Good afternoon I was attacked verbally by 2 male sasol employees at karino emkhatsini sasol garage mpumalanga today between 10:25 n 10 :40 n I was traveling with my daughter reason the guy was suppose to help me he said I must change de pump n I ask him why n he said you will help yourself then if you dont wanna change de pump and then I jumped off n ask him his name he said must go to hell or go ask his manager what is his name then I took a picture of him thats when the other employee left his customer n come n attack me verbally n he was swearing at me telling me if I can take a picture of him he will [censored] me up n I decided to leave the garage same time
bad management treatment against employees
I pleed with Sasol head office to attend these garage, Sasol Gezina.. The manager not is treating the staff very bad and sadly..
There's is a manger by the name of Elijah,
He gives staff loan that comes with 100% interest for him.. And he's forcing the staff to take his loan so that he don't fire them.
Only Elijah's family got over time job, he refused to give over time to other staff.
There are lots of things happening there.. Like deduction of employees salaries without their agreement.

On four occasions now I visited two of SASOL garage's whereby I stood and wait for more than 15 minutes before I was assisted. The problem with this was that I was the only car there want ting petrol and one instance there were another car also waiting. When I eventually were helped I asked why does it take so long the attendant tell me that the next shift is running late. At one instance I were helped and while the petrol was pumped into my car the attendant ran got his bag and ran to a taxi not to miss it. I just think this is a public service advertised as a 24/7 service then assistance must be given 24 /7. Waiting time of 15 minutes while you are the only customer are not on! One of the SASOL garages are in Vaalpark, next to Toyota, and the other one in Vanderbijlpark, Hendrik van Eck Boulevard.

I am so disappointed at the service I got from Sasol in Randburg, I parked my car nicely and went inside to ask for help, I needed a charger as my phone battery was flat due to using the navigator which I explained to them, well one gentlemen send me to the management office which I found a young black lady counting money, I explained my situation to her and she was like I don't have a charger, fair enough, then I asked to make a call to my workplace, she denied me access and said most people call numbers which they are not allowed to call then she sent me to the petrol attendant's with no help from the so called manager, what happened to making a service call, the petrol attendant couldn't help, I even offered to buy airtime with my money and insert it in one of their phone's still excuses after excuses.. overwhelming air pollution from the service station
This service station is situated right in the midst of the New Redruth residential area. Between venting of the underground bunkers, and the offloading of product by tankers, the area is regularly overwhelmed by noxious fuel fumes / smells which are harmful to the residents in close proximity. What is Sasol / the Franchisee doing about controlling and reducing these emissions? I am asthmatic, and the emissions are extremely harmful to my (and all other residents') well being. Sasol needs to be a good corporate citizen and invest in reducing this harmful emissions!

We went to Sasol Scurveberg on Friday 18/10/2019 at approximately 7.11 am to buy cigarettes ‘ Winston arctic cool' retail Price R34
And R110 Vodacom airtime .
The white male supervisor and African teller lady rang my bill up to R156.30 it should have been R144
When I question the teller and supervisor I was told this is an extra charge for using a credit card .No where is it posted that they charge more for cards and I have never in my history been charged extra for airtime bought on a card .
After we were denied a invoice for proof of purchase from the airtime they basically said they would refund us after we made a big noise in front of all their customers and we're very rude to us as their Customer .
We walked out not accepting the refund as we felt we needed proof to report these underhanded ongoings .
Now it's only R12 they stole from us but if they doing this fraud to all customers it becomes a problem .
Pls let me know what you plan to do to stop this fraud happening to unsuspecting customers and stop tarnishing your name .
I'm sure the CPA doesn't need to be involved

card machine purchase
I drove all the way from bethal and decided to stop at sasol petrol station in delmas near wimpy.
I just wanted a pack of mentors and the teller didn't sell them to me because they were less than R20.00 and anything less than R20.00 you must pay cash you can't pay for it using a card
Basically you swipe with your card if your purchase is less than R20.00
I am so disappointed at sasol, I passed shell on my way if only I knew I was gonna stop at shell.
They only have ABSA ATM so I am supposingly suppose to withdraw R10 and pay extra charges for withdrawing at other banks ATM for something that I could have paid with my CARD

95 octance petrol
Hi filled up with R400 95 octane petrol on the 24th of August and 5km down the road my car stalled and would not start again, towed to mechanic and after a long search through the car found that the fuel was so badly contaminated that it was misfirring in 2x cylinders.
I have taken the fuel sample to the owner at the Saso, on Smit street and he refused to test the fuel or take any responsibly for damages, I had to pay close to R3000 to have my car fixed and now I have errors and car is not running properly, I would like log a complaint to get my money back for the repairs done on the car as well as further checks and repairs that will need to be made to get the car back running correclty. There has been many complaints about this garage from people in the area.

Was told I can't swipe less than R20, I told Kantse that I've once done it before she forced me to take something else yet she was rude of which I did take something else she went on insulting me and calling me names and I told her I'm gonna report her she said "with pleasure you can start here with the manager"

Sunday I spent money on a pie and cold drink special I bought 2 of them. I followed the promo and it showed I did not win.
Today I bought 6 special equating to 160 ZAR, I entered 3 times. I did not win. When I added my 4th entry, I could send an sms to be charged R1. 50, only to receive a condescending message advising I have reached my limit of entries. I went to the Sasol website for the terms and conditions. The last entry is for winning a trip to France.
I have not had a great experience. I need to complain. I would like a callback please.

petrol fraud
On Saturday 27 July 2019, around 17h30 I went into the filling station at Spartan and requested the fuel attendant to put R100 worth of petrol which would be enough to get me to Jo'burg. The attendant his name is Godly asked if he could check the water and oil and I accepted, he left the fuel spout in the tank and checked the water and oil, I paid and drove off however as I was getting onto the highway the car fuel light started flashing which means that there was no petrol poured in the car. This is unacceptable behavior. Please correct it.

We Have made repeated requests for our Account to reflect the details of the new ownership as we were previously trading as Akacia Healthcare and have now been acquired by Mylan Pharmaceuticals PTY (LTD).Our current account number is 277 under the name of Akacia Healthcare.
The process of attempting to change the name started on the 15/04/2019 whereby emails were sent to Mr Eason Reddy who is our Sasol energy adviser.
The paperwork requested has been submitted to Mr Reddy who has stated that he has forwarded this information to the relevant departments and people.
Our financial department head for Mylan Pharmaceuticals Mrs Anita Randal has repeatedly requested feedback on the status of this name change and has had no positive feedback with regard the status of this request.
Please assist with this complaint as a matter of urgency as this has an adverse effect on our business and ability to pay our account.
