Apologies for the complaint, I went into the drive through at Browns Plains Red Rooster about 12.50pm and when I ordered I was promptly told there was no chickens for about 25 minutes. I was in line so had to wait to drive through. I got to the window and the young lady stated I don't have an order for you. I asked for Head Office phone number, and she said she will get the manager. A blonde headed heavy set young man (with like a disability near his lip as though he had previously had a stroke - just describing this so you can verify whom he is). I asked for his name, and he stated what do you want it for. When I stated to make a complaint about this service, he stated he was only the supervisor. He said there is no phone number for Head Office. I did state you would have one if needed. I said to him well, what are you going to do about the situation? he said come back in 20 minutes to buy your chicken. I stated, this is ridiculous as it is only now 5 to 1 and you don't have any chickens. I said Well that is not a very good supervisor, as you should gauge earlier if you thought you were going to run out of chickens. (I understand sometimes there is a rush for chickens, but surely you can see if they are getting really low and have some prepared, as there is a long way in the afternoon etc for sales before closing.) When I said that he said bye and slammed the sliding doors of the pickup area through driveway. I really thought it would have broken them. He was very rude, and arrogant. I really don't know who he got to that position. I can be contacted on [protected] and email [protected]@hotmail.com
Thank you for listening, hopefully I will hear back from someone in regards to this.
Regards
Wendy Grinter
Desired outcome: I would like to know that this has been addressed, and I feel the male in question should loose the position of supervisor and be retrained as a normal worker if you are to keep him employed.
