French Doors caused Water intrusion and Damaged new wood flooring.
RBA has changed my appointment 4 to 5 times and again for today.
Jason, the Tampa office manager, advised me after I emailed to confirm
Sherman (subcontractor) was coming to 3529 Village Way, Tampa, as
scheduled for this morning. Instead, Jason rescheduled Sherman for next week!
After Sherman completes the repairs, a painter must come to my home! More to be done.
Since the initial installation in January 2024, RBA has failed to uphold
is marketed service! The French doors $13,200 bill has been fully paid since April 2024 but the concrete floor is still exposed from the water intrusion.
It is now April 2025. That's 15 MONTHS of bad service by RBA.
Jason was given a copy of the flooring company's invoice for $1,508 for removal of damaged flooring and to replace with boards I own from the original job. I have been told RBA will pay for that service but RBA has not given me a check for repairing the floor damage caused by water intrusion.
1. Please assist with licensed subcontractor Sherman to return to complete the repairs,
2. Please provide a licensed painter to paint, and
3. Please issue a $1,508. check payable to Evelyn Yates Benn (I have partially paid the flooring company for removal of boards and water test).
RBA has taught me NEVER use a company that subcontracts the installation and repairs! Always research because I was told RBA has
its own installation and repair employees!
Regards, Evelyn
