Nama saya Pn Sa'imah Binti Haris no kad pengenalan [protected]
dan baru membuat permohonan pembiayaan peribadi pada 27.10.2017 di RHB Bank Batu Pahat. Saya dimaklumkan permohonan saya telah LULUS pada 31.10.2017 (Selasa).
Disini saya ingin memaklumkan pada pihak tuan bahawa tujuan saya membuat pinjaman adalah untuk kegunaan perubatan saya. Saya memerlukan wang tersebut secepat mungkin. Saya ada menghubungi RHB Careline namun mereka memaklumkan kepada saya tidak dapat membantu kerana kes saya masih diperingkat penilaian RHB Centre. Saya juga ada menghubungi RHB Batu Pahat dan menurut mereka pihak JPA Pencen belum memberi maklumbalas. Saya ada menhubungi pihak JPA namun jawapan sebaliknya yang saya terima. Saya berasa amat sedih dan terkilan kerana masalah saya kurang mendapat perhatian pihak RHB.
Diharapkan pihak RHB dapat membantu saya supaya boleh mendapat lebih awal wang pinjaman tersebut kerana saya amat amat memerlukan wang tersebut. Mohon perhatian kepada warga emas seperti saya dan diharap dapat bantuan sewajarnya. Sekian, terima kasih.

staff attitude complaint at rhb plentong branch
I really dissapointed with your staff at RHB Plentong Branch. I came to the bank to solve my problem regarding to the interner banking.
the lady staff (their desk location is enter from the main door, the first desk at the left side). the girl staff really no manner. I already take the number to solve my problem. and she ask me to login my internet banking ising their PC, but I forgot my password and ask him to give me 5 minute in order to reset my password. I reset my password outside the bank because she told me I cannot use handphone inside the bank. after I complete reset my password and login into my accout, I meet him in order to assist me regarding my problem but she told me the bank already closed and I cannot enter the bank. how rude she is when ahe talk to me. really dissapointed with her attitude in order to entertain customer. with their face without smile and arrogant when talking to cuatomer. then, I call RHB taman molek and their staff so friendly and ask me to come to their branch eventhough they closed already because they said they can help me. I think this is not the RHB fault but because of one of your staff make people think RHB bank is not take care their customer.
I hope, you can take the action with that mention staff who is no manner.
bad service for the call center development (ms amirah redzuan)
Called you to check ln the status on my loan application on 20 oct 2017 at 10.15am as phone was transferred to an female agent by the name ms amirah redzuan if I have spelt correctly. I told her that I received a missed call the day before as my phone was low battery. I told her I have applied for a loan with rhb and I believe they were trying to verify some details. To my shock and unprofessional manner answer from this lady, she told me if I did not answer my call for the verification, my application will be void! I explained to her that I only saw the missed call notification close to 5pm when I believe at the moment, my phone was encountering some network issues and thus did not able to detect the incoming call from the rightful department. Why is such a prestige company have this type of customer service agent who tried to destroy the good name and branding of the company by saying negative and unprofessional answer to potential customers. Please look seriously into the matter and issue a warning to this ms amerah redzuan from the call center department and she is not helping and professional to handle any kind of enquiry from any customer. Really dont feel the confidence with rhb anymore.

Telephone conversation with Mr Yeo - Ms Gan's superior, reason being Ms Gan did not attend to the matter. Mr Yeo promised to settle the matter by 2nd week of October 2017.
Unfortunately on 16 October 2017, which is the 3rd week of October there's no news fr Mr Yeo. I called and left a message for him but I did not receive any reply.

