Roger Florist Scam

On 12/16/22 I ordered flowers from a local florist near Whitestone. I never received an email confirmation. The flowers were due for delivery on 12/17/22, but they never arrived; however, my credit card was charged by Roger's Florist in Melville. I do not know why my order was routed to Roger's Florist (they must have a dummy website out there). I called them and they would not help me or look up the order placed only days ago. They told me to send an email and they would get around to it. They must be kidding. I don't know how or why they got the order, I don't know where the flowers went. I am challenging the charge on my credit card. This is upsetting, time consuming, and stinks of a scam.

Roger Florist No delivery no refund

I ordered on Nov 30th. I immediately got an email saying they couldn't deliver and a refund would be processed immediately. Back and forth calling and emails for said refund and today is Dec 18th AND STILL NO REFUND

Roger Florist flower

Placed a order (12.16.22) charged my card immediately called to ask status on my delivery, got placed on hold for 40 minutes. Called with another phone told me they cancelled order because its not in their area (sycamore) and refunded me my money. not ONCE did I get any update or notification my delivery was canceled! When I asked them why I wasn't notified they stated they left a voicemail THEY DID NOT horrible customer service!

Roger Florist Charged for undelivered flowers

I attempted to order flowers for delivery on 12/6/2022 I checked with customer service the next day and was told there was no order under my name or recipients name because no delivery was made To this day the recipient hasn't received flowers from Roger Florist but on 12/7/2022 my account was charged. Roger Florist Scam Florist

I do not even believe this is a real company. They took my money for my daughters flowers and never sent them or called to say they could not. I was charged $68 and promised that my card would be refunded right away. It has not been. I think this is ridiculous. Their address is not even real it is a ups store. I am not the only one. I am requesting this refund yet again. the man I talked to said he was right near my daughters office and would have no trouble sending flowers in a few minutes. ugh I want a refund asap. thank you! Roger Florist Incorrect credit card charge

Twenty three minutes ago I was placing an order. Your employee put me on hold and put a charge through without saying the amount and added a fee without quoting me a price. I immediately got a notice from my credit card company and now I'm getting the run around about crediting $94.67 back to me. I want this credited back immediatley. I worked with credit card chargers before and you can void a credit immediately. This was a VISA card ending in1197.

Roger Florist No flowers and no refund

This "Roger Florist" is Pure Scammer! Took my money for the order of delivering flowers, I've been waiting for around 4 hours for delivery for nothing, then called to the company, they said "we're not going to deliver this order, so we cancelled it, and you should receive the refund in 3-4 days... Now after almost 3 weeks still no refund but they said" we issued a refund for you, so look closer to your account" and stop to communicate anymore. No flowers! No money! Only their lies! Worst birthday ever...

Roger Florist Cancelled flower order

Do not order from this company. I ordered flowers from this firm November 11, 2022 and my card was charged that day. However when the flowers did not arrive as requested I had to contact the company and was advised via email that the order was cancelled because "they do not deliver to that area". When I called the number on the web site, the phone was answered by an answering service who would not take a call back and said I needed to contact the company via email. It has now been at least 8 emails back and forth with a "manager" named Denise who tells me she sees a credit was issued; although she does not know the date of the credit and as of December 6, 2022 there is no credit applied to my card. I have continued to send emails and the last one on December 2, 2022 has not been answered. I have also opened and investigation with my credit card company.

Desired outcome: I want my money back and feel this firm should issue another credit as the one they indicated was issued back in November seems to be lost in the system

Roger Florist Non delivery of flower order and no refund.

I ordered a flower bouquet costing $57.22 which was charged to my Master Card credit card. The recipient was in the city of Bowling Green, KY — not in a rural area. The next day I received an e-mail from Roger Florist saying the order was undeliverable and that I would receive a full refund. I should wait five business days for the refund. The same day I received the e-mail, my account was debited for $57.22. Depite several e-mails by me inquiring where my refund was, I never received the refund. Roger Florist said they did credit my account but that never happened. Their website explicitly states a full refund will be forthcoming if the customer is unsatisfied or the flower order cannot be filled. I believe Roger Florist has acted in a fraudulent manner and potential customers should be aware of their deception.

Desired outcome: Full refund of $57.22.

Roger Florist Scam / unauthorized amount

I placed an order for same day delivery. They charged my credit card before I even hung up and not the amount stated. The flowers were never delivered. I received no cancelation email. It was very important that my grandmother received these flowers and it just didn't happen. Now I am fighting for a refund. Do not order from this company! They are fraud. They take the money and cancel the order!

Desired outcome: I want to be refunded and I want this company to be reprimanded as it seems to have many of the same complaints

I have had the same experience with Roger Florist.

After 30-days, I have experienced the following:

Same initial message - Floral arrangement "Cannot be Delivered.

Same customer service email promising 3–5-day refund.

Same follow-up customer service email stating 7–10-day refund.

Same experience of multiple emails assuring a refund was processed.

Same NO HELP using the [protected] customer service # on their website.

Unfortunately, after several attempts to rectify the situation, I also believe that I was SCAMMED!

BUYER BEWARE

Roger Florist Order cancelled shortly after being confirmed and paid for

Unfortunately I did not think to go looking for complaints on this florist before I placed my order. I wish I had.

I called these guys up. Had a whole conversation where they obviously lied to me and told me that they had a local brick and mortar store in FLORIDA where I was trying to have a bouquet sent.

I placed my order, gave them my credit card info, etc... just like all the other people with complaints. a few hours later I get an email saying that they are cancelling my order because it is undeliverable. That made no sense because they said they were local.. I called back and tried to understand why it would be undeliverable since they said they were local. They gave me some kooky excuse and I found another florist to make my arrangement. Then I went looking for someplace to write negative review and I came across all these complaints. I wish I had seen these complaints first.

