The meal came and the squash was cold. Bye then we just didnt complain. Felt sorry for the waitress having to keep bringing things back. This was on July 8th 5061 N Oracle Rd Tucson Az . Will not be back there. Also we were the only customers in the place..

stolen car
MY car keys was stolen off the hostess desk at the red lobster in little ROCK AR. (MARKHAM AND RODNEY Parham) they was no help in getting my return. The dectective that was handling the case wanting to put it on crime stoppers. Redlobster said it would damage there business. Somy car was missing for 2 weeks I had no way to work, the money I did have I had to pay people to take me to work. So no money for food to feed my daughter. They also stole my house key.. every night I feared someone was breaking in. They did recover my car with stoling good in it illgel drugs
guns, counter fit money the car was trach. Red loblster insurance company Zurick said they could help, they were very mean. Now my daughter and I suffering. The off duty cop that was suppose to be in the establishment was outside and made a comment that the lady was a thief what could she steal biscuits..no she stole my 2015 mustang.
I would not have given a damn... They didn't ! I would have put that on channel 4, 7, 11, and 16. All they are worried about is their name and your whole car is gone. Did they even offer to buy you another one just like it, paid for in full to keep their name off of it? Were they worried about you and your daughter's safety in a home where someone has keys to now? Probably NOT, since they did no want the media to know of this incident! You need to find a different franchise to work for, this company has no morals at ALL! And to think, this used to be one of my favorite restaurants... makes no sense!
new lobster overboard meal
Now I normally love red lobster... But this meal was totally disappointing n when I complained they told me they substituted my pasta meal cuz they were out but offered to bring out some alfredo sauce to pour over it to see if that helped... If that wasnt so comical i'd be angry.
Update... Manager comes out and says nothing was substituted but the actual noodles, hard to believe that their signature new lobster shrimp pasta would be so tasteless. Actually tasteless, like in boiled water only... Now i'm getting upset! He tells me it was the same recipe but that I must not like the meal and substituted with alfredo... Ugh! Im done with red lobster
poor service - uncooked lobster
I visited my favorite Red Lobster located in Marlo Heights Maryland where the service is usually impeccable. However, today I was very disappointed. I ordered the Lobster Shrimp overboard, while I was able to overlooked never being offered water, given a saucer for my cheddar biscuits or being sat in a corner and forgotten. There was no way to overlooked my lobster being grossly under cooked. In fact I had eaten a piece and feeling really ill at this point! I had made the server aware and she, attest to this fact, and asked if I wanted to have cooked over again. I initially said yes, but then said no thanks because at this point my lunch time appetite was ruin. The manager greeted me in an uninterested way, and as if I was a bother. Then proceeded to offer $10, off the meal which totaled $36.33. So i paid a total of $26.33, plus a tip and did not get to partake in the main course my lobster! I'm asking that you will make this right! I'm a long time customer that never complains, and not only did i miss out on my meal could have potential poisoning from eating uncooked shellfish.
Sincerly,
Ralph Shorter

misc.
Called in a carryout, said it would be 20 to 25 minutes, it ended up being 45 minutes for three orders. Got it home and it wasn't warm or cool it was cold. The fish sandwich was nothing but a piece of fish and bun. No sauce for the sandwich, lettuce or tomatoes. For the price we paid, there was small portions for the price, maybe that what you get for getting a takeout. This was just ridiculous.
red lobster deptford nj
Went to dinner for our 35th wedding anniversary with my daughter and her boyfriend. Service was fine except we were all served cold food @$25-30 plates.
Called manager over and had my plate heated in the microwave. Cold lobster, salmon, frozen broccoli, mashed potatoes, and the shrimp was RAW! My wife was eating and then she looked at me she said she was going to be sick. She went to the restroom and proceeded to throw up what she ate. We looked at her plate and the shrimp was raw and not cooked. Her food was given back. Manager tried to make things right but it was too late. Wife has been sick all day today. Food poisoning we are guessing eating raw shrimp is a no no.
service
We went to the Red Lobster located in Fayetteville, NC on 6/25/2017 and although we did not have to wait long before being seated after our waitress came and took our order and brought us back our drinks and bread we didn't see her again for at least 30 minutes in which my husband and I did not receive our meals while the other couple sitting at our table did and was almost finished with their meals. We had to stop another server 2 times to tell her that we did not receive our meals. When she finally brought our meals to us my salmon was burned on top and cold and my husbands chicken wings were also cold and looked like it was thrown on the plate. He did not get the side of Fries and nor did I receive my bake potato. Finally our server came and acted like she was not the one to blame for this misunderstanding but the other people (cook and server)and also that she wasn't aware that we did not receive our meal (well if you would have checked on us maybe you would have known). After another 15 minutes the manager came and apologized and said he would make sure we received another meal. Twenty minutes after that we left the restaurant without any food served to us and the waitress apologizing. This has been the worst restaurant that I've attended although I've eaten at plenty of Red Lobsters. All around the restaurants customers were complaining of the service. I think it's time for new management. Your staff is only a reflection of you.
