Samsung poor performance

Purchased a Samsung dishwasher on 4/25/2010 ot Lowes. Almost immediately it started leaving food particles on the dishes. Then I started noticing an odor from the dishwasher. Had a service technician come out. He cleaned out the machine & suggested that I occasionally run some vinegar thru the machine. I have done that & tried every dish soap on the market & I still have dirty dishes. Now the discharge hose is leaking. It is not something that the consumer can replace. Called for service, took half a day off work. Service Technicial called at 3:30 to let me know he did not have the part & would have to order it. That will take another week. I have sent numerous emails to Samsung with no response.
Does anybody have any idea how I can get my money back?

Made a terrible mistake by not checking this site before ordering from this fly-by-night operator. Placed an order for a dishwasher on the 6th of September and my card was charged on the same day and HOMEEVERYTHIN set the order status - scheduled to be shipped between [protected] and [protected]. Nothing happened on the promised dates and I had to call and send messages to hear from this sleezy operation. I just recieved an e-mail saying that my order is scheduled to be shipped
between 10-10-2011 and 10-14-2011. From the real customer comments, it is very clear that the new schedule line will also pass . . . . I am looking forward to moving the small claims court in WILL County, IL.

I have the same exact problem. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Samsung has hidden behind an excuse of no mechanical parts failing. They do not cover poor design. BBB CASE#: [protected]. I would suggest on informing friends and family of your experience with Samsung.

I'm having virtually the same problem. Bought a Samsung dishwasher from Lowe's well over a year ago. Has always had a funny odor. Recently over last several months always leaves peculiar dried food particles on all glassware...end up having to wash by hand. Samsung 1-800 help-line was worthless. Owners manual...worthless. I cleaned all the nozzles and inside the washer and still has a problem. I always have used a rinse aid and periodically Lemon Shine and have tried every detergent on market it seems. Still has a problem. My opinion is that Samsung should not be building dishwashers and we should not be buying them!

Samsung never buy samsung i9000 (galaxy s)

Let me start by saying that I own many samsung products (Multiple pc monitors, 40” tv, fridge and even a one of your vacuum cleaners & ndash; I would say i’m a samsung fan, but all that is changing and fast. Toward the end of last year (Mid nov 2010) I decided to get one of the best and most raved about smart-phones on the market, the samsung i9000 (Galaxy s). All reviews were great and phone specs looked fantastic compared to other rival phones (Htc, sony erikson, nokia, etc) and it even runs on google’s android os & ndash; way cool. Went to mtn and upgraded my contract so I could get my phone. The phone seems great until a few days go by and you start actually testing what the phone is supposed to do. Once you start testing the features you realize a few things that really limit the usability of the phone (These you will find listed below). It is now 13 feb 2011 (Around 2-3 months after getting my phone) and i’ve been waiting patiently like I guess everyone else in sa with this phone, but yet there seems to be no hope.

Problem 1: general phone issues, like freezing (Complete lockups or random reboots) , sluggish responsiveness, lack of email support (Issues with connecting to secure email servers & ndash; like my exchange work email) , gps is not accurate (Well accurate within 1km or so & ndash; which of cause help you as much as being over here or perhaps over there). I understand that a firmware upgrade (Http://www.Gsmarena.com/android_22_froyo_is_finally_unveiled_25x_faster_than_eclair-news-1673. Php) would generally resolve some of these issues but as per problem 2 below this is not currently possible.

Problem 2: the phone was released with android 2.1 (Eclair. Xwjm3). To date there is no android 2.2 (Been available on other devices since last year) or 2.3 official upgrade over kies (Samsung’s pc & ndash; phone software). I’m not sure who is the correct company to blame for this one (As I understand it is up to samsung and / or the local cellular provider (Mtn in my case) to customize google’s android os to make an update available for this region (South africa) , however somehow I have not managed to find anything regarding this project on the net, other than a few overseas operators seem to be getting this upgrade. The latest news i’ve found is that samsung now want to charge some us operators for the upgrade (Thus delaying this process even further - http://www.Electronista.com/articles/11/01/18/samsung. Delaying. Android.22. Over. Upgrade. Fees).
Since december 2010 there have been many unofficial firmware roms for android 2.2 and in mid jan 2011 for android 2.3. Why is it that it is easier to create a multitude of unofficial firmware’s but yet not one official firmware can be released. One of the world’s most high-end smart phones by a world leading electronics company is now 2 versions behind on firmware. If we root our phones (We lose any warranty) and reloading with an unofficial firmware we stand the chance to brick our phones & ndash; this is not an option we would like to chance, so please give us an official firmware.

