I hadnt been to Ruby Tuesday since they closed the one close to us on beck rd. in Northville Mi. Visiting another church in Mt. Clemens today decided to go to ruby tuesday. First issue was flat beer. My name is Lee Roy I went to Ruby Tuesday, August 6, 2019 . When I got back to work my order was all messed up one of my burger was real burn up. My other burger was pink inside. I called back to the store to tell the manager that both of my burgers was messed up and they did not give me my fries. She said they will send me a $20 Ruby Tuesday gift card out I want to know if she contact y'all .

Ruby Tuesday Management

There is only one good Manager at this location that treats the employees well. They are also the only manager looking out for the best interest of the Resuraunt, Staff, & customers. The GM only looks out for themselves. They are constantly outside smoking 4 or 5 cigarettes at a time with other employees. The GM fraternizes with male employees at work as well as outside of work. The GM steals product and money alike, they steal product and liqour for holiday parties and money for their own personal needs. I don't understand how this company still allows this GM to work here after all of the company policies and complaints they have received. The turn over rate for employees is really high. Everyone complains that the GM is mean and treats them poorly and some how they are the ones to loose their jobs. I understand in the Resuraunt business that Management needs to be stern with their employees as friendliness will be taken advantage of. However, as a person I also understand that there is a difference between being stern and being a bully. I also can not wrap my brain around how an employee is has been accused by multiple people of sexual harrassment is awarded a promotion, but I suppose that is one of the perks of being sexually involved with the GM. Working for this GM has destroyed my self esteem and has now become a burden to my personal life as well. Everyone running this restaurant needs to start dealing with the consequences of their mistakes instead of allowing them to continue to set this restaurant up for failure and casting the blame elsewhere. I may just be an employee to you, but without your employees you would not need management to run your company. I would also like to point out that the GM and the DM of this particular Restaurant have a history together as well, they don't seem to remeber me from the previous restaurant we worked in together but I sure do remember them and they have also been sexually involved with each other. The GM was actually fired from that restaurant for being sexually involved with numerous members of her kitchen staff. If something isn't resolved in this restaurant soon then I plan on taking matters into my own hands. I have a few acquaintances in the media outlets who have assured me the story of a quiet little restaurant whose management extorts employees, steals, and makes policies that are only held as a standard for certain employees, will defiantly make headlines. Let's not forget how there have been documented investigations and legal investigations against management that have been paid off or even swept under the rug.

Ruby Tuesday Food & wait time

We waited to be seated for 15 minutes. Once we were seated it took another 10 minutes for a waitress to come to our table and then we ordered our food which was simply for hamburgers with sides of fries. It took us 45 minutes to get the meals and once we did get the burgers they came without any sauce as they were described to come with so the orders were incorrect.

Ruby Tuesday Overall experience

My family and I were at your Amsterdam location today for lunch, our meal took over an hour to get to us! My husbands burger was undercooked and my daughter soup was cold! My 15 year old who had soup and the salad bar, and only made one trip to salad bar, was charged $15.95. Overall experience was not good! The staff was all gathered and were not helpful. The salad bar was messy and a lot of items were empty!

Ruby Tuesday I am complaining about poor food quality

My wife and I had dinner on june 6, 2019. We havnt been to this rest. recently, but have been many times in past.
My half rack of ribs were dry and not tender like I expect ribs to be.
The meat did not fall off the bones. So I used my knife to cut the ribs apart. This was not easy. When I asked my wife about her dinner, she said her shrimp were fine, but
the baked potatoe was not hot, only luke warm. Our total check was over $45.00,
I expect better than this From Ruby Tuesday. Our rcpt does not have a client no.
so I cant give to you. I dont expect we will returning any time soon. Too many other

Ruby Tuesday 101 exchange street henderson nc

Please please require cooks and or?
People handling food to wear beard nets! This was our first stop for real food out if state and have never had an issue with ruby tuesdays. Salad bar is (from what we saw, was the only person restocking the salad bar. Bartender was amazing! And made it worth not complaining. But after 2 bites of my salad I had 2 of the nastiest beard hairs (or pubic hairs I guess) I have ever seen in my food. From tx. Most places make people wear hair nets and or beard nets. It's not ok. Feel free to send a comp for a place that does.

Ruby Tuesday service

My husband sister in law and I were in your restaurant to have dinner. When we first arrived we were told they were short waitresses so we had to sit in a specific area.

We never received our appetizer until AFTER our food came out therefore we ended up taking them home.

The margarita drinks we ordered were so sweet my sister in law could not drink hers and mine gave me a headache. We advised the waiter on 2 occasions of this as he walked by. He never offered us anything else and did not remove them from the bill.

The restaurant manager never came to our table.

Being so...we paid our bill and will NEVER be back.

What a shame.
Restaurant never use to be like that in our previous visits.

Ruby Tuesday poor customer service from bartender

when visiting establishment on state rd 84 Davie Florida on May 10th 2019 a bartender, white male, started shouting profanity at a young female waitress because they were not cleaning the tables fast enough and he refused to make drinks for her customers. I saw the waitress leave upset while the bartender continued working. very upset over incident.

Ruby Tuesday bonus coupons

Hi, I expect you have gotten this complaint before. We bought about $300 in gift cards last Christmas. We seem to have manages to use the gift cards before the time sensitive $20 bonus coupons. I realize the coupon reads that unused balances will be forfeited but I would like to get a waiver for this year. Ruby Tuesday dining certificate

In march of this year, my wife & I went for lunch at ruby tuesdays, in middletown n. Y
The service was great as was the server. But when we got our meal the sliders were over cooked, the ribs were dried out from over cooking. We called our server and ask for the bill, she ask if there was a problem with our food and than offered too replace it, or take it off our bill. We said just give us the bill and we paid the full bill we were not looking for a free meal. On our way out a manager stop us too find out what was the problem, we told her and she ask for our email address she was sorry for the problem. Told us we would be in contact with us... On april 5 we received an email from the ruby tuesday team they said they were sorry and told us too come in again and bring this dining certificate.. We went there on sunday april 28 we gave the server the certificate she went too show the manager, who came over did not know what it was because it di not have a dollar amount but she would take 25 off our bill, I felt like a begger, and just wanted too leave because I felt like other people were looking at us, you just want to craw under the table. Ruby Tuesday swastika on bathroom wall

One month ago my dad and I went to Ruby Tuesday's in Davie, Florida and I went into the men's stall and up on the wall was carved into the bathroom divider was a swastika etched in. I came out the bathroom and told my dad. We called over the manager and said that is unacceptable and it needs to be removed. I went there tonight with GF and actually went to check if it was removed; mind you it's 1 month later and it's still there. Called the manager and told her and she actually knew about it and said they did it again. Ruby Tuesday's by having the swastika; they are condoning Anti-Semitism and if that's the case; I will not be eating there ever again. No paint was taken to that swastika to remove it. I can't believe no one else never reported it.

Ruby Tuesday product and service

Me and my wife went to the Greenville ruby tuesday. We ordered our drinks and then our entrees. They cost around 15 dollars. We asked if we get any salad with our meals. No you have to spend another 4 dollars for our salad bar. We said no and waited 20 minutes for our food. The place was not busy at all. I ordered some fried shrimp dinner with french fries and coleslaw. The shrimp looked good but upon eating them all I tasted was spicy pepper. I asked my wife to try one and she said the same thing. The manager came bye and asked how I liked my dinner. I told her it was crappy. She offered me something different but my stomach had enough. If I had gone to any other restaurant eg. Red Lobster I would have gotten a salad and biscuits with my dinner. So me and my neighbor agreed Ruby Tuesday is a no no. What a rip off.
