cashier at store 624
I went to store #624 this morning. Cashier by the name of Norman needs come customer service training. She doesn't greet her customers with a smile or even speak by saying good morning. She is not helping the company at all by having such a bad attitude. Also the areas around the coffee area was filthy and when you tell someone, they just look at you. You all need to visit this store more often.
an employee on the night shift
It was august 4th, 2017. I went in around midnight as usual. IMY husband and I have had extreme financial difficulties these last few months resulting in losing almost everything. So we became homeless and I found myself needing to do a quick washing of my hair. So I took the largest stall w it's own sink etc. I quickly washed my hair. Then I cleaned and dried the surfaces in the stall and went out to the common bathroom area. I brushed my hair. Freshener my face and in walks an employee. A very rude and snooty one. She went in a stall. Did her business. Came out. And stormed out without even washing her hands. Gross. She had gone and complained about my clean hair. But left the bathroom and didn't wash her hands. Now I want to know whaty all thaty girl touched. I would worry about more things happening w and employee peeing and not washing hands insteadg I'd a cust over washing hair. I know myself, alongbw a Lot of others just might not ever eat from there on her shift again. Anyway, what do I know? I thought the customer was always right?
That is the complaint.
The Racetrac in Inverness, Florida sucks. If it wasnt for two employees there (Ron and Maranda) I would stop going there. They have customer skills. They greet you, they thank you and are happy to serve you. The rest of them were probably found in the unemployment line. Racetrac really doesnt have much of a training program. You have to hire people that smile and have customer skills like Ron and Maranda. Lets get a little pride there Racetrac!
store transaction gone wrong

Dear Racetrac Guest Relations:
I am contacting you about a transaction gone very wrong at your stone 5191 South Cobb, Marietta, GA 30080.
On July 19, 2017 @ 19150 I purchased $ 20 of fuel. The store clerk (young man with many tattoos) made an error with the transaction and I was only allowed to receive $ 15 of fuel. When I brought this issue to the store manager’s (Kendra) attention, she advised me that this $ 5.00 difference would be credited back to my bank account on 3 days which did not happen.
I returned to the same store on July 24, 2017 and spoke with the other store manager Stephine(?) and explained the issue. In addition, I purchased $19.77 of fuel that day to mark my bank statement between the transaction dates to demonstrate evidence that $ 5.00 had yet to be credited to my account.

Please accept this correspondence as my request for an investigation into this matter.

Fuel bill was $16.98 amount posted with credit card co $125 told by RaceTrac store # 147 sorry couldnt correct for several days til they check records .And that I was 2nd person that day to complain of charge not matching amount posted to credit card.
gas receipt
Racetrack on corner of SR 64 & Lena Road Bradenton FL. I need a gas receipt for company credit card use. When the receipt doesn't come out of the pump I have to go inside to obtain one. The line was 20 people deep with 2 cashiers. I asked a lady stacking shelves to assist which she did but told me next time to wait online... 1. Keep the receipt spool filled at pumps. 2. If I have to wait online 20 people deep, you're not running the store efficiency. Fix issue or I'll take my business elsewhere.
Same problem here in central Florida. Folks in my community have sworn off Racetrack because they are too cheap to put receipt paper in their pumps. Went to three different stations here in Ocala over a month or two and was never able to get a receipt once. Fellow in local racetrack said it is "corporate policy" not to print receipts because it saves them ten's of thousands of dollars a year corporate wide on paper. So, we boycott them!
employees attitudes
I went to the racetrack on 7/24/2017 on 6319 Fl 64 Bradenton Fl 34208 at around 10 pm and I wanted to get a soda and cigarettes well the soda machine was out and I asked the cashier Amy if there was any one who could change the soda machine well she set there on her cell phone and says in a snotty hateful way we got what we got . I dumped out my ice and left asked a blonde lady that was outside if she was the manager she said real low yeah told her what happened she just shrugged her shoulders then a guy that had blonde hair came up from his car where he was on his phone and asked what the problem was because I was really mad at the girl's attitude and the manager for not doing anything he says I'll have a talk with her. Now this store will get bad mouthed and will not get service because your employees are very rude and don't care about there customers. Amy even was looking around like she was scared when I was in the store well I don't steal and don't like being treated like a criminal. I have probably spent more money than she makes there well no more unless she is terminated.