Problem 3: because of problem 2 above I have been upgrading my samsung kies software every 2-3 weeks as instructed by samsung’s website, so that I can see when firmware upgrades become available (Each upgrade + - 90mb). The latest kies update (Kies_2.0.0.11014_49_2) took me by a bit of surprise as they have now removed the tethering (Connecting to internet via your phone) functionality away (Or made it really difficult to find, because I have still not found it). This was the only decent way for me to connect to the internet via my phone as the alternative (Selecting pc internet after connecting my phone to my pc’s usb) does not show my internet session usage (We don’t have uncapped mobile accounts here in sa, thus making it important to check you usage or it could cost you).

Problem 4: part of the south african (Sa) marketing scheme for this phone (As could be seen end of last year in jhb airport and most other places) was that this phone was similar to the apple i-phone as it allowed the use of 1000’s of application (Apps) available via google’s android market place (Accessible via the phone). The only thing that everyone failed to mention is that in south africa we can only download and use & lsquo;free’ apps, while this may seem great, it is only so for a short while. Investigation into this reveals that google does not support paid applications in south africa (There was a few rumors that google was to include paid apps for sa, but as of yet no confirmed due date). As I recall we did not pay the demo price for this phone, so why are we only allowed free (Mostly demo) apps. It really limits us as users because if we find an app we like and would like to buy & hellip;. Well we can’t.
One of the major problems this brings comes with the phone’s great navigation system (Assuming the gps was working accurately). Voice and directional navigation as well as the ability to save locations using google maps is only possible if you purchase the add-on google maps apps and since we can’t purchase any apps we can’t use these features & ndash; this is most disappointing since this was shown according to the marketing campaign as one of the major features of this phone.

Problem 5: since we can’t use google’s market place you would expect that we could perhaps use samsung’s apps (Found in your kies software). However as far as i’ve experienced the samsung i9000 (Galaxy s) is not supported (Only supports your wave range) by samsung apps, this is because it’s against a google policy (According to your onscreen message). Thus we cannot use successfully buy or use apps on our phone. This presents a problem that we cannot use google’s marketplace or samsung’s app store, where then do we purchase our apps?

I understand that technology is always improving and that sometimes things don’t work straight out of the box, but something here is not right. From what I can see samsung’s next generation of mobile phone the galaxy s 2 is already being prepped for launch (Http://www.Gsmarena.com/samsung_i9100_galaxy_s_2-3621. Php) and look it seems to be running android os, v2.3 (Gingerbread).
Let me just say i’m not impressed with the commitment from any of the companies involved (Samsung for providing the phone with lack of updates for sa, google for the android commitment and no paid apps in sa and mtn for selling me the phone that only half works in sa) & ndash; if you are going to bring a product to market in sa then make sure that it is fully functional or don’t bring it to market at all. The worst part is that we are your loyal customers - all we ask is that you remain loyal to us and get these problems resolved.

Samsung wall mounting request for tv stands unattended for more than three weeks

This is in reference to the complaint number with samsung customer care : [protected], which was made two weeks back for wall mounting the lcd tv is still unattended. I had purchased the lcd from delhi and then I moved to bangalore. I called the customer care to get the tv wall mounted for the very first time, but the service center reverted that they cannot get wall mounted kit in bangalore as I purchased the set from delhi. They also said that I need to go to delhi service center to get the kit.
I raised my concern with the customer care and they said it will done absolutely free of cost, but two weeks have passed and in spite of multiple calls to customer care my request still lies unattended.
Its a kind request to solve the matter asap as I am really getting frustrated with the samsung service quality.

