nd nothing has been done about the bedbugs we reported a month ago. so who will be held responsible for bev giving away our points and free nights.
I am at Redroof Inn on Riverdale St. in Westspfld, mass. I discovered this past week that the woman who identifies herself as the mgr. Bev, stole my free redicare card, card points, and gave the free nights I acquired in the time I have been forced to stay here to my slumlord that did a home invasion in our home, breaking down our door, then running me over in the street while fleeing from the police and breaking my leg. This woman Bev gives information about me routinely to Jacob Hannoush, now she's giving out my free nights from my card to the man that victimized me and is being taken to court for what he's doing. This woman Bev never puts out the complimentary newspapers when she works and uses petty cash to eat then writes up her own receipts and puts em in petty cash and no one will question her she brags. we complained about bedbugs a month ago to Bev and she told us if we didn't like the bugs to move. Your corporate office never answered the complaint my fiancee filed a few weeks back. This hotel is horrible, and the woman bev makes the place more unpleasant than it already is on its own. Were it not for the few good employees this place would truly be a complete [censored]. It's one step above a [censored]when the woman bev is here. No newspapers today... And she's in the office giving everyone dirty looks and making her snide remarks. Send someone in to ask her a few questions and see how u feel about your worker when she is secretly observed by one of your own. You will fire her the same time u have her observed dealing with customers.

I stay at the red roof plus in West Springfield at least once a week. I'm the last 6 months this place has gone down hill very badly. I pay for a premium room every time. 9 out of 10 times there is no box in the fridge which apparently costs an extra 20-40 dollars depending on the day. We got the same room at least 3 weeks in a row(106) cleaned by patty. Every time there was the same half eaten dog bone and dog treat under the bed. We said something to office staff. The very next week we got the same room and it was still in there. The office staff is very rude with no hospitality what so ever, except for one of the employees who has been there for a while. All the newer people are very unfriendly and treat you badly when you tell them your not getting the things you paid extra for. We used to like this place very much and are redi card members. And we used to recommend to many people. Now I wouldn't send anyone here to just get an attitude and and I cleaned room where you don't get what you pay for. Hopefully something changes or I'll be finding a new hotel to stay at.

I checked into the red roof inn (location address)2200 Corporate Plaza SE, Smyrna, GA 30080 on April 28th 2018.I payed for one night stay.the following morning at checkout, i payed for another nights stay. When I went to the front desk to pay them I was told by the woman at the front desk.that I would get a whole new room since I reserved the room online, i was never given a new room, and upon my 2nd night stay at this location I found a used condom touching my skin under the blankets and sheets where i was asleep and had been sleeping the previous night.i then contacted the front desk and was told the maid staff would come down to handle this issue.well nobody ever came.so I was left in the same room with the used condom.i was the only person who entered my room during my stay, im certain that the maid staff was lacking on their job .the condom had to be in the bed before I even checked in.im highly disappointed with my stay here, i feel insulted by the front desk staff and disgusting being the fact that someone's used condom was touching me.ive taken pictures of the room and attached them.

I was part of a group that stayed at the Red Roof Inn plus in Poughkeepsie NY on Saturday 4/28. While the rooms were nice enough the lack of consideration by the staff was not. The room next ours has what sounded like a large group of very noise guests. Per the front desk there is no quiet time? When it was addressed as we checked out the next morning we did not even get an apology from the front desk clerk...she advised that one guest had been asked to leave the facility however the remainder of the group was not. Very loud noise and fighting all night. Seems like facilities that provide people with a place to sleep should have some kind of quiet time guideline. The reservation was not in my name as it was part of a gift from my sister. not sure unless there is no other option that I would stay again. Also the facility was not staffed well enough to keep up with the continental breakfast that is supplied, ran out of coffee multiple times, not her fault she was alone to run the desk as well as maintain the breakfast.

I am currently in room 106 of Red Roof Inn on Airport Road, Jacksonville, FL facility. If I didn't have an early flight in the morning, I would leave and not expose my wife to this utterly disgusting facility that they said was worth $159 plus tax for one night. There is absolutely no waste can. There is water coming up from underneath the laminate flooring in and near the bathroom. There is a cigarette burn hole in the blanket on the bed. The iron is dirty and the ironing board cover is even worse. If I had to rate the hotel I'd give it a zero and ask that they consider changing the management team or if it is a franchisee, cancel the agreement with them. I plan on also complaining to Florida authorities unless they take appropriate action to change this situation.

