RaceTrac service

This makes twice I have stopped at the race trac in villa rica ga and the same clerk which is a lady has taken my card for fuel payment and never received the fuel. She has taken and did multiple swipes and thankfully my card holder on these have stopped for a fraudulent charges. I ask to speak with manager both times and as usually no one is around nor is a name and number given. This lady is the tenant (clerk) that is working tonight at this station on 10/24/17 at 7:50 pm. I did not get her name but she is the female there. I will not be bringing my business back to this location until something is done with this lady. Let me repeat this is the second time! I also will be viewing my bank account and if any money is taken for this location I will press charges.

My girlfriend were recreational bicycle. On Gandy bicycle and pedestrian trail near Gandy Bridge. My girlfriend was hungry and overheated from bike ride. I went in get her food and drink at Race Trac, a cubin sandwich and 2 cans of soft drinks. Came to $6.32

While food and drinks, a young male clerk said his manger sent him see what we were doing. We eating a Cuban sandwich and drinking soft drinks. We were overheated and found a place along the side of Gas and store, a shade place. We had not been there more than 5 minutes. He said he wanted to know what we doing because where we sitting. I said if they don't want people not be where we at they should post a no treaspass sign. I said to him you are harassing us. We got and started to leave prior to him making any comments. We were half way from there door to pedestrians / bike trail. I told him I will not come back to there store again. He said leave now, in angry tone.
I not hobo, I live on Gandy Blvd near the store, I had not been to that store in years. I was harassed because I was on bicycle. There is lot of people that going be on bicycle or walking. The store should provide a outdoor picnic table with shade for its customers that utilize the pedestrian and bike trail. There employees should not be quick to assuming that someone is a hobo. I was harassing any other customers in any way.

RaceTrac overcharged on every visit

I'm a long time customer with racetrac, love the stores and very convenient. My problem is everytime I visit one of your branch, they always charge me extra. Items never ring up the sticker price. One item in particular is your 25 oz single can of Rolling Rock which was price at first 2/$2.25, but now 2/$2.50. If I purchase 2, my total price supposed to be $2.75 but no, my total price always come up $2.98. I know I'm talking about change here, but it does add up. If you multiply (the $.23 odd cents I pay extra each time) by 100 times I've been buying these beers, that's equal to $23.00 time the 1000 customers that purchase the same beer that's equal to $23, 000. And anyways, I'm not asking for the $23.00 back but you guys should fix your price and charge long time customer like me accordingly.

RaceTrac sandwich shop

I am complaining about the sandwich shop for the 5th or 6th time! And about the same location at 2330 O'Neal Lane, Baton Roué, La. 70816, ph#[protected]
We have been in there any where from 6:50-8:30pm & they are closed! The first couple times it happened the Mgr. Gave me coupons when I complained. The hours posted on the front of store & on order screen states y'all are open until 10pm! The coupons are appreciated but it does NOT replace the absence of service when you go in there hungry & expect to be served during "normal business hours"! I have spoken to the District Mgr here twice & NOTHING has changed! If you are not going to be open for service then you need to change your hours posted!

RaceTrac fuel pump charge

I went to get gas at racetrac this week. I didn’t go inside. I paid for my gas at the pump with my debit card. $12 exactly. I see the $12 on my transaction history but I also see a $99 charge from the very same racetrac. Not sure how they charged me $99 for gas after I already paid $12 but I’m not happy. They’ve done this before where they double charged me $15 for gas. I’m never going to another racetrac.

RaceTrac customer service

On [protected] at about 1 am I went to the race trac on 50/ Deltona Blvd to get a cup of coffee, I paid for my coffee, walked outside towards my car and saw a friend, not 5 mins was I there and one of your employees, told me I had to leave and couldn't be in front of the store, I told him I was enjoying the cup of coffee I just bought from you guys while I chat with a friend who was outside of the store, I did not like the customer service at your store, there was a girl and a guy working last night it was the guy that was given me the issue, I bought a coffee from your store I wasn't just hanging out, if this customer service issue isn't resolved with your employees I won't go to race track anymore, I am sorry about making an issue about this all I wanted to do was enjoying my cuppa coffee

Received bad Diesel at the Ractrac on Immokalee Rd in Naples, FL cost me 3000.00 to repair at the Mercedes dealer and was documented as bad fuel, Racetrac corporate told me it was not their fault due to no other complaints from the station, , this all happened 17 miles after my fill-up and it was the diesel pump .. but thy left me holding the repair and did not even offer to credit me for the fuel charge.. again another large company not caring about the customer ... or even taking the time to look further into it, , I think the new pump at that station had a fault and put gas in my tank with the diesel, but somehow thats only my problem.
I only have my voice and will never say a nice thing about Racetrac, and steer other customers away the best I can..

RaceTrac employee being extremely rude

I went into the Racetrac on albury road in burleson today, and as i went in and headed up to the register one of the employees, named Jonathan, was being extremely rude to another employee. He was yelling at her loud enough that i felt embarrassed for her. She was restocking from what it looked like and he yelled and told her "WILL YOU STOP DOING THAT I AM TRYING TO COUNT". It had almost brought her to tears. For many of the times i have visited racetrac that man doing that to that woman just made me not want to go in anymore.

