about customer service
about customer service. I bought a car from Rollit Motors Inc and it was a complete disaster. The sales manger was so rude and pushy, it made me feel uncomfortable. They didn't even bother to check the car properly before selling it to me. It had so many issues that I had to spend a lot of money on repairs. When I tried to reach out to the owner, he was clueless and didn't care about my concerns. This company is a total mess and I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from them. Stay away from Rollit Motors Inc if you value your money and sanity.
I'm not happy with my experience at Rollit Motors Inc
I'm not happy with my experience at Rollit Motors Inc. I went there with the intention of buying a car and making payments. However, they took my down payment and left me without a car. Almost two months later, they suddenly told me that I needed a co-signer, even though we had previously agreed that I wouldn't need one. To make matters worse, they didn't give me my money back.
I went to the dealership with my boyfriend and his 8 year old daughter to look into buying a vehicle
I went to the dealership with my boyfriend and his 8 year old daughter to look into buying a vehicle. I test drove a couple. The guy there was nice at first when he thought we were an easy sell. One of the vehicles he showed us seemed more expensive than others I had seen, so we said we wanted to think about it. The guy's attitude changed quickly from good to bad. He asked what we had to think about and we said the price. He made some remarks about my credit and then abruptly got up and started walking away. My boyfriend said, "I appreciate your time," and the guy replied, "Yeah I bet you do." This is why used car salesmen have a bad reputation. I will never go back there. When I do buy a vehicle, it will be from somewhere else and I will tell everyone I know not to buy from there too. The response to this review from the owner on Yelp was exactly what I expected from a dealership like this, defensive and awful. I hope everyone reading this now knows what they are dealing with. Everyone knows that people who get defensive when bad reviews are left only make themselves look really bad (but I already knew they were bad). He said that my boyfriend belittled the salesman in front of his 8 year old daughter for asking for the carfax and saying the price was high, absolutely not! Now not only has this salesperson commented on my credit, but so has the owner. Is this the kind of dealership you want to buy a vehicle from? I had a repossession of a camper after I went through a terrible divorce and couldn't pay for it because my ex-husband wouldn't give it back to me. Prior to that, my credit was perfect. Having a dealership make snide comments about it is incredibly unprofessional. Don't go here. If all the reviews about selling bad cars and not making things right and being shady and rude aren't enough for you, then please read how they treat people who don't come right in and buy without asking questions or thinking about a big purchase.
I wouldn't recommend Rollit Motors Inc
I wouldn't recommend Rollit Motors Inc. I bought a car from them on 9/5 and paid in full without a loan. On the second day, I started the car and heard a ticking noise from the engine. I contacted the dealership and told them about the noise. So, I drove the car back to them, hoping they would either fix the issue or exchange the car within their 48-hour exchange policy period. When I arrived, they took the car to their shop to inspect it. They returned the car, saying they fixed a coolant leak for free and tried to convince me that the noise I heard was normal. I made the mistake of asking if I should buy an extended warranty in case something went wrong. They were quick to sell me an extended Powertrain warranty. After that day, I didn't drive the car much because I had no confidence that it wouldn't break down. I tried reaching out to the dealership twice to have them look at the car or give me a refund. They clearly read my messages but ignored me and didn't respond, even when I told them I broke down on the side of the road. Still, no response. On 9/27, three weeks after purchasing the car and only driving 110 miles, it broke down on the highway. I had it towed to a Chevy dealership since I had an extended warranty. They inspected the car and informed me that someone had previously worked on it and found two loose rockers. Guess what? The extended warranty doesn't cover the mistake of an incompetent worker failing to tighten something. Now, I have an $800 repair bill at the dealership for something that should have been caught when Rollit Motors inspected it the first time. How can they send someone off, claiming the car is fine when it's not? It's simply shady in my opinion. Rollit Motors won't take responsibility for their mistake and cover the repair. Instead, they'll just put another auction car on the lot. Who inspects these cars before they're sold? My car had two brake lights out, no jack or tools to remove the tires, and a broken window when I purchased it. They're all about taking customers' money to flip another car, but when there's an issue, their customer service disappears. I wouldn't recommend them.

I put down money to buy a car from Rollit Motors Inc
I put down money to buy a car from Rollit Motors Inc. I didn't sign any contract and couldn't finish the purchase because I wasn't employed at the time. They won't give me my money back, even though there's no good reason for it.
I bought a car from Rollit Motors Inc on July 30, 2022
I bought a car from Rollit Motors Inc on July 30, 2022. It's been like 10 weeks now, and because of some mess-up with the paperwork when I first bought it, I still don't have the permanent registration. They keep saying there's just one signature missing. I mean, come on! It's been 10 weeks already, and they still can't get their act together to fix the paperwork and submit the registration.