Wichita Falls, Texas. I checked into the Red Roof Inn on Monday April 9th. I checked in with my wife and our dog. We were staying for a two week stay. The hotel itself was in decent shape. The room was okay other than half way through the bathroom door hinges feel off for some unknown reason and we called down to maintenance and they said it would be taken care of but nothing was ever done about it. My wife and I worked evening so we were not able to get the normal housekeeping service which was okay. Even though when we did check in we saw a corp policy that the rooms would have to be cleaned at least every three days. We had the DND sign on the door and we never even got a knock or call regarding this policy. This is where my complaint comes into play. After the first week I decided that we needed to get some new sheets for the bed. I went down to the lobby front desk around 4:00 pm and talked to the front desk associate. I was very rudely told that they did not have any access to any sheets and that is was clearly our fault because we had the DND on the door. She than called her onsite general manager to ask about sheets after I explained that I have been working in hospitality for multiple years and I found it hard pressed that she didn't have any access to sheets. I brought down the old sheets off the bed with me and was more than willing to put the new sheets on the bed myself. It was clear that the GM told the front desk associate the same thing that they had no access to any sheets and that we needed to wait until the morning. I was shocked that the GM didn't have access to any sheets either. I would think that the GM would have access to anything in the hotel. So we waited until the next day. Still no maintenance regarding the door... On our second to last day we were awoke to a loud pounding on the door telling us that we needed to be out at 11:00. We still had one more day on our reservation. After that was rudely figured out. We awoke the next day to only be rushed out of our room as we were gathering up stuff the maid was following closely behind us removing the sheets. Mind you at this point as well there were no check in's that day. As I said before I have worked in the field and I know that our maids are not allowed to go into rooms when the guests are in the process of getting checked out. The bottomline is the staff was very rude and unpleasant. I used to suggest the hotel to guests that would call my current hotel needing a pet friendly or weekly rate hotel. I no longer do that as a guest that was spending the money on two weeks I felt that I could have had a more comfortable stay on the streets. As far as I am concerned people should stay very far away from this hotel. Perhaps it was just myself but I believe that someone from corporate should have some concerns with this location. I feel that we should be compensated for a couple night stay at this location. I do not want any free vouchers for the stay here. You can please credit it back to my visa on file. Thanks

We arrived around 6-pm. The receptionist seemed very flustered. She was rude to person before me. Said "Power was out in his room, so, either accept the room or go somewhere else!". She then checked us in, and provided a key-card for room 108. When I opened the door of the room, I was greeted by a barking dog and two occupants in bed. I quickly closed the door and ran back to reception. Explained situation. Receptionist seemed even more flustered. Did not even apologize for situation. Gave new key-card and said, "Try this room!". Room and amenities were good value for money. Interstate traffic noise was very noticeable... No offer was made to provide a complimentary upgrade or free room. If the occupants of room 108 would have had a gun, or the large dog was quicker, then I would probably be dead or mauled! This is the very first complaint I have ever had to make about accommodation, no matter what the 'star-rating'.
I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience at our inn. We lost power in a portion of the building due to a mechanical failure. The employee in question is normally very warm and welcoming, but as you can imagine was a bit flustered by the situation. I am very upset, I was trying to take a shower and the tub back up on me and I could not take a shower and when I told the front desk all they said was they will look into it but they never came up. They never offered me another room nothing so I checked out feeling very dirty.. I am very disappointed and I'm pleased with this situation.. I look forward into hearing from you thank you.

I had a reservation for 4/15-4/26. I checked in Sunday to room 104, I notified the front desk about cracked tv and nonworking phone. He tried to accommodate us to another room but the room was too far from parking area(my husband just had back surgery). We opted to stay in room 104 and the front desk agent told us he would have someone fix the phone in the morning. So Monday evening I returned to the room to find that the phone was not fixed. No note or anything advising what that status was. I put that aside and continued with my evening. My daughter and I fell asleep around 9:30pm, even though construction was going on right outside the door. It was about 10:35pm when I awoke to noise in the room. It sounded like someone was scavenging through the room. I turned the light on to see what was going on when I saw trash spread out thru out the room. This was trash that I personally placed in the trash can. A few seconds later, I heard noises from the bathroom. I walked over and saw a rat climbing out of the trash can. I immediately called the front desk from my cell phone bc the room phone was not working. The front desk agent told me she would send someone and hung up. So I wait an hour before I call the front desk again and she states no one is available now. So I call the customer service line listed on the website and all the agent does is transfer me back to the office. This time the front desk agent tells me that the guy is on his way but she doesn't know what time it will be before he gets to my room. It is now almost midnight and I have a rat in my room, I explain to the agent that I have to work in the morning and need to get sleep, plus I have a child in the room and it is very unsanitary to have a rat roaming while we sleep. She finally walked over to my room to see what was going on. The first words out of her mouth were oh my, you have lots to move, I can move you to another room but this is too much stuff to move. Being disgusted and frustrated, I demanded to leave but she states she would contact the manager to come talk to me. So a few minutes later, some guy walks in and says "what's the problem"? And I explain the situation. He interrupts and rudely states, "well, do you think you're my only guest?" I answered no and told him I do not deserve this type of customer service. He explains he has other issues to tend to and cannot move my stuff out and walks out. The front desk agent stayed behind to try to help me with another room and I showed her the door to the room. The door was damaged during the Harvey flood and was repaired incorrectly, leaving a 1-2inch gap open from the floor. She said that was not a rodent entry and ran her fingers thru the gap, slicing her fingers on the door trimming. I agreed to stay in another room since it was now 1:30am and my child was already awake now. I explained to the lady that I will be checking out in the morning even though my reservation was for 2 weeks bc of the way I was treated by Larry. As a manager, his behavior was unacceptable. I just sold my house and my new house will not be ready until the end of the month so technically I had no where else to go. I had to make new reservations at another hotel which took me way out of my budget. I really hope someone can take care of this situation. When I checked out, some of the employees where questioning why I was leaving and I explained, none of them looked surprised.

