This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

To those who are going on and on about Reliance's offer to double the talktime, in response to Airtel's amazingly low rates, here's a word of caution: After signing up with them, I could learn that the new rates and everything was a big sham. They don't give you double the talk time, they just add a few complementary minutes. The advertising is fraudulent!

AirtelCallHome at least delivered on its promises and is a much professional company.

I will any day stick to Airtel and not be lured by Reliance.

i am one of the customer of reliance from last 7 years... but now i would like to disconnect this line... as every year
this company deduct my rs. through invalid reason, like a automatically activate caller tune...
recently they renew my sms pack of 19rs., then without inform me they deactivate my skim within 2 days...
so that because of they didnt inform me i had paid 0.50 paisa per msg & lost my 100rs. balance...when i did complain for that, they took 3 weeks to resolve & activate sms skim, b/w that duration one of their representative
misguide me that my skim is now reactivate so that i had send some more msg & i had charge 0.50 paisa per msg as
i was misguided by that representative...now after 3 weeks they activate my skim & next week again deduct 19rs.
for renew my sms pack...when i asked for my refund which i had lost in sms because of them now they clearly refused my complain and toled me that now we cannt give ur 150rs. back, just forget ur 150rs.
in short this company is totally fraud, which is only believe to cut customer's rs. & cheat their the customer.

The website never works! If it works, my credit card is always declined, that I have used for decades now...And if I call, it says wrong pin number while the same pin number lets you into the website..Nothing is right about the company!

Hi,

I Agree, there seems to be some issue with the rounding thing I've been using reliance for last one year now... I used to think since the day they've dropped prices..their quality of calls & customer service has gone down considerably, but now they are resorting to such cheap tricks!

Reminds me of Reliance back home..just wish they don't become like them...but then its just a wish!

Yeah, i had this issue also but that seems to be resolved.have been using it for one year now and i get good voice quality, fast connections, and virtually zero call drops.i learnt that they slashed their effective calling rates this DIwali to about 5.9 cents/min and are also giving away 120 mins free talktime to all their customers.Makes sense to go for it.

I have been using this calling card of one year - Recently I noticed calls are getting rounded off by an extra minute. When I checked with stop watch in parallel, I found their trick.

They start counting time the moment you get connected to 1800 number - if the call to india gets connected.

It is very difficult to catch this, unless you make multiple back to back calls - When I complained about this, they say I am wrong - and did not offer any reasoning when I provided facts.