Regards,
Prashant

Good luck to you.
My new Samsung 3D plasma TV die after 42 days. I have been waiting for service since Dec 3, 2010 - 145 days ago. The "Service Call Center" is useless & lied constantly.
On April 1st (day 120), someone from Samsung Electronics Canada called to offer me a Service Exchange. After another 25 days, nothing happens. She will not response to my phone messages & emails. Calling to the "Service Call Center" results in another 30+ minutes of lies. The person even told me they will have a NEW unit ship to me in 2 days.
However, we are supposed to get a "RA Credit" issued to FutureShop to do an exchange locally. So many times they told us something are coming in 3 weeks, then they changed the story so I need to call the "Service Call Center" again. My service ticket: [protected]
Can you imagine 145 days without a TV, after you paid for it. I wish you luck.
We as consumers have to come together to protect our rights.

Samsung awaiting refund

I purchased 2 Samsung PL150 cameras from simply electronics on 30th November 2010. This was as a Christmas gift for my 2 daughters. The order was accepted immediately and there was items in stock and I was informed that the items would be dispatched within 7 days. After 10 days the order still had not been dispatched, I called and got the usual apology and the busy during festive period excuse. The item eventually showed as being dispatched on the 13th December. The item eventually turned up on 111th January. Simply electronics blamed the courier who in turn blamed the poor weather. I returned the item still in it's original delivery packaging to the company asking for a refund. According to the courier - the item was delivered back to the company on 19th January - still waiting on my refund. Playing email pingpong with some daft lassie in Hong kong - don't touch this lot with a barge pole - contact BBC watchdog, the more people complain the more something will be done about this.

Samsung no service even after one month of registering complaint

I had purchased a samsung washing machine which became non-functional on 15/12/2010.I registered a complaint with samsung service center(phone no: [protected]) on 18/12/2010 and the complaint no is [protected].Since the problem was not rectified I contacted the manager Mr George on 13/1/2011.Iwas assured that the complaint would be rectified in a day. But nothing has happened and the manager now does not attend the calls. Each time I contact the service they will ask for the details and will assure to call back in 10 minutes, but nothing happens. Without exaggeration i can say that I have already made 60-70 calls. It is a shame that the staff of your service center finds happiness in fooling people and such irresponsible behaviour even from the part of the manager is unbecoming of an officer with responsibility. A washing machine is of daily use .The service center had told that spare parts are available.Inspite of this they are unwilling to attend to the complaint .Seeking some action. Indeed i too purchased a Samsung Top Loading Washing Machine WA80U3 model from United Matbouli Group who are the dealers in the Saudi Arabia. Exactly after two years of service, one fine day, the washing machine stopped working. I tried to called the dealer, he said that I should call customer service. For my surprize i got the customer service number as toll free [protected]. I tried this number for almost 5 hours and no one answered the call. And the options were in Arabic which i didnot understand however managed it through arabic secretary at my office. At last when nothing worked out, I went to the Service Center which is almost 30 kms from my place. Took permission from office for one hour and rushed to the agency.

Now the main story begins, the customer service were so poor that they could not even take my request. I said him that my machine is not working and needs to be serviced. then the customer service agent replied that their system is down and I should come the next day. It was disgusting. I returned home and feeling that I can repair it myself, I opened the washing machine. To my surprise i saw the drain pump motor was burnt. I removed that motor and rushed to Samsung Service Center the next day. I showed him the part and said to give a spare of it. He checked his warehouse for approx half hour and came back saying that he doesnot have that part and to come next week and check .. when i asked him whether he was sure that the part arrives next week, then he carelessly said that first Check next week then only we can say. I was totally irriatated by this product. Now for my whole lifetime, I am not going to purchase the Samsung Products again. Shame on Samsung... worst customer service

