ScoreSense.com membership fee being billed in error

I was online looking at online (eloans) loans and I was forced to give my information. I have repeatedly sent emails and the first number I was given was not an active phone number. I had to get a number from my bank. I have called and asked for a refund and all the did was cancel the membership. I have never had access to the site or my information. I finally got an email from the stating they cancelled my membership id [protected]. Cancellation number [protected]. How can I get my $39.95 back.

ScoreSense.com credit reports

Scoresence applied charges to my credit card without my permission. I have attempted to correct the problem for some time but have not had satisfactory results. Through my card company Scoresense did send a credit of $1.00 and $29.95 in 11/15 although they taken 29.95 from my account from 3/11 through 11/15.
My phone calls have been answered by someone who would indicate the problem would be forwarded to administration who was required to respond within 48 hours. I have yet to hear from anyone.
How do I get refunded for monies taken from my account without my permission?

ScoreSense.com unethical behaviour

April 7, 2016 I tried to get my credit report from the free site that is provided from free annual credit report that I use to be able to log into with out problem get my report and was never charged a penny and now the Scoresense company seems to have some how have almost the same name as the free site and have you thinking that you have to verify your identity with your credit card then afterwards tell you to cancel within 7 days or they will bill you so God forbid you for get the cancel it they bill you and bill you and will not refund none your money even if you never logged on to use their service.

ScoreSense.com credit report viewing

Went to a website my bank recommended to check my credit score for free. Apparently that website switched me to Scoresense.com without my knowledge. On my bank statement I show 2 charges of $39.95 (shows as a bill payment transaction). Called the number and talked to a call center out of the county, the agent barely spoke English. I was told that I had signed up for some type of membership for $39.95 per month. This is a service I never wanted, needed or asked for. The agent cancelled it for me and "will see" if I can get a refund. TOTAL SCAM! Disputed the charges with my bank.

ScoreSense.com unauthorized withdrawals

Again for the third month in a row, since 2008 I have been having to call these people every month and ask for my money back! Ive cancelled a thousand times! And it just never stops, yes they give me my money back but its such a hassel. Now I have to close my account again!

ScoreSense.com not free credit report

This company is a ripoff. They are more interested in stealing your money than helping you. Do not sign up for anything "free". They tell you they will e-mail before service cut off and they don't. Even though the "customer service" representative can see that you have not accessed the service they will still steal your 39.99 if you cancel a day late. After not sending an e-mail.in fact the only reason I could get a hold of them was through the phone number on my bank statement. I had no emails from them at all. Do not give them any information on you. Just don't! If you need help go to a major service like Experian.

I have been charged $1 seven times and never got my credit score. I am frustrated and annoyed. I want credit for the money I paid and no further payments to score sense. I have looked back over the information and it was supposed to be a free credit report. How can I prevent from being charged any more?

ScoreSense.com took money out of checking for sevise I never had

Scoresence has been taking money out of my checking for $29.95 a month since jan. 2013 till feb, 2016, without mt permission. Ive called the every day for three weeks. Told me three times, corperate will call you. They never do. They had a civil action suite on nov. 2014. For oh. And ill. They got the people there money back. Contact the FTC. Make a report, also make a police report. I will not stop, till I get all my money back. Ive been lied to from them, hung up on, and blown off. I will call them every day till I get my money. I whet to credit karma to check credit score. All my personal imformation went to scoresence. They took money for three yrs.

ScoreSense.com credit report scam

I did the trial and cancelled it. 3 months later I'm looking at my bank statement and wondering about a $39.95 charge. Lo and behold they'd been charging me this since I started the trial and despite cancelling. I have called them and got no where with getting a refund, but cancelled the service.
I call back to get the charges removed and get confirmation that the account is cancelled and they refuse to do anything about it and the guy kept telling me that I need to call back later and talk to a representative.

ScoreSense.com payment they took out of my account

I thought I was getting my credit scores I found out it was not and thought I had cancelled but I guess I was wrong. I found they billed me and I called them and cancelled but they would not give me a refund. I feel they should have given me my money back. I called one day after they billed me I think they are being unethical! My name is Toni Evans and account 5495208. I did not authorize them to take the money from my account

ScoreSense.com I called and asked the representative why I am unable to see my credit report after paying for membership and $1 for a credit report from transunion.

I called ScoreSense [protected])on January 26, 2016 to find out why my account wouldn't let me see my credit report. After holding, the representative said that there was no technical issues that may be affecting the website and that because I told him a fraud alert may be in place, it may be the reason I cannot view my report on their site. They are a third party. The man told me to contact the agencies and find out why Score Sense cannot access my report.
I then asked him why did I get charged for the membership if I cannot see my credit report after paying the one dollar to get my score from the credit reporting agency TransUnion and getting charged the $39.95 for a whole month of benefits from Score Sense. This includes a 1 million dollar insurance on Identity theft.
He asked me what I would like him to do after our extensive conversation about my having benefits and still being able to access my account and continue to receive the Identity theft insurance benefits since I am going through it and why I signed up to see my free report.
He stated that I would still receive benefits until my membership expired if I was charged again for the membership and then he would put in a request to refund my other charge. I did not see any information on the agreement about not being eligible if you are having an ongoing dispute or fraud alert on my credit report or that I wouldn't be able to have access to my account or credit report.
I have the conversation recorded and have firsthand witnesses of what was said.