my order
We took my husband to rrd lobster for his birthday on June 9th . There was 10 of us . We got there and my brother in law was told that they were going to put to tables together for us wrll they didn't do that they tried to seat us at a table that looked like it would hold 6 and we told them no .Then they tried to seat a party of 8 before us because we turned down the table . We finally got seated and had to wait 30 minutes just to see a waiter . Then he took our drink order and didn't come back for 20 minutes. We had to get the manager ovet to bring our drinks . Then he came and got our food order and that took literally 45 minutes I had to call the manager again and let him know that somebody needed to go help I'll waiter so we can get our food we spent over $250 and I was very impressed with the service that we got. We like your food but was very dissatisfied with the way things was handled that day . Thank you .
lobster bake
I ordered the lobster bake tonight, which is a pretty pricey menu item. I have never tried it before, but it looked amazing in the menu, so I figured I would give it a go. I was highly disappointed in the quality of the meal. The noodles were as bland as they come. They had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. There was no butter or sauce, and they tasted like they had been boiled and thrown on the plate. The lobster was okay, but the noodles ruined the meal. I don't normally post complaints, but after spending so much money on a meal that was greatly sub-par, I felt like it was worth relaying to corporate. Thank you for your time.
terrible customer service - winter haven - cypress garden location
I wanted to express how incredibly disappointed I was with your customer service the other evening. I visited with my family around 10 pm for my son's birthday. The first thing that he saw as the hostess was looking for a table, was a server signaling "no" to the hostess. Meaning she did not want us to be seated in her area this late in the evening. She got my drink order wrong, our appetizers were burnt and they needed to re-do them, my steak was overcooked (Asked for med rare and I received a well-done steak). Apparently, the cook shut down the stove after preparing our meal and was not very pleased that he needed to re-fire the grill to re-cook my steak because he made himself known. He actually walked out to the dining area and stared at us with an extremely annoyed look. I then received my steak 100% raw and bleeding on my plate, which should not be served to anyone, but I didn't make an issue at the time due to my son's birthday. I paid for my meal and even tipped this horrific service, but never ate that steak. After the look we got, I was certain that this food was not safe to eat. I spent $160.00 for the worst service and for a horrible birthday meal for my son.
If your business hours are until 11 pm, you and your staff should be prepared and willing to serve anyone that walks in until that time. It was clear no one at that restaurant wanted to work that evening and was not very happy that we arrived at 10 pm. I recently purchased a home in the area, but I promise you that I much rather drive into orlando for a meal, then visit your restaurant ever again.
food as well as service
My sister, niece and I were at the Red Lobster in Deptford NJ tonight. It took forever for the server to come ask us " if" we wanted something to drink.. 13 minutes to be exact. It took another 7-8 minutes before we received any biscuits.. Another 15 minutes for our food. The restaurant wasnt packed so I didnt understand why it was taking so long. My food didnt taste right, lobster bisque was scorched, shrimp linguini tasted old. Didnt enjoy my food at all. Upsetted my stomach. Will not be going there again.
unethical behavior
I was dining at Red Lobster on June 8, 2017. The food was great. My problem was I had to ask for my bill after waiting like 20 mins. The place wasn't crowed, it was 2:26pm so I don't know why the wait was so long. My main problem was when I got the bill it was already totaled out. It said total 27.72, cash 30.00 difference 2.28. This was before I even paid my bill. At first I thought what a coincidence that someone has the exact same order at the exact same time as me, it made me think that something fishy was going on. I hesitantly paid with my debit card, which I didn't want to do. It took the young lady over 11 minutes to come back with my card. It was so long that I asked a male who was present at the bar making drinks if he was a manager, he said yes, I said can you find my server and ask her what's taking so long with my card. I don't trust people walking away with my card for long periods of time and especially after she had already bought me a bill that was totaled out. The whole situation seemed fishy to me. I will say the food was great but the only problem I had was with my server and the way she handled my card and bill. This happened at Red Lobster on 51st and Pulaski in Chicago. The cashier had an urban name I don't remember, I believe it was Rasheeda or Kalihah or something to that affect. If you all contact me, I will have the receipt in hand, its in my car and I currently have a rental car.
food was horrible!!!
Today my family and I visited the Red Lobster on 125th St in Harlem New York. Upon entering the restaurant we waiting for 10 mins at an empty hostess stand on the upper level before searching out a server to being seated. The restaurant was almost completely empty as well with only a small handful of tables seated. Once seated our server was very pleasant and attentive. The cheddar biscuits we received were poorly under cooked and raw in the middle. The kitchen staff was obviously at their worst! After waiting for more than an hour for our order which was 2 wood grilled cheeseburgers and fries and one Admirals Feast. The burgers were fine but the admirals feast was absolutely disgusting! The shrimp was over seasoned, the fish was old and worst of all the squash and zucchini vegetables were dry and over cooked. After speaking with our server regarding the vegetables she offered to exchange them for broccoli which I accepted. She brought the most shameful portion of broccoli that had been over cooked and browning (rotting) in the middle. After seeing Aja the sites general manager I was even more disgusted and extremely dissatisfied with this restaurant. She offered to bring me an additional substitute side order. Asparagus was offered as well I accepted. The asparagus was cold in the middle and and drenched with hot butter and seasonings. It was HORRIBLE!