Samsung warranty fraud

Ticket #: [protected]
Another life lesson: do not purchase a samsung plasma tv! 8 months ago we bought a samsung 58 in. Plasma for nearly $2, 000. Tv looked like fireworks went off inside. Wolf's service center sent a guy to take pics, were sent to new jersey where they viewed & denied our warranty so... We are just screwed..Why can't they just send a tech to look at it? It hasn't ever been moved or touched! There's not a scratch on it, they say it was "impacted". As i understand it, this is a common problem of denying warranties for "panels" and they will not replace it as they allegedly say they do. The tv has never been touched or moved in the less than 8 months we've had it. It's the wierdest spider pattern inside the screen... Not a scratch on the system itself or the glass...Just the inside.
By examining these pictures you can see why it appears something has "impacted" the screen. If you examine the glass, however, you see it's on the inside and there's not a scratch, mark or blemish of any sort from the outside. This happened on the inside when i was viewing a basketball game on espn. I do not ever touch the tv except for dusting with a blue shammy that was provided. It hasn't been moved in any way since being set up by the store where it was purchased. What could cause such an event?
Lesson learned i guess. Next time have to get a different tv, but will be armed with questions and likelihood that watching an ncaa basketball game will cause it to go bye-bye. Now i've received an estimate for replacing the panel: $1350.00. I've also been given the option (How thoughtful) of purchasing a new one for $1399.00. Wow... Btw - i purchased the tv at video only here in portland, and up until this horrifying experience had great experiences. I'm not sure i can blame them for selling the flawed tv, but what samsung is doing in my mind constitutes "fraud". Looks like an attorney will now have to be involved and we'll go after both samsung and video only.

Samsung Refrigerator warranty/refund

Bought a samsung refrigerator new $2562 plus tax and the compressor went out 7 weeks later. Samsung couldn't get anyone to come fix it (Most because they said they wouldn't get paid) so samsung said they'd refund the money. When we didn't get a check, called to be told we had to send them the power cord and serial number sticker before they'd send a refund. Did that and verified they received on dec 3, 2010... It's over a month later and they don't know when they'll get around to writing a check. Everytime you call customer service we are told how sorry they are and when you ask to speak to a supervisor... They say there aren't any. We've been given dates of 10-14 days for a ck to call back and be told it will be 10-17 days and now today they said they are backed up and couldn't give us a date. I will never buy a samsung appliance again and suggest anyone thinking about it check some websites as I find i'm not the only one having issues.

I" HAD" OWNED A L2000 DIGITAL CAMERA, WHERE THE CAMERA WAS LOST BY UPS.I SENT IT TO SAMSUNG ON APRIL 24TH FOR REPAIR(only 3 months and of coarse not under warranty) they sent it back to me and UPS lost it.The main problem is no one is taking this seriously at Samsung. They keep saying that the package is being tracked(past 2-1/2 weeks) -It doesn't take that long!now I am still without a camera--THIS COMPANY REALLY KNOWS HAVE TO PASS THE BUCK AND DROP THE BALL!
I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT!

I bought a Samsung ref in 2011, it has broken down twice, first it was the defroster, second it may be the evaporator and part is back ordered. This has broken down twice in a span of 6 weeks. I am lucky I bought a 3 Year master protection agreement from Sears other wise I would be paying for the repair may self. The second repairs cost is almost $300 in parts only not including the labor. I have a friend who works on refrigerators and he said i picked the worst brand of all. He does a lot of repairs on Samsung refrigerators. That protection agreement is a life saver otherwise I would be paying for at least $500 in both repairs. This is the last Samsung fridge I would own...

I agree! We had the same experience with our Samsung refrigerator purchased in December 2010 from Lowes in Toronto, ON. The compressor broke 6 months later. Repairman had to try to repair it first, then the part was back-ordered. In the middle of July we have been without a fridge and freezer for 12 days - and while Samsung is "sorry" - there has been almost no customer service and support. Even the Samsung authorized repair firm subcontracted their workt o a company (SurePro) who only have one fridge tech on staff ... whom they did not send to repair our fridge. Hopefully (!) our saga is about to end - before it breaks again. But this will be the last Samsung product I own.