I have tried to work it out with you a couple of times and am very disappointed in your customer service. I reported you to the Federal Trade Commission and appropriate authorities. How dare you take advantage of people who need someone to trust at a time when there is nobody to rely on when you do business with a third party like ScoreSense, a rip off company ran on the internet.
Shame on you and me for falling for your false advertisement and lack of service policy exposure or some kind of choice in what you say and what happens after you get everyone's information and access to our private information and credit card or account numbers to charge us for monthly membership.
Fraud is against the law.

ScoreSense.com free credit score

I was looking for jobs online when jobflag said they found a job with dollar tree .General dollar and Freds dollar in my town during the app. this pop up that with out my credit score i wouldn't be able to get the job that i could get a free credit score then said i needed to pay 1.00 for a fee that i could get back in 6 days if not cancel i would be charged 38.00 each month. after getting my card # they need my email and password which i put in about 4 times they said was wrong but i know it was right.any way they said without the right ## they could'nt help me .when i looked back in my mail the only message was in my scam box from them telling me they from a job . the credit score place was called scoresence. they have all my information .place put a stop to this! thank you

ScoreSense.com I have no idea

I am being billed on a compromised /stolen id credit card that has been canceled but I still see the attempted charges on that old card. I never heard of this company let alone ordered anything from them. I have checked my computer for any mention of them in email etc. Just in case. This company has many such complaints online.

ScoreSense.com fraudulent credit card charge

Apparently on Dec. 8 of 2015 ScoreSense took and unauthorized 39.95 from my account. I'm a senior citizen and can't afford this charge every month. It needs to be removed and the money replaced into my account. I will have to take steps to find out more about ScoreSense and get the government involved. I've never done any business with ScoreSense in my life. I had never heard of ScoreSense until I opened my account and found it on my account. I won't give you any more information because you seem to have too much already. I will give the info to the police and the government agency that I speak too. Sense you already have my name I will include that in this complaint so you'll know whom to refund the money too. My name is Cynthia J King

On 9/21/15 reference #068371 $29.95 (causing overdraft $32.00) on 10/21/15 reference #014975 $29.95 on 11/21/15 reference $29.95 (charge reversed when I was alerted by bank teller that my account was debited that day by company i'd never knew of)

ScoreSense.com company has been taking $29.95 from my checking account without my approval from february 2015 up to and including november 2015.

To date the company has returned 4 months of the $29.95, and have disapproved the balance. My account number is: [protected]. I have a confirmation that my case is closed as of November 15, 2015, the cancellation number is [protected]. The account number with ScoreSense.com is [protected]. At this time I am requesting the remaining balance owed to me, as I never gave the company permission to take said money from my account. I am seeking 10 months of $29.95, as the company has to date returned 4 months. Thank you, in advance for your time and consideration.

ScoreSense.com free credit report

I went on www.annualcreditreport.com and had to signup for report and put in my credit card for a 30 day trail period, but was charge 7 days later for 39.95. I have call ScoreSense and Experian about this and can't be refunded the money. Try calling Annual report just get recording. This whole thing is a scam. Now I am going to my bank to see what they can do to help me. I am to be able to get the report free. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS SCAM, YOUR THE GOVERMENT.

ScoreSense.com taking money from my checking account w/o authorization

Have had over 7 months of unauthorized withdrawals from my checking account.. Called 4-5 times to correct this and cancel it... They refuse to refund over 200.00 dollars... My email was hacked.. Had no confirmation or connection with the company.. Other than one time free trial... If there is ever a class action suit filed.. I'll join it

ScoreSense.com monthly membership fraud

On or about november 1, 2015: I requested my free annual credit reports from experian, equifax, and trans union llc. On the website, www.annualcreditreport.com. on november 7, 2015: my bank account was charged $39.95 for a membership that I do not want! There was no opt out option for this membership and I can find no way to automatically cancel it! Refund my $39.95 immediately... As quickly as you took it away, and not in 3 - 5 business days! Do not continue or start any membership in my name! It is not, never has been, and will continue to not be my intention to pay for a membership for this service. All I wanted was my free credit report, which it turns out is not free at all! Fraudulent advertising! I will be submitting a complaint to the ftc regarding this type of fraudulent business practice.

ScoreSense.com unauthorized credit card charges, I never ordered this or even heard of it.

Nov.3, 2015, i'm disabled and on a monthly budget, I noticed some monet missing out of my account $39.95, it was takin out before I could even pay my own bills. So I logged into my account and saw this company that charged me $39.95 and it's pending, I would like a refund in full asap, I can't afford this, how can anybody do this, i've been up all night because of this... Like I said, I never ordered anything, I'm a single mother and on disability. I'm sick to my stomach that someone else can hack into my account and just take my money.I'm pissed and been up all night over this. I feel like I've been violated...

ScoreSense.com credit checker

This company charged me $39.95 before a trial period ended, which was seven days. Then when I wanted them to log in, I couldn't. They unbeknownst to me knew my mother's middle name, which i've never given them. Then, when I wanted to get a new password they said they would send me an email, it never came. After several requests I thought i'd receive something. Nothing! I am angry and still being charged by these rip offs. Something needs to happen and hope more people complain to stop this company in their tracks with charges up the wazoo! Please listen and respond, or something!