We stayed in a RRI last night and had a terrible experience. We were kept awake by the meighbors using drugs, screaming and yelling all night even after complaining to the front desk at around 3am this morning. We also found blood on our "clean" towels and hair throughout the bath tub. After checking out at 0750 this morning and the man promised me the room would be refunded due to this. I have a snap shot of the refund, but now it recharged me. Need this charge of $90+ refunded ASAP!

When I woke up the next morning i had burning feeling on my shoulder and had big rash on my shoulder. The Email that was on the paper I sent a message to. They never redponded its like they dont care. Anything that happens in and on thier grounds their responsible for. I didnt pay 125 for a room to leave with a burn. For them not to respond back bad business. Never again will i stay there.

My wife reserved a pre-paid room at the red roof inn in rio grande, nj for wednesday, march 28, 2018. on the morning of the 28th, my wife (who has a heart condition) was having trouble breathing and I knew that she would require medical attention. I called the rio grande red roof inn and asked if we could delay the reservation until the following wednesday. the not so friendly reception desk person stated that under no circumstances would they delay or issue a refund. we have experienced this situation (delay caused by medical issues) before with two other hotel chains and they were very accommodating by delaying our pre-paid reservation to a future date.
Warning - if you don't have a crystal ball as to when you will get sick, don't make a reservation with red roof inns.
Over the last year my wife and I have stayed at red roof inns for over 20 days up and down the east coast. after this event, we will no longer do business with red roof inns. I seriously wonder how they stay in business collecting money for a room that was never used and losing long term customers because of a very dumb policy.

I checked in around 930 as I just drove 9 hours from VA BEACH, i went through the mountains in the snow storm they had with a u haul. I had reservations when I finally arrived I was very tired it was about 930 pm it was a booked night parking was hard to find with a u haul, finally got to the room opened the door and immediately smelt urine, I looked around and found this, it was in both sides of the toilet, looks like it had been there for some time, now I knew they were booked and it was late and I was tired, I tried to sleep but the smell was really strong. Finally I just got up around 430 did not take a shower even though I needed one I felt dirty just from the smell, I told the lady at the front desk and she offered me a 10 dollar discount, I took it but feel I should be fully reimbursed a I was still charged 57.00 i also said ti the lady at front desk, who looked very unkept and dirty her self, what if this was under cover boss, she just smiled. I have stayed at several red roof inns and including this one July 4 2010, and it was fine, not this time my son in the military is leaving soon also and he has always stayed at this same one, I told him about this and he is going to stay at another red roof in a few miles down and skip this one I feel I should be reimbursed in full. I recently stayed at Red Roof Casino, Tampa, Fla 3/2/24/18. Conf # RRI092ZR04304. I checked out the day after checking in. I wouldn't stay in that pig sty another night. The desk clerk was not only nasty, but she also left the safe charge on my bill after being told to remove it.
The pig sty - dirty towels left in the bathroom, hair in the sink, garbage on the floor, disgustingly stained bed spread, our 'clean' towels looked like they had been dried and refolded - not washed. The air conditioner was so noisy I couldn't sleep with it on. The mini fridge looked like it had been splashed with dirty water a hundred times without being wiped off.
I want the safe charge removed from my invoice.

I had a problem with my room. There were no other rooms available. I checked out a day early. My paper bill shows room charges for 1 day (with the $1.50 safe charge which was supposed to be removed!). My online bill shows $225.97 for 2 nights.
I was told at the desk I was being credited because of all the problems. It is illegal to provide an invoice for one amount and charge another.
I am filing a complaint with both Ohio and Florida Attorney generals' offices.