Literally nothing is ever right in this store, drink machines never work icy machine never works, very rude always just joking and plfinish with other employees, keeps people waiting to finish conversations with other employees, talking about inappropriate things like buying food stamps and marijuana from customers, most unprofessional place I've ever seen, everyone is just so rude, I live right behind the place and now I walk 15 minutes outta the way to get to a different gas station. Until things change I will continue to complain and take my business elsewhere.

I stopped by store #624 on 13 July 2017 to get a cup of coffee and to get a biscuit for breakfast. I went to pay for it telling the cashier good morning, and she didn't speak back. I asked her about a scratch off ticket, and she just turned her head and point. She was so rude in her behavior. Her name is Nora. She usually works in the morning. She is always this way. Can someone speak to her about her attitude. She is lacking people skills.
fraudulent charges
Took kids here for ice cream. Fraudulent charges started almost immediately. Keep trying to contact corporate to notify but they never answer. I would hate to discredit all Racetrac stores just because an employee might have a skimming device. date was [protected] at around 2:00pm-3:00pm. We weren't in there for very long and was told emv chip reader wasn't working.
racetrac rewards application
Last few days (since July 2) my app no longer shows anymore history (even though it updates )nor does it show new points gained(I am almost a Sultan of Soda) even though I bought several tanks of gas and made multiple in store purchases...still no points even I entered the right phone number at the pump and had the cashier scan my code at the register.
Where are my points? I am not seeing and getting anymore coupons either!
As a King of Coffee I should be getting my one free drink a week at the least!

I'm a regular customer on a daily basis and I use my app daily, and I haven't gotten any of my points that I've been having them scan my phone app to get my points and it's been at the same number for a month now and I'm not happy about it. I've been writing to u guys and I'm getting nothing back. Why have this to notify you guys if no one reaches out back to us loyal customers. I go there to the racetrac store 2400 in largo Florida like 5 times a day they kno me well there. And I'd appreciate something for inconvenience. They said I'd get a 25 dollar gift card for this. This location use to be a favorite break stop for our family and friends when we were nearby in our ministry as Jehovah's Witnesses. We always enjoyed the delicious empanadas, the yogurt ice cream bar and fabulous coffees. We regularly filled up our gas tanks there also. Unfortunately, one of your managers called our local Kingdom Hall and asked that we stop coming to his store. He claims that some of us would bother the other customers and just stand around and not purchase anything. I find this difficult to believe since we always stop for the specific reason of enjoying refreshments. Most of us were part of your rewards program and enjoyed it very much. There were a few regular customers we would see there(non Jehovah's Witnesses) whom we would chat with while there and at times they would request literature from us, which we happily shared with them. I believe if you checked video surveillance at that location, you could verify the accuracy of my statements. I felt it necessary to inform you of what your manager has done and how poorly this reflects on your company. We feel singled out and discriminated against by your manager. I hope you find my complaint useful in improving your company and franchise. We do miss visiting your store.
can't do surveys anymore
So now all a sudden we can't get the bakery and fountain drinks. Or anything. Is pretty messed up. And I'm a regular customer and not happy about this. And I have some receipts left that say free donut or whatever on it and I can't use it. Well thats false advertisement and not right. This isint fair. All because other people messed it up for others. I guess I'll start going to another store. I mean I'm a real regular customer coming 3 to 4 times a day every single day. And I go to store 2400 on east bay largo Florida. So it be nice to have this back.

