new coffee dispensers - the grinder - 2111 w. mockingbird ln. dallas tx 75235
I am not at all happy with the new computer operated coffee dispensers.
#1. the process is time-consuming, adds time to grind coffee - don't have the time on the way to work
#2. The coffee is weak - watery and JUST TASTES BAD
#3 The first time I used the dispenser I selected a full cup and it was filled to the top with some spillage.
#4 Today (8/14/2018 @ 9:30 am)I selected coffee with 'space for cream'. The cup was 75% full and I had no way of 'topping' it off after adding the cream. When I suggested to the manager on duty that I should only be charged 75% of the cost, she had no idea what I was talking about and charged the full amount.
#5 The Race Trac is located on my drive to work and I have always enjoyed their coffee. But I refuse to pay almost $2.00 for a cup 3/4ths full of weak, nasty tasting coffee. I will be taking my business to the 7-11 from now on. Let me know if you switch back to the coffee urns.
#6 Suggested resolution? I have no suggestion since I don't want free, nasty coffee.

My name is Alex Alexander, I have been living 3 blocks from the racetrac on bellchase hwy in Louisiana for the past 15 years. When the racetrac opened I was very excited. I buy 2 packs of Marlboro lts. Daily and a gallon of milk 3 times a week. I use my phone via Samsung pay to make purchases, it's very rare for me to carry my wallet thus I will not have my ID with me during the time of purchase. I'm under the impression that the afternoon cashier at 8/10/2018 (around 4pm) will use common sense and see all the grey hairs on my head and face to not ask for an ID. ESPECIALLY after selling the minor in front of me a swisher cigar. Maybe it was because they were of the same ethnicity and race, who knows?. So after I called several times asking for the manager trying to explain the situation, I was rudely hung up on. I AM FURIOUS! I WILL NOT ALLOW THIS TO GO ON IN MY COMMUNITY. I have witnesses to the incident, so I urge you to take action before my legal team and I do... thank you...!

I am extremely disappointed in your Sarasota, FL Bee Ridge Store #2328 the store actively turns away customers.
I was attempting to purchase ice cream from your soft serve bar, upon arrival I saw all the condiments and delicious toppings out, spoons ready, other customers arrived at the same time I did, we all noticed that every ice cream dispenser had a sign that said closed.
We looked at each other, saying "how could they all be out of order?" I saw a man who looked like he worked there, so I asked him, excuse me, how are all of these out of order? He said you cant use them, company told us they are closed from 11-7 during the night. I specifically came for your ice cream bar!
He was VERY RUDE to all of us and when I attempted to leave, the VERY DOOR I HAD JUST ENTERED THROUGH was LOCKED! HE WAS SO RUDE I AM NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER RETURNING TO THE BEE RIDGE RACETRAC! Such a shame too i will encourage EVERYONE I KNOW to go to avoid that store or go to any other ice cream shop after tonight!
I decided I still wanted ice cream even though he was rude so I called the fruitville store and the lady told me that NOT ONLY was her ice cream bar open but *if* they shut off the machines, they were **supposed** to be turned back on upon customer request. THERE WERE FOUR (4) OF US STANDING THERE HOPING FOR ICE CREAM at the bee ridge store.
Once I arrived at the fruitville store I was pleased they had ice cream, but when i was ready to check out she told me they had no lids! So of course my ice cream was spilled all over my car!
Jeez RACTRAC you fell FAR short of my lowest expectations! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
The only reason I'd go back, which would be to the fruitville store, totally out of my way, is because the woman that I spoke with (Walding?) was very polite and very kind.