RaceTrac customer service

To whom it may concern,

I am complaining about the way my concern was handled by 2 Racetrac Associate's. One was named J.D according to his name tag and the other was either named Michelle or Lachelle who did not have a nametag. I'll reference her as Michelle in this complaint for simplicity.

A little about me? I manage 4 resorts in the tourist district of Orlando. Throughout my 13 years in hospitality I've received the highest honors in customer service and operations. I also have implemented almost 6, 000 hours of customer service training throughout my career.

I am not a know-it-all and I certainly am no better in any way than the 2 associate mentioned above, but because of my background it is much easier for me to distinguish a positive customer service experience from a negative one. If you pull up all of my credit card transactions from this and other cards I've used, you will notice that I spent an upwards of $3, 000 at this location last year. I visit this location almost everyday to refill my company car. I also purchase all kinds of other things including snacks and breakfast. I have taken the survey often but this is the first time I've lodged a complaint because this experience really bothered me and made me feel quite uncomfortable.

Please note that I am not lodging this complaint to get these associates into serious trouble, nor am I lodging this complaint for any type of compensation. I believe that this feedback is a learning opportunity for J. D and Michelle to know the proper way to respond just in case something like this should happen in the future.

I went to RaceTrac location number 586 which is located at 4375 Central Florida Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32810 just after midnight on 9/14/17. The time of the transaction on my receipt reads 12:18:59 AM. I go to this location often both at day and late at night. One of my favorite snacks to get are the Peanut Patch Boiled Peanuts in a 32oz cup. When I approached the boiled peanuts I noticed there were no 32oz cups. So I peaked underneath and saw NONE. There seemed to only be 16oz cups available (side note for review readers 16oz cups are $1.99 and 32oz cups are $2.99). So I approached the first associate I saw, J.D. and asked him to see if there were anymore 32oz cups in storage. He walked to the back and less than a minute later reappeared to tell me there were no more. Upon his reappearance Michelle was standing nearby and I then asked both of them this exact question "since you dint have anymore 32oz cups which I'm obviously not at fault for, can I get 16oz cups and still be charged the 32oz price?". Both of them said "no we can't do that ". I asked "why" and Michelle responded "we're just not able to".

This astounded me because not only did they not resolve my concern, but they neither offered any reasoning behind it nor did they even apologize. So I immediately let them know that it might be a good idea for me to contact higher management and then I walked back to the boiled peanuts station and filled two 16oz cups as I said I would do. I got my others things and went up to the register where Michelle rung up everything. She still charged me $1.99 for each 16oz cup instead of honoring my request. She was non apologetic and still offered no explanation. Bottom line: she did not care. As you will see on the store surveillance system J.D stood right behind her and also did nothing to resolve my concern. They simply let me walk out of the store completely dissatisfied with my experience. Something I would never let any of the guests in my resorts do. Another side note- when I visit this store during the day, the associates always greet me as soon as I walk in the door. When I visit at night I am almost never greeted and this includes the time of this incident.

I also bought a couple waters and some gas. The total came out to $23.42. I've already provided the store details and the transaction time. The transaction number is 2939456 and last 4 of card are 5189. I will also give Complaintsboard.com a picture of the receipt as proof. Racetrac Petroleum Inc. has my permission to obtain this information if necessary to help resolve this. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint and I hope it gets resolved. I am a conscious consumer. If I don't see improvement, I will discontinue doing business with RaceTrac Petroleum Inc.

RaceTrac paycheck

I spent 6hrs on the road to get to and from my orientation for this job didn't go back but i was supposed to get paid for my drive time and the time i spent there. I never received a payment for any of it. I am very aggravated. Im serious when it comes to my money. Ive tried calling corporate and no one will answer i even called the person that hired me left a voicemail and email never to recieve anything.

RaceTrac customer service and unethical behavior

The customer service rep "Luis" at Race Trac on Waters avenue in Tampa, FL is terrible. I went in today 9/7/17 at 9:45 AM. I saw a case of water, unopened on the counter by the register. I asked if they were selling the case as marked on their signs, but they told me they were selling individual bottles instead. As a hurricane is approaching, this borders on price gouging. When I asked them if they thought this was wrong, an employee named Luis became agitated and verbally abusive. He said if I didn't like it, I could go somewhere else. When I brought up this was terrible customer service, he became more agitated and I feared this was going to turn physical. When I told him about his attitude, he told me if I didn't like it, not to buy it and get out. I felt very uncomfortable and think "Luis" should no longer work in an environment that requires he work with the public. We live in the area and have gone to this Race Trac many times without incident. I would not recommend this particular Race Trac until "Luis" is no longer working there.

