Account # 9636358 I was constantly over charged late fees every other month automatically out of my bank account and after being over charged I would receive a phone call saying I owe more than what was already taken out of my account and when I would call back to talk to someone about it they would take 2 to 3 days to return my call... I was told I was being charged late fees because of a missed payment from 5 months earlier even though you have access to my account they charged for the month they said I missed and then tried to charge me 5 months of late fees which didn't make since if you have access to charge my bank account my email my phone number to contact me to resolve the issue instead of waiting 5 months and taking out my monthly payment and then take out late fees when you feel like it... And even after being on the phone with a rep for over a hour to resolve the issue two weeks later the same thing happened all over again... I no longer wish to do business with this company

retainer refund of 2 offices couldn't be received.
Hello, I rented 2 office areas (Istanbul, Kurtkoy Aeropark and Istanbul, Altunizade) from Regus, in different periods. None of the offices' retainers refund weren't paid by Regus.in the contract, it says it is paid in 1 month. I contacted with local office responsibles, but they said they don't get reply from central office responsibles. They advised me to send email to account. helpdesk@regus.com address, but there is no reply for 4 months.
I invite Regus to take responsibility and pay the retainers' refund of 2 offices.
Regards.
Hello, I entered Retainer Request one more time for my 2 accounts:7452633 and 8920363.
One Customer Service representative contacted with me via phone and email.
I also contacted Regus via account.helpdesk@regus.com email, shared my IBAN number and bank details again with this email. Now, I am waiting for answer of the Customer Service Representative if anything missing. And I am waiting for Retainer Return.
Thank you for help,
Regards,

Did you ever get your retainer ? I’ve been waiting on mine since April - submitted twice. And even got an email saying it will be processed in the June 30th 2021 batch —and it could take 5-7 business days - today is July 17th and still nothing. DO NOT GET AN OFFICE HERE. they will STEAL your money. They keep giving the run around I’ve sent multiple emails and I’ve concluded that they are thief’s. Not worth the hassle unless you like being lied to and stolen from. Regus is the worst company.
fraud in billing
I cancelled my contract with Regus at this location over a year ago but every few months they bill me random charges for things at locations I have never been to (e.g., recently they billed me $17 for something in Little Rock AR but there was not explanation of what it was). Now they are sending me emails threatening to turn me over to collection for $50 in bogus charges they have made to my account in the last year and half.

mail forwarding
I have had a corp membership and offices with Regus off and on for years. The service out of the Newark De address is horrendous. My company receives invoices for properties and the Newark office consistently forwards late. Their instructions were to send weekly Priority Mail. There is some mail that was just received from November. This puts the...

we have been emailing your helpdesk and asking to talk to anyone in charge of customer service. till date, and after a month of trying to reach anyone, we have not been able to reach anyone to explain the situation to us in person.
we have been mis-sold and misinformed on the rental process, The sales team has not informed us of any hidden fees and we feel cheated more than anything else.
this is a summary of what we had emailed your colleagues however till date, not received any clear cut response. in a nutshell, we had not been informed of any hidden fees NOR shown any house rules NOR signed on any house rules before signing the contract. our contract was for one month rental, being charged a 'cleaning fee' that contributes more than more than 50% the rental cost is not realistic nor acceptable. Consumer protection rules in the state of Qatar will not accept any misuse or abuse of customer agreement and/or the lack of clarifying any hidden fees PRIOR to signing any agreement.
here is the email we sent your colleagues on Sun 15-Dec:
We have requested multiple times for a senior customer service representative to get in touch with our managing director however till date we have not had this request catered.
This is our acknowledgement in writing that we had not been shown any house rules nor have we signed on any house rules prior to confirming the contract. Please double check with your sales representative Ms. Alja Ulaga. Refer to the attached mails.
In addition to this, when we have been asked to pay our deposit, we had resisted to do have this payment encashed into your account and insisted that this be issued as via a guarantee cheque that would be returned upon our exit. Your office representative had insisted that part of the Regus rules are to have this deposit encashed. We had enquired on any hidden fees yet again during that meeting and non-had been mentioned.
We have not received our deposit ‘once we leave' as had been mentioned in writing by your sales representative
We would like to ask you to furnish any written proof that we had been informed of the house rules prior to signing the contract. This has neither been sent by mail nor shown in any face to face meeting.
We would like to end this in an amicable manner before the end of this week. Please let us know as this has taken more time and resources than needed. This is again a matter of principle. If you are unable to respond within this week then we shall assume that you are no longer interested in resolving this manner accordingly. We are assuming that regus hold firm standards on the basis of credibility and integrity and expect your senior customer service representative to get in touch with us.