I stop going to racetrac for awhile know. why is that? first the associate are pretty good. my problem is that if it is not a service animal why are they in the store with food? if I am not mistaking that is not allow.😠 and then the service associate don't even say a word. the last time I was there this lady came in with her dog scratching and naming at himself. come on know you service food in there. know tonight I say to my husband let's stop and get gas. and to my eyes lady stroll in with her dog. time about 20:15 june 10 2017.
sodapalooza cups
To whom it may concern,
Since the first week of the promotion I and my wife visited about 8 different locations around Atlanta to get 2 cups. We could not get a single one.
It is a good motivation for customers to visit your locations!
Your employees have no idea when will they receive, if they will receive any more of the cups.
Of course they tell me I should have been faster as they got theirs in the first 3 days. I am really glad that your employees were fast and got theirs. Not annoying at all to hear it.
Now both my wife and I are frustrated enough where I rather visit the QT locations as there is always one beside your gas stations.
I guess there is nothing you can do about this situation at this time but maybe for the future... If you have a promotion have enough merchandise.

I went to racetrac at 2330 O'Neal lane in Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70816...and it is supposed to be open and in service but they decided to lock up and not let anyone in. So, I called the phone number to that location and an employee answered and didn't seem to care much... she said she was "in the back right now". She said her name was "Creka"...
I just wanted to leave a formal complaint.. considering it should be open 24/7.

Stopped in to make a purchase and I am greated with "ya" by an employee with headphones on playing with his phone. Then proceeds to say " you're gonna have wait" then walks away. Well I didn't wait and went next door to make my purchase and will continue to do so. You hire some lazy rude people who just don't care. My business is only a few thousand a year, so probably no big deal to race trak. I hope more people stop patronizing your store, profit loss is the only thing that will make a change. I can get the same product at the same price at a hundred other gas stations. You and your employees act as if it is a privilege to shop in your store. You won't get any more of my money.

Used to stop at the racetrac on Airline highway in Prairieville La 70769 to get coffee in the morning and while fixing my coffee noticed there was no milk in the small cooler by the coffee so asked the lady on duty if I could get some out of the cooler and was told sure no problem well this morning 4/21/17 the fellow WILLIE on duty not sure if he was a MGR or a worker there asked in a very loud and rude manner "who got the milk out the cooler" and when I replied I did I was told in very ugly way nothing gets put out here unless we put it out here so I said that's fine guess I will have to find some where else to get my coffee in the morning that's when I heard that's fine don't come back. Really hard to believe that's how you treat a loyal customer walnut be going back to racetrack for nothing
unethical behavior
RaceTrac store #423 Garland, TX 75042. I go to this RaceTrac several times a week and have for many years. This morning at 5:05 a.m. March 24, 2017 I was AGAIN treated with unbelievable disrespect by an employee behind the counter. This was the last time I will ever tolerate this type of behavior and bullying from this woman. I do not know her name but her description is that of a black older woman with short hair. She seems to work the grave yard shift. On two other occasions this woman was extremely RUDE almost to the point of hostile. This morning I was "ORDERED" to put my money in her hand. ORDERED. Not once but twice. My money goes on the counter every time I come to the store and so does every other customer I happen to see. This woman does NOT follow any of your company's employee rules. I personally will not be "FORCED" to put my money into anyone's hands, ESPECIALLY when their hand has been in their mouth and nose. The health board should be called as that is nasty behavior all by itself. Your company has a serious problem with this woman's attitude and behaviors. As far as her verbal display of hostility, she is ready to blow. In all my years as a paying customer I have NEVER been treated with such despicable disrespect!

I go into the Racetrac in Calhoun everyday! I get the same thing too evetyday I go in. Well today I went in to get my icecream and put these cheesecake bites on them but y'all were out. I asked a girl by the name Selena if y'all had anymore. In a rude way she said if they're not out there then we are out. I asked her to go check and she refused. Then my husband needed his coffee cause none was brewed and they were out of milk and he asked her for that. She said when she gets time she'll get some and made us wait. She is the absolute rudest person there and seems to hate her job and helping people. She is definitely in the wrong industry.
dirty bathrooms
The Racetrac on LA 1 in Port Allen, LA. was closed for remodeling. We were so happy to see them reopen today, until we stopped. The store has been reopened for less then 24 hours and already the bathrooms aren't being kept clean. Toilet paper on the floor and the trash inside the stalls was overflowing. One would think with a newly remodeled store that their employees might be expected to start cleaning the bathrooms. That was my big complaint before the store closed for renovations
Maybe the should do something about their employees willingness to clean.
