Roger Florist Undeliverable Flowers, ripped me off 87 Bucks

Ordered flowers on 2/6/23 to cheer me daughter up and never got confirmation number, withdrew the $87.15 under 5 minutes. Called and email 100 times they hang up, wont answer and oh I got lucky one time, a lady said my refund will be return led within 2 days. Sad to say never got it. Why so many complaints and these fraudulent people continue to rip us off. Not sure how google keeps them in business this long.

Desired outcome: I want my hard earned 87.15 money refunded.

Roger Florist floral delivery

Did not receive delivery and no refund. They do not respond to emails and block your number. How are they still online? I placed an order called and spoke to a gentleman regarding deliveery instructions. No delivery was ever made and when you call they block your number. They do not respond to emails and this is fraud so how are they still in business? I received no flowers and I have not received a refund.

Roger Florist Flowers not delivered

Looks like they got another sucker! I ordered flowers to be delivered yesterday, March 31st, to a friend just out of heart surgery. I'm getting the same LACK of customer service as the others I've read about here.

Unfortunately, by the time my Spidey senses told me something was wrong, the order was complete. Not a reference # to be found.

I should have looked at the reviews first.

Dummy me!

They should be ashamed.

Desired outcome: If they have no intention of delivering what I purchased, TODAY, I want to be refunded in full, $54.99.

Roger Florist Flowers were not delivered and still waiting for my REFUND

I ordered flowers 3/10/2023 to be delivered 3/11/2023. How ever the flowers were not delivered so I called to get a refund. I was told 1 - 3 days. After 3 days I called and was hung up on several times. I sent an email and finally got a response from (Denise) again I was told 1 - 3 days. Another 3 days goes by and no REUND. Basically Rogers Florist STOLE my 78.88! They mention an ID: 164144 but still no REFUND!

Roger Florist Undeliverable, not refunded order

I made my first purchase from this company's website on February 20, 2023. I live outside of the United States and wanted to purchase a gift for someone in the Buffalo, NY area. Immediately after I made my transaction, I noticed that I'd received no email confirmation, receipt, or acknowledgement of the order even though I'd given my contact information including email address.

I emailed the company at [protected]@rogerflorist.com and on February 21, 2023, Jackie Tyler wrote back to say my order had to be cancelled because it was undeliverable and could not be delivered to the address I had requested. Jackie also wrote that a full refund was issued to my credit card, however it was not- and has still not- been refunded.

The only other person who has replied to my regular follow up email inquiries is Denise, who wrote that they are a manager at Roger's. On March 15, 2023, Denise (who did not give their surname) asked me to give it 1 or 2 more days and if I'm still not refunded to email back with attention Denise in my next email. I have emailed Denise and Roger's 3 more times since this last date requesting a refund and to resolve this transaction. I have received no reply. Today is March 30, 2023 and still I have no refund for that purchase of $68.46. I continue to verify this with the visa credit card/account that I made the online with. The "ID" the shop indicated for this transaction is 149984.

Desired outcome: Full refund of $68.46

Roger Florist Refund

I placed a flower delivery at Roger Florist online with the price totaling to $66.85. Once I place the order, they said they would send me a confirmation email/receipt, but I never received an email. They charged my credit card immediately. I then emailed the customer service email ([protected]@rogerflorist.com) twice with no response, even though their website claims you will receive a response "within seconds." I picked up the phone and called [protected] (the number on the website). I was hung up 3 separate times and I even tried calling on different phone lines. Someone finally answered and told me to email the customer service and I told her I did and never got a response. She said someone would email me back immediately, still no email in sight. This website is a SCAM and do not know how they are still in business based off of all the terrible reviews and complaints on this website alone. I would like my money back but feel hopeless because they aren't answering my phone calls or responding to my email. Never received the flowers. This company needs to be shut down.