Samsung Known faults not advised

5 months outside of my warranty period the refrigerator part of my samsung sr394nw stops working. After having a refrigerator repairman come to look at the problem, i'm advised that the heater which allows for the continual spinning of the fan to pump cold air into the fridge has broken, and needs to be replaced. The repairman also told me that this is a known fault with these exact samsung fridges, and is the second he's had to fix today. Why, if samsung are aware of the fault, is a recall not done on the product? Why are customers not advised and given the option to have it 'fixed' before there's a problem or given their money back? Now I have had to pay out an extra $300 to fix the fridge, to which samsung can do nothing about and it's just my bad luck. I won't be buying any samsung product ever again and telling everyone I know to do the same.

Samsung broke after 3 months

To whom it may concern,

We bought this new led tv just a few months ago (See the unit details below). It simply didn't turn on today. There was no sign or signal of the problem. We are busy professionals and don't regularly watch tv. So we have rarely watched it since the time we got it. But finally this is the time of the year that we have those moments to spare, it's just the week that we can enjoy our valuable free time watching movies on this highly promoted tv, but this samsung led tv just doesn't work! This is the first tv in my life that stops working just like that. It does show the quality of the product or perhaps the quality level of the production. Now we have to spend our holidays taking this tv back to the shop and not knowing when we will get it back. I have to state that it's a great disappointment that such high-priced product can just stop functioning like that. I'd hope the company does take some action to correct this issue, either coming to take this bad unit from home or even replace with a new unit. Though it's still under warranty, I do feel that it costs too much of nerves and time to have to deal with sub-standard product, especially only few months after the purchase. And how would I trust this "samsung" brand anymore?

Thank you for your attention and prompt reaction to the issue

Dear Sir,

My daughter had purchased a LED TV, Model No. UA39EH5003R from M/s. Super General Trading Co., L.L.C., Behind Old HSBC Bank, Naseer Square, Deira, Dubai, U.A.E., P.O. Box: 322 (Telephone 2219495 & Fax 2214779) on 01.04.2013 vide Cash Memo AE No. 18304.

It is to inform you that when the above LED was installed on 28/04/2013 by Service Engineer at my home, then I’ve observed that a TWO INCH HORIZONTAL lines is appearing permanently in the centre of TV Screen and after 2-3 days, the said LED was closed permanently. In the matter, I immediately called up the customer care to check on what is the problem and wanted them to check. I was told that since it was without warranty and I have to pay Rs.5, 000/- towards visit of Service Engineer to find out a problem only.

After 10 minutes, I got a call from one of their engineers and I briefed him of the problem, upon which he seem to have already known the problem and some cost would be incurred to change a panel. I wasn't sure which panel he was talking about? I enquired further on what would be the exact cost to replace the same upon which he said he will need to confirm. In next 5 minutes, he called me back and informed the cost about INR Rs.21, 000/- for replacing the panel. Wow... I pause for a while as I was still trying to figure how on earth the repairing cost is so expensive than its purchased price about INR Rs.21, 500/-.
I called up the customer care again to find out if the repairing cost their engineer was quoting was true or not. The customer care doesn't seem to have an idea of the same.

I had a lot of trust for Samsung Product and now with this I do not think I am going to ever buy a Samsung product ever. And I for sure know I am not going to recommend any of my friends to buy one too. Honestly it seems like the whole Samsung team knows of this and they are cheating the customers.

In the matter, very complaints have been made verbally and through e-mail but not succeed.

You are kindly requested to depute Service Engineer to resolve the problem at the very earliest.

