Rooms to go furniture is trash. Customer service is not better. We moved in our new house 6 months ago. Went to Rooms to ho and bought all ne furniture. White sofa and chase, dinning room table with 4 chairs, entertainment center with wall panel and fireplace box, coffee table. Firebox was delivered with a manufacture defect. Had to get it replaced. Back panel was delivered with a manufacture defect, had to get it replaced. During the 1st month, one of the spring on the chase went bad. Had to get it replaced. Now, 6 months in, the sofa and chase is fading. Called rooms to go, they said it's not covered because it's not a manufactured defect and transferred me to Fortega, their warranty provider, that I paid extra for. Two of the chairs have some scratches/cuts that our cat did. Called Fortega with a claim, they denied the claim saying it's not covered. I hot scammed! When I bought the furniture, they tried so hard to sell the warranty to me saying it covers everything and anything! Something happens, just call them and they will take care of it, it's what the sales lady told me. Now, I'm stuck with some warranty that I paid extra, but doesn't cover basic stuff. I feel scammed and looking into filling a complaint. I know I'm not the only one, someone gotta stop this scam.
Desired outcome: I want someone to fix the problem with leather fading only after 6 months. Fix it or replace it. Fix my chairs under the warranty I paid extra for!