Roger Florist Undelivered Floral Arrangement

Ordered flowers from Roger Florist online to be delivered to a friend in the hospital. They were never delivered. When I tried to send a chat on their website to inquire about the order, the chat function does not work. I send an email and had no response. I called and was disconnected three times, finally I spoke with a man who told me to email my concern, and then hung up on me.

Roger Florist Never received email text or flowers

I ordered flowers, bear and balloons for same day delivery and paid an extra fee for that . They were never delivered and when I called they said they canceled my order but didn’t let me know I asked about why they had so many bad reviews on Google about canceled orders she didn’t answer and I asked for an immediate refund it was close to $100 and she hung up on me so in the process of calling my cc company. I sent flowers because the person heard terrible news that morning and we wanted to brighten her day and I find out this morning they were never delivered and they never called me to tell me that my order was cancel and of course no refund either

Desired outcome: Hoping to report fraud and get my money back and let everyone know not to buy anything from them

Roger Florist Scam florist

Placed order on 03/23 to be delivered on 03/24. Trusted I was using a good florist in Florida. The flowers were never delivered. I tried calling to find out what happen, was told by a man (will not categorize as a gentleman) to send email to customer service and hung up on me. Sent email with no reply. Called bank….canceled my credit card. Lost total faith in working with small businesses. Had my flowers delivered by Amazon.

Roger Florist flowers

I placed an order on March 23,2023 for flowers in Las Vegas to be delivered at Summerlin Hospital, they never received them and when I called the next day they said they canceled it because they had no one to deliver them and they would credit my credit card and it would take 2 days to credit me I'm still waiting on $62.31 credit, today they told me I have to file a complaint

Roger Florist Flowers for Aunts Funeral

I called to order flowers on march 23, 2023 for my aunts funeral that I was unable to attend. I knew something didn’t feel right when I hung up because they asked for my credit card number and ran it without giving me a total. I went online to look at reviews after and saw numerous complaints. Called them back immediately and canceled order. My card was still charged. I have called 17 times today to ask why they charged my card and they continue to hang up on me or place me on hold. What an awful scam. To steel from people sending flowers to a funeral.

Desired outcome: I want a full refund. I canceled the order and no flowers were sent

Roger Florist Charged for flowers delivered - never delivered - scam

I ordered flowers to be delivered to the hospital on 3/16/23. On 3/18/23 I inquired and advised them that I never received confirmation of the order and the flowers had not been delivered. I received back an email the next day that said they were sorry that the order was "undeliverable" and that a refund was processed back to my card. I responded with "Undeliverable? To a Hospital?" 3/21/23 I advise them that I still have not seen my refund. I get an email back from "Denise" and she says she is the manager and sees the refund on her end, to wait a day or two and the refund should be there. I call my bank and they show no refund, nothing in a pending status either. Today is 3/24/23 and still no refund. Flowers are not cheap. This is a terrible business practice. People could be mourning, grieving, or praying for a loved one while Roger's Florist is celebrating that they just took someone elses money. Ridiculous.

Better Business Bureau has heard from me!

Desired outcome: REFUND, an apology and for Rogers to not be allowed to take orders from innocent people

Roger Florist Flower delivery

On 11/18/22 I ordered flowers online at :Rogers florist " 4 my mother it was $72.20 I using my debit card. I got an email stating the order was cancelled & I'd recieve a refund .. i never recieved it .ive tried multiple times 2 call & i either get hung up on or the number i originally ordered on is now disconnected The email is a BS...along w/ their "addresses listed. Someone needs 2 shut these guys down. & make them responsible 4 screwing so many people

Roger Florist Flower Arrangement

Ordered funeral flowers for a coworker whose brother died. They were supposed to arrive on Saturday 3/18/23 but were never delivered and the phone number is disconnected. I tried to use well known florists, Teleflora, 1-800 Flowers but we’re in a small town and they don’t deliver here. This place is a total scam, do not buy from them!

I’ll never understand how people can do this to others especially when we’re talking about sad times!