Hi am sathish i bought a samsung led tv 32 f4100 from viveks showroom on 03/11/2013.
On the very first day i faced a problem usb data transfer is not working fine in the tv. Third day demo person came and gave a demo about the tv and installed the wall mount stand i asked to that person about the how to transfer the usb files and he explained me and tried to transfer files but its not worked properly he said some issue on the tv other technician will come and solve this issue he said. I locked a complaint technician came 08/11/2013 on that time it was fine he said there is no issue on tv its pen drive problem and that complaint was closed. I bought new pen drives but the problem persists randomly.
After two weeks later i noticed a some humming noise coming from tv. I complaint in samsung customer care complaint # [protected] on 21/11/2013 technician came on 25/11/2013 the person who came for pen drive issue mr sugumar he said there is no issue on tv problem is in your house there is no proper ground earth connection and some neutral space interlinking is there something he said after that he gone but complaint still open. I called the electrician and checked the electrical lines electrician said there is no issue with electrical lines i checked the my tv in my friend house there is also same noise coming.
Again i called 1-sam-sung customer care i explained about there is no electrical issue in my house. I asked for refund of my money they sent other technician on 05/12/2013 mr pramoth he saying this sound is normal with all samsung led tv because of design is like that. I informed to tech mr sugumar said some electrical problem but now you are saying this is design fault its common with samsung led tv. mr pramoth (tech) said this is common problem refund is not possible. I asked a written letter about this issue and mention not possible to refund money i deal this with legally he said you contact call centre spoke about this and he leave from my home and i called call centre there is no proper response. Its a worst service from samsung but am sure i take this issue to consumer court i get my refund.

sathish

I bought a band new Samsung 65 inch UN65ES8000 on 3/21/2013. On 4/02/2013, it was taking about 1 - 3 minutes to turn on. I called Samsung and they said that was normal for the size of the TV and the applications it needed to load. Well, low and behold, on 7/13/2013, I turned it on and all it does is make a clicking sound about every 40 seconds and nothing happens. It is not powering up at all. This is frustrating and I will never buy another Samsung product. You do not spend $4000 (cost and tax) on a high end product that NOW has to go to repair. And with any repair, you no longer have a "new" product and where there is smoke, there's Fire, so expect more issues with it in the Future. I called Samsung and they gave me a Service Order Number to get it inspected and told me to call their local affiliate to come out and service the TV. I called the affiliate on Monday and guess what, they cannot see the Service Order Number so they will not come out to fix the TV. This is just insane. I am circling back to Best Buy since I am a Premier Silver member with them (yes, I spend a lot of money at that store) and seeing if they will take this junk back and let me get a Panasonic or something else.

Samsung no activation/runaround customer service

Ordered this phone for christmas for my son, only to find out that this is the worst company ever. The phone never got activated and got a new person everytime I called customer service which had me perform the same tests, codes and calls the each of the previous people had me do, always putting you on hold and never fixing the problem. So I finally told them to stick it up their @$%* & and give me a credit. I had been on the phone enough just in the 4 days that I had it and couldn't take it anymore. I would rather sign a 50 year contract with a good company that deal with these people again.

Samsung missing parts

I purchased a samsung dvd player for my husband's birthday the remote control was not in the box when he opened it 5 days after I bought it. I called the store where I bought it and they could do nothing. I called nsamsung and because it was more than 2 days since I bought it they could do nothing. Samsung expected me to buy a remote even though it should have come with the dvd player in the first place. And no where on the box, in the manual or on the player itself did it say anything about having 2 days to complain about the product. Samsung does not stand behind their products the just like to rip off their costumers.

Samsung poor srevice and response in samsung customer care centre

Hello sir,
Give your attention for your customer please.
I am g. Rajan, joined in your customer list by purchasing a samsung mobile, model no c3212 for rs 4000 / - at poorvika mobile private limited, pallavaram & ndash; chennai - 43. The mobile started giving problem after third month as given below one by one and still it is given for service in your authorized service station at thambaram (Techno care) , chennai & ndash; 45.
Approached poorvika mobile and given for service to the authorized service dealer
1. In 3rd month & ndash; display problem
2. After 15 days - hang-up problem
3. The above two problems attended by mobile world chrompet your service station recommended by the poorvika mobile private limited where I purchased it. Repeatedly the same problem accurse and finally they formatted the software and again loaded. I have lost all the function in the mobile including calculator and special function loaded for this mobile by samsung and the same problem repeated for three times again and again.
4. At last I enquired thro poorvika and got the address of tambaram mobile service dealer techno care and here also after the service I got the again hanging problem. They said the mother board has to be replaced and it will take 20 to 30 days time (Mobile given to service today i. E. 15/12/10).