suspended account yet still charge me money.
Beware of using their service for the virtual addresses.
Charge me although my Account was suspended.
My account in Regus, I can't find any transaction history.
Previously my account was overcharged, and they did return my "mislook charge back to my account." So I was a little wary and thus looking for a new place to change my address. Now, this issue happened, I think I will not use their services anymore.
I just emailed them about it, will see if I can even get back my refund.
Below are the documents.

We are company in Bulgaria, called zuuumer eood.
Around 25.10.2019 we have created account for using virtual address in Nederland. Shortly after that we have received email that we have to present in a period of 14 days additional documents (which were required under Nederland law against money laundering).in the email it was clearly stated that if we didn't presented the requested documents, the contract will be terminated. We didn't presented the documents.
And in the meantime we didn't used the service.
In the beginning of December we had terminated the agreement using the regus website. But regus is still demanding for money.
We have contacted support, they reply is that everything is correct.
When we have investigated the matter, we saw numerous reviews which state the same problem. Regus is clearly abusing it's customers, charging them for things which they didn't used.

Read full review of Regusnot returning security deposit
We rented an office in New Jersey, Jersey City - Hudson Street thru Regus Group. We moved out of the space in May 2019. I submitted my request to get my security deposit back in April 2019 as per their policy. I have still not received my security deposit back. Regus insists the only way they will return a security deposit is thru ACH. In June 2019, our business bank account was compromised by fraudulent checks and we needed to create a new bank account. I have submitted my new bank account info to Regus multiple times and have called in over a dozen times and I keep getting the run around or excuses as to why we haven't received our security deposit. I open a case with them to review and give me my security deposit back but the case gets closed a few days later without my notification. I may need to turn this over to an attorney to get my $8K security deposit back. I have opened the below cases. I know I have opened more cases than this but started keeping track in the past 3 months.

We finally received our security deposit back. I’m finally satisfied. Thanks.
Hi. Thanks for your response and investigation. You will see that the deposit wasn’t made to the account you listed and was actually made to my old account which ends in 1574 which was then rejected and returned to you because it is a closed account. I know this because my bank calls me every time Regus makes the deposit into my closed accounts. A deposit was also attempted beginning of November to my old account. Regus has had my new bank account info since June but continues to try to return my deposit to my closed account. Any help is appreciated because calling in and opening tickets doesn’t work.
An executive emailed me and resolved the issue. I received my security deposit back. Thanks.
regus auto-charged my card after cancelling agreement with them
I got a virtual office setup but I didn't like it. I canceled my agreement within 4 days of setup. But I am charged for using 2 months of Service. It's a rampant scam under the disguise of a company. Please stay away from an unprofessional company like this. The shock of bills and shady agreements begins you give them your card which they will charge it at their leisure.

dishonest practices - sneakily introducing exit charges
2/10/19 After Basepoint was taken over by Regus, a number of dishonest and underhand practices have arisen. just before Christmas last year, the rent was upped by 25% although they struggled to get this through. Causing anxiety and stress for many of the small business owners who rent space over the Christmas period. Now we are moving out and low and behold...
Read full review of Regusbegging to close my account and the help desk is very unprofessional
For the past 2 years, I've been asking Regus to close my account.
Regus have blocked my account once because they were not able to claim the payment via my bank, even they had the full access to do it.
But they just notified me 6 months later and I asked to review the figures.
And they kept invoicing me even when my account was blocked.
I had no access to the facilities and I had to pay when my account was blocked.
I kept emailing Regus that I wanted to settle the payment before the account was blocked and the sum that was supposed to be around 100 euros, had become 600 euros and they didn't accept to close my account before I pay the 600 euros.
I've written several emails requesting to close and also providing proof of requests.
They always answer the same thing. "I have never requested to close my account".
Regus Portugal is a big joke. The team that is working there is unprofessional. I was able to reach once the manager on the phone and the lady promised that was willing to help me to settle my account.
2 years later, I haven't used the Regus facilities. My account seems to be closed through my online account. But when I contact via helpdesk they say yes, it's opened and the bill is getting huge.
I should get a lawyer...