I called to the branch again and spoke to Mr Yeo, to my surprise, he is not aware of the matter.
WHICH SHOWED NON OF THE PERSONNEL IN RHB MID VALLEY IS DOING THEIR JOB WELL. MR YEO ALSO WELCOME FOR COMPLAINT which I'm doing it right now.
I hope that your management will take this case seriously and resolve it as soon as possible as we are being very patient waiting for reply.

loan process
I have applied rhb Housing loan since april 2017. Untill today 17oct, the loan is still pending for further action. Valuation report already been sent out from valuator on 20th sept and i have also received the copy. Informed by rhb agent that the system has been updated as received but my lawyer mentioned when she asked for withdrawer the officer mentioned valuation report is not received.
I keep asking for the update but there is no responsive respond from them.
Report is not received but we have already asked for few times why there is no responsive action from rhb?
Customer focus is not imply and customer complaint is not handle promptly.

hire purchase loan
Hi,
I have been recently contacted by the Collections Team with regards to my outstanding Hire Purchase loan. This loan had been initially taken more than 10 years ago (can't remember exact date ). In 2012, i had sold off the my car to a person however did not perform any name change of the loan, the particular person did not make any payments to the bank as agreed and ended returning the car to the bank. The car was then auctioned and i was notified about a balance sum that i need to pay via letter to my mailing address, however i had spoken to the person who bought over the car from me to settle this to the bank which he had agreed. The bank did not contact me since then till recently.
I was contacted by a few representative that did not have any proper information and was only interested to get money off me, they were unprofessional and rude. There was no intention to discuss any solution, instead i was only being harassed to make full settlement, i believe these calls were made by a 3rd party collections agency. On 29/9/2017 i received a call from an officer by the name of Kamarul who claimed to be from the bank and not any 3rd party collection agency (number 03-[protected]). Kamarul mentioned that my account situation is very critical and need to be paid off, he mentioned that due to the amount outstanding, i will have to pay RM5, 000 and following that i can make an arrangement to repay the balance in installments. He gave an option to pay RM3, 000 in one payment and the balance in another payment. I'm glad to do this arrangement, however i had requested him to see if there was an option to split the RM5, 000 into smaller amounts, as RM3, 000 is a huge amount to come up with immediately, he agreed to appeal this request for me. I was then contacted a few days later just to be informed that the appeal was rejected and that i have to make a full payment of RM 3, 000 by 6/10/2017 or else court action will be taken. I received a follow up call today from Kamarul, i informed him that i'm not able to come up with RM3, 000 in one go and asked if i can write in to appeal myself or if i can speak to any higher authority. I was then passed to another officer (name can't recall) who was harsh and kept on insisting that this was my mistake all along and that no other option can be given other than me making a payment of RM2, 500 today. When asked if there was someone that i can meet directly, there was no option for that as today is the last day and the one way to go forth is to make RM2, 500.
I Am not denying the debt amount nor am i saying that i won't pay, but i'm merely asking for the amount of RM5, 000 to be split into smaller amounts. If the minimum amount that can be accepted is on RM2, 500, then i will make that payment but it only can be done upon my salary at the end of this month (25/10/2017).
Please help to investigate this situation and provide a solution, I will be able to make a payment of maximum RM2, 500 by end of this month and the remaining balance of RM5, 000 by end next month. I'm more than happy to discuss this matter further if need be.
Pls avoid AKPK unless you have no other option and accepted that not going to apply loan in future. The bank see person that need to engage AKPK as the worst borrower as that is a lost for the bank. Interest charges over the years is just to compensate the depreciation of the ringgit, plus additional pay to the collection team and lawyer letter, the actual earning is not much.
Please do not pay them anything. You will regret. Refer to AKPK, Bank Negara for help.
Please do not pay anything to a 3rd party. You have to go to the bank branch that you took the loan and talk directly to the bank's staff there. Please, DO NOT pay them anything. You will regret. Only deal with the banks. If you really do not have any money, you can always call AKPK in Bank Negara to help.

customer service call center bad service
Due to I requested to sent e-statement (credit card) for me from call center 3 times by Jul & Aug'17 (which is i couldn't received any statement from RHB), They said will charge me another RM5 from my husband credit card for additional - 3th request. I feel mad, until now Sept'17, I'm paid for nothing.
On 12/9/17 9.30am - I purposely take leave to visit RHB greentown ipoh branch to help my husband to settle his credit card statement, which is started on Jul'17 & Aug'17 we haven't received any e-statement. I had shown my mail box to branch customer service (malay girl) to proof & she was checked my e-mail address is correct. And she help me to call call-center in front of us to explain this case. she told me that, call-center will call me shortly. Until today 19/9/17, I'm still waiting for their call... I'm very unhappy about this type of service.