September , I bought a *** Sentra from Rollit Motors Inc
September , I bought a *** Sentra from Rollit Motors Inc. It turns out that the vehicle I purchased was being sold illegally. I had been making payments on this car for a whole year when the police department repossessed it. They discovered that the vehicle's VIN number had been tampered with. When I contacted Rollit Motors and the bank, they both claimed that there was nothing they could do to help me. The employees at the dealership didn't even attempt to resolve the issue. In fact, one of them told me to leave the property unless I wanted to buy another vehicle.

I bought a car from Rollit Motors Inc on 1/23/2023 and had to get it repaired on 2/1/2023
I bought a car from Rollit Motors Inc on 1/23/2023 and had to get it repaired on 2/1/2023. They promised to inspect the vehicle within 15 days or 500 miles, or allow us to choose another shop with written approval. I have attached documents for more information. We paid $409.63 to fix a coolant leak. The issue here is that they didn't actually inspect the vehicle like they said they would, and they didn't fulfill their implied warranty. They also didn't call us back to discuss possible options before we had to get the repair done ourselves.
I bought a 2013 Dodge Dart SXT 2.0 on May 21st
I bought a 2013 Dodge Dart SXT 2.0 on May 21st. The car had engine sounds when I bought it, and they promised in writing to fix it. We took the car to the dealership 2 times before reaching 500 miles, and then another 2 times afterwards. However, not only did the car come back with worse sounds and feeling sluggish, but they refused to do the work every time. Now, our car has low oil pressure and potential engine damage, even after spending $700 to figure this out. I really need to get in touch with the owners. They refused to give us any paperwork and told us to ask the sales department, but we never received it. We signed a 3-page section titled "This Car, These Issues," and we marked N/A on every line as the buyer. This car turned out to be a lemon, and they tried to give us the runaround.
I bought a car from Rollit Motors Inc
I bought a car from Rollit Motors Inc. and it broke down in less than a month. It wouldn't start and Rollit didn't respond. I got a 2018 vehicle with 21,000 miles on it, and I had to tow it to the Nissan dealership. Turns out, the car had been in a big accident, but Rollit didn't tell me about it when I bought it, even though I asked. I've already spent over $2500 on repairs, including replacing the electronic system. It started running again, but just two days ago, it broke down again. I had to tow it back to the Nissan dealership, and they're trying to find out what caused it. I've called Rollit Motors many times, but they haven't called me back. This company is sketchy. They sell cars with major problems and don't disclose their accident history. The Nissan history report said the car was "totaled" in an accident. Their business practices are really bad and unethical.
I just traded in my Honda at a used car place for a Dodge Challenger
I just traded in my Honda at a used car place for a Dodge Challenger. Before buying it, I got it checked out by a mechanic. The mechanic made a list of things that needed fixing, like a leak in the intake gasket and a leak in the rear pinion seal. I showed the list to the salesperson, and they said they would fix it for free if I bought the car. So, I went ahead and bought it. I took the car home for a few days and then brought it back to get the work done. They had my car for five days, and when I picked it up, they gave me a written report of what they did. But all they did was check the leaks and they said it was just dirt from the road and oil from an oil change. They didn't actually fix anything.
On top of that, they told me it takes them ten days to pay off my loan. Well, it's been 16 days now and my payment due date is coming up fast. I called them yesterday because I'm worried they won't pay it off in time. If I have to make this month's payment, I won't get that money back.
I bought a 2009 Jaguar XF Premium Supercharged from Rollit Motors Inc
I bought a 2009 Jaguar XF Premium Supercharged from Rollit Motors Inc. The car was not drivable, so I had to get it towed to the dealership. They tried to fix the problem by putting in a new water pump, which cost me $729.31. Unfortunately, this didn't solve the issue and the car still couldn't be driven. However, they insisted that I pay the invoice before they would let me tow the vehicle elsewhere for repairs. On top of that, the check engine light kept coming on and the engine would stall. They made three attempts to fix it, but it's still not working properly. According to the Arizona Lemon Law 44-1267 for used motor vehicles, if the implied warranty of merchantability is violated, the buyer needs to give the seller reasonable notice before seeking other remedies. The seller should be given a fair chance to repair the vehicle, and the buyer is responsible for half of the cost of the first two repairs needed to make the vehicle compliant.
Rollit Motors messed up my credit info and don't know how to use credit reports
Rollit Motors messed up my credit info and don't know how to use credit reports. They said I had a repo on my record, which is totally false. I checked Experian at the same time and my credit is great. That's what they used, they said. They treated me like garbage and said they can't help me on the phone, I have to drive all the way to see them. Why would I drive 65 miles to talk to someone who can't even read a credit report? FYI: No repo, my credit is excellent, and three other banks already approved me for a car loan. I called my main bank and they checked Experian too. There's no mention of a repo. I make a lot of money, own a house, and work full-time with two part-time jobs. I work in finance and used to work for the credit bureaus. Whoever read my report had no clue what they were doing. If you can't read a credit report, I don't know why you have my info. I told Rollit I'm reporting fraud because this scared me. Very, very unprofessional. They need to remove this inquiry from my credit report. If you can't read a credit report, get out of the business or learn how to read one.