WE WILL NEVER EAT AT ANOTHER RED LOBSTER AGAIN! PLEASE DONT EAT HERE THE COOK STAFF IS NOT EXPERIENCED ENOUGH TO SERVE THE GENERAL PUBLIC!
service/food
The service and food quality at the Charlotte North Carolina location was absolutely unacceptable. They forgot the shrimp on the salad, came with the mail finally. The ultimate feast, was cold. The lobster I had with steak and lobster, was overcooked. After complaining multiple times to manager, he took off the ultimate feast cost, but said two out of three ain't bad
carry out order
I called in an order right at 9:23 and asked if I could still put in a carry out order since they close at 10 lady said yes go ahead. I arrive around 9:50 doors were open I walked in and lady in the front says they are close I said I ordered a carryout order so she tells me to go to the bar. Manger did not know I was right behind him he told the ladies who work there why you let them in, why didn't you lock the door. I just thought it was very disrespectful and I felt very humiliated.
unethical behavior
On 5/23/17, around 4:30 p.m, I arrived at Red Lobster with a senior friend, prior to being seated he proceeded to a booth I asked the hostess/server, if he could provide a booth with more light and a window therefore he responded by saying ( I don't care if you sit of the floor... )I was at a lost for words, I then stated to him as much money as I've spent in this restaurant I don't have to sit on the floor how dare you, I was pissed, and then another server came to the table, very nice young lady, we placed our orders, But the entire time I was there I was looking for the manager, who always comes around and greet the guests...Finally I was done with my meal and I notice the manager on the floor and by eye contact, I asked her to come over to the table and she did...I begin to tell her about the incident, she asked if I knew his name, I wasn't able to see the name tag due to the poor lighting, but she stated she knew exactly who I was speaking of, she turned blood red in the face from embarrassment, and begin to apologize.
As a customer who visits this restaurant on a ongoing bases I feel that the service I received was not customer friendly nor appropriate from him.
manager of red lobster in cape girardeau missouri is on meth
I think it's inappropriate for a manager (misty McCain) of a great restaurant is addicted to meth and has been for awhile .I feel more random drug testing should be used to keep inappropriate people like this dealing with the public.I've taken my family to eat there on random occasions and until something is done about this type of service we will not be going back
Unless you're an employee, how would you know she's on meth?
products
We had about 10 guests on this particular occasion. I orders the admirals feast and it was considerably greasy and cheap by quaility standards. I also ordered a Long Island ice tea. For a drink that is mostly alcohol I could hardly even taste the alcohol.i was very disappointed in the quality of food that you serve. The best part of the experience was the service and the salad. This was my second attempt at the admirals feast as I love all kinds of seafood. I don't think I'll be back to red lobster by choice!
customer service provided with to go order
I arrived at Red Lobster located at 3100 Bill Arp Rod, Douglasville, GA 30135 around 8:23pm on Thursday, April 20, 2017 and placed an order to go with the bartender and was told my order will be ready in about 15 minutes. During that time, a women came in ordered and received her order. A couple came in ordered at the bar (It appeared the women wither worked there or use to work there. She went behind the counter to the back a got her drink). This is after about almost 20 minutes. Well, the manager comes out with their order. So, by this time I'm a little annoyed. It's after 9:00pm and I still don't have my order. A couple of the servers were asking if I had been helped. Finally, my order comes out about 9:15pm and I asked for the manager. She comes to tell me that my ice cream had to be made that came with my dessert (Chocolate Chip Cookie molten w/ice cream). I never knew Red Lobster actually made their own ice cream. This was the worst I've seen ever. I have not been back and will probably will not.

Review of Red Lobster on Broadway, Tucson. The hostess led us to our table, left the menus and walked away before we got there. Told waitress my menu did not have the insert w/specials, and she pointed to my wife's menu, as if to say "read hers". My wife's menu was missing a page, but had 2 page 13's, and were dirty with food bits. Between the floor and table, the ledge had dirt and food. The Tilapia had no flavor, the white fish was unevenly seasoned, leaving the end heavily spiced. The french fries were over salted. I was not asked if I wanted salt on them. The lobster pieces were swimming in butter. Unappetizing. Upon paying, I noticed the computer screen was sticky with a blob of something. The food quality has should fallen. I heard the waitress apologize to several customers about the food. No one should have to complain about basic cleanliness. Disappointing.