On 8/8/2018. - When I first arrived at racetrac I went to use restroom. The mens room smelled horrible. The urinals wre full of trash and toilet paper. Trash all over in restroom. Afraid to use toilets.
-Then I get two items from roller grill. I wait in long line 15minutes because only one cashier. When I get to counter I tell cashier I want to use my points redeemed from rewards card. She said machine broken. I was angry and left stuff on counter and walked out.
I may not come back to racetrac if I get this kind of service at racetrac. They need to be fired and replaced.
marlboro cigarettes promotion
I am complaining because I have been buying Marlboro Promotions at 3 packs for the store amount as you can see on my app. No one ever told me the limit was 6 packs at a time. What happened to being honest? I pay over $60.00 for 9 packs of cigarettes, was never ask if I want a receipt until today. My points on my app hasn't been put on each time . If you go back and look on my app again you will see. This should be posted that you are allowed 6 pack limit. I don't pay this money to get my money stolen from me right in front of my eyes. This is outrageous to learn this after how many packs? You ppl should know as you keep up on your sales. I will further take my business elsewhere if I am not refunded at least the part on my app. Please teach your employees to specify what or how many or maybe put it on your signs. This is how ppl getting stolen from, from corporate offices it is WRONG and like I said you will not get another red cent from my pocket. I chose your store but now I will go elsewhere.
Actually, per the receipt, it looks like you paid $47.61 for 9 packs. (My receipt for 9 packs looks the same.) $37.02 for the first 6 packs PLUS $18.51 for 3 more packs. Then $3.42 was taken off for the deal first 3 packs and $4.50 was taken off. You didn’t pay over $60. It’s clear as day.
Yes it sucks missing out on a deal but no one stole or was dishonest. It’s all on the receipt for you to see. You just didn’t pay attention. Maybe look at the scanner as the clerk rings up the items. You should ask. You should get a receipt each time.
store manager behavior towards other employees
I was waiting in line at 6486 south Florida location. Fairly new store very nice place to stop actually has became one of my favorite places to get all my gas station needs.
As I waiting it was the typical afternoon rush, the store was packed but its worth the wait. I notice the new second shift manager is just coming into her shift. I only know this because I go here daily and have become accustomed to the employees there. You can quickly see that she is instantly discouraged by her store manager...as I inch closer to the register I hear the conversation. The store manager is attacking the second shift manager about her personal life... asking where she bought her car and knows that she could afford it on her own that her bf or mother bought it for her. The second manager then gets quiet and red in the face is now very down in actions.
The Happy peppy employee that just bust thru the door is now sitting there with her head hung low not talkive at all.
The store manager continued to attack her about her personal life asking what her bf does for a living.
Quietly she responds not loud enough for me to hear, but not for the store manger which proceeds to tell her how her before did a horrible job in Puerto Rico( assuming he works as a lineman or such in the recent hurricanes that have pledged the islands.
If this is how your manager treat their employees especially other managers this is not the way to conduct business in front of a long line of customers I'm not the on one that heard this not openly spoke about it.

This managers name is Damaris and she is the current general manager of that store she has a bad attitude toward her employees

I am the overnight manager at 2365 me & the GM got into a little altercation on Friday but it lead into her putting her hands on me & grabbing me on both arms. Ever since she has came to the store she has been messing with me, I've never had a problem with any of the managers at that store till now. I don't feel comfortable with working with her anymore knowing she will be violent with her associates.
false advertising
I went to RaceTrac #89 in Brooksville, Fl because they had sign at entrance advertising Marlboro cigarettes for $5.17. As I parked another sign stated $5.19 when you purchase 3 packs with "App". I went to register said I needed the "App" to get the advertised price. I downloaded the app in the store which RaceTrac wifi would not permit it so I had to get off their wifi to download. I then proceeded to check out and they still rang up at normal price. Cashier granted the advertisement anyways. I went back again a week or so later. Now they are advertised at $5.29 per pack when you purchase 3 packs with App. I proceeded to check out and they still did not ring up correct shorting me by $1.50. I told cashier that stated she was the store manager the price is not correct. She said there is nothing she can do about it. I said credit me the $1.50. She said she can not do that and got on the phone to call someone to help. She kept me there over 20 minutes and still not able to resolve the overcharge of $1.50. Then I called their customer service the following Monday because they are closed on weekends, [protected] that kept me on hold for over 10 minutes then disconnected. False advertising, a manager that cannot resolve a simple issue, and extended wait time for nothing...I am deleting your app and taking my business to WaWa
propane exchange
I went to this racetrac at 11:45pm on August 4, 2018 a Saturday to exchange my propane tank. The manager patty of the store located at 3750 hwy 27 right off the exit ramp of interstate 75 in ocala Florida said to me no im not exchamging tanks. I am pretty upset over this and didn't know that there was a time limit on propane exchange...meanwhile I have burgers on my grill I just put on when the tank I had ran out...I drove to another gas station where they were happily able to exchange my tank. I used to buy premium gas from raceTrac all the time and I will never stop at a racetrac again. Thanks for the inconvenience.

I was visiting RaceTrac at 4541 Pleasant Hill Road Kissimmee, FL 34759 with my 3 kids. We went to get frozen yogurt and when I asked the employee if they still had the $3 frozen yogurt deal, she replied, "no it's regular price boo boo" and turned to her coworker and laughed saying "people want everything for free." I have never been so humiliated in my life while shopping. The time of visit was 9pm on August 3 and her name was Kiki. I will never visit RaceTrac again if I see this young lady in there. That's as very disgusting and extremely poor customer service.
never able to receive a receipt
Every week I go to the Racetrac on Covington Hwy in Decatur to get and the pump never gives me a receipt. I tell the people that works there and they say nothing as if I didn't say anything. They just hand me my receipt and say next! Today I have had enough! It's raining and I'm spending 40 to 45 dollar in a place that could care less! Guess I need to find another gas station :-(