Finally, I've been searching for someone to help me since August
Finally, I've been searching for someone to help me since August. I financed a car back in August ! The carfax online and in person said the car had only 2 owners and 0 accidents. I asked for a carfax and they gave me one that showed the car was in great condition. But when I tried to trade it in and got a carfax from BMW Chapman, it said the car had been in an accident and had 7 owners! There's no way I would sign a contract saying my car had 7 owners and 1 accident. This was my first car purchase at 21, so they really took advantage of me. I kept asking for my info to be mailed or emailed, but they kept avoiding it and wanted me to pick it up in person. They could have just emailed or mailed it to me. I had a lawyer say we have a case! I want to win. My car has been broken since that appraisal for some reason. It's like the car was never taken care of before they sold it to me. An automotive repair manager referred me to Rollit Motors Inc and said they would know what to do. Here's how I see it: I asked for a carfax, and the only way they would let me leave with the car was if they showed me a fake carfax. So now I have a car that I was never supposed to have because they didn't help me properly when buying my first nice car. Imagine how I praised them by writing the best five-star review, and then I found out I was scammed. Now I feel like the whole business was in on it, praising my purchase. Some even said they used to sell those cars for $75k, and that's the only reason I got the car because it's a limited edition. But mine was given false information, and I think it will affect my future car purchases because I'm in the wrong. I want it fixed. I went to the dealership with $1200, as Oscar and I agreed, but then they asked for $800 more, and I gave it to them.
I bought 3 cars from Rollit Motors Inc and this will be my fourth
I bought 3 cars from Rollit Motors Inc and this will be my fourth. Everything was fine until I bought a 2016 ***. The 2016 *** had different issues. The screen was broken, the paint was scratched, and there were missing pieces on the front bumper. The steering wheel logo was also broken. We thought the dealership would handle any issues we found. They added a generic *** logo piece to the steering wheel, which doesn't even match the trim of the car. The parts from the front bumper fell off after they fixed it. And don't even get me started on the screen. I have call logs and text messages of them avoiding the issue until we said we would return the car. We were still within the 15-day return policy because we had put a $10k down-payment. They were happy to replace the screen to keep the money. Fast forward 6 months later, it's time for the car's first scheduled oil change. During the inspection, they found out that the tires were from 4/15. The car is a 2016 model, so the tires are 8 years old with no tread life. When I called the dealership, a very upset man answered. It seems like he doesn't want to deal with any problems. I explained the situation and he said we would have to pay the dealership price to replace the two tires, which doesn't make sense. The car should have come with newer tires than 2015. *** said the tires passed inspection and were safe to drive. I asked to see the documentation, but he ignored me, not once but twice. When I told him I would seek legal representation and contact the ComplaintsBoard.com, he started insulting me and threatening to release the transcript of the call. He can do that if he wants. It will show his poor customer service. As a customer, I have the right to express my opinion. It is unacceptable for a business to insult and threaten me. I have pictures of the issues, text messages, and a transcript as evidence.
We bought a car from Rollit Motors Inc, and the detail job was pretty sloppy
We bought a car from Rollit Motors Inc, and the detail job was pretty sloppy. There was sticky brown stuff under some things, and buttons were stuck and hard to push down. They didn't give us a discount even though there were 5 chips in the windshield. Personally, I didn't think the tires looked good. The shop told me they would be fine for driving to and from California. But guess what? Two of them completely split open in the same week, and of course, the spare tire was flat too. So now I had to buy all new tires. And that's not all, the driver's side automatic window and the hydraulics on the back hatch are failing too. But those are just minor issues compared to what came next. The vehicle had a fuel leak that needed to be fixed. And then there was a water pump leak that I found out about when I took it for its first oil change. They said it wasn't that bad, so they refused to fix it. The catalytic converter went out too, and I had to make several trips (about 100 miles round trip each time) to get that fixed, taking time off work. I told them about another check engine light for a P0010, but they brushed it off as a "historic code" just like they did with the catalytic converter. And guess what happened? I ended up stranded on the side of the road with my kids again! The airbag light also came on, and they didn't physically check it but said it's probably just a historic code (which I don't trust anymore). On January 1, I got several dashboard warnings: P0300 High severity Random/Mult Cylinder Misfire detected, P2135 Med severity Throttle/position sensor, Engine power reduced, and Service stabilitrack. I had to pay cash out of pocket for this mess, and now the car is undrivable. It's currently with my regular mechanic to figure out what's really wrong.