I have met an accident on 13 march 2017 and on medical leave until 14 sept 2017. Im solely depend on perkeso for my income. Every month I have to wait for a pay cheque from perkeso for my living expenses. Altought, I still paid the easy loan as I got the pay cheque from perkeso. So today 7sept 2017, I recieved a call from your call centre and they are pressuring me to pay the outstanding for aug 2017.
Kindly reevaluate the attitude of your call centre personnel to be polite with the customer. Im already told them many time that I will pay the outstanding upon receive payment from perkeso but they still give pressure to me.

Selamat petang. Saya yang bernama sri ganeson a/l nadarajan adalah pelangan setia kepada RHB selama 19 tahun hingga kini. Saya mempunyai akaun semasa, akaun simpanan, pinjaman perumahan di cawangan yang tersebut diatas sehingga tarikh hari ini. Untuk pengetahuan bank, akaun simpanan tetap, pinjaman perumahan (sudah habis dibayar) pernah di urusniaga dengan bank RHB sebelum ini. keseluruhanya, bank mengaut keuntungan lumayan melalui kesemua urusniaga yang dinyatakan. Tetapi layanan juga perkhidmatan di beri oleh kakitangan cawangan amat megecewakan dan tidak berpuas hati.
Pada 18 August 2017, saya telah memohon pembiyaan perumahan (Refinancing) melalui personel banker MR. Ong tze keen dan pembantu beliau cik Amira. Mr Ong berjanji akan memberitahu keputuan permohonan dalam 5 hari bekerja, tetapi beliau gagal buat sedemikian. Seterusnya Untuk mengetahui keputusan permohonan, saya sering ke bank apabila pegawainya gagal menjawab panggilan telefon saya sekalipun walaupun panggilan berpuluhan kali sehingga hari ini. Recently i got a calls from ur debt collection..I do know whether it is exactly from RHB or u are appointed agent.My point was the rude language use from that lady..I know her name but i am not mention it here.She spoke to me like she is the owner of the RHB and simply accuse me do not have money..What kind of words she use to me whereas i am spoke to her nicely but she spoke to me with high rise voice.
For information, i having personal loan of monthly RM 568.12.You can review my records, all of the payments was before due date.Only for July, i skip for 1month due to moved to new house.I alert this is my commitment and i respect her duty to remind me.At first, i answer all the calls from her but starting she mention "cik takda duit sebenarnya kan" this is very rude to me.I am on emergency to the hospital on that time.
I plan to pay 2 months in this Aug but with her attitude i dont want to speak with her anymore. I always promote this personal loan to other people, but not now anymore..I am sorry..I praise the girl i meet during do this loan at LRT PWTC.She is more in good behavior and polite.I hope RHB will take action regarding this.I know RHB will do better and know about the rules of collecting debt from ur customer.

I would like to settle my long due credit card bills with your bank and already called RHB recoveries department several times to request balance statement for the due credit card. They however have given my number to third party/ agent from ACA Legal department named Azrul (I got no issue on that).
However even after several calls in more than 3 weeks, I still haven't received the statement as promised.

My asb loan monthly payment was wrongly credited into my credit card [protected].i have visited your branch at leboh ampang branch requesting funds to be transferred into asb loan. This. Request was made almost 2 weeks ago however until. Now it was not done. And your bank has repeatly sent me reminder on the overdue payment for asb loan. I believe this is only a simple request to be done and the amount is only rm252. I have also many times explain to your customer service about this isuue and it. fruitless. I make call on behalf my husband (Ding Siew Leong) to call center on 3/8/17, to request re-sent credit card statement for Jul 2017 to my email. The staff told me that, it will take about 4 working days. Until today (13/8/17), it doesn't shown any RHB statement on my email.
I hope that, this staff (who entertain me) can follow up this case.