I order flowers on feb 12 for my girlfreind and she never recieve them i call roger florist where i order them and they said that they were undelveryable and they would refund me i sent at least 12 emails and make over 20 calls finally last week i talk to someone and they say my refund was on its way but i still have not recieve it dont know where to go from here

Roger Florist Payment processed yet product not received

Flowers were ordered in the AM on March 7th for delivery the same day. Hours later, in the PM, on the same day, I called back because I had not received an order confirmation and wanted to confirm the flower order was received and it would be delivered.

Finally reached someone who apologized for not having an order confirmation sent to me and that he would discuss it with customer service.

On March 8th, I called back because the flowers were not received. I called numerous times and was hung up on each time. Ended up sending an email to the customer service email address on their website.

I also called the bank and they told me I had to wait for the transaction to clear before they could do anything to help me get a refund.

March 19th - Roger Florists transaction has cleared my bank and I sent another email to them. I will be calling my bank tomorrow and I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I have noticed that there are numerous reviews online for this repeated behavior with other people trying to order flowers. This company has a pattern of the behavior described above.

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund and apology for the amount of time that I have had to chase this down and repeatedly being hung up on when calling to resolve.

Roger Florist Company never issued my refund

I submitted an order for $133.72 on 20 Feb 2023, for same day delivery, for my daughter-in-law (with a terminal rare cancer, she has passed away). She did not receive the flowers so I contacted Roger's florist by email to ask what the issue was. On 21 Feb 2023 I received an email from Denise who said she was the manager at Roger's florist and said my order had been cancelled and please give it 2 days for the refund to show up. On 24 Feb I sent another email stating still no refund. I sent 5 more emails, and as of 16 Mar I have not heard from anyone, and still no refund.

Desired outcome: I would like my money $133.72 refunded. I would really like to see this company shut down.

Roger Florist Theft of money

I live in texas. Was trying to buy a funeral spray for my father in law's memorial. Not familiar with the area where it would be held, I used Google to find a florist nearby. ROGER Florist came up on top as the "Best Florist in Salado, TX." I browsed their site and then called them to place an order. I gave the man I spoke with the church address to the location where the memorial would be held, so the flowers could be sent there. He quoted me $90. He took my order and processed my payment...of $112. Later that day, I learned that the funeral home wanted the flowers sent there, even though we would not be at the funeral home at all, but they would bring them all over to the church together. So I called Roger Florist back and let them know i had to change the location. When i went to look up their number, i discovered they are located in New York! Why would they have processed my payment and accepted my order if they are clearly not even in the same state? They were closed when I called at 5 pm so i sent an email. I received a message the next day that said they cancelled my order due to it being undeliverable and my money would be refunded within 2-3 days. It has been a month and I have no money from them. I have called and sent umpteen emails and communicated with Denise, who is supposed to be their customer service. The last email response she sent asked, "have you checked your bank account? Your refund should be from Roger Florist in the amount of $101." Really, Denise? No, I have forgotten to check my bank account. Ugh.Anyway, they ultimately stopped responding and just kept my money. I tried to contact them through Facebook, but you cant even leave a post there unless you are a "friend" and they only have 2 friends on their page. Obviously a scam. And how tacky to steal from grieving people!

Roger Florist No Refund

There is something that we can do to stop them and not continue scamming others. I also ordered flowers almost a month ago and since then I've been requesting a refund and not they are not even responding to my emails. We need to do something. I went to their webpage and check the address they have there but take you to Bank of America location. I'm doing research to see how we can all stop this, lets all try to find a way we can suit them or have this shutdown.

Roger Florist Cancellation immediately after your billed

SCAM ! Same complaint as everyone else. This company needs to be shut down. Ordered flowers on 2/23/23. Next day get an email saying they don’t deliver in that area & expect a refund in a few days. Almost a month later, several emails sent & spoke with someone on the phone. They give you a cancellation order # but do nothing . The refund amount they state to you is not correct as it was less than what was posted on my charge card.

I disputed the charge with the bank & charges have been removed but damn what a hassle.

Desired outcome: Shut them down !! They have done this to A lot of people!