retainer refund
It's been more than 2 months now, but I have not received my deposit retainer back.
Regus is a thug company, and their account helpdesk is misleading and very unprofessional.
I have been calling them every week and follow up based on the last date given, but no one responds and their intent is to steal your retainer money.
Another issue:
I have been away from my office for a week, and they decided to turn my office into a day office for third party without my knowledge and consent. They took away my phone for over a month.
Regus is chaotic and disaster office leasing firm. Never get into their trap.
As expected, the email ID you gave is FAKE.
I tried to send you email, and it bounced back.

virtual office
I got a service suspension letter only 5 days after opening my account and committing to a 1 year contract. Therefore, my response was to ask business to cancel my account and issue refund of fees paid. I contacted them daily in writing between Sep 15 and Sep 18 and got no answer. I tried calling customer service with no luck of contacting a human being. I...

I terminated my contract at end of July 2019 and requested my retainer back. I have called on a weekly basis since their 4-5 week wait period, and each week been told that this was not processed, and went through this process again, only to be promised that this time they would expedite my refund and inform me within a few days that my retainer would be sent to me. I have not received any follow up or my refund to date and no one will respond to me.

retainer refund more than 1 year now (still not returned)
It has been more than 12 months now. Yet our retainer still has not returned to us. We have applied for retainer refund since the day we moved into our new office. It was last year July 1st, 2018. Since then we have been trying to get regus returned our refund with everything they asked for bank information, swift code and we specifically asked to deposit our account directly. Yet After 6 months (december 6th, 2018)after at least about 10 calls with regus on and on, they sent us a check with our company name spelt incompletely (half of our company name was chopped off). We could not deposit it. So we voided the check and brought it back to WTC center, Vancouver ans asked them to resolve this issue and they can't. They bounched the ball back to Regus again. So we took a voice record and spoke to a lady on the phone and asked for case number everything. We requested the retainter back to us again. Today is September 11th, 2019. After so many calls with regus account help desk, our retainer still has not yet returned as we asked to. All phone calls have been lies. Every time we have to repeat our case and yet everyone from Regus we spoke to gave us inconsisit anwsers. They were lying every time they said someone would look into it within 48 hours and someone would return our call. Yet, nothing happened till this day. We have contacted small claim court b.c. What we really do not undersand is that Regus is definitely not what it claimed to be and it is a company totally not worthy of doing any business with. Apparently, we were not the only customers they had not returned customers retainers. We have to told all of our customers to stay away from Regus after what we have been through.

mislead scam
You inquire about a virtual office. Then you get the marketing team calling you. They say you can try the service and they will cancel ir if you dont want it. Then they say you need to pay the entire year. Then theybsend younlegal letters. Then when youndo try to pay they dont get bsck with the details. Theys end youbmore legal letters. Youbend up paying just to get out of sending an inquiry. Then they got people doing this calling from india. The numbers are overseas from everywhere. Though they say they are global you need to deal with the indians they sign you and screw you. They privately mesdage saying dont worry will handle it. Then disappear.
Misleading and well structured group of crooks.
I pray they smaller start ups offering work space destroy this cheating non consumer friendly devil beast called regus.

wrongful billing
Imagine preparing for a huge meeting then getting a notification from your bank that you had a charge go through but you did not recognize. Dear all,
I have been sending numerous emails since last april 2019 asking the respectful team of Regus to terminate my contract due to their failure to provide a safe place to work at, in April someone crashed into the premises and with a firefighter broke into an office and smashed everything in the office, with the complete absence of security or regus responsible employees, this was in Regus/ Arkan/ Cairo/ Egypt. I had a client and i lost a deal due to this scandalous scene! Yet we have been begging till now to terminate our contract and get a refund of the insurance amount, on the contrary we found an email sent to us that all insurance amount was taken already due to our refusal of payment and we have a penalty for this month!?! What kind of service is that? your branch in cairo failed completely to secure their place, yet they refuse to pay us our money?! What shall i call this?! How is a reputable international company working like that?! Ignoring emails, very provoking way of communication, insisting on whatever they say with ZERO customer service skills, and its all their fault for not securing the place!?! By law it's their responsibility to secure that place not us! Please i need the head office email, this is completely unprofessional and i wont accept such way we should get back 30, 000 EGP!
Your email is the one i have been sending to since last april with no avail. Why would i keep sending thread emails? I need someone to talk to at least, as this is really becoming too annoying.
