poor customer service at any establishment that I frequent. Recently, I have been experiencing some ridiculously poor service from two employees (Tamara and Jodi Ann) and one of them, Jodi Ann is in a leadership position. Tamara is extremely rude! She recently began working for the company and already think she's the boss. A few months ago, she was always pleasant, however I could see that she was displaying the "new employee" façade and it was virtually killing her to reflect a courteous demeanor, but she did for a few weeks, as most new employees do. Then she became a monster or shall I say her true self. The employees should recognize that it's the returning customers who keep the store in business. We don't just keep the lights on in the store, however we keep the lights on at their residence also. If you're unhappy with your job...leave! One day, I walked up to the register with two cups under my arm which I brought into the store; I presented my lotto slips to purchase my numbers to Tamara. She abruptly said, "So you're going to get two drinks?" It was quite obvious that there were no liquids in my cups since the cups were under my arms and had no lids. I told her that I was not and brought the cups in EVERYDAY to get ice. A few days later, I went in as I always have, with my cups so that after my purchase, I could get some ice; I am anemic and crave crushed ice. She touched Jodi Ann as Jodi Ann began to walk away and then said, "Don't you go anywhere because I'm going to need you!" Jodi Ann laughed so I knew it was about me. There was no welcoming as I've usually received, she just took my lotto slips and then said, "You have to pay for the two cups." I responded that I brought the cups in and that's why I go to the register first so that you guys could see that I walk in with my cups that I've obtained from somewhere else. Jodi Ann then said, "Sorry, but it's a new rule that you must pay for the cups." I then said, "Are you listening?" "I'm suppose to pay again for cups I've already paid for at another location?" Everyone knows that you pay for the cups, not the ice so why would I repeatedly pay for my own used cups? I then told her that customers are even allowed to get free coffee if they bring in their own cups, so why would coffee be free and ice cost? I've spoken to the GM, Phillip, who'd assured me on more than one occasion that the matter would be addressed, however I think he may be a little too kind for his job since they refuse to listen to him or respect his authority. I'm not proud to say, but I spend at least $400 to $500 in that one location a month. I purchase my gas there and I live quite a ways from my job so I use a lot of gas. I also purchase my coffee and other food items and of course, my lotto twice each day. There are employees who recognize my patronage and are extremely kind because of it, I'm always pleasantly greeted by Chuca, Femi, Linda, the very sweet older lady who's name slip my memory, the other tall and attractive supervisor, who's simply awesome, but everyone knows it's usually the negative experiences that holds to the memory much more than the positive since the positive experience is expected in that type of establishment. I do visit other RaceTrac locations, however I frequent this location more than any. I am writing this for everyone to see for a little vindication, however, rest assured that it will not stop here! Because of my profession, I am preparing to take this way up the chain of their command!

I went to a location on del Prado Blvd, Cape Coral Florida, they had a coupon and they couldn't ring it up because the scanner didn't work. ($6.41). I Went to another location, 3010 Pine Island Rd. Cape Coral, Fl., they had only one 20 pack, I explained to ‘Whitney' (the employee) that the racetrack I previously went to before had a coupon for the Coca-Cola and their scanner did not work, and they said that it would work at other racetracks too. She refused to sell me the Coca-Cola with the coupon. I have over 40 minutes of driving between Racetrac stores and now wasted fuel. I find this poor customer relations.

I completed the survey from a previous trip to RaceTrac and received the Redemption Code. When I returned to the RaceTrac they refused to honor the advertised benefit.
The Free Item was a 'Buy One Get One Roller Grill Item and a Free Small Pepsi.' I got my two Roller Grill Dogs and Small Pepsi and went to the counter to pay for the 'Buy One' Roller Grill Dog. The clerk refused to honor the stated benefit, specifically, the 'Get One' roller grill dog. She said that I had to buy both roller grill dogs.
I left all the items on the counter and left. Very unprofessional to not honor the advertised price.