On Tuesday July 31 we visited this RaceTrac 2365. I used the slotted spoon and started scooping the hot boiled peanuts. There was only one spoon so I used it for both pots. The cashier yelled over to me " ma'am you can't do that!". I told her there's only one spoon. She yelled back " you should have asked "! My jaws dropped as how could a clerk say that. I started approaching her then she called out to another clerk to get me another spoon.
Then I went to pay for the boiled peanuts and explained to the clerk I didn't realize you needed a spoon in each pot and she did not respond, acknowledge or apologize. She just took my money and I asked for a plastic bag.
My point her is to let you know perhaps this young lady could use more customer service etiquette with, please, thank you, perhaps a smile . After all we customers are providing her with a job and a pay check . But with that kind of treatment nobody wants to put up with rudeness by clerks.
Just letting you know I was not happy stopping at store #2365.

I am a customer of the RaceTrac in Union City, GA. I stop by there everyday with 3 other people before work to get snacks and drinks. I am furious by the Customer Service there. Everytime we go in, they are always talking bad about their customer. Like today, 07/31/18, we walked in and was checking out when all 3 of them, including the shift supervisor and manager, was saying that the customers all smell and had the audacity to spray air freshner as soon as each one leaves. Please correct tgis ASAP. This is an outrage. I did not get their names but when we get to the RaceTrac, they are usually there Monday thru Friday around 2:30. I'm not sure if that's their end shift of start shift. Please Asssit this issue. Thank You!

I am a rewards customer and because I drive a limousine in and around Hartsfield Jackson Airport I am at this location almost everyday. The last several times I was there the restrooms had only one soap dispenser and it was empty. There were no paper towels in either of the two dispensers. The gas pumps don't always print a receipt and that means going inside and waiting on line to get a receipt. (I have to leave my car at the pump so that the amount doesn't get wiped out by another customer). There is rarely a carton of refrigerated half and half requiring me to use the little cups in the bin. This is unacceptable to me. I have been using this store for years and this is the first time I have had reason to complain. All the above issues are recent.

I bought a bag of Fritos and a Cheesy Chicken Taquito or I think that's what is was labeled. I wandered up to the counter not knowing there was a gentleman standing behind me. Tamika told me that the line was behind me and that I was in front of someone. It was an honest mistake. When she waited on the gentleman behind me, she immediately darted away from the register as I began walking over to her counter. Tamika began pushing food out to the area where I got the Taquito. I look around and see another person come over to the register as the line was getting longer and try to open a register (Valerie). She didn't have a pass word so then she went to the back and another young lady comes out and opens the register. At that same moment. Tamika darts back to her register and shouts "next customer in line". I couldn't believe it! She waited for someone else to open a register, because she didn't want to wait on me. Valerie, finally comes back to the register and rings me out. I asked for my receipt and a bag for my items. She placed my Fritos in the bag and as I reached out for her to hand it to me she THREW it on the counter!@#$%^&. WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THAT!
I have been in customer service over 30 years. This is a reflection on the Manager of this location and a culture that your Corporate office apparently nurtures because of the location near the Airport. I don't even live in this city! To be treated in such an obnoxious manner is unacceptable in every aspect of customer service.
To top it off, I was charged for a hot dog and not a Chicken Taquito Really! I am adding the receipt. I have never been treated so badly at a Race Trac before until this tag-team duo!

racetrac store - conyers ga
After multiple visits to our local RaceTrac in Conyers this summer it is becoming more and more frustrating for the equipment to not be functional! Upon my visit this evening (7:15pm) to get drinks and icees I find a line 5 people deep ALL waiting on ice. I appreciate that drinks are only $1 this summer, but what good does that do if there is NO ice to be had! Also to top it off 1 out of the 3 ice makers is still Out Of Order after 5 weeks...that should have been fixed by now!
Please tend to this store immediately before it gives the entire company a bad name!
employee shortage or shortage of employee morale
The brand new store in Marietta, GA on Church Street is a beautiful place but the lines are always incredibly long. Workers move slowly and seem unhappy unless chatting to one another. The ice cream toppings are few, what is left is usually clumped together or looks old. The employees don't seem to be knowledgeable. I've asked to buy gas gift cards and they were not sure if they even sold them. I've asked if they're going to put out more toppings and they didn't seem to understand that concept either. It looks like this store just hired some people to work and forgot to train them. Or maybe halfway trained them but didn't test them or observe them in action. I am afraid this store will not last long under these circumstances. QT is not far away and they are efficient and friendly.
cockroach in bakery case!
This store is absolutely filthy as well as the employees. I have seen cockroaches jump out from the bakery case and I have witnessed a manager, a tall heavyset white woman with dark hair who I see working later during the day, handling coffee and sandwiches with no gloves on and never wears a hairnet! I have come in many times in the morning or afternoon and toilets are disgusting every single time. This place is extremely disgusting and needs to be shut down asap.
