Ordering from spin to win and cheese sticks reduced from 8 as pictured to 6 at zephyrhills ruby tuesday
Yesterday,07/29/2022 at Ruby Tuesday, our party of 4 ordered dinner and drinks and one ordered Cheese Sticks from the "Spin to Win" for an appetizer as well as dinner that she was paying for. Then I asked the waiter if I could order some cheese sticks from the "Spin to Win" promotion too. And the waiter said NO, as that management had recently had a meeting and they determined that only one promotion from the "Spin to Win" would be allowed per table from now on. In the Spin to Win page it clearly states that each CUSTOMER, (not per table) but each CUSTOMER is allowed only one "Spin to Win" purchase per visit. And when the cheese sticks did arrived there were only 6. They are advertised as 8 pieces in all the Ruby Tuesday photos advertising the cheese sticks! I will be contacting my General Motors Corp Attorneys in Tampa to tell them about the "Bait and Switch" practice at the Zephyrhills Ruby Tuesday. Our group goes to Ruby Tuesday almost nightly for our dinner meal and considering all the money that we spend there, you would think that they would take better care of us! The servers and great, it's management trying to squeeze a bigger profit to make management look good, but management is making us consider and seek other choices to where to have our nightly dinner and drinks. Hair in food
I ordered the Tuesday Cheeseburger special for takeout. I always get a side of ranch for my fries. Half way through my meal, I saw something black in my ranch. I pulled it up with a fry and it was a short, black, curly hair. I have long red hair, so I know it's not mine. This is the first time this has ever happened. I eat here weekly. I could not finish my meal after seeing that.

We ordered Ribeye steak and was given grilled pork chops with steak sauce on a plate. What cook automatically place steak sauce on a plate with a ribeye. It look like pork chops and taste just like pork chops! We eat steak all the time and knew right away it wasn't steak. We brought it to the Waitress attention and nothing was done about it. They charged us for the steak anyway. The Waitress even said that does look like steak and double checked with the cook. The cook said it was steak. Food was awful.
Desired outcome: Would have liked to have been served a Ribeye steak instead of pork chops.

Service delayed and bad quality food
On Saturday October 2, Me my fiancé and his friends went to Ruby tuesday in Dubois PA for dinner. We were there around 5.15 pm. When we got there we were told by the hostess to waiting around 10-15 minutes even they had an empty table available so we waited. By that time there were people keep coming after us and while we were waiting (around 30 minutes) the hostess led the people who came after us to the table which is not make sense it should be first come first serve.
After we were seated near by the window which is no curtain so we were sitting facing to the sun plus there was a fly around our table that was annoying and unacceptable to have a fly inside the restaurant which is showed that your restaurant was lack of cleanliness.
Me and my fiancé ordered New Orleans Seafood and Hickory Bourbon Chicken plus we added a garden bar each. The salad bar wasn't fresh and the lettuce was brown. That was disappointed we paid another 4$ just to get not freshly food.
My fiancé's friends they ordered Crispy Shrimp Platter and Hickory Bourbon Chicken. The shrimp seemed like just got off from the fridge. It wasn't hot as it should be. The shrimp froze once you bike it so he didn't finish his meal at all.
Overall the service is bad and the food is not worth the money. I recommend your restaurant service improvement are needed.

Sat there for 15 minutes. Waiter by the name of damian was supossed to take out order but everyone was up front with manager talking and having circle jerk. Good Afternoon, I went to the Ruby Tuesday's in kingsland GA on 9/7/19. I have to say it was the worst experience my family and I received. I met up with up with some friends there as well and they too, Diana Perez, had similar experience. We got there a little after 3:30 pm. It look a while for the waitress to come and take our order. We order 5 burgers in gluten free buns, no cheese. After waiting over an hour we were told our burgers had to be redone because they made them with cheese. Another 40mins or so Four burgers came out and then the waitress told us that they ran out gluten free buns to make for my son. Needless to say my husband gave him his burger and had to place another order for himself, the salmon. Which was over cooked although we asked for it not be dry. Over 2 hrs and we not dissatisfied with our food and service. Fries were really cold. The manager never came by to apologize for our food not being done right and yet we were still charged for the additional salmon which we didn't want in the first place.