I actually just had the same thing happen to me. Clerk said that I had to buy both roller grill items and only got a free small drink. This was the second time I had tried to use one of these particular survey coupons, the last time, they did give me a free roller grill item and a small free drink after a purchase of one roller grill.
So I just called Racetrack guest relations to see what their official answer was on this and they did say that it was not worded well. They did confirm that the promotion is only for a small drink if you buy a roller grill item (that's the BOGO offer).
frozen yogurt
I spent 2 wks in Haines city, Florida. First time I stopped and tried the frozen yogurt and loved it, but after that I went back for more & one store the machine was off so it wasn't frozen so I went down road to next one and there machines were shut down. I never got to enjoy it again while I was down there. I'm from Anderson, Indiana and we don't have any race trac stores. I was pretty disappointed

Just went to the store on 4102 W. Waters Ave, Tampa FL 33604, and got 4 frozen burritos wrap and a 7up 2 litter, end up paying with my debit card because the manager said that was considered HOT food, hot food in a freezer? In any other gas station will sell FROZEN on Ebt, that's how I know it so far, and even Publix does it as well, the manager was putting up attitude so the cashier. You ppl, can count me out as a customer.

I came in to purchase a pack of cigarettes and earlier in he evening I had a call from my bank that my debit card had been used fraudulently. So I had change to pay for my cigarettes and the woman working the counter at your location in Kennesaw off old 41 I am not sure on a store number was he rudest cashier I have encountered in a long time . She had attitude and acted as if I was a nuisance . She flung the cigarettes at me and was huffing and puffing because she had to count a little change . I am not sure if that is he kind of associate I would have representing my company . I know people have bad days but we all do. And y'all pay her to be rude to people y'all advertise to trying to get them in your establishment... her manager needs t be aware if the customer service she is providing because it will definitely hurt his comps. I don't have her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag as I know and have seen that at all of your other locations they wear them . It was 10:[protected] it may be the 5th on a Tuesday night she was an African American female with what looked like white hair or a wrap on her head that was white and the only other distinguishing thing I can describe is really long fake eyelashes . She needs to be reprimanded or she will continue to make you lose patrons. I know all people want to complain I also give praise to people I see doing a good job as well and very rarely to I send in a bad comment . But tonight's visits was horrible . My friend was in the car looking at the cash register and says to me when I come back to the car ... man that cashier looks like she has a bad attitude he could see it thru the glass and not even stepping one foot in this Kennesaw location . That's not good and inside was 100 x's worse . I would follow up on this.

I live down the street from a race trace so I spend a lot of time at your store then any other store I'm in there everyday. Well I have a service dog because I am epileptic and she has her service dog id and this shift manager kalay told me that they had gotten a health code violation and said I was not aloud to bring my dog in anymore I informed her that she does have her id and then she asked for it, with a rude attitude I told her I dont have to show it as long as I have it is all that matters but I did show her anyways and informed her I will be talking to her manager she told me he is the one who told her to tell me because she said he has told me I can't have my dog in the store. Which is a lie because nobody at that store has ever had a problem or has said anything to me and have been always happy to see my dog China most even know her name. It saddens me to see a shift manager lie to there customers and to put your business at risk of being sued for a Ada discrimination case if my dog wasn't with me and I went into a full blown seizure then how would I get the help I need my dog knows what to do and alerts me to when I am going to have one so in all she messed up and I told her that she better know what she is talking about before she goes down that path and she still went down that path so I am forced to go down that path to. I am tiered of people and there attitudes when it comes to the disability's, just because one is disabled doesn't mean they have to look disabled. I didnt ask to be this way but I am and for someone to question me like she did just pisses me off. Get over your self and wake up people nobody is better then anybody else.

I have visited this store earlier today (12/2/17). I was checked out by a very nice pregnant woman, the problem I have is that the "manager" that was on duty just sat there and did not even bother to help her check out a full line of people. The associates name I believe was Sami, the manager was Destiny she was more interested in her phone than working the register. It is really sad to see a person needing to take it easier working her butt off. While the manger, should be working hard is playing on her phone and ignoring duties. Sami, I would have to say, should be the manager not the current one, Destiny.
camping on racetrac property.
Not really my business, but as a business owner myself I don't think Racetrac management wouldn't be pleased with someone camping in a rv on Racetrac property. There's a gentleman that has been spending several nights, maybe not on consecutive nights, but definitely numerous nights. It's the Racetrac location at 3600 E. University Dr, Denton, Tx 76208. It's a Pace Arrow motor home with only 2 rear wheels. Guy's name is Runnels.