Desired outcome: DO NOT ORDER from ROGERS FLORIST. They charged my credit card and no refund. I have asked my credit card company to stop payment.

Roger Florist Flower shop in Prescott, AZ

Assuming we're all reviewing Roger Florist in Prescott, AZ, I have also had the exact same complaint about this business and that they're a scam operation.

I had ordered flowers from this business on 11/10/2022 based on seeing on their website they offered "free delivery". Moments after placing order receive email confirmation but the total is $14.99 higher. Call the flower shop back and told this extra $14.99 charge is for their customer service. I told the person I was speaking to I had never heard of such a thing and that what they're doing is fraudulent because what they did was just call this fee a customer service fee instead of what it really was and that was this was an actual delivery fee so they created another category of customer service so they could say they offered free delivery. The guy said I'd have to send an email through their website to request a refund which I immediately did and a manager (by the name of Denise) promptly responded she had refunded the entire amount and I should get the refund. A week later and still no refund. Will be going to my bank to get this refunded and dispute this charge. (Run! This biz is a scam!)

Desired outcome: Full refund of the $72.20 charge on 11/10/2022 as the manager, Denise, wrote me an email that she had issued a refund but a week later there has still been no refund

Roger Florist Flower delivery

Same exact thing happened to me. Ordered flowers and received an email saying they dont deliver in that area and I’d be sent a refund in 10 days. Its been over a month, the supposed manager replied to my email and said a refund had been issued. However, it never was and they won’t answer me back. Their website has no place to leave a review, how convenient! So I’m shouting it out to the world. This is a total rip off company.

Roger Florist Floral delivery order

WOW this is the worst company. I wish I would of seen these reviews before I ordered. Instead, their website shows a review rating of 4.9, how is that OK to have that falsely displayed on their website and there’s no way to add a review there. So I found out my order was cancelled but wasn’t even notified! I didn’t know the flowers weren’t delivered until I talked to my friend to find out if the flowers were nice. Shocked to find out they didn’t receive any from me. Now to get a refund.

Desired outcome: 4.9 review rating should be removed from their website or reviews should be able to be added there.

Roger Florist Payment sent, acknowledged and taken from my account. Flowers not delivered. Order was cancelled without notification.

I placed an online order, payment was sent, acknowledged and taken from my account.

I hadn't received notification of delivery from vendor or recipient, so the next morning I called Roger Florist at [protected] and was told to email customer service. Customer service manager, Denise, told me she didn't know why it was cancelled, but would look into it. After hours of no response, I called again and was told to contact them by email, which I did. The same manager, Denise, responded and said that the order was undeliverable for them and there are many variables for non-delivery.

She apologized for the inconvenience and recommended that I use another floral service!

There are many complaints about this business!

Desired outcome: I want to warn other prospective customers and I want my refund ASAP.

Roger Florist Took two orders and the money then cancelled no refund

The following orders were placed

63726 and 63604 for $83.43 each then cancelled. I reached out via email for my refund and was assured I would have it within five days. They kept my money. I have requested a refund many times to no avail and will continue to file complaints until they do return my money. Fair is fair. I am a prior florist owner - never would have treated anyone this way. $167 is alot of money to me!

Roger Florist Flower order not delivered

On 11/1/22, I placed an arrangement order for my granddaughter's engagement.

The person I spoke to could be hardly understood but said they would deliver that day. I called right after I placed the order with my credit card total of $57.99 and wanted to make sure he had put my message on it stating that it was from her grandmother and her uncle.

After I had not heard from her acknowledging receipt, I became worried. I asked her dad if she had mentioned receiving them and he said she would have mentioned it to her mother if she had..

I was furious to say the least. I called them back and tried to explain so they put me on hold with music, then someone else came on and put me on hold with music and after enough of it I hung up. I sent a message to [protected]@Rogerflorist.com and Denise replied and said that she noticed on system that a refund is pending. I disputed with my credit card company but will see if refund is issued soon..2-5 day. According to many previous reviews, looks like I would be very lucky if I do! Shame on them for doing this to us people. I was so excited to send my granddaughter a special arrangement and they blew it! I will report them! People work hard for their money and these people are scamming us.

Roger Florist Flower delivery

I placed this order but obviously did not do enough research prior to ordering online. THIS IS A SCAM!

Although I received a confirmation number etc. as well as an email confirmation for delivery 11/4/2022. I did not trust it once I could not reach a live person during normal business hours. This company does not have any staff member available when purchasing orders. I called during normal business hours at 3:30PM and was greeted by someone who did not speak clear English and was told that management would complete my order tomorrow morning 11/4/2022. They said "I cant help you we are here working but customer service will call you back tomorrow". The hours listed was from 8:30AM -7PM.

I kept trying to reach someone over the phone and via chat to no avail. This was when I knew that this company was a FRAUD and completed more research. I contacted my credit card holder and stopped this transaction.

Please DO NOT order from them.

Desired outcome: Warning to others. DO NOT USE this company!

Roger Florist Orders not delivered

We have been receiving 5-6 phone calls per week since May of 2022, from our customers claiming non-delivery of flowers. We are a florist in Middletown Ohio.

The customers have used google or other search engines to place an order of flowers for delivery and get connected with Rogers Florist which will say that they are a local florist in Middletown Ohio and they are located on Main Street in Middletown. Rogers Florist will charge their credit card and never deliver the flowers or even make an attempt to deliver.

I personally called their [protected] phone number to place an order and they completely lied about being located in Middletown Ohio.

This company is giving the Florist Industry a very bad reputation and horrible experiences for many people.

Desired outcome: Help in how to prevent this company from falsely claiming to be in our city as a local business