I check in my room on yesterday at your Red Roof Inn located at southwest Cary North Carolina first room I got private lock or night lock didn't work go back down stairs to tell the lady at front desk we had some words she gave me another room get in that room it's half clean but ok cause I'm tried from a long drive from Florida to do a 8 hour Chemo treatment all you want is a nice clean room and I stay here every time I come and I never had this experience I even ask her is Stephan here so I go back to my room and housekeeping in down the hallway I get her mop and get all the hair left on the bathroom floor and I go to Target across the street and get me some sheets just so I cloud be comfortable cause I feel that my room was dirty ! Stayed at Red Roof KC Sports Complex Independence. Conference# 434-489661 on 3/11/2018. This was the highest dollar place we have ever stayed at and the most run down place ever. Gave me the creeps. There were like section 8 people living there. When going to get something to eat the next morning there were paramedics & police two doors down. Someone overdosed or died. People in the hall crying it was terrible. My dogs heard stuff during the nite but I tried to keep them quiet being the middle of the night. With lack of sleep and the disgusting room I feel we need reimbursed. I have a few pics too. Thank you in advance.

I booked room and added my father to reservation. I added additional days to start 3/16/18 and on Saturday 3/17/18 we get to the room and all items are gone from the room and front desk said the room has changed. Front desk not sure where items were said we had to wait until the morning. They gave us a new room that was already used. They found items in the morning and called saying they smelled smoked and were charging me $150 fee. When asked to speak to a manager I was told no one was available, I asked to speak to manager before my card was charged and was told it's not happening and my card is still being charged. The non smoking room I booked originally also smelled like smoke and now after multiple room changes that were not requested to be accused of smoking and told that I will be charged additional charges is unacceptable!

We checked in to Red Roof Inn in Round Rock Texas, and by the time we finish the paperwork we already felt a little odd with the wrinkled up cheap curtains thrown up last-minute over the window in the lobby, cracks in the walls and ceilings, dim lighting and everyone that walked through the lobby looked like they just got out of prison or a drug clinic. We go up to the room and on the way up, the elevator was dirty and ceiling tiles were all like filthy or beat up, there were cuts down the hallway walls and like smudges of dirt or whatever else, cheap wall paper peeling off and then we get into the room and the cheap hardwood floor was not something to be desired, but that's just a hotel design so, minor complaint.. The bathroom light once turned on, revealed plenty of dead bugs up under the light cover. There was visible dirt on the comforter, reminding me of a friend that used to work at hotels and said they barely ever clean or replace the top comforter. hair on the sheets underneath when I pulled back the bed. I always look behind the bed to check for roaches or bed bugs. there was plenty of filth and dirt behind the bed like it's never been cleaned. It was just totally nasty & foreboding. Anyway we call the front desk to say we'll just cancel and get out of here and the lady just said okay like it was a standard thing. She wasnt even surprised or concearned. Didn't even ask why we wanted to leave. Not professional at all. We get down there, she basically said "okay you're all good". No receipt of refund. I come back inside and say I need proof of our money coming back before we leave town. And she said she couldn't. I made her sign something to prove we are getting money back but what would have happened if we just left? She didn't even suggest calling the manager so I did. She said he didn't answer and he's busy. So we check in to a hotel right next door that was fine and we had no issues. Like night and day. We go back to the hotel in the morning and go figure, same lady, no manager. She had to call some other manager or someone to walk her through it, making me wonder how many people have been ripped off by this "okay you're all good, but really you never get your money back" scheme. We got a receipt and proof this time but we still haven't gotten our money back. I think we should get an extra $20 just for the headache!

My family and other family members (3 rooms) booked this hotel to attend graduation ceremonies at Lackland AFB. This place is a dump. Do not waste your time staying there. First of all they would not let us see the rooms before we paid, now I see why. Paid for 5 nights (7-12 March 18), what a BIG mistake. Room was horrible, nothing like the brochure, and when asked the management about it they said "It's just pictures of a Red Roof Hotel" its not "ours", false advertisement right there. Bath tub was horrendous, paint chipped all over it, smelled, rooms dirty and everything else. All types of suspicious activities on the property. There was no way we were staying there, tried to get our money back, they refused to return all our money, they kept one night, even though we didn't stay. We booked this hotel through Booking.com and had our representative call to try to get us a total refund, and the management at Red Roof Inn San Antonio - Lackland still refused. What happen to customer service, I guess the management at the Red Roof Lackland don't care about their customers. I will never stay at a Red Roof again and will tell all my friends and family to never stay at Red Roof Inns. I would like to request a refund. Conf. # [protected]