Yesterday on 11/14 I stop at the store @3401 Garland Ave to get a No's & coffee. When I went to pay the cashier said coffee is free all week, I have to say I felt happy. So when I got to work I shared the good news with my staff.
I went back this morning to get Coffee & No's when I to pay the charged me for the coffee, I asked is it for free this week cashier said NO, the manager change his mind, no sorry or nothing. I am grateful for my free coffee yesterday but I now look like a fool with my employees. Plus no apology, no sign saying there was a mistake. I am really disappointed
breakfast sandwiches
I had a very poor customer experience at your store located at 1450 Hypoluxo Rd, Lantana, FL 33462. I needed gas and something to eat. The hot box that contained breakfast sandwiches was loaded, but all had stickers stating they were made at 4:37am to be sold by 6:37am and it was 7:15am. Ridiculous. I brought this to the cashiers attention and asked if there was anything fresh as the sign out front stated, and the answer was no. This was my first and most likely only experience with RaceTrac for breakfast. I paid for my gas and drove a couple of miles to a Burger King where I actually got fresh food. Shame on RaceTrac for allowing this to happen. I wonder how many customers purchased your out of date product and found out after leaving the store.

coffee cup lids
The coffee cup lids are the worst. I purchased a medium size coffee this morning at RaceTrac at 6:00 am. It was still dark out while driving to work trying to drink a little of this hot brew it was a difficult task. The part of the lid a person should be able to sip hot coffee from is so far from the edge that coffee gets on my chin and of course running down chin onto clothes. This is crazy why would you guys not have a proper lid for your HOT coffee. When get to work 45 minutes later drank no coffee, I look at the lid and has dried coffee all around the rim.

First, I'm gonna put myself under the bus. I had to answer a call while checking out. It was emergency, So i had no choice. The lady at the register checked out all my stuff, and i paid and she asked if i wanted a recipet, i said "no thank you" once i was done paying i looked over to my stuff, i had like 5 things, and i said "can i get a bag?" and she said "well, i already asked you if you wanted a bag" she got a big attitude. and i said "i'm very sorry, i didn't hear you" and she jut looked at me like whatever. So she handed me a bag and i had to put all of my stuff in the bag. and before i could even finish, she called up another person to checkout. and she did the same thing to the next person, she called up another person before they were done checking out. When I go to the gas station to get gas the company will take $99 out of my account even when I don't get $99 worth of gas. There is no rhyme or reason as to why this occurs. When I notice money missing and attempt to call the bank about it, it will correct itself for the correct amount. It has now started setting off fraud alerts for my bank account. This is could possibly cause me to receive overdraft charges because incorrect amounts are being deducted and then corrected.

I went to the McDonough location on Hwy 20 and experienced very rude and unhelpful customer service. Alfred was the employee that was being insanely rude and inconsiderate of all customers in the store and his fellow employees as well. I placed an order for a box of some cigars and was told to come in when they arrive. I did so and have since been waiting days for them to find out they're not even here in the first place and when I show my displeasure in being lied to and having my time wasted he makes it out as if it's my fault when I have done only what has been asked which is come in on a certain day after placing an order over a week ago. Please get rid of Alfred as he is a bad representation of racetrac as a whole.

The employees name was faith and she was just unnecessarily rude and hateful. I had asked for a cup that wasn't stocked and received a short, clipped response. No explanation, no apology for any inconvenience. This is not the only bad experience with this one employee that I've had. Pulled in to pump #13 could not get my credit card to read. Tried to contact the attendant using the button displayed on the pump. Waste of time and energy. Moved to pump #8 exactly the same outcome.
Asked inside and was informed sometimes readers don't work. Attendant button is just there for looks.
Not returNing to this store. QuickTime up the road actually maintains their equipment. How novel is that.