Date of purchase : 22.3.2010

20 & ndash; 40 days kept with the service station for service at various times and

Again now for 20 & ndash; 30 days to replace the mother board the mobile will be with the service station as per the service personal statement.

More than 20 times up and down transport expenses from my residence (Maraimalai nagar to tambaram 20 kms, and to chrompet 26 kms) and telephone enquiries and even the problem not yet rectified. The working hours of the service station is 9.00 am to 6.00 pm in tambaram and this is the time for us to go for office and every time I have requested my higher official for permission / leave to give and to collect the mobile after service. Is it possible for me?
Now sir please think of me, I have purchased this mobile (Dual sim) only to use with enjoyment and not for investment purpose. For a middle class family like me this is too much of headache and how we have a faith of your products. I requested the poorvika mobile private limited to replace the mobile but they refused and again they recommended to go for another authorized service dealer at tambaram. Here also the same struggle is continuing and what I want to do further? The warranty will go in another three months. The used time may be in hours or some days only. Please give a favorable reply for me and please concentrate in your service part also to help your valuable customers.
Regards
G. Rajan

Samsung poor service

I had purchased a samsung mobile phone (Model no. E 2130) from nu - york, 1, r. N. Mukherjee rd. , kolkata - 700001 on 05. 05. 2010. On 18. 11. 2010, the display of the mobile suddenly started blinking, on the next day, i. E. On 19. 11. 2010, i went to karuna management services pvt. Ltd. , authorised samsung service centre, meridian plaza i, 207, c. R. Avenue, 2nd floor, kolkata - 700006 for repairing the same as the warranty period exists. (Sl no. Rd92295915h, imei / rsn no. - [protected]) i have deposited my mobile but without any information about the type of fault as no engineers were available at that time. After several contacts, i have made over the telephone, on 23. 11. 2010, i was told that the problem is in the mother board and the mother board is required to be changed. Though i have given two mobile nos. (Open for 24 hours a day) , the service centre did not bother to inform about the whereabouts of the mobile. During the period from 24. 11. 2010 to 10. 12. 2010, me & my wife had contacted several times over the phone and were told that no new mother board of the model was available. On 11. 12. 2010, i have contacted the service centre no. ([protected]) and was told to contact with ms. Sampa sarkar, manager of the service centre. I contacted ms. Sarkar over the phone soon and was told to receive the mobile on the same day, i. E. On 11. 12. 2 - 10 after 5. 30 pm. I went to the service centre and informed about my discussion with ms. Sarkar. Ms. Sarkar was not in the office at that time and i was told that i would receive the mobile only on next wednesday. When i argued, i was told to wait for half an hour. I got the delivery at 7. 00 p. M. When doors of the service centre were about to shut down. I had requested a person of the centre to enter my sim card in the mobile and he did so. At that time, the problem was not there. Today, i. E. , on 12. 12. 2010 at around 1. 00 p. M. , the mobile started blinking again. Soon, i contacted the service centre over the phone and was told that after first service this type of fault occurs often. I was also told that this type problem is very common in e 2130 model. I was told to contract the manager tomorrow. I have purchased the mobile for rs 2850 / - from my hard earned money. What shall i do ?

Samsung printer cartridges

The black toner cartridges k409 for the printer specified above are supposed to last for 1, 500 pages, but I can usually print about 500 pages, and *in draft mode*...

I made an enquiry with all the details and the only reply I got was what model the printer is, although I had specified the model in the online form.

After that (And I did kindly reply with the model specs, although I had already given them all the details) , I haven't heard from them, not even to know if they got my email. (As I didn't get a reply after my second email I asked them if they got my email, still no reply... )

I print a lot of music and I did ask them if music perhaps needs more ink, but I didn't get any assistance.