RaceTrac racetrac employee dallas, tx 75243

for months I've had to deal with the disrespectful implore you at the register at race track in Dallas Texas on Greenville and Markville Drive. Today I was expressing my gratitude and not being able to deal with that associate. The associate spoke out against me in a rude disrespectful way. As I tried to ignore the distraction, she got louder. I told her I wasn't talking to her and she replied, "so I'm tired of you talking about me!" I'm disturbed and confuse as the manager defended the route employee and kick me out and told me not to return. This is an issue because as I try to express my concern about the employee she's being excused for the rude customer service and the attention that I received. I believe in any other circumstance if this were the issue of the employee would've been fired.

RaceTrac yogurt - swirl world

I have visited your Dawsonville Racetrac several times to get yogurt at Swirl World. Each and every time, at least one to two machines aren't working. So selection is slim. Tonight I decided to stop by with my family to treat them to yogurt. What a disappointment! Of a dozen selections, only 4 were working. And the toppings were a disaster. Not much to choose from. Not a good way to run your business. No excuses either. One guy running register and the other was behind the wall in office until line got long. Instead hanging out in office, should have been up keeping the yogurt. Section. This store is always busy, so losing. Lots of business. Get your act together.

RaceTrac product for sale

Went to purchase ice cream from cooler and the product was so over frozen/frost bitten, it had to be bad! pictures to prove it!
Was told not to worry, the cartons were sealed ! Seriously, were do they get these people they call managers! It was so old and frost bitten, no one would or could eat it!
I will be calling the local health department tomorrow morning and filing a complaint, along with filing my photos!
This is the third time I have experienced this situation at this particular RaceTrac!. You need to be fined .
It is sickening that you are allowed to get away with selling this bad product.
Shame on you. Buyer be aware!

RaceTrac sodapalooza coupons

I went in tonight to use my coupon for a free hotdog. I went to the counter and presented my coupon and was informed that I had to pay because it expired in July. All the coupons expire on 8/31/17. The money is not the issue. Thanks issue I have is that I was promised one price and then told another when it came time to finish the transaction. I am very dissatisfied and I would like an explanation. I also want to know about the value or lack thereof of the remaining coupons that I have.

RaceTrac money not refunded

Store 553 double charged my credit card and has not refunded my money by cash or credit. I have made attempts to get the money refunded to my account, but neither the cashier or manager on duty were able to help and deflected responsibility to the customer service number and they were unable to help. I have gone through as many ways to get my money back, but it has been six days and my money has not been refunded to my credit card. The incident occurred 08-25 with credit card ending in 7500. My name is Tiffany Hammond. I want my money back, because it was supposed to be for my phone bill and I depend on having my few dollars available. I feel like I have been robbed, mugged or pick pockets, because I have no recourse on my behalf to get my money back.

RaceTrac false advertisement on gasoline

I went to the Race Trac near my house in Duncanville, TX around 7:00 a.m 8/29/17 on Cedar Ridge, the big price sign outside being displayed stated that regular gasoline was 2.19 once I paid for the gas and went to pump it read 2.29. I went in to ask a store clerk and she stated oh I forgot to change the sign. This is very unacceptable, money do not grow on trees and I could have stopped somewhere else where it was actually 2.19. This is false advertisement.

RaceTrac store appearance

This morning around 5:45am went to go get coffee. As I got out of the truck TRASH was all around my truck and in the parking lot itself. I took pictures nut you have no place to share them. Here is.my point, I actually laughed because I have placed my application in for 3rd shift ---- you know, the ones who would actually do the real cleaning
I would NEVER LEAVE THE OUTSIDE WITH CANS FULL OF TRASH AND LITTER ALL OVER. I am sure you will dismiss this but I had to speak up. My name is Jeff Earls... yeah look up my application

RaceTrac rudest employees ever!!!

I go to the RaceTrac on SR 64 in Bradenton, FL on a daily basis. NONE of the cashiers smile, they are always playing loud music not suited for a public gas station and holding loud, personal, inappropriate conversations with each other while ignoring the customers they are supposed to be serving. They are RUDE, disrespectful, and lack any kind of training in customer service! They have no problem talking about sex, or their nasty weekend endeavors while children are in the store. Not to mention they love swearing and talking crap about people at the pumps to the people that are at the register for everyone to hear. The store is constantly dirty and not well stocked. One of the employees (Kayla Nash) was just in the paper last week and arrested for drug possession and is rumored to sell drugs right there from the store! See link below:

I hate going there, and as of this morning, I will NO longer be going there for anything! Management needs to do a complete clean out of the staff and bring in people who not only look decent, but have attitudes to fit that of someone who works in customer service! It's disgusting! I only live about 30 seconds away from this store, but will gladly drive 2-3 miles further just to avoid this store ever again!

RaceTrac condiments

The Racetrack on FM423 @ Little Elm Pkwy.

I stop there for drinks and a sausage link dog for breakfast. For more than two weeks they have not had any grape jelly on the condiments bar. What is the problem? Does someone not take inventory of what is out and order what is needed. I always have grape jelly with my sausage dog. Someone is falling down on the job. No part of a retail store should be under stocked.
